1st time Hubby & I took all 5 of our kids to Captain Marvel here. Ate our weight in nachos, hot pretzels, and popcorn, drank icees. We even let the children enjoy some of the arcade games. 2nd time we took the 3 older boys to see Avengers Endgame, we did not challenge our 3 y/o son, nor 5 y/o daughter to sit through that 3 hour movie w/o intteruption. Mommy couldnt even do that. I hit the womens room twice and they were (pause for dramatic effect...:) SUPER CLEAN! Children brought home 10 rubber duckies in all over the course of the 2 visits. Good job Cinemark. & Keep up the good work Marvel! Next my hubby & I would like to sneak off just he & I for a little married date. Hey, it could happen.
An older theater but it is taken care of very well. The seats are very comfortable and the movies are never too crowded. I had heard from friends that Saturday nights there can be bad because of teenagers. But I talked with the manager and he said they just started a new curfew where no one under 17 years old can come after 6pm without a parent with them for the entire movie. That sounds really good to me! I can enjoy my movie without unsupervised kids goofing off around me! Thank you!
Unfortunately our experience was horrible here. The staff was great, it was the other customers. We went to see OLD as a family and then some other individuals walked in pretty loud. During the ENTIRE movie they were loud, laughing up and down the stairs. We asked them once to quiet down nicely, then they laughed at us. Then honestly we told them to shut up. They proceeded to harass us on our way out, so we left quickly. Just wanted to watch a movie with my family.
Said all the theaters have recliners and they do not. They rock but do not recline. There are no refills or combos in the concession stand. Supposedly there is a discount on large items, but a large popcorn is over 7 dollars. Theater was cold. Had my coat on the whole time and was still cold. With tickets and fees around 15 dollars a person I expected more.
Friendly experience, great staff. Come on back out and support the theaters. They need our help to stay afloat in these uncertain times. Business is down bad from when I use to work there from having a plethora of employees to just having a staff of just 8. They need our support during this Covid19 era.
Curfew states that no one allowed inside in movie after 6 om without parent. Our driver was 22 accompying little sister in who is 15 to see sword art online. Manager wanted birth documents stating the 22 year old was parent or legal gaurdin. Absolutely absurd rule with an even more stingier manager requestion documents. Who brings documents to a movie theater.
My girlfriend and I went to the 10:30 P.M. veiwing of The Green Knight. We dressed up to have a fun night together, the staff was very friendly and even actively interacted with us trying to make sure we were having a great time. The theater and its staff were wonderful, but the building has one detrimental problem, its location nonetheless is on the bad side of town. We were quite worried about getting robbed. I will likely visit again regardless of my concerns.
We purchased the private event package from Cinemark via FB for my sons birthday. The price was GREAT for 20 people, the auditorium was clean and safe, we got discounts on food and drinks, and we they brought in a table for presents and cake. We had a blast!!! If you are looking for a safe option to celebrate an event this is your place! The staff was friendly, it was super easy to book, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant especially the manager on duty who was exceptional. Thank you Flint West for everything!! We will be back again to do another private event.
The perfect theater (in my opinion)!!! The seats are comfortable, the screens are large, its clean, and the ticket prices are great! The only complaints Ive heard about this place is the crowd on the weekends. To be honest - almost every theater in this county is full of young and energetic people on the weekends,. If young and energetic is not your vibe, just visit during the daytime like everyone else lol.
The ticket taking staff was friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions with a smile. The snacks are a bit too expensive, but they are at every theatre. The concession stand staff was patient and cracked a few jokes while I ordered my snacks. The movie theatre was clean. The seats were extremely comfortable. The sound quality for the movie was good. I havent experienced any technical issues while watching movies at this establishment.
This place is fantastic, the price for a show ticket is the best I have found by far and the experience is on par with any theater I have been to. The seats are comfortable, the theater is clean and I have never, ever seen or heard a problem, even on a busy weekend night. For a movie junkie like me this place is the jackpot, you dont need movie pass at these prices!
