We were seated in the overflow room Sunday night along with 40-50 other people. As you can imagine the service was ridiculously slow. They had 1 server trying to keep up with these large groups. She was so overwhelmed we felt sorry for her.Food was marginal at best. I played it safe with salad and the calamari, which was missing the banana peppers. Others got Chicken Parm which looked dry and overcooked. Had to get a lot of extra sauce to make it edible. Live and learn, should have gotten pizza and pitchers of water right off the bat. Overall it was about 2 hours start to finish with the server coming by twice and 40 min wait on food.
The customer service here is second to none. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Will happily eat here again anytime!
Hands down the best pizza you’ll find in West Michigan. Similar for the rest of their menu, great food no matter what you order! I’ve never had to wait for a table. The restaurant is split into two sides, casual dining and the sports bar side. This has lots of tvs and is generally louder, but still offers booth, high top, and bar seating.
They messed up our order. The crust was the wrong type. Rather than simply swapping the pizzas out, they let us eat the wrong pizza AND sent us home with the correct order free of charge.And the food was good too.
Nice place for food and sports and a cocktail. There are pulltabs with is a huge plus for me! Food is good.
We had a birthday event at the Belmont location and Tony the manager was so great to work with. He took our reservation let me pre-order pizzas and breadsticks and had all this handed over to our server Haley so she could enter the order. They had a space for 20 of us set up and ready when we arrived. Haley was attentive and so sweet and had the food come out within a few minutes of getting there. Everything was hot and delicious! Thank you Flos for being so awesome and letting us have a great carefree celebration! Well certainly be back!
I had the vegan olive burger. First, the fries are fantastic. My oliveburger could have used more olives, but the meat substitute was great. Portions were fair for the price. The staff was friendly. It took a while to get our food. The server was quick to get out drinks and apps, so the wait was fair with current climate. Overall, great experience.
Once great now less than average. Prices are ridiculous now. 15.00 for spaghetti? Drink prices are crazy too. The menu is ok....but come on, Its been the same ol same ol for years. The wings cant touch the Score and ther food is average at best. With all the choices out there they need to step up their game.
Best pizza around! Service and food is always top-notch. Ive been coming here since day one and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!
Four of us went there and ordered a pizza, Mozzarella sticks, and two orders of boneless wings. 25 minutes later they tell us they forgot the mozzarella sticks and then 10 minutes later they bring the pizza “which was fine” and two orders of cold wings. We had them redo the wings and they brought one order out and the other order right before we left. Talk about crash and burn…
Order at your own risk!!! Picked up pizza last night. By far worst experience I’ve ever had, been up all night and morning “dealing” with there award winning pizza.
We arrived and put our name in. The hosts told us we would wait 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, she said she didnt know how long and then said another 25 minutes. She was very rude in the manner she spoke to us and was not welcoming or apologetic for the long wait.
As a delivery driver I ask that you please work to keep your tablets on at all times because of we show up and have to wait 20 minutes because the order never got put in, we dont get paid at all for that wait time. Its like if someone were to just take 20 minutes off your check due to nothing you did. Dudes at the window worked with me to get it resolved as best as they could and I rarely have issues here so thats why I gave 3 stars. (Will update to higher rating in future if things improve over the next few deliveries)I dropped a star because I had to wait 15 minutes for a mobile order because they didnt have their tablet on again

Bigger on the inside than you think. Great place to meet up and watch tha game....whatever your game is!Big Screen tvs are everywhere the eye can see.Pizza IS AMAZING! Get the thin crust, you wouldnt be disappointed.
Delicious pizza & pizza puffs!! Our experience was top notch and our server, Axel, was hysterical!! Strong, good drinks too. Revisits are a definite.Axel is the reason for the 5th star. He made my night by brining me water from the alps LOL!!
Great food and very friendly staff. 10 out or 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet sit down meal or if you are looking for a sports bar this is the place to go.

I am very surprised! This place was absolutely fantastic. I ate here with my boyfriend and we loved everything about it. Clean establishment, nice decor, plenty of food options, and the food came out in a decent time! Next time Ill have to use my student discount! Definitely making our way back soon.

