Serviced my GMC Sierra 1500 with 485 miles. Found a faulty wiring harness which was “fixed” according to GM protocol, which was to find the bad spots in the wiring harness and patch the wiring. I find this completely unacceptable for a brand new truck! Regardless of what GM wants to be done, the care of a brand new customer clearly is not at the top of your agenda. After speaking to your service manager, who basically told me that replacing the wiring harness would likely damage the vehicle more than the patch job, I figured I have few options, but to hope that it works. Needless to say I am very disappointed in Fox and even more in the GM products and services. Oh, and it took 3 weeks to “patch” the wiring harness, with the excuse that you were waiting for parts?? Insulators and clips?? Really
Rob was amazing! Very personable and honest.I took my car in for a recall during the point inspection they said I needed front and rear brakes and rotors and he was honest but didnt push me to add the service which is honestly why I agreed to pay to get the service done.
DO NOT WASTE TIME TRAVELING. Sales associate was helpful, but when it came down to our trade they want to undercut our trade value, and sales manager was not willing to negotiate. The vehicle we were look at was nice, but bumper had a crack, and was not told to us after we inquired about any damage on the vehicle. They should give full disclosure, and not wait until customer drives 2 hours, and they seemed surprised when brought to there attention. It was very noticeably.
Pretty good dealership its clean got a great coffee bar friendly service writers weve bought in two cars there will buy another shortly need a truck They listen to what you need And help you pick out the right vehicle. Now remember theyre still a dealership It is a for-profit business keep your wits about you and remember theres always haggling but they do control that.
Buying my vehicle couldn’t have been easier from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was great. My salesman, Paul Bernard, seemed as excited about my new purchase as myself. Paul provided a very thorough tour of my vehicle, not missing a thing. Highly recommend Paul and Fox Motors.
Dilan Hanes is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He made buying my Finances and Is first car so easy while never once pressuring us into a deal. He went above and beyond answering my hundreds of questions over email, some not even related to the vehicle but rather just about the process of purchasing a car in general. If you are a first time car buyer, request to work with Dilan at FOX, you will not regret it!
Trey Lavish, was my Sales Rep. he was very polite and understanding and explained everything. I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, and Trey helped me with everything that I was looking for in a vehicle. After, I got my vehicle, he explained to me how everything in the car worked and that was very helpful as well. Going from a PT Cruiser to this bigger car was a step up and very different operations to work. Skip in the Finance Dept. he was very nice to talk to as well and helped with all paper work. Both guys were very nice to talk to. Skip, explained all paper work, and I would go back to Fox Buick GMC. Very Friendly, people there.
Very happy with the service and communication throughout the process. I came in for an oil change and was told by the associate that I should consider getting new tires before Winter. My car is a year and 1/2 old and has 28000 miles on it. When I got my detailed inspection sheet it says my tires are good. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. If it wasnt that, then I was sold a $40,000 car last year that has tires that are sub par. Either way is unacceptable.Edit to add, service manager called me and told me that GM has been having problems with tires wearing prematurely. Im going to get them remeasurered and if thats the case, he said he would help me get them replaced.2nd edit, service Mgr liked and confirmed wear. GM WILL NOT stand behind the product. If I get them replaced, I have to replace them with Michelin tires (which it what is on there now) and go thru Michelin to do so, and they wont cover much of the cost. Still unacceptable. Im going to reach out to someone else, going to get help.

A couple of years ago I had a good experience at Fox buying my current car. We recently bought our second Fox Buick car, this time for my daughter. She was on her way to being a new mama. Brandon was a great guy helping us pick a nice Impala. We did have an issue after the fact...and this is where the great part comes in....issues happen, its part of life. But Brandon and his GM took care of it quickly and fully and outside of what would be required of them. I appreciate the personalized care and will return for a 3rd car from them when the time comes.
