The tech, Christian M., was great, prompt and courteous...explained what he was doing and gave updates and did not leave a mess. Comment: I was referred to Flowmasters due to their professional experience with commercial and residential areas. I had a really bad unprofessional experience with a recent plumber that I had to fire from the job. The stainless sink was damaged from the top and bottom and the plumber did not want to make things right by taking shortcuts. Contacted Flowmasters and the next day they showed up, gave us a quote and came two days later. Juan showed up, went straight to work, installed both sinks and that was it.. No drama, with a couple of laughs together, and even talked about soccer. This is the experience every person should have with contractors or workers. Pricing is competitive and came out cheaper than my previous plumber who failed to finish the job. From now on, even if Flowmasters will be on the high side of quotes, rest assured the quality will speak for itself.Thank you so much for fixing the mistakes my previous plumber did to us.

They have the proven ability to successfully complete projects within the guidelines required by regulatory agencies and also stay within the owners budget. We asked them to install a heat pump water heater in a space designed for a gas water heater, and they made it look like it was designed that way when the house was originally built over 30 years ago. Comment: On Sunday Morning at 7am, we had no hot water. We called flowmaster and received live person who told us someone would call us within 15mins who was knowledgeable about our boiler. A technician Conor called us back in less than 5mins and arranged for a time to come out in the next hour or so. Connor arrived and determined we needed a new water pumped. He said he or someone else would call us on Monday morning by 8am. The office called us at 7:50am and scheduled a time that worked best for us to do the repair. Christian arrived on schedule and was very friendly. He confirmed why he was here and explained in detail how he was going to repair the issue and test afterwards. He made sure every location had hot water before allowing me to sign off on the completed job. I just love this companys prompted professional customer service!

Comment: We highly recommend Flow Masters Plumbing. They came out to do maintenance on our radiant heat. All seemed well, but we lost heat and hot water by bedtime. We couldn’t figure it out! Alberto M. came out the next day to see what was happening. He spent all day going through everything he could think of. Soon, he was joined by his supervisor, Connor, and our original service tech (sorry, I forgot his name). The guys never gave up! They replaced things, tested, called the manufacturer. Finally, Connor figured out that a small, but necessary part had gone missing during the maintenance work from the radiant heat device. He was able to find a new part and by 7:30am the next morning, Alberto was back to install the part and get our heat and hot water working again. Not having heat and hot water is an inconvenience, but all three of the Flow Masters Plumbing guys had good attitudes, they wanted to make it right, and they worked hard in a frustrating situation. They were friendly and professional. We will use them again. Thank you!

Comment: I have a unique HTP boiler instead of a typical water heater and recently it stopped producing hot water and maintaing the temperature. I called a few places in the East Bay, and they all said they were not qualified to fix that type of boiler that I had. An HTP sales rep referred me to Flow Masters and things immediately changed for the better. The day after I called them, one of the company owners, Alan, personally came to my home to check out my issue. He immediately knew what the problem was and sent me a quote that evening. Once I decided to contract with them, Aislinn from their office called me right away and sent me everything via email to get contracted and scheduled for them to do the work. She was great as she called me each step of the way and always called back when I had questions. Lastly, the technician Alberto was awesome. One of the kindest and most professional people you will ever meet. He arrived at 7:30 am sharp, just as scheduled, and provided me various updates throughout the day as he worked on the job. My boiler is located in a pit under my house and not easily accessible or visible. However, Alberto sent me photos of the boiler sahowing how things looked before he started the work, while he had the boiler pulled apart and was cleaning the internal components, and after photos of all the new expansion tanks and reassembled boiler. Ive never had a company do that before for any home maintenance job. My entire experience with Flow Masters was great, and I will definitely be coming back to them for my annual maintenance!

Comment: My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water. Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor. Steve at Action Sales, quickly put me in touch with Conner at Flow Masters. Conner arranged to come down and check out my problem the next day. He diagnosed the problem as incorrect installation by the original contractor. They had simply failed to protect the air intake vent from the rain. Moist air had been blowing into the fan and burn unit, eventually causing the fan unit to seize. Water was also leaking from around the the burner chamber, so I decided to replace rather than repair the existing water heater. The technician Beto, came down the next day to start prep work. The new boiler was installed during the next 3 days.I can’t say enough good things about everyone involved in this chain of events. The manufacturer and sales rep were very quick to connect me to Flow Masters. Conner was very knowledgeable about the products and candid about the risks of repair or replace. Beto was prompt, courteous, very respectful of my property. Everyday before leaving, he would clean up his work area. The new system was seamlessly mated into the existing plumbing. He also is in possession of some wonderful professional tools. Beto really put in the extra effort to bring up my hot water as soon as possible. The new tankless boiler works so much better than the old system. Comment: My radiant heat system had some zones that were not working and they replaced some valves of some sort. What a relief ! Finally we have heat all the way through the house.. my kids are super happy! They also did a maintenance on my boiler and said I should really be done once a year. Seemed like a good crew. I’m planning to get them back every year now to service my system

Comment: Flowmasters plumbers repaired a water pipe leak from the mainline. They did a fantastic job, and it was not a simple job. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue the same day I called so we didn’t have to be without water too long. Workmanship was great. I would highly recommend them!

Comment: I had flow masters plumbing come out to my existing Munchkin radiant heat boiler and domestic hot water system which was not operating -They performed multiple tests on unit.Gave me a detailed quote for repairers after they diagnosed all issues.Ordered all the part required - gave me a detailed description to what was going on returned the following day got my system back up and running - ( I had previously called 10 plumbing companies before getting to flow masters )Office staff very friendly and very accommodating to getting booked in to the people on feild super knowledgeable to what they where working on -

Comment: I got in contact with the guys at Flow Masters through their sister company in Marin called Local Plumbing. I needed some work on my rental unit in SF and they were fast, efficient and well priced for the work they completed. They did my annual back flow certifications on the sprinkler system as well as checked out a few minor leaks on the exposed pipe work in the garage. A solid company and would definitely use again.

Comment: We have had an excellent experience with Flow Masters. Connor Grant managed the replacement of our leaking solar water heater about a year ago. When other parts, not installed by them, also went out, they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem (which was not due to their installation) and got it fixed. Connor and his assistant Alberto were professional, good communicators and all around great guys. I’m happy they were recommended by the manufacturer of our old leaking device.

Comment: Scheduling people and the staff who came to my home were all a pleasure to interact with and receptive to my concerns. I had a little trouble with the initial installation, but once the problem was figured out, havent had any problems and am currently appreciating the additional cool air generated by my hot water heat pump (!!) during our heatwave.
