Comment: I purchased my Jeep here almost 4 years ago so this has always been my go to place. The service I’ve received in the service dept over the years is the reason I drive from Natomas all the way to Folsom. In all honesty I tried other locations but they are NOO comparison to this location. This round my car was in the shop for over a month. There was sooo many hurdles between my warranty and the car rental and the dealership but it allowed for this place to prove their customer service on a whole other level!! The manager James & staff spent countless hours on my behalf to make sure I was fairly taken care of. There was one point the mechanic got on the phone with me & the warranty folks to explain the parts that needed replacing which helped ensure they were covered. There was so much miscommunication but not only did this place speak on my behalf they took the hit financially for some of the things that went South. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART🤧 As if this wasn’t enough they put me in a loaner to ensure I didn’t go without a car while mine was being repaired. James & team I’m forever indebted to you! There isn’t enough stars here to rate your EXCELLENT service!!! At the end of it all you made sure the customer was above all else and I’m truly grateful! Again I drive a good 35 minutes to have my car maintained. The EXCELLENT service I get here has always been the reason why! This time proved to me even more that not only will I get my car serviced here but when I’m ready to buy my next car I’m bringing my money right back here & i mean that!! Told me would not be ready till Tuesday. Tuesday came and waited until noon to check in. Called and left a message - no call back. Called couple hours later - left a message but no call back. Called couple hour later, after complaining and saying I wanted to talk to a manager finally spoke to someone. Said it would be another day or two. Understand that they are swamped and don’t mind the additional time needed. Just wish they communicated better so I can plan accordingly. My rant - but would still recommend as they typically have been great and very communicative.

I bought my 2021 Dodge Ram from FLD, and the experience was flawless. From sales to, now service, its always a great experience. Ive tried taking my Ram to another dealer, and Im not mentioning any names, but it was a major disappointment. Even though it was way closer to my home, I made the decision to drive a few extra miles to take my truck to people who are courteous, honest, and respectful. If there was a 6 and above star rating, I would happily, without a doubt rate then that high... Keep up the great work FLD, see you on my next service due.

Comment: Took in our Travato that was barely over a year old,so still under warranty. It had been having battery issues with the battery not starting the vehicle. We kept having to use the battery boost,which uses the house battery to start the vehicle,because the chassis battery kept failing to do so. We didnt have an appointment, but Sal took our information and was able to squeeze us in,after he finished with the customers that were before us. They were able to determine that the battery was bad,and since it was under warranty, gave us a new battery at no charge. They were professional and courteous. They were also able to answer questions we had regarding the vehicle maintenance. We were very happy with the service we received.

This system started to be unreliable/inconsistent so she brought it in 4 different times to get it fixed.Tech said Little light is on, must be working. No real effort to get it sorted out.Wasnt fixed and she wound up getting into an accident because the auto braking failed. She is old and her reaction time is slow...thats why we bought one with auto brakes. Thankfully she is unhurt.

Comment: My name is Chris Franson, not sure why my daughters name came up. We were traveling south on I5 in CA in our 2020 RAM 3500 with our camper on. We hit an metal bar on the freeway and it flipped up into our drive train. We were able to drive short distances but would not be able to drive it back to WA without repair. This dealer agreed to check it out with the camper on, something our WA dealers wont do. They ordered a Phlange that was bent and when it came in 2 days later they immediately attempted to fix it. They then found the U joint was a glue on style and could not be reused so they had to order one. Several days later when that part came in they were able to fix the drive train and we were set to go home. They helped us arrange a rental car at a discount and were very good to us. Luckily we were visiting family with a spare bedroom so we just had a bit longer visit than we planned! I was highly impressed with their employees. If factory RAM had put a U joint with clips like the replacement style instead of the glue on style, we would have only been delayed 2 days instead of 6 days. Not the dealers fault as I am sure they have not had repairs like this on new trucks.

It took several days for them to get to it and it took a couple more days to figure out what was wrong. Once they did, they fixed it right away and its been running great ever since. I was without the truck for almost 6 full days which is a bit of an inconvenience.

He corrected the issue and went well beyond insuring I was satisfied. The lady outside the service area is a joy and such a great asset to have at the dealership. She kept me informed throughout the process. I dont get this level of service from other businesses I use which is unfortunate. This dealership does it right. Comment: Such nice people working behind the counters. It was a bit of a struggle for me to find the place so I called. The woman who answered took her time and explained clearly how to get to the service area. Anthony took care of all the paperwork and check in. Super nice guy! Easy to work with and very polite. I appreciate the guy behind the counter who is both knowledgeable and quick. Also, he was here last time I came in so Im assuming the higher ups are doing a good job on keeping talented employees. Checking out was easy and the women who did the paperwork was also friendly and good at her job. Customers, like me, dont always take the time to write good reviews but my visit was so easy I didnt want it go unnoticed. One thing, how come its so hard to get an adviser on the phone? I finally gave up.

But, I kept going because of their customer service and diverse staff. I always request Avneel as my service advisor because he’s never tried to upsell me, and he always gives pretty accurate completion times. It’s a really nice, honest place to go to if you need service or maintenance on your vehicle.

We finally picked up our Jeep and the issue wasn’t even fixed even though they said it was fixed. After we got home I tried reaching them to get it figured out and it’s very impossible to get a hold of anyone that’s in charge, even leaving my info seems pointless cuz they never call back anyway. We were so excited about our new car, but now we are just disappointed in it all....

I took my car for service a check engine light and got a call it was done went to pick up got a bill.I asked a question what was the charge for and what was done I dont think thats a wrong question. Cashiers called my service advisor(Blanca) she came barging at me shouting I am on my lunch what do you want.....really who do you think I am ...I am a paying customer wanted to know what you guys did on my car the people who called should have a idea whom to call if advisor is on lunch ....thats not rocket science any advisor can answer my question.But this service advisor (Blanca) literally shouted at me for disturbing her lunch which I am not aware of and I really dont care.....you are not called by me.Just try to be normal with your paying customers . If you cant be nice just be normal.