Paul Bernard was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.I’m very pleased with the truck I purchased.In hard times as they are in the vehicle business. I know it has to be difficult for salespeople. I would ask that during these times you as a dealership acknowledge the salespeople and service staff. They are performing an outstanding task during difficult times.
Initial sale went fine. Had some issues right away and they never got taken care of. Salesman was no longer there and didnt get much help after that. Contacted them later for a warranty issue. Brought in and they ripped it apart, figured out they ordered wrong part, had to put back together and asked me to come back when new part came in. Then had more warranty issues and brought it back and they forgot to take pictures for warranty, never called to update status of warranty claim, and asked to bring back again to look at same issues. Told them issues with AC when I brought it in and they said it all looked fine. First time i went to use AC nothing but hot air. Emailed the service advisor who sent me the initial service report and no response for over a week until I emailed and called again. When I called and asked how it was going the rep said not very good and I am guessing you are the one thats paged me twice, I mentioned I called again because the voicemail was full and I couldnt leave a message. Then I couldnt get it back in to even look at ac issue again for almost a week and they emailed morning of appointment to cancel as they didnt have a loaner and said they werent able to look at right away so waiting not an option. Took to my local dealer whom I have bought from in the past (not a GMC dealer hence why I didnt buy from them) and they got me in same day as they understood no AC when 90* is not good. I understand back logs and issues with parts supplies etc.. at this time but they lack responsiveness and follow up / concern.
Paul really listened to what I wanted, the aspects of the things I loved and hated with my previous vehicles. He didnt push me to buy by a certain day even though it was the end of the month because he has to sell a car anytime. He let me know the deal was good this month however next month it could be worse, or hey it could be better. He was 100% honest with me, with zero pressure.
Cant say enough how much John Phillips, Aaron Rohrer and Sarah Clift have taken care of my wife and I the last few years. We bought a Canyon a few years ago which my wife absolutely loves and recently I purchased a gently used 2015 Buick Encore which was a terrific vehicle until after having it for only 2 months it was totaled. John hooked me up with a loaner that evening and he and Aaron guided us through the path of options of replacing it. And here it is!!! Picked it up last Wednesday and we totally love it.
We recently purchased a new car from Fox Buick GMC. We had such an excellent experience throughout the entire process and just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff. Most notably we wanted to thank Megan Jewell for such an excellent experience! We were extremely appreciative of the non high-pressure tactics of the whole staff. You see that at so many car dealers that it was refreshing to not have to deal with that here. Again we just really appreciated the staff and especially Megan for her humility and her willingness to help us with whatever questions/concerns we had (even if she didnt have the answer herself, she would go get asap). Really made the experience a good one, thanks!!
I had a $20.00 GM off any service and because I could not get this on my cell phone because internet was not working at the dealership I did not get it. Last time I checked it was 55.00 for an oil change so all said and done I was charged 70.00. Next time I will just go to a valvoline oil change station only cost 45.00 and they tap off everything for that.
Despite having an appointment, the service manager assisted a customer who was behind me in line without asking if I needed any assistance. I was not notified when my vehicle service had been completed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my key fob had sustained damage. The maintenance supervisor, Mark, tried to blame me for the damage. I was treated disrespectfully due to my ethnicity. Poor customer service and gravely unprofessional.
From a very friendly greeting by the service adviser to a comfortable wait in the lounge area and a quick checkout at the cashier, it was the exact experience you hope for anytime you have to have your vehicle serviced. The surprise low cost special on the service, which they told me about when I checked in, was the icing on the cake. Ill definitely be back again and again.
We just picked up our new Buick Envision Avenir yesterday and couldnt have been happier with our salesman, Jesse Wiles. He took time to explain all the features (well most, as it has so many!) He was efficient at getting our paperwork done and never pressured us at all. I highly recommend Jesse to help you find your new car!