I absolutely love this theater. The staff is incredibly friendly. Ive never been there when there wasnt security working, keeping things under control. Getting tickets and concessions is always fast. Food is a little pricey but there are plastic popcorn buckets and cups you can purchase to reuse and pay a lower rate to refill. Besides that, they offer a huge variety of foods and even hand dipped ice cream. The seats are very comfortable and the theaters themselves are incredibly clean by comparison. All this on top of the MET shows and special international and anniversary showings makes this my go-to theater in town.
Cant complain .. when you first walk in the theater is well kept. Concessions is a bit dirty but thats to be expected. Kinda disappointed that you dont get refills on slurpees .. considering the insane price you pay .. the seats were pretty comfortable so no issues there and everyone was respectful In the theater itself while the movie was playing. Ill go here again without fail ,I enjoyed watching endgame here.
This was my first visit in over a decade, but the theater was in good condition with properly tuned sound stages and projectors, but it is nowhere near the quality of other local theaters, nor was the seating. I stepped out halfway through the movie for a medium soda and medium popcorn which rang up to.......almost $12!!!!!! Outrageously overpriced. Literally price gouging at its finest. I wouldnt return for high prices and run-of-the-mill experience.
Ordered a hot dog and cherry coke. Was told that the cherry coke was watery so I settled for something else. Then I was told that hot dogs are not cooked so my daughter had to pick something else. I asked if wed get a discount because nothing we wanted was available. Girl at the register said shed have to get her manager but she gave me my change and said her manager is over there. I explained to him the issue and all he said was that he changed the cherry coke. Well, that was after I settled for something else. I wasnt told I could wait 2 minutes for cherry coke. I would have waited. In giving them a 1 ⭐ because their customer service sucks! I take that back-they dont have any customer service skills! This place is a joke now. Used to be a nice place to bring the family.
The theater itself is ok. The staff is friendly. But the cost is over priced for what you get. Its disorganized & the concessions are astronomical. One night at the movies: $30 for 3 tickets, $45 dollars for 3 regular pops, a large popcorn & $15 tshirt. I had no idea I was going to drop $100 for a family movie night
We like it here but recliner option is too expensive for the quality of the whole experience. Prices are just as high as the AMC we used to go to which is sad considering how small of a chain Flint West 14 is compared to AMC. We like it overall, though. This place will get a 5 once they get to AMC status with cleanliness, food variety (we are vegan & vegetarian), and countertops arent always nasty at the snack area.
Pros: good ticket prices, great place to bring your kids (they don’t have to be quiet because no one, including the adults ever stop talking during the movie), clean theater and bathroomsCons: chairs are not the most comfortable, food is ridiculously overpriced, and the worst of all.. you can’t put your own butter on your pop corn! But, I’ll continue to return with my child for every movie he wants to see, because I’m never worried we will get kicked out for him talking!
Went on a Monday, so it wasnt that busy at all. Popcorn was fresh but weve been here before and the popcorn was stale, so that was a nice change. I do like that they offer more concession choices than a lot of places. Staff was all very friendly and seats were comfy. Bathrooms were filthy and I was shocked by this because there was barely anyone there.
I love this cinema. Its not as up-to-date as lets say Trillium, but they renovated recently and I think its just fine. Its really close to my house and they always have what I want to see. The chairs are comfy and the screens look nice with the updated projectors. The best part is that the tickets are insanely cheap here. The crowd here is a little bit louder than other places but its nothing to complain about. I just want to add one last note as another reviewer said petty accurately - it be cold in there.
Been going here since I was a kid and would be sad if it closed. The girl that takes tickets at the entrance has worked there for ages and its always a delight to see her there after 20 years or something. Popcorn is fine prices are good but its never busy which is the best part.
