I like to support my local stores, but I will say my visit to this store was less than helpful and I left very disappointed. I had asked my 80 year old parents to drive 1 hour from Ohio to come to this store for the expected personalization from a brick and mortar establishment.We walked in and someone came to attend on us. No one else was in the store. The shoe that we wanted was not in stock in the color we wanted. I asked the salesperson if he could call the downtown store to see if it was there. He plainly told me that I could do that if I wanted to. Then he told me I could check on the company website. I asked him if he could and order it for us. He once again told me I could do that.I thought this was very bizarre. I am not sure if this is the store policy, but regardless I could definitely tell that there was no interest in making a sale.Hence I went on to ZAPPOS and the shoe is coming in in 2 DAYS and I have 1 YEAR to change my mind with FREE SHIPPING and RETURNS.So sad I had to write this and so sad I wasted my parents and my time.
Although they didnt have exactly what I wanted, they were helpful and professional.
I have had nothing but great service at running fit. Today I dropped by after practice to get some new shoes and the man that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and truly dedicated to finding me the perfect shoes. The service was very friendly and they went above and beyond. I could not have asked for better service. I wont buy running shoes anywhere else. Thank you!

Great service. I cant remember the gentlemans name, but he was very attentive to my shoe needs, which is crazy because I never thought I would need a prof professionals help buying shoes. I will be back when its time for a new pair
I visited Running Fit in Ann Arbor earlier this week for shoe inserts and had a fantastic experience. The cashier working went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for my foot. He even measured my feet after I told him Im a size 12 and he found out Im actually a 12.5... After getting a few types of inserts he grabbed a shoe in my size and mixed and matched them until he found me a perfect fit. Very glad I stopped in, I will be back soon!
Had a great time finding my new pair of running shoes! Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried on a variety of shoes and found a pair that I love. Prices are comprable to online and staff is very friendly. Shop local :)
Went in for some running shoes and found a great fitting pair. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different shoes and what should fit your feet comfortably.
Order a pair of XC spikes online and had them shipped to my house. The shoes were missing the bag of spikes. I called the store and talked to an associate about the missing spikes. He said he would talk with the owner and call me back the next day. I didnt hear back from them for a few days and just gave up on getting the spikes. Well today when I got the mail there they were. Thanks for the service. I will use you guys again.

I stand all day with my job they have helped me throughout the past 5 years with my shoes that have helped any type of pain that I receive in my joints or feet. I am so thankful and share information about the store to everyone I can tell. Throughout the last 5 years I have had a couple different styles shoes as well as different sizes. My feet have changed . Thank you so much .

2022-05-29Shoes now a days cost alot. I got a great pair of shoes for my brother. The service was great as always. His last pair and mine lasted 4 years. You get what you pay for. I would never go any where else to buy Shoes. !!!!!

2022-03-07Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Learned a lot about my feet and style of shoe best for my feet. I let the staff know I did an online assessment they suggested a custom fitting and Nic did a custom fitting for me. No sales pressure and even recommended a good pair of shoe inserts for my everyday shoe. Would suggest anybody in need of shoes for in person. Ended up getting a pair of Nike. Prices seem to be in line with other places.

2020-12-27If you need new shoes, Running Fit is the place to go. Their staff is kind and knowledgeable, and helped pick out the right shoes for me. They have nutrition bars, shoes, inserts, running accessories as well as apparel and muscle rollers and items for plantar fasciitis. Theyve also got a rewards program through Jack Rabbit. All in all, a great, laid back place to shop for some new shoes and running gear.

2022-04-26Tried to do a store pick up and waited an hour and I called and come to find out they didn’t have the shoe. They didn’t call me to let me know or anything like there supposed too and they need to fix there website so it’s not Misleading to customers trying to get a shoe and come to find out they don’t even have it in the first place this is the second time this has happened to me I will not be getting shoes from here again

2021-06-19So one Google listing says they close at 7 and another at 6 today so I hope I didn’t just show up past close on them omg. But anyway I couldn’t have asked for more efficient help. The assistant manager immediately asked what im looking for, brings me to the running shoe area, watches me walk and measures my feet. She brought out three pair of shoes and the third pair was the charm. She was so kind and helpful and I feel like she is very passionate and knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable and like I was in good hands. Thanks guys!

2020-06-01Today was my first time in the store. They were wonderful! I was looking for a trail shoe and found a great pair. The sales girl was super helpful and even gave me a list of some new trails to try. All the staff were super friendly. I also like their selection of apparel and gear. Ill definitely be back.

2020-08-18Another great experience at Running Fit! Great 20% discount for local XC runners! Out the door with daily trainers (Nike Miler React) and race-day spikes (Nike Zoom Rival D 10) for $138, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful (and indulging for lots of questions and requests to try on multiple brands). Love this place!
