Excellent service. They were able to accomplish what other stores could not and saved me from losing all my files.

My Windows laptop locked up with some sort of Bios error that I could not fix with the laptop’s diagnostic. I searched in the Plymouth/Canton area and there were not a lot of options. I did find Forest Computer Solutions and the reviews and price seemed good. $39 for a diagnostic was way less than other places. I dropped my laptop off and described the situation. Rob seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He called me a few hours with the results of the diagnostics and was able to repair my laptop and explained what may have caused it to avoid future issues. Great place and highly recommend!

2021-12-15My hero! I had an HDD go bad (actually dead) with no warning and he was able to recover all of my important documents at a very fair price. And it was done the same day! All of this great service is just a short walk from downtown Plymouth to boot. HIGHLY recommended.

2021-11-13Rob is terrific. I cant recommend this shop enough. I took in a laptop that wouldnt turn on (and therefore had no access to the files) and Rob fixed it up the same day at a very reasonable price. Ill be back for any computer issues I have.

2021-09-15A++ service today. I was in a panic when my laptop crashed for some reason. Rob took the laptop, diagnosed it and called me right away. He was able to fix it, better then it was before before they closed on the same day. Can’t thank him enough. Customer for life! Thanks Rob

2020-03-05The keyboard on my laptop broke and I tried replacing it myself, messing everything up more. He said no guarantees, but he would give it a try. He fixed it. Very quick. Very fair price. Im happy.