Very dissatisfied! Said my order would be ready for pick up by 7:15, ended up waiting there till about 8! Forgot our bread sticks, and not all of the meals came out to us hot! Not worth 60 dollars for what we got, at all!
Very disappointed. Took forever to get waited on, food was salty, and the prices on the menu did not reflect the prices on the receipt. Paid a lot more.
I used to go here more often but end up being unhappy when I leave. Although the service is always good, the same cant be said for the food. Low quality ingredients make for low quality meals.

We ordered the blt pizza for delivery. For a $25 pizza it should be made perfectly. The pizza had barely any lettuce or tomatoes. I would definitely not recommend getting delivery from here.
The food here is great! One of the best places to get pizza! It was our first time dining in and I wasn’t impressed with the menus, the 3 we received were absolutely destroyed and I could hardly read half of what was on the menu, which was kind of disappointing, but we got to use a 15% discount for our meal which is super nice! Most restaurants don’t have that type of deal for students!
We have gone to this restaurant for years and it is one of our favorites. The facilities are clean and occasionally updated. The really cool part is that you have the sports bar part with big screen TVs but you also have a quiet area where you can dine in relative peace. The food is obviously excellent and the menu varies. The waitresses are always Johnny on the spot even if it gets crowded. This is one of the better run Italian/sports bar restaurants in the area. Its worth a visit!
AMAZING waitress (dezarai? Pink magenta hair) she was awesome. We had appetizers and drinks. Mostly great. Pizza puffs could use more flavor on the puff and nacho cheese was kind of sad. However, I would come again and it would be worth the drive.
Our order was never made after placing it on the app, but the two young guys up front were quick to apologize and kindly got our food order in. Thanks for such great food and great service, Flos! Never a disappointment.

Awesome food, awesome service by Steve! This place is much more than an Italian restaurant! The fish and chips were delicious, and the sirloin steak was cooked perfectly.
Good service and happy hour. However, the food menu should be expanded. There are no gluten free items on the appetizer menu and minimal gluten free items on the rest of the menu. I would give it 5 stars if it had items other than gluten free pizza on the menu.
Terrible take out service. I ordered a large deluxe pizza and bread sticks. I was given a pick up time of 6:24. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not ready. I was told they were just waiting for the breadsticks and that it would be another 6 minutes. After asking the staff several times I finally received my food at 7:08 (44 minutes after the original pick up time.)The pizza was cold as it had been sitting on the rack the entire time while waiting for the breadsticks. Several other customers were experiencing the same thing.
All their food is great, but their pizzas are fantastic! Its a bit pricey but totally worth it. Dining room is clean and staff is friendly and fast.

Typically food is good, but just ordered take out and my salad had a pile of lettuce, two cherry tomatoes, 5 slices of a strawberry, and about 5 cashews. So glad I paid about 13 dollars for lettuce.
I ordered ribs and onion rings, so if you think your order is taking longer than it should ask. Our food was cold when we got it.
The food is great. The atmosphere is nice. And its nice to catch up on sports, games or updates that you may be missing out on.
Would be great if you guys could figure out how to put pizza toppings all over the pizza instead of all piled in the center. This will be the last thing I order from this place. Not to mention on hold 2 times, the first time I was forgotten, then hold for 10 min, so my wife calls at same time and gets right through.Geez Get it together people.

Service was good, even though they were short-staffed. Food was passable but not great. Sausage was overcooked, onions and peppers undercooked (for my taste anyway). Grilled chicken was dry and mashed potatoes were room temperature. At least they gladly microwaved the very salty potatoes. If theres a next time, Ill try the pizza.
Pizza was good. We got thin crust. Service was solid. We were there for lunch and had attentive service from the bartender. The crust, cheese, and sauce are all solid on the pizza. They had decent beer prices and a solid selection on tap. The mixed drinks we received were also delicious. Parking looks like it could be an issue at night. Not a lot of spaces around and a few businesses to share with.