My Wife & I ordered a GMC 3500 duramax Sierra fully loaded December 31, 2019. We absolutely will not be back to Fox GMC. I am 67 and have bought lots of new cars and trucks, mostly GM. This has been the very worst experience by far. The problem is not the employees, the problem is the managers simply dont care one way or another, which trickles right on down.We picked it up in March 2020. From the beginning each time we walked into the dealership it was clear they had more important paperwork or what ever do do, . Our salesman while a really nice guy knew nothing about Trucks ( I specifically asked the manager for a salesman that know trucks). He had very little time for us and we always felt like an annoyance, we always had to wait and wait. The managers would never help out, (way to busy with paperwork) We spent over $70,000 on a new truck and it is not exactly what we want. Now we need to trade it in which will cost us thousands all at a time when I am trying to retire.When our truck came in they got it prepped and of course it was me that had to cancel my appointments and re-arrange my schedule to make the delivery as easy as possible for them. I signed up for the 75,000 mile /10 year warranty and prior to pulling out of the parking lot I asked my salesman if I could meet back with the manager and re-consider increasing the warranty to 100,000 /10 year warranty.. Of course he was way to busy but he would get back with me the next day. It took 8 months, multiple phone calls, and emails and finally I had my extended warranty. To be fair although I never asked them to pay for this nor did I ever expected them to do it, Fox absorbed the cost of increasing the warranty to 100,000 Miles. It is for that reason I gave a 1 Star . Chuck
You know, I love Fox Honda and Fox Chevy but this location, I was NOT impressed. The manager was super sweet but he let his 17 yr veteran take care of me. I could tell I wasnt seen the same because he knew my old boss and I was at the bottom of the totem pole with him. It seemed like I was wasting his time. Well I am grateful he turned down me buying a 2021 Terrain SLE from their lot as I was able to purchase a 2019 Terrain Denali with 14k miles for the EXACT SAME PRICE. So THANK YOU for turning me away so I could get something even better from somewhere else. :) :)
These guys were great. I called first thing in the morning because our car died and we needed something new. It was crazy busy in there but they were able to work with our hectic schedule and get us into something we loved that very day. We had to come back later in the day to finish the financing and had an appointment a half hour away in between and were driving a car with a bum tire. They generously offered to let us take another one of their vehicles so we didn’t have to drive on the donut. Everything went pretty smoothly and they did their best for us. Our sales rep was being called in 20 different directions at once it seems but still gave us the attention and thoroughness we needed and didn’t seem frazzled (like I know I would have been!) Great team here and glad we chose them.
Purchased a used vehicle in November 2020. Within the first month of owning it, a piece of trim ripped off the door (which had previously been caulked on). Tail light stopped working, and battery died.Brought it in for an oil change in February. They went around with their camera, never said anything about the tail light being out. Was there well over 2hrs. Asked for my car to be washed- never washed. 2 air filters were needing to be changed already (I had driven it only 3,000 miles since purchased). The techs greased my running boards and sprayed grease all over the side of my vehicle.Reached out to the service department about the tail light. GM had a recall, but only up to 71,000 miles. Mine had 72,000 on it. After 2.5 weeks of calling and emailing, finally heard that GM would put $92 towards a new light. Asked what Fox was going to do for us. Never heard back. 3 weeks went by and I finally had enough and reached out to service manager Todd. Played phone tag for a day, left him a message, and he never returned my call. Called back a week later and finally touched base with him. Explained my frustrations with the tail light and problems with the service department during the oil change, which he never addressed. Fox only willing to give $200 towards a $900 tail light.Service department was talked very highly of when we purchased the vehicle. After the last few months of dealing with them, Them not returning calls, not addressing my conversation, etc., I will not be returning to Fox for anything in the future. I will also never recommend Fox for purchasing a vehicle. It was clear a 5 point inspection wasn’t done on our $35,000 vehicle. Zero costumer appreciation for costumers who spends thousands of dollars with them. Very disappointed!
