I have had several watches from Fossil and from this store and they have always been excellent, one of my well loved ones broke the other day and so went in to see about getting a new one, I had a brand new identical watch and band in my hand within 60 seconds of saying “Hi” to the sales woman. Awesome people here.
I had a great experience at Fossil, I originally went to get my watch batteries changed in woodland mall at the little kiosk and had a horrible customer experience. The lady at Fossil was super nice and went above and beyond to help get all 5 of my watches back in action!! Customer service goes a long way!!
I love this store because of the stores manager. Her name was Jackie. Very sweet person, welcome, and caring about the customer. I walked to the store planning to purchase one bag. I ended up buying a lot of things. She made me feel very comfortable picking up stuff and returning them until I decided which I am going to take. I dont usually write reviews, but she deserves to be known for her beautiful spirit and smile. Thank you Jacki you made my day💛
Fantastic Customer Service! I bought my wife a Fossil Smart Watch for Christmas and it just recently started to act weird and finally just died. We walked into this store yesterday and were greeted by both team members. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They swapped out my wifes problem watch with a new one with no hassle at all. They even replaced the battery in my wifes other Fossil watch for free! I highly recommend this store.
Came in to get a new battery on my husband’s watch. Paid $10, left, looked at the back later, and realized the waterproof seal was sticking out and the engraving (from when I bought it three years ago at a different store) was crooked. Went back later that day to get it fixed. The young man criticized the previous employee who changed the battery. He returned it to me and I noticed a large scratch across the back. He said he “didn’t notice the scratch when he fixed it” and I said had a video that I sent to my husband showing him the crooked back and seal issue from an hour before and there was no scratch. He said he could try to find a new back that fit this watch, but none of them were the same size- this watch is three years old. The acting manager said I could pick out a new watch, but I didn’t buy this one from an outlet- I know it’s lesser quality. I chose to walk away before I was rude, but I am extremely disappointed in the service this store provides. Two men working at a watch store cannot properly change a battery? Who is training these employees? I am just now posting about this because my husband came home from work today and told me that the back is spinning off and coming loose. I’m just extremely disappointed in the quality of their service. And not taking responsibility to make it 100% okay for me.
Poor customer service, we went in there a week ago to get some information on the new gen 4 smartwatches. When we walked in, we here half greeted by someone poking their head out from the half wall they have up. Instead of someone coming and talking to us, I had to keep going up to them and asking questions, all the while listening about one of the employees complaining about her job there and how fossil needs to step up their game.It was definitely an inconvenience for her that I kept asking questions about a $250.00 watch that I was going to buy.
Was having problem with G3 smartwatch. Was in store at Tanger outlets, and was helped by, Jessica, and Andrew. I want to complement you these two sales personnel. Not familiar with smartwatches and went back several times, they were very patient with me and very knowledgeable. These two people are a credit to your store!!!! Thank you Jessica and Andrew!!!
Was at birchrun, michigan outlet yesterday . My hubby and I walked in and not one of the staff assisted us . We were the only ones at the store and wanted to get my dad a gift . All of the staff looked at us and were talking amongst themselves . Few minutes later , a few other customers came , not only were they greeted by the staff , they were attended to immediately when they walked in the door. Informing the other customers what sort of promotions they were having . We were not even told what promotions they had .we had to ask . Only then they told us the promotions .They only attended to us when I decided to get a gift . If you are gonna pick and choose your customers who you should greet and assist, then you either need to close your shop or get some customer service training . I used to work As a customer service leader for more than 15 years before and these ppl had zero service what so ever . But I will give this... their prices are unbeatable . I love fossil but their customer service sucks . At birchrun and at tangers, Grand Rapids . Buck up, ppl. Maybe fossil should learn a thing or two about customer service from stores such as coach, guess, or even Walmart !!!!

2019-03-1960% off regular price mens watches right now. Got a new 48mm gunmetal stainless for $74. Very attractive , blue face dial. Reasonable prices on almost everything in store. I believe employees are on commission but didnt seem too pushy, both times I have been inside the store. Part of Tanger Outlets 20 mins south of grand Rapids. 84th St/Byron Center exit on 131 South.

2020-11-07Excellent customer service. I was able to quickly find 2 watches and a spare band. Jessica quickly sized the wristband for me and answered all my questions. The sales prices were great. I wish every store would treat their customers like this.