Horrible! Ordered takeout, arrived in 30 min to pick up as directed to find out they hadn’t even started the pizza for my son and I yet. Wish I would’ve known that prior to paying with a $5 tip. I was told they would start it immediately and it would be done in 6-7 min. 25 min later my pizza was done. Arrived home to find and my wife’s food (which they actually cooked on time) was cold and the 14” pizza I waited for was really a 12” in a 14” box. Never again! We’ll be spending our money at Vitale’s.
Great food and service!!! We ordered a Sicilian pizza, and after a little while, not too long, but enough time for our pizza to be done.. our server came back and apologized that he had accidentally put in our pizza wrong. He apologized and said it would be out soon. Then he brought us the pizza he had ordered incorrectly to try, then the pizza we ordered!!! Exemplary customer service!! Both pizzas were exceptional!!! Any restaurant with this kind of customer service is 5+☆ in my book!!!
My family and I love eating at flos, but today we had an okay experience. The service and food were great! But we noticed that some servers were vaping by the drink and salad area. And then we over heard a server yelling and cursing at her co workers who were plating food and helping her out.
Ordered a chicken club Flatbread and one side was burnt black where you had to peel off a layer to get rid of burnt flavor.
Food was excellent! My son was very happy with the variety of the kids menu.The only thing lacking was the service this time.
David set our reservation of 20 up with excellent accommodations for a family dinner. The staff and our waiter were excellent and provided phenomenal service throughout the afternoon. The food and drinks were terrific and very plentiful. The pizza was exceptional and extremely filling. Definitely the best we have ever had. We will continue to make Flo’s a family tradition and appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you!!
Flos recently remodeled and it looks great and is kept clean! Food is very good and the staff are friendly and attentive. We have been to Flos many times and it seems as though they dont do drink specials (if they do then our timing is always unfortunate). Highly recommend Flos!
We loved sitting in the outside tent so that we could dine out during covid in the winter. They had stand up heaters by every table with openings on the ends of the tent. We brought blankets to sit on and wrap up and we saw people bringing their own heaters as well. It was a great opportunity to get out and celebrate a birthday and support our local restaurants.💞
Best pizza ever!!! Our waitress, Zoey was wonderful and so nice! She let us move inside when it became too cold out and continued to take great care as well as recommended a great pizza and crust! Really was the best pizza and we will have to come back. Thank you, Zoey!
Ive gotta say the last few visits have not been good. I expect a great pizza for the price Im paying. Otherwise I might as well go to the chain Pizza stores. I had a BBQ Chicken Pizza. It wasnt good at all.
Not our favorite type of pizza. Crust too thin and the veggie toppings were practically raw. Sauce had no flavor. Good cheese however. Had the risotto balls for an appetizer, delicious.Service was fun to watch, much confusion as to what food went to what table. Our service was fine but we saw three other tables have issues while we were there.
The food was just as good as it normally is. The staff was friendly and the service was very prompt. But this time, we felt a little rushed out despite the fact they werent busy.
Have been here for 40 minutes ordered pizza bites when we sat down, ordered our food a couple minutes later. Haven’t gotten a thing