Excellent concession stand. Some of the theaters are quite small, which I actually really like. Others are large. Its not in the best area, but theres security, and certainly doesnt feel unsafe. Ticketing is always really fast.Theaters are well-maintained, with stadium seating. This is one of those chains that seems to take movies seriously, offering regular rescreenings of classic movies, indie movies, and other special fare. It probably doesnt do as much of this as AMC, but it offers a lot more of it than NCG cinemas. This place is not really close to my house so we dont go there very often but we like it.
Went to see a movie in 3D.... 9.50 on the weekends! Concession prices WAY TOO HIGH for quality of food!! The 2 young boys behind counter seemed bothered that I took longer than a couple mins to decide, go get a better job if u dont like waiting in people lol. Otherwise had a great time.
I went to see Peter Rabbit with my two cousins, my youngest sister, and my oldest daughter. The theater was huge. You could fit one of our theatres from either cinema in Saginaw, into one of theirs. The theater being as large as it was, the sound had plenty of room to move around. The sound sound sounds like a TV volume on decibel 30. It was comfortable and didnt hurt my ears. Our cinemas are just a little bit bigger than a medium. The sound has nowhere to go. It is so loud, it hurts my ears. The seat was comfortable. It rocked back and forth. Our seats are hard and dont move. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. If im ever I Flint again, I would go back. I want to see Peter Rabbit again.
Theyve made great strides at this place since I was a kid. Its much cleaner and overall better now.Really didnt care for the fact that, as I was having my sister pay for our tickets, I asked a security guard for directions to the bathroom and got escorted back and forth. That was just strange. However, this is Flint were talking about. So Im sure theyve seen their fair share of shinanigans from the younger crowd that goes there. This theater seems to be a little cheaper than some of the others I go to so thats a plus.Overall, I generally only go to this theater as a last resort.
Its a great place to hit a matinee, ticket prices arent outrageous. I do have to agree that sometimes on Friday or Saturday nights (especially during big releases), the teenagers get a bit obnoxious. Staff seems somewhat confused with how to handle the situation - usually another watcher ends up dealing with them, not security. But if you go during off-hours, its pretty pleasant. Very nice ticket and concession staff.
Probably an underrated theater. Its in a fairly convenient spot right off of I-75. Its also a large theater with larger screens in every room. The prices for tickets are also cheaper than most places. I think the concessions seemed a little more pricey than most, but they also have a wide variety of foods. A really cool theater I would highly recommend. One of the better things about Flint.
Great seats, high backed and comfortable. Staffing is all friendly and helpful moreso than other places Ive been to. Movies are movies so not part of any valid review. Larger theaters than Im used to seeing for quite a few years. Concessions well staffed, courteous effecient. Good parking including handicapped. Recommended.
I love this theather. The staff is always friendly and the managment is always accommodating. If you catch a matinee the theaters are usually less crowded and the ticket prices are so cheap. Concessions are a little expensive but most theaters are like that. Its a great place!
Usually I go to Trillium in Grand Blanc. After coming here though, I will not be going back to Trillium. I was very impressed. The prices here are very low when compared to Trillium (more than 50% cheaper). But the staff here is what truly sold me. During the movie we noticed a problem with the audio. I went out and found a manager which are easily identifiable and told them they fixed the problem immediately. Then as everyone left the movie they apologized for the audio issues and gave everyone a pass to see a movie for free. I will definitely be back.
I am a long time patron of this theater, there was a time when I thought I would not be coming back, but times have changed. The new company (Cinemark) that owns this theater has been putting money in all the right places - seat upgrades, paint, repairs, security, and the employees all think well of it. Ticket prices are way reasonable, and these reviews complaining about concession prices are exaggerating a lot - there is no way it could cost more than 40$ to get 3 people popcorn and pop, even if they each got a Large Popcorn and Large Drink it would be $34.50, but I dont know why anyone would need their own large popcorn and large drink - those sizes are obviously meant for sharing, you can get more than enough with their small popcorn and medium drink (what I get) - for less than 10 bucks, or for all the health conscious people there is a snack pack for only 5$ that comes with popcorn, a drink, and a snack. The concession prices are higher than Trilliums, but the tickets are much lower, so really it evens out. Also, this place is never sold out, the theater is huge and I almost never have to sit right next to anyone I dont know. They have great screenings - sometimes as early as 4pm the day before it comes out so you dont have to be leaving the theater in Flint at midnight. I love the people there, and I love the theater, and I honestly dont know why it doesnt have all 5 star reviews.