Was Great at first drove there picked out a car was Pre Approved had the money just was to late to run numbers so was all set to pick car up next morning only issue we had a trade in but wasnt with us the night before. Upon arriving at 10am next morning (they open at 9am) they let another customer buy it out from under us in an Hr time, needless say wasnt happy I realize its a business and theyre in it to sell cars just feel should had at least waited to hear from us. Regardless plenty of cars out there.
We used cargurus to find the best deals on vehicles. Fox Buick GMC has a fantastic deal on a Buick enclave that we have been searching for months. I called them and spoke with Paul. He told me about the vehicle so I put a deposit down and Less than a week later the car was personally delivered to us over 2.5 hours away! We have an 11 month old so trying to coordinate a road trip with work makes it difficult, but fox went above and beyond. Randy the financial manager was great at communicating all of the financing and he is the one that personally dropped it off. I was wanting to have it delivered on our wedding anniversary as a present to us having accomplished so much in the past year with our little one. Paul made it happen and I am beyond pleased with them. Not only was it the best deal I could find within hundreds or miles, but they still treated me as their one and only customer! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle, regardless of where you are located. Thank you Paul and randy, and thank you fox Buick GMC!! We love our enclave!!
Great quality care! They do such a good job at making sure you feel comfortable and satisfied with your car before you even leave the parking lot. I worked with Dilan and he did a great job at helping me find exactly what I wanted and he made sure I knew exactly how to use all the features and benefits of my car before I left. I appreciated the extra mile that they all went. I would highly recommend this Fox Buick GMC!
After multiple visits to get the same issue fixed, in which they paid for the last several visits out of pocket to make up, the issue is still unresolved and they said nothing is wrong with it. Well when you have to put your car on 90 and the heat will only work on half of the car when the rear button is on, all the while cold air is blasting out of the driver side; I would say it didn’t work.
They fixed my car. It was under the factory warranty. I appreciate the the time they took to make sure I felt safe, all of my experiences with the fox family car dealers have been awesome. Im a widow and get nervous now taking care of things, they have always made sure to help and take care of any concerns I have had. I will continue to recommend and do business with them.
Mark is exceptional, he kept me informed right from the beginning of the visit until the end! I had a horrible experience with another Buick dealership and was very pleasantly surprised. I was not pressured into anything at this dealership. My visit included several maintenance issues and was scheduled when I wanted it and completed in an appropriate time frame. As I said, Mark kept me very informed and I will be back for all of these reasons.
Me and my wife have had our vehicles in for service a few different times in the past couple of years. Robin in the service department has always been a great help. She is always friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to make customers happy. I will continue to go to fox buick for my service needs.
Mark Edsenga was an awesome service manager. Kept in contact with me advised me of things I was not sure about And relayed to me what the tech had found. Price came in as quoted. I was worried to come when I found out nick had left but Matt did a great job and made me comfortable with continuing to have service there. He deserves a giant RAISE! Im a service tech and I have managed dealerships in the marine industry for 21 years. Knowledgeable people are hard to find. You should definitely make sure hes taken care of. Very happy with the service preformed. Will continue to bring my vehicle there and tell anyone thats needs service to come there.. Thank you..
Though it took a really long time to figure out the issue... they didn’t give up. I was set up with very nice loaners, so though I didn’t have my car I did have newer vehicles.Also they generously compensated for any inconvenience. I find if you try to be understanding its so much better for all. Looking forward to keeping our relationship for many years
They weren’t pushy on the service requirements like the other dealership, and I really appreciated that! I would always feel so guilty whenever I did my oil change at the other one because they would heavily push towards the other things, even though I already have planned out my costs. So I really appreciated being able to leave without calling my husband and double confirming what we had already discussed 😅 thank you!
I had my car in for engine light issue. Mark was great in keeping me informed about what was going on. He also arranged for me to have a loaner which helped alot! Very satisfied with the work completed, the professionalism , and all service work that was done. I will say that in the past, service was failing, glad to see that it has turned around, back to putting the customer first.