Good local family run chain, family dinning/dinning room on one side, sports bar on the other. Great wait staff, really good food the pizza sauce is on the sweet side, just how I like it. A good happy hour, great location to met up with friends, and lots of parking. Overall it checks the boxes off nicely
We love the food and the staff is great!! We stopped there several times this summer and were never disappointed.
Our waiter, the poor guy, did the best he could do with what he had. The kitchen screwed this guy! The meal I ordered was not prepared as ordered. My Steak was served Blue when ordered Medium.My wife and I had to share her meal (the portion size is more than sufficient). While they remade my steak, To Go! In the end, they did not charge me for the steak but does it really matter at this point? The manager did her best to fix it but my wife and I were not able to enjoy our meals together which was the point of having dinner together. I will probably wont be back, maybe when my expectations are much lower. I should also note that the last time I was there, we had order issues from the kitchen.
Our kids ordered a pizza to share. My wife and I ordered steak ask for it medium. It came out well done, the second time it came out well done. We finally took the last one home because our kids have finished eating long before. and nobody came back to check on us for drinks almost the whole time we were there.
I had the aloha pizza which was full of delicious flavors, pineapple, and roasted red peppers. Zoey was wonderful. She was a attentive, friendly, and observant. If you visit I would have her be your server for sure!!!
Terrible service. I got sat down at a both and waited 15 minutes and not one person even came up to ask me what I wanted to drink. I looked around and seen that the waitresses were hanging out talking. I ended up just leaving. I will not go back.
My wife and I went here for lunch, and sat in the dining room for the buffet. None of the wait staff could be bothered to get drinks or menus for us. This at 1:30PM, so they werent even busy, there was only one other couple in the dining room. After waiting ten minutes we left. We will never come here again, and wont ever recommend this place to anyone. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Honestly, I didnt fill out the survey card because there wasnt enough space to cover all the things wrong with this place. Furthermore, I shouldnt have to train your staff in the basics of how to wait on customers, cook food without burning it or hire a manager who spends more time inside managing, than standing outside smoking and talking on her cell phone. I would change my rating to Zero stars if I could. I will not return, there are just too many good restaurants that want repeat customers to waste my time on trying to educate this one in the basics of customer service.
The food is really good. However, every plate was dirty. There is a greasy haze on everything and crumbs of food baked on from the wash. This is the 2nd time there with the same as last time. The new plates brought out are equally greasy with stuck on food. They arent capable of providing clean dishes.We returned for another visit. The plates this time were all clean. The silverware needed a wipe down and I scraped food from a knife. Our first pizza was burned. The manager explained the issue and had another already in the oven. Again the food was excellent as well as the service. I increased the star rating to average.
We ordered take out. My boyfriend and my daughter got a turkey club sub and got fries instead of chips which was a $2 upcharge each. Would not have minded paying the upcharge if they would have got a decent amount of fries. The portion was what you would give a toddler. I got the spaghetti shrimp scampi. The shrimp tasted great. However, the noodles had no flavor although it looked like they should have. It was weird. Im sure we will end up going back eventually but, we will make sure to check the food before we get back home.
We just had my moms 50th party there and they made accommodations for a large party, which was so nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was we all ordered appetizers and they came out with our dinner which was frustrating due to us sitting there for awhile with nothing to eat. The server was kinda slow not sure why. It took forever for our bill, I mean it came to the point where I was about to go grab her. The food was excellent!! I would recommend 2 servers for a large party.
Came to pick up high prices for ok pizza. the cashiers were nice and did all they could to be polite and respectful but the manager was unpleasant, rude, and lazy he was eating the food the cooks were making and being chatty just leaning on the wall while everyone else was running around busy and when me and my friends used our gift cards he acted like we offended him and was fussing and complaining about them being used (they made more than the gift cards were even worth) ... he was honestly the worst part of the whole experience from now on none of us wont go back cause he was being such a lazy rude jerk and treated his employees like dirt i will make sure to share this experience with others ik
I like that theres a separate bar area with big screen T.V.s and a quieter dining area. The menu offers quite a variety, from burgers and pizza to pasta, fish, and steak. The pasta I ordered turned out to be a bit spicy, which was not indicated in the description in the menu. The waitress was attentive and brought refills on our soda right on time.
First time at Flos and I was impressed. The largest menu I think I have ever seen--lots of choices. The veggie pizza was very good. Already thinking maybe next time Ill try the pizza burger on a pretzel bun that a couple people had and enjoyed.
We were driving home on 131 and looking for a place with some variety. Flos menu online looked good, so we stopped for dinner. It was great. Their location in a stripmall made me wonder about our choice when we first pulled in, but the inside was nice, the staff was friendly, the beer cold and the food good. If I were a local, Id be a regular.
The lunch buffet at Flos on Post Drive is so amazing, so delicious....its gotta be the best-kept secret in Grand Rapids! Ive eaten there about 4-5 times over the last several months, and its always a plentiful variety of food, not just pizza. In fact the selection of pizza here almost takes a backseat to the other types of foods! Today there was BBQ chicken, 2 kinds of pasta side (alfredo & red sauce), breaksticks, mixed vegetables, fried potatoes, pork chops, breaded pollack fish, stromboli, 2 kinds of soup (minestrone & I think a creamed chicken tortilla type?) plus like 4 different desserts: pumpkin pie, chocolate cream pie, brownies, and a layer/mousse type dessert. As of Dec 2018, the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet goes til 2pm on weekdays and is $9.99 which is a little steep compared to BC pizza, but its worth it for the sheer amount, variety, and quality of food to choose from! Highly recommended.