We paid online to see the Demon Slayer movie and when we got there they wouldnt let us in because we needed two IDs because it was Rated R. We werent noted that we needed the IDs and that it was Rated R nor was in on the website. We even double checked to see if we missed it.
Great seating. Great video quality. And the sound system is impeccable. Watching a movie there is fantastic. So why only a three star? Well starting with getting tickets. They have a kiosk but if you are buying tickets they only have two spots open most days. Plus they sell more than tickets at these spots. Shirts, socks, blankets. That slows things down more. Then there is the concessions. All over cooked snacks. Hard soft pretzels. Dried out chicken fingers. Etc. Or you get some gas station style nachos or extra chewy popcorn. Limited drink options. Plus they only have one or two people working a huge concessions counter. But they have easy parking and easy access to I-75. So thats why it is a three and not a five star.
**Matinee times only**Its in a good area of Flint but I will not go there after matinee hours. which is anything before six oclock after six oclock towards the later evening, the crowd becomes overloaded with young disrespectful, rude, loud and obnoxious teenagers or young adults. which Im sure this problem occurs mostly anywhere. which is why I always go to matinee no matter what city or theater Im at. mainly during the week because the weekend you never know . Unless its a early show, I say between opening show time and 430 5 oclock. you usually dont get that type of crowd. For me its just safer and smarter. Not to mention the tickets prices are very reasonable, over the years the ticket price has changed a little, but you can always call and they will give you a price. and the theater is near a few fast food restaurants and little stores or gas stations. I personally always eat either before or after. because I think food prices at theaters are a ripoff thats my personal opinion.
Concessions are outrageous of course. Theaters are simple but ok. Its Flint. I WILL NOT go there on Friday and Saturday nights. I dont feel safe and certainly dont want my children there. They have security in abundance on the weekend nights and groups of teen and young adults gather all around and I have been there when security is telling them to stay in the theaters and not gather around the lobby....Just not a place to be on weekend nights.
Rave has plenty of comfortable seating in each of its films. The ticket prices are reasonable. While they have an awesome variety of concussions....ice cream, Starbucks, popcorn, and pizza just to name a few. They overcharge for the concussions. Thats the reason for the 3 star rating.
The staff at the concession area was beyond rude to my daughter and I. Then the actual theater was a pig sty with food on the floor and seats along with wrappers, wadded up napkins, empty cups and sticky seats and floors. It was GROSS!!! Then midway through the movie a group of rowdy teens came in and sat down behind us putting their feet on the backs of our seats and being loud and rude. Staff was notified and did NOTHING about it. We moved seats to avoid the creeps but thats just stupid to have to go through all that when WE are paying customers and they were crashing the movie as they were joking around with each other saying. I would NOT recommend this theater. The prices are too high for EVERYTHING and the environment is not family friendly at all. Go to NCG better prices and cleaner theaters with better security! Rave Cinema SUCKS!
I went on a friday night and tried to enjoy a movie with my son. unfortunately there were many teens almost half the theatre running around and playing on their phones during our movie. The security just stood in there all evening didnt change anything. The teens as we were leaving just threw their whole tubs of popcorn against the wall. I wont be going back this was my third attempt to enjoy a movie after many years of good movies in this venue.
I attend to this movie theater for a fundraiser. We saw the movie Hidden Figures. Popcorn and drink were very good. Restrooms were clean , seating in movie theater was very comfortable. They, also has security at the entrance ways in periodically walking through the movie theater.