I recently purchased my 2017 Malibu (Pre-owned) from Fox Buick GMC. The salesman who helped me through the process was Dilan Hanes. Before Fox, I looked at a few other dealerships for Malibu’s. There was a huge difference that made Fox stand out from the others in a good way. Dilan was super helpful in the process and very personable. They included a great detail and a full tank of gas after I purchased the vehicle. There were no hidden fees or overpriced things there. Dilan provided me with a full page detailing the total cost of the car when I looked at it and I did not have to pay anything more. At fox they have free car washes.One of the main things that made Dilan stand out from other salesmen is that after I purchased the vehicle and was ready to leave, Dilan offered to show me all the cool features of the car and helped me connect my phone to the car.Another great employee who helped out with the process was named Skip. He was the guy who helped with the paper work and the financial work. He read everything out and he shared some great stories that made me confident in the buying process.Overall, Fox Buick GMC made the buying process super easy and they had a great team that helped me buy my first car from a dealership. I had just been in an awful car crash and my car was totaled, so I was in need of a new one. AND I was terrified. To not only get back into a car but to also purchase my first car on my own. Tom Cuccarese was not pushy at all and was super kind and understanding of my situation. He showed me options that were in my price range, which I greatly appreciated. He made the car buying process simple and straightforward. If I didn’t understand something, he took the time to explain it before moving onto the next step. I absolutely love my “new” Equinox! I came in for oil change and tire rotation. I found out that they could not do the tire rotation because my tires on my 2 year old car with 21,500 miles were too worn out 3/32 ,4/32,4/32 and 4/32. The service manager is working with michelin and GM to get me relief on purchasing new tires. Will find out in the next few days. Way too soon for my michelin premier tires to be worn out.
Rick, our salesman from the initial phone call to the dealership until the day we picked up our new vehicle was great. There was a bit of miscommunication throughout the purchasing process between the parts department, sales department and us. Our concerns regarding the miscommunication were addressed promptly by the GM, Colin which says a lot about this dealership and that they do in fact care about providing great customer service. I cant recall the name of the employee in the parts department that was wonderful in helping us arrange getting our fifth wheel hitch picked up. Our experience with Fox Buick GMC was a great experience and we would recommend this dealership to friends and family. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for future purchases.

Called ahead to make sure they had time to do an oil change. Got there, and the service manager told us to pull up to door two and Kate would take care of us. Sat for 5-10 minutes without help. An Acadia pulled up, and Kate helped them right away, got them checked in, and answered all their questions. Kate told us to wait where we were, but didnt check us in. Its now been 25 minutes, and were still waiting for an oil change that is estimated to be 1.5 hours long. No one acknowledged us when we were finally able to pull up for the oil change either. Terrible customer service and communication among employees.
Very disappointing experience. I Scheduled an appointment for a test drive this morning. Went in for appointment at 3pm to drive the vehicle that I found. Made an offer and wanted to purchase the vehicle and take it home with me TODAY. I was told I couldn’t because I needed to make another appointment for another day and time. I never heard of needing an appointment to test drive a vehicle and then needing a second appointment for another day to purchase the vehicle. I was told they couldn’t bump someone else for me to purchase a vehicle (which I didn’t want to do). I left and then called back to speak with a manager and after informing him about what had occurred, he had hung up on me. I have purchased a vehicle every one to two years for the last 20 years and have never heard of this or have been treated this way.
In the past when getting an oil change, they went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. I was disappointed this time because they did not offer to run the car through their car wash and when I checked my tire pressure they did not filll the tires to the proper psi. The associate was pleasant and friendly to deal with at the time. But noticed the previous problems after leaving the dealership.