Pizzas great but i dont think the prices always match the food ordered artichoke dip was 11$ but was probably comparable to a childs portion. So for now stickin to the pizza
Went on a Saturday after looking at Christmas lights. Waitress was great. Bar Tender did not follow directions of specialty drinks on menu. Old Fashion was awful. Poor Quality Cherries will make a difference. Drinks not worth the price if your not going to make them correctly. Bartender needs a refresher on specialty drinks.
We hadnt been to Flos in a while. I thought the prices were very high compared to other pizza places with in 10 miles. We had subs, they were fine, still expensive. Not a great food value.
Food was great. I thought the price of their drafts was a little expensive. But overall I like the place.
We decided to not have Pizza. I had the Pizza Burger which was delicious once more pizza sauce was provided. My husband had the seafood alfredo which was very good. The pizza puffs we enjoyed as an appetizer were delicious and reminded me a lot of sopapillas when we lived in the Southwest. Service was iffy. Next time we will try the pizza!
Amazing food and service. Loved visiting this and planning on visiting again soon.Ive had the pizza (amazing) and just had the meatball dinner (also amazing). My dinner companions likewise enjoyed everything weve had. The exception was the spinach dip was pretty bland.
Zoey did a fantastic job with. 11 people. Drinks were always there food orders were prompt and correct.When the power went down a manager should have stepped in to total the bills instead of poor Zoey trying to serve other tables and figure out our bills manually.
The tomato cream sauce is amazing! Wish they would bring back the build your own pasta dish.

There isnt much variety to choose from if your gluten free. Makes me feel like they dont care . With all of the competition in todays eateries offering dietary options, you would think that they would have at least one or two items on the starter menu . Only offering gluten free pizza crust doesnt cut it. I also just learned that you can only order pizzas the way they are on the menu with no substitutions for example...you want a deluxe pizza with no mushroom. The manager says there are no substitute. You have to have it as is. I dont like placing negative reviews. If you look at my reviews they are mainly positive.
Our pizza was good, but the service on Sunday night was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get a draft beer and nearly 30 minutes to get a refill after the first was gone. This was a return trip for us and service is getting worse each time. It was not very busy so there was no excuse for the service to be so slow

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I dont care if youre new and training, be friendly and act like you want to be there! As a member of the customer service industry, Im embarrassed to call you a server! Even her trainer seemed like she needed a lesson in customer service! Food and drinks were wonderful, thats the only reason Id go back!

