Comment: Fix Auto Sunnyvale is a no non sense body shop. The intake process was super quick. They told me what to expect once i dropped the car. They even gave me information about things other than the body shop itself, like the insurance policies and rental car pick up etc. My car was ready on exactly the day they had initially told me. When I picked up the car, they gave me details about the repairs and the Warranty. They had also cleaned my car, which made me feel even better. All in all, a very timely and well communicated experience.

Comment: My repair work took 19 days and after all that my alignment is still off. When I picked up my vehicle the windshield wipers were somehow installed incorrectly, despite 100% of the work being on the suspension due to hitting a curb. Probably wouldnt use them again.

Comment: I came here for a repair for a collision 3 years ago. There ended up being an issue for the repair so I brought my car back recently to ask about their warranty. They ordered the replacement part and fixed the issue for me with no additional cost. Very helpful staff and they stand by their lifetime warranty.

My car was freshly washed when I picked it up.The wheels havent been that clean since i bought it. Paint matches perfectly. Great job. They also helped me return my rental car. Thanks

Comment: I had an awesome experience with Jason from Fix Auto Sunnyvale. I need to replace my car bumper, and I used their free online evaluation which Jason did quickly and the dollar amount is both attractive and accurate. Afterwards, my personal talk with Jason has also been a good experience. Updates were sent via SMS during the work, which is a plus. In the end, he did an awesome job in a timely fashion. The entire process seems COVID prepared, and there is even a hand sanitizer as parting gift. Definitely recommend their service.