Aaron was awesome! He made the process stress-free and so easy. He listened to my non-negotiables and helped me pick out a vehicle that is a great fit for my family. I will be recommending him to family and friends and will be seeing him for future vehicle needs! This was the best dealership experience Ive had and I cant see myself going anywhere else. I had been in the market for a used vehicle and was searching all over for different makes/models when I stopped in here and saw Megan. We got to chatting about a used Acadia and a used Enclave when she happened to pull up the dealerships website and I noticed this really great deal they had on 2020 Acadias. Within a few minutes she had one pulled up for me to check out, she brought over their finance guy and we talked about the details. The payments were actually lower on the brand new vehicle than they would have been on the used one. I was blown away! Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with, the dealership in general was just great. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! I was an out of town purchaser from the Detroit area. We drove around 140 miles to the Grand Rapids area based on a recommendation from a local resident that has had great experiences with Fox Buick GMC. This is a new vehicle for my wife.Kyle Slagell made the delivery presentation in an enclosed section of the showroom and my wife feel very special given the red carpet reception during the viewing and acceptance of the new vehicle.In addition, the Sales Manager took time to introduce himself to us and congratulated us on our new Buick Encore GX.
The last 2 times I have been here for an oil change it has taken them over an hour when the service is supposed to be quick. This last time I waited over 3 and a half hours!!! After the first hour and a half I finally went and asked how much longer since I still have not heard. They didn’t know so they had to ask. They did not have a filter for my car and no one was told about it so it just sat there. So they went and got the filter. Then they broke something!! The manager came to update me after another 45 mins of waiting on top of the 2 and a half hours I already waited and had said he would give me a coupon for the next oil change!!!! There will not be a next time and won’t give me this service for free. Also had to call into work because I was 2 hours late. Will never come back here.
Fox Buick was a pleasure to deal with in our purchase of a 2017 Enclave recently. Everyone was courteous and professional. We were especially happy how Dilan in sales and Michael in service took care of a couple of minor items for us. All in all, we are very satisfied customers and give a high rating to this dealership.
Chris Baer was our salesman. He was a breath of fresh air from most car sales people. He was helpful and wasn’t pushy like lots of car salesmen. Best car buying experience I’ve had yet as we felt comfortable. I highly recommend Chris, we will be going back because of him.
I just purchased a Buick Enclave from Fox Buick GMC. I an very happy with the service I have received to date. I shopped several dealerships while looking for a car and Fox Buick provided by far the best service. While they do try to hard to get the sale, they arent sleezy about it as some others were. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them. I was satisfied with the buying experience and for this reason I will have my car servicing done by them also, if my opinion changes after dealing with them for awhile, I will update my review.
Needed some parts and Jason was courteous and got me what I needed. Seemed to be a good team of people over there. The service guys were working hard and staying busy. The cashier was friendly. They had festive Halloween decorations. Im gonna see if they will service my Ford car too. Thanks for the great service.

Ive never been fond in the past of buying vehicles because some salesmen can be extremely pushy. Rick was the exact opposite of that. His morals and ethics transended through the purchasing process and not at one time did I feel like he was just trying to make as much money as possible. The truck that I initially wanted sold right away, which was a white one, however, Rick directed me to the black one that just came in and I couldnt be more satisfied! Kudos to the new Carbon Pro AT4s and Rick for making my purchase the best I have had in a long time!

Exceeded expectations! I went there expecting to check out a couple of vehicles not knowing what I was looking for. Their service was exceptional from the time I parked. Literally, a maintenance man greeted me with a smile and hello as I was getting out of my vehicle. This dealership came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. I never felt any pressure, unlike other dealerships I have visited. Tom was so friendly and easy to work with, he even switched my kids carseats into my new vehicle:) And Sarah was exceptional at her job, she made signing fun and easy! I couldnt be happier with the vehicle they help me choose and would highly recommend them.