Food is wonderful and came very quickly. Large portions. Prices are moderate but worth it. Serving staff was friendly, but was not attending to our table very much. Restaurant is very loud, but it is a sports bar, it does make it hard to talk.
My drink was great! Unfortunately the food wasnt. I had the Sicilian, Sicilian chicken, fettuccini Alfredo, and lasagna. The chicken is just a pre-breaded (Im guessing frozen) nasty thing. Its supposed to be grilled, I asked for it to be well done and it was served to me burnt black. The lasagna was nothing more than two layers of noodles covered in overly sweet sauce and topped with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Hubby had the steak which was tasteless. His sauteed peas and mushrooms appeared to be frozen peas and canned mushrooms mixed together. The service was good though.
Good atmosphere for sports with surprisingly good food for a sports bar. Great selection of food from pizza to subs to entrees which are a particularly good value for the price and always very tasty. The bar specials (particularly during MI team games) are also a nice touch with a decent selection of craft beer from the area too. This is our go-to place for sports & good food in the area.
We have been coming here since they first opened. They have great food but something about their pizza really makes them stand out. The cauliflower crust is to die for!
We went for the lunch buffet, and I think theyve forgotten that they are an Italian restaurant. It was a Friday, so they had fried fish and prime rib, which were very good, as well as baked chicken, potatoes, a vegetable dish, pizza, stromboli, breadsticks, and 2 pasta dishes. The problems we had were that they ran almost completely out of food for at least 10 minutes at one point, which is not good when youre there for a quick lunch break. They were completely out of pizza, Stromboli, breadsticks, baked chicken, the fried fish, and the potatoes. The only reason they werent completely out of everything was because nobody was really eating the vegetables, and the pasta dishes were awful. This was at 12:30. Its an Italian restaurant, and yet the pastas they were serving were a weird version of chicken pot pie and beef stroganoff, both penne pasta. When I said something to the waitress about them not being very good and asked if they planned to have an Italian pasta out at some point, she did talk to the cook, but what he brought out as a replacement was buffalo sauce macaroni and cheese. Overall, the food was really disappointing, but the service was at least good.
The staff was great accomadating our family so we could celebrate our favorite 4 year old. They let us move inside when availability opened up.
Stopped for take out on our way home.We used the app. Very uncomfortable upon pick up because there were approximately 30 people outside eating and drinking. We used to eat there once a month. No more.
Service is not great. If youre in a hurry Id probably recommend going somewhere else but if you have an extra thirty minutes to wait around for them to finally acknowledge you and take your drink order - go for it. The food wasnt hot garbage but not worth sitting waiting around for.
Eh. Service was okay. I ordered a large pizza with pineapple,banana peppers and jalps. With an order of cheese bread. Got some drinks while I waited for my carry out. Only to come home and realize there are zero jalapenos on my pizza. Whatever Ill live with a missing topping. But the first slice I got had a ling blonde hair baked into the pizza. Ew. Ive been here plenty and always have a nice dine in experience. Just seems like the late night middle of the week lul makes thinga a little sloppy and thats disappointing.
The ingredients were delicious, the take-home service was very kind when my card screwed up and I had to leave and come back with cash. Im a celiac and they offer gluten free pizza, however its just frozen udis crust that they use, which isnt unusual, but I was hoping for homeade crust. Its also decently expensive, thats the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 otherwise it was a good experience.
Flos has a great manager that we see when we go in during the evening. He wants to please his customers. Make us also have a great evening because he is more than fair when we encounter a problem. Most of the time thInga Flo great however :) we like eating there because its has what we enjoy. I would just like to thank him again. We just left Flos and it Wednesday 11/4/15.
Seriously....the pizza is so good!! The waiter was very attentive and had great suggestions for our group as far as what items we should try on the menu. Cant wait to go back!!
This place has it all. One section is a sports bar with projectors and tvs in every direction. Another section is more of a quiet dining area. Personally, I think the food is the best part about Flos. Gourmet Italian food with all sorts of pizza and pastas, and also your standard bar food choices. Great food, great atmosphere. Theyre Italian, so you know they treat their customers right.
Awesome staff. Great food and drink specials. Happy hour all day for Sunday Funday. All the sports you can watch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of regulars to make friends.
Friday 4:30PM Only about 25 - 30% full. Service was terrible. It took over 10 minutes before any wait staff came to our table to ask what we wanted. After that we were rushed into deciding if we wanted to order another beverage. There was a change in wait staff at our table and we had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone came around to see if we wanted anything else. I am fairly certain that I will not be going back.
Food is usually good. The takeout pizza is most of the time great although some of the times has varied a bit in quality which I assume is based upon who is making it. I would still return as flos as they serve great flavor. However, everytime I have been in or gotten takeout it seems as though the portion size has gone down and the prices have greatly increased. Last I went I was charged $14 for an order of lasgna which is much higher of a cost then at most places. This is a nice restraurant however it is a sports bar as well. The cost should not be that expensive.
Ordered a build your own thick crust pizza and sangria. Both were excellent with great service from our waitress. Has seating inside and outside which is nice.
Pizza was good. The appetizers and drinks were pricey. They have an exorbitant amount of TVs. This was the fitst time I came to their dinner service and I much prefer their lunch buffet.
Great atmosphere, and the staff is wonderful. I like Deven the best. The only problem is that the drink prices are absurdly over priced. The food is always fresh and We always have fun. Flow is very good. Lets make those drink prices fair and it will be great.
We come here quite often. Great local sports bar. Great food, service, and beer selection including a good mix of local craft beer. Weve never had a bad experience here.