We just left the theater after watching Leap! Great show by the way. My wife and I had two our our grand daughters with us, so our hands were pretty full. As we got out to the truck and was seat belting them in, one of the employees came out and asked my wife if she left her purse? She did, he took it the the office for safety. How fortunate we were that in Flint Michigan on a Friday night that The Rave and their employees treated us like family and didnt even let us leave the parking lot without getting her the purse back. Money, credit cards and a iPhone. It could have been a mess! I will always support this theater and their staff forever.Sincerely,Larry and Cathy Shay
Doesnt even deserve one star. Poor customer service and lack of wanting to fix the issue made the impression to never come back to this location. My fiancee wanted to try a new theater for her birthday and no ok ne offered an upsell or bundle. We had to find out from other customers later about a deal. When she asked if there was a way to fix they scoffed at her and acted inconvenienced. She had ask multiple times to get each item since no one tried to give the entire order. She was so disappointed and upset that I will never go to this location again.
Been going to rave for the last 4 years since i moved to the area. Have always had a great experience until the last two movies my wife and i seen there (bohemian Rhapsody and overlord) both movies were played in the smaller theaters (which is not my complaint) and it seemed the surround audio channels were cranked up and the front center channels were turned way down. Maybe the dialog of the movie very VERY hard to understand not only did my wife and i have a hard time hearing the dialog but we over heard others having the same issues as well. Hopefully they get it worked out cause we really do love going there. We almost go to the movies weekly.
This is actually a Cinemark theater. Still shows up on the credit card as Rave though, took me a minute to figure out what the charge was. Cheapest movie theaters Ive been to in the are. Concessions are much more reasonably priced than some other theaters. Not typically very crowded, especially for late movies. Show good selection of movies.
Ive never had an issue with the staff, they actually know our order when we get concession because we go there whenever there is a movie that we dont want to see in iMax. The other moviegoers can sometimes be a nuisance, but I havent had too much of an issue. Matinee times are definitely cheaper and less crowded so try to go then!
A nice theater with very comfortable seating but the prices for popcorn, snacks and beverages, I thought were outrageous. I think they are high in most theaters for what you actually get but here it was the highest Ive ever seen for the smallest portions Ive ever seen!
My husband and I dont get out often We have 3 children and we rarely have time for each other. After taking care of the bills and doing the weeks grocery shopping we decided to spend our last $20 on us and go see a movie. My MIL graciously offered to watch the little ones and off we went. The woman at the cash register swiped our card and hit a button, immediately mulling oops under her breath. She asked us to run it again and this time it was denied. My husband pulled out his phone and check the balance. The money was gone, claimed to be pending by Rave. She had refunded the money instead of accepting the transaction. She called the manager over and he took one look at us and told us to leave and not be a nuisance. Thank you Rave, for ruining a very rare night out for two exhausted parents.
This theater is the worst place to go to watch a movie. I was so stressed out at the amount of money I spent at the concession stand, that I couldnt enjoy the movie. The concession workers are very arrogant and disrespectful. They think theyre doing the customer a favor by selling the high priced popcorn and drinks. Their prices are outrageously high. I had a worker try to sell me popcorn flavoring for $1.50, she said its because customers had taken the flavorings in the past. This should of been complimentary. I asked her why dont they keep popcorn flavoring behind the counter and allow customers use it in front of them. She replied either you buy or not, It costs $16.95 for that stale, hard popcorn and 2 drinks. This city is already struggling financially and then you try to take your family out and support our local businesses and they try to rip us off. Shame on the Rave theater owners. If you put your prices down on movies and the concession stand, you will most likely sell out and make a lot of money. You need to think about that and stop being so greedy. I will never return. I will stick to NCG cinemas in Burton and in Grand Blanc. I know Im not the only one complaining because other customers had the same complaints.