I placed a call to Fox Buick GMC.I was greeted by the most pleasant John Davis. Due to a misguided decision made in my early 20s and dealing with a company who clearly do not have core values that include putting the customers best interest at the forefront of everything they do I currently have a really low credit score. Despite this John expressed his sympathy for the situation I had found myself in and after being provided my information he promised me a call back after he looked into the available options. Shortly after John called back to advise that luckily he was able to find a bank that would finance a vehicle for me with a monthly payment that was in my budget. I went to visit the dealership and was greeted with a hello by every employee there and waited little to no time for John to come assist me. We sat and talked for quite sometime while I made him even more familiar with my situation and together we decided that it would be best for me to purchase a car rather than financing one. There were not many options in my price range but John remembered a recent trade in that he thought would be a perfect fit for me. I test drove the car and fell in love vehicle.In the end I did leave with a reliable small vehicle with good gas mileage like I was looking for.The next day I came back to finalize some paper work and again was greeted by the friendly employees of the dealership but this time BY NAME!. Not to mention you are immediately offered light refreshments anytime you visit.John even gave me some Fox Buick GMC Paraphernalia =)In the future I will not hesitate to do my personal car dealings with Fox Buick and also highly recommend them to others.
This dealership does wonderful work. I have had my 2004 Saturn Ion repaired multiple times here; including a full engine replacement, a full fuel line replacement, and various other small fixes. They always offer me a loaner car to help offset the inconvenience of not having a car at no charge (except refilling the gas) and are completely transparent with their pricing and timeline. They always tell me what the price of any repair will be before doing any work and text me updates as they work on the car to keep me completely up to date.Wonderful staff, very friendly and courteous. Fair prices and many amenities in their waiting room including some food/beverages. Would recommend Fox Buick GMC for anything from an oil change to catastrophic damage repair.
They took 30 minutes to prepare a simple quote that was well above an equivalent model from Audi. What was worse was that the sales person had to go to his manager to get a price where the salesperson from Audi did it in 10 minutes on his desktop. I will lease the Audi.
Salesperson was great. Service while we were there was great. Some communications regarding title work after we closed the deal were disorganized and not timely. ... causing delays & penalties in our home state of Indiana. They did however, do the right thing & reimburse us for those fees/penalties... So did really appreciate that they took care of that. Dealership public areas (including rest rooms)were clean.They made us comfortable and offered bottled water after our 5hr journey.

Being a businessman and a loyal GM customer, I have high expectations of my vehicle and the dealership. I have had some good experiences with other Fox dealerships, but Fox Buick GMC is an exception. Overall the staff is very good in relating to the customer and their vehicle needs. The exception to some degree has been service, I have not always been pleased with this area, but it has improved. Paul Bernard is my salesperson, I consider Paul excellent in his role at the dealership, but also as a friend! Paul would be an asset to any business, his people skills, product knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding! This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. Rick was very attentive and helpful. He was able to address my needs and wants efficiently. There was a mistake on the color of interior but he was able to reconcile the issue to continue to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Overall, I never felt pressured and felt they really cared about what was best for me.
I purchased my car from here and I was completely adamant about having a 5 year or less payment because used cars these days dont seem to last very long. I was given a 7 year loan under the impression it was 5 years and of course, nothing could be done about it since I caught it after the papers were signed & I received my payment booklet! Within the 1st year the car was in the shop 3 times, fortunately it was under full warranty, so I wasnt out any money, but it was so inconvenient. By the second year, it needed a catalytic converter and I was stranded in Chicago because of overheating. I personally do not trust the service department because coincidentally something more always seems to be wrong when I take it here as opposed to my usual mechanic. The Receptionist is great, she seemed to be the only person in the place that genuinely cares about the customers!