Last week we discovered their lunch buffet. Yum! Well be going there again tomorrow for round 2! I had the meat ravioli with meat sauce the weekend before, I had the best sauce Id ever had. Did I mention that Im Italian?
This place has the best pizza around. They have a lot of other great dishes too if you dont feel like pizza. Big screens all over in the Sports Bar so its a great place to watch a game. Friendly staff and great service!
The atmosphere was good. There were enough good TVs (the most important thing for a sports bar). The chicken tenders were surprisingly some of the best that I have ever had.

We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Food was pretty much chefboyardee and cold on arrival. We were presented boxes for our leftovers with no room on our tiny table to box up our own meals.
Best seafood pizza in town! Jess amazing bartender ever and katlin is my favorite server Ive ever had. Thats why i eat their 3 day a week. Keep up the great food!!

The food is really good. Its the service and the wait for food I disliked. Granted, when we were there they were busy. But, they knew there was a large group coming in. They should have been better prepared.

We go to Flos Pizzeria Ristorante quite often and have been VERY happy with all of our food and drink orders and the staff. No matter how busy they are, we do not feel rushed to get out of there after having our meal. We would recommend Flos Pizzeria to anyone to attend.
We chose going to Flos for our Christmas gathering this past season. They took really good care of us and we had a great time. The food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyday or holidays.
Love the food and set up. Cant give 5 stars as they have the most unfriendly hostesses working there and hasnt changed in the 5 years Ive been. Have walked out twice due to their attitude.

I ate the beef stew the bowl consisted of one piece of meet one onion and a piece of what I want to say was a potato and a bunch of broth far from a stew and I was sick for two days after that so Im assuming food poisoning I knew the soup tastes funny but I didnt want to complain because I was at a business meeting. I wont be going back here.
Service was a bit slow, food was of a mediocre quality. Spaghetti was pretty good, salad (low-quality lettuce and the grilled chicken was burnt) potato skins were good.

I called they had a couple days ago and ordered a appetizer Sicilian fries order which normally cost six dollars and what I was given was barely a skimpy small order of a side order of fries I don’t know how any of the staff could’ve ever considered it to be an appetizer order.. I’ve had fry appetizer orders from there before which was sufficient but this time I feel very disrespected and somethings seems to have been deliberate on their part because I specifically ordered an appetizer order when I called ahead I will try and include a picture as I took one
$5 salsa in plastic cup and chips were small portion. Extra cheese on pizza was not extra and was additional $2. Asked server and showed cheese...he pretty much shrugged off. Will Not go back.

Great Place, very family friendly. Service is wonderful and attentive. Sausage and Peppers is the best thing on menu. Also try the pasta and pizza. Fun place to hang out.

Was just there. Took 10 minutes for me to be seated. Took another 10 minutes for a waiters to come by to get my drink order. Another 10 to get the drink then over 45 mins for my food. The funny thing is that they arent even busy.

Went for lunch buffet. Wasnt impressed with selection or service at this location. One customer was rude; burping, slamming and shoving chairs around in dining area. Glad to get through lunch and get out of there.

Average sports bar/restaurant. Nothing spectacular. Food was just ok. On the pricier side. Waiter couldnt remember our drink selections and seemed distracted. Didnt catch his name.

Idk who said they are the best pizza but 27 dollars for a 14 inch and cheese bread. I wont be in no rush to go back. Over priced and disappointment.

This is supposed to Michigans best pizza. Dont know about others, but I prefer the majority of the crust to be covered with the pizza toppings. The pizza I just got had barely half of the crust covered with the pizza toppings.
Claimed to be the best pizza in michigan I would rate it sub par at best not what I expected when I stopped at all having been all over Michigan trying different pizza I would say this ranked poorly
They cheat their employees... they make them tip out too much. And at the end of a pay period,there is left over money, and they dont divide it back up between the servers, the owner keeps it. If you tip only leave credit card tips or they dont get all their money. They play favortism to certain people. Thats why there is only three original people there. Its sad, because i LOVED that place. Ill never go back!