Management can be a bit naive and unresponsive to patron needs. Be careful about 3d Movies here. Often the management moves 3D movies out quickly from the larger viewing screens and unsuspecting customers having an expectation to big 3D experience get noting more than a One eyed squint pint size perspective 3D viewing screen. Newer movies get the bigger screens and NO refunds if you have been duped...Go spend the gas and see movies elsewhere like Grand Blanc
I will never go to this theater again. My friend and I went to a late-night showing yesterday. There were groups of teenagers talking throughout the entire movie and stomping on the floor. We notified the front desk twice and they only sent Security in there one time. They stood there for 2 seconds and then left and never came back. What a waste of money I will drive out to Grand Blanc next time.
SoMe and a group of friends accompanied with an adult wanted to see IT, a scary movie right, not no fifty shades of grey.Okay well its rated R, we knew. They wouldnt let us in even with parent consent. Did i mention were all 16? And I was turning 17 in a month. What parent wants to sit through IT with 3 teenagers.Okay 2nd, concession prices are SO BAD.it was $12.50 for a large popcorn and 1 large pop. And, popcorn seasoning you had to pay for. (:Any theatre would-be better than this one.
Rave Cinema is a nice, well-maintained theater. It has stadium seating; but does not have reclining seats. Their pretzel bites are the best I have ever had!!! Buttery goodness dipped in a zesty cheese sauce - they put the Trillium Theaters (in Birch Run) pretzel bites to shame! The Rave Theater on Graham Road (in Flint) also has security present & no nonsense or disruptive people are tolerated - unlike the Courtland Center theater (on Center Road in Flint)!!! If you live in or near Flint and: dont want a long drive, dont want disrespectful people ruining your movie experience, dont mind seats that dont recline, and are hungry for amazing pretzel bites... visit the Rave Theater on Graham Road! (Youre welcome for the pretzel bite suggestion!😉) p.sTwo matinee tickets (for a 4:20pm show) were only $9.00!
Its a really good cinema its just this one girl at the snack center that kept Lying I just bought candy after all this happened I bought caramel M&Ms and someone wanted candy so then I went back to the snack Center and she said the the candy is $3.15 and when we got there we were specifically told that we got free refills and she said that we dont dont let this fool trick you
Despite the fact I used to go to trillium so I could see movies in imax this theatre is the one we tend to go to most days. If you go there in the afternoon the tickets are only $4 a piece. They have a super wide variety of food such as ice cream, pizza, deep fried jalepenos, french fries, etc. You get free refills on the large drinks and large popcorn. Its very clean with pleasent employees and I never have to wait for the bathrooms. They have two on each end so you dont have to miss much of the movie.
I come here often. I think today was the last time. I told concessions that some people wouldnt stop talking during the movie and some lady down my row was playing on her phone. They said they would send security over. Of course, the second they see security, they stop talking. He left and came back once. They talked pretty loud amongst each other throughout the whole movie. Security needs to step up their game.
Had an amazing time in the movie with my grandson. Upon leaving, it was pouring & turned into sleet & was very difficult to see. Hit a brown painted light pole in the back corner of the parking lot, as I was following the directions to leave by way of Exit. 😒 Luckily, we had on our seatbelts!
Movie volume was almost inaudible. Partly due to the volume level but also because of how loud the other moviegoers were. Constantly heard beer bottles being dropped and rolled around the theater. Spoke with management who said he went in the theater and heard the bottles but didnt know what to do about it. His resolution was to give us free movie passes....soo....who wants a couple passes? Ill be going to trillium from now on.
June 16th 2017 I and three of my friends went to see the movie, All Eyez On Me. The entire time we felt disrespected and felt we were victims of racial profiling. We bought our tickets 40 minutes before the movie was to show. Yet we were accosted by armed security guards multiple times even after we set on a bench to wait for the movie to start. Then I witness the same armed security guards accost three pre teens/teens who were trying to buy items at the concession stand. Then after we bought items from the concession stand was headed to watch our movie we were stopped by another security guard and asked to show our tickets. Yet we had already done this twice before. Only I and two of my friends were asked to show our tickets, my other friend who happens to be White was not accosted by the security guards or asked to show his movie ticket multiple times. I will not be spending another dime at this movie theater! I do not recommend anybody goes to this movie theater!