Place is loud and noisy. The server was great! The pizza was only ok. Not near as good as everyone raves about. Tasted like a frozen pizza.

Great place to catch a game with drink discounts during certain games. I.e. Michigan, Michigan St., Lions, ect. The wait staff is great with checking in with you to make sure your visit is great.
Bring back the menu that qualifies you as a sports bar! You cant call yourself a sports bar if you dont have nachos on your menu!!!We were disappointed to find your menu had changed so much, and sadly, none of us really enjoyed the items we ordered.

The menu was not t. No taco salad and some other items not on there. Wine was $8 a glass and that is very high for a local and not a fancy place. We will be looking for a new place to go

Apparently they dont want everyone to try their restaurant, or they would not of told me NO you cant order takeout at 1132 pm last call is at 1130, but if the phone wasnt automated, i could of ordered if a person answered right from the,start instead of pressing 3 numbers to get there, wasting five + min......i just wanted a damn burger........smh
Food is absolutely delicious. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars, is because lets face it, this is still a pizzeria/bar. 5 stars are reserved for 5 star restaurants.
Went in for all day happy hour on a Sunday. Apparently it switches to late night happy hour after nine .Not same deals. So I guess not all day as advertised

2022-01-16This place let me down in a major way. First off I do understand that its a sports bar and to expect some noise but there were two booths full of men just absolutely screaming at the games playing on the tv’s. My salad came out and tasted sour and rotten and when I looked closer 80% of it was in fact so rotten it was almost liquified. Our food took about an hour to come out and the wait staff was apologizing to every table. We watched another group of people leave before getting their food. My steak wasnt terrible but nothing great either. Pizza puffs are my favorite and the only reason id ever come back.

2022-02-14The atmosphere here is great, huge TVs great for catching the game. Food was ok, loaded fries were amazing 10/10, pepperoni pizza was 4/10, fish basket was 6/10. Our server was Haley B. and she did absolutely awesome. She was the only one on the floor for Superbowl and was killing it. Thanks to her we had a great time and were attended to often. Will come back thanks to awesome service and good atmosphere. Pizza needs work though.

2022-05-14It was decent. We showed up 10 minutes before happy hour so we got asked to wait. Which was ok. Then we order then get told items we wanted they ran out of that was a little disappointing. The waitress we had was super awesome paid attention to us and gave of some of the best service we had in a while.

2022-06-29Gave this place 3 tries. Just don’t go. It just got worse and worse. First time we dined in and service was very slow. 2nd time we got take out that took an extra 45 minutes waiting. 3rd time, today, my take out order was packed so poorly the pasta was sideways and leaked inside the bag. The sauce cups were so hot that the lids had melted and my daughter burned herself unpacking the bag.

2022-06-11Traveling.. saw Flos and decided to try it. What a great place. Food choices were plentiful. Service was great. T was our server. Pizza was fabulous. Meatball parm sub was delicious. Wont get a. Hance to go back, sadly. But would highly recommend. Great food, service and prices.

2022-06-17Had to wait more than 10 minutes for a drink order to be fixed. Was told it was the soda machines fault.My chicken flatbread was so bad that our waiter sent it back.The replacement dish was soggy.Super understaffed.Super under managed.

2022-04-19Took 5 adults and 3 kids the day before Easter and it was delicious!! The food is excellent! Server was really on the ball, especially with the kids. Will definitely be back again.

2021-01-10The FOOD IS AMAZING. Nothing Ive ever eaten from here has not been amazing. the staff is super friendly, but the FOOD. I cant get enough of it. Thr pesto chicken sandwich is the best thing in the menu. I dont know though the cheese sticks are top of the line cheese sticks not just your bar cheese sticks. And the sicilian drink they have is the best twist on an amaretto sour I have ever had.