Multiscreen cinema which offers a variety of movies. Concession pricing is comparable to other places except that at Showcase Flint they add the butter for you which means that you are getting it distributed throughout all the popcorn vs just putting it on top like at Trillium. Also large popcorn is bigger here then at some places. I also appreciate that I can get free refills on a large popcorn and have it wrapped to take home.
So I order a large bottle of water and a pretzel bites and a bag of kit kats. I ask for a large cup of ice for my bottle of water and am told that I must pay full price for a large drink to get the cup of ice. Needless to say that I cancelled my order. How foolish is this ? I am determined to never spend another dime at their concession stand ever again. I see 1 to 2 movies a week .so that plastic cup of ice just cost them $25 a week .
Decent place to see movies; matinee price is very reasonable and there are usually multiple showtimes that qualify for matinee. At night, there is usually armed security and although I have never seen an incident, it is still slightly disconcerting to see them there.
If you want to hear conversations (not whispering but actual talking), phones ringing, people using their phones, and people walking in 30-45 minutes after the movie has started? This is the place for you! This was one of the worst movie experiences I’ve ever had. I could compare it to a High School classroom with a substitute teacher. If you must come here, come before 5 PM.
I witnessed ignorance from your staff. I was standing behind these two African American ladies and your employee Chrissy was talking very rudely and sassing the customers. She was calling herself cussing them out and being highly disrespectful. Then when they went to the movie theatre room she was talking about them behind their backs in front of customers like myself. Since I witnessed this I do Not want to be bothered with Rave anymore. If you cant control the disrespectful mouths of your employees then I will go spend my money else where. Chrissy was white with short hair and she was chunky. This happened around 8pm November 4th, 2014. Oh and one more thing she did become a little racist by stating that the reason why the prices are high is because People like you (meaning black people) steal them. Your prices are high to keep the blacks out. Sad so sad but what she failed to realize is that I am white with black children and I got offended. The customer still spent $17.00 on popcorn and two pops. But the prices are ridiculous at the concessions. Well I hope she gets let go for her actions because it was highly inappropriate.
I am throughly offended by the security here. My friends and I came here to see a movie and our ride went to see a different movie that got out about half an hour later. Me and my friends waited for the arcade to clear out so we could play some arcade games when we were told we needed to wait in the lobby place where there are no benches and is very crowded. We will not be going here again.

2022-05-04Not happy with the manager. Paid for tickets online and the theatre made me pay again because Fandango screwed up the email confirmation with a type o....paid twice . Fandango wouldnt refund me and the manager at the theater wasnt helpful and was Short with me as well. My grandson turned 5 and I bought 7 tickets for the movie twice...not happy with the way no one would try to make things right.

2021-12-21I used to love this place the staff was friendly and everything was great the movie theaters were huge but now lately they are making cutbacks that just make it unacceptable. The $8 popcorn and $4 drinks are no longer refillable even though the price hasnt changed but do the covid restrictions they no longer refill which does not make any sense seeing that they are wearing gloves and masks. The popcorn bucket is paper not cardboard which the butter seeps through, so would have needed to replace anyways and not come in contact with me. And also the theater was cold I never took my coat off.

2022-01-07The theater staff is friendly and helpful. The theater is clean. Currently the theaters are not full at all and you can very easily social distance and feel safe while you enjoy a movie.

2022-02-25There is a new rule stating that minors can’t come in to watch a movie past 6pm unless accompanied by their parent. To be honest, that’s just bad for business. The only people wanting to watch movies are teenagers and children. Who’s grandpa wants to watch Sing 2??!?

2022-04-10I love this theater in my neighborhood. I am sorry for how much of a mess the darn customers leave in the room though WOW I seen sonic 2 and people literally leave trash Everywhere. Id hate to see what their houses look like!