It is very rare i give a five star to anyone on a review. However, our sales guy Brandon made buying our Jeep and enjoyable one. I had been looking for a Jeep Rubicon for almost two years. I was not in a hurry because it will be more of a weekend fun vehicle. I had done my research on the Rubicon and other similar vehicles and decided that is what i wanted.Brandon however was the first sales guy of more than fifteen i have dealt with that let me do my thing. He was not pushy, didnt act to know everything about the Jeep I was looking at, and was honest when i asked a question and did not know the answer. Instead he offered to research it and find an answer.After we test drove the Jeep and looked it over, he politely handed us a card and asked for a phone number to follow up.We made an offer over the phone later on and it was accepted. We made the offer not only because of the Epic Jeep Rubicon we purchased. But also because of Brandon. Did i mention we drove two and a half hours from Midland to GR to get this Jeep? That is how great this experience was.Also... They did not ask (as other places have) to write a google comment.Brandon and Fox Motors will be getting my business again. Fox Buick GMC was AMAZING!!!!! We had bought a new(er) car about a month prior from an affiliated dealer, which also went very well, THEN I totaled my car! Aaron from Fox found me one almost identical to the one I had (which is what I desperately wanted). They let us have it from the time we drove it off the lot, even though we couldnt sign papers right away, due to work schedules. We had to bring it back to get serviced and detailed, and they provided us with a free car until ours was ready to go.....that was SO nice of them, as one car for a five-person family is a LOT to finagle. I highly, highly recommend this dealer to all. Best customer service, and VERY friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Aaron and Fox for making my bad situation a better one!
Wow what an awesome and amazing experience! I asked PAUL BERNARD to find me a truck, in less then an hour he had excatly what I wanted and not only matched but beat a competitors price on both the new truck and my trade-in! He came to my office to deliver the truck and showed not only myself but my husband (who has a 15 GMC) how to use the technology to the max on our vehicles! VERY knowledge and easy to understand. He also extended his help beyond just getting the new truck, thats Customer Service at its BEST!!! We will be using Paul for all our personal and business needs from now on!

I have been going here since I got my jeep with no issues until recently. I few months ago I had a roll of tape left and gloves left under the hood of my car. I complained then and was told I would get a credit to my account. That never happened. My last oil change my radiator was left completely empty. The wait is also over 40 minutes each time you go here. I am done going to this location after these issues.
I had an excellent service experience with Fox Buick GMC. I am a single female and took my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Mechanics were extremely friendly and the price was very fair. I have never had such a pleasant car experience. I will definitely be back!
We were in the market for the perfect used car for our teenager daughter who just started driving - low miles, low price, good service record, and safe. We searched for a couple weeks a lot of smaller used car lots, then went to Fox Buick GMC and worked with Dilan Hanes. First off let me start off with saying I will honestly never buy another car from another place after the wonderful experience I had at fox Buick GMC 5977 alpine Ave, Comstock park MI and working with truly the best car salesman Chris Baer No joke this guy hand down made my experience not only easy, but funny and knowing I will have the best deal and warranties you can truly get without being pushy I mean at all ! I really got to say if it wasn’t for Chris Baer hands down being so helpful, not pushy and being his heart caring self I probably wouldn’t have bought a vehicle. Chris and I searched through everything they had and almost didn’t find anything I wanted until Brian Koaning another great member of the management team let Chris and I know a vehicle just came in but it is a little higher than my spending price and is still dirty and needs detailing but is available to look at. We instantly fell in love with it ! But it doesn’t just end there between the whole team at this dealership you can tell they are the real deal ! every last person is super helpful ! I went on a weekend hoping to find the vehicle and buy it all in the same day but with them being so busy I had an apt scheduled for Monday. And the best part is the whole management team being so helpful and letting me take Acadia before I actual bought it ! so of course I was super happy ! then when we had to actually sign all the papers with Randal Herron you can tell he is one of the big bosses ! and funny im the type to always get free stuff so I instantly seen some nice GMC hats that were super nice in his office and could instantly tell they cost a lot! So I got to ask, do I get a free hat for buying a GMC here ? and sadly he said they are available and would have to purchase one. But as we start talking about bumper to bumper warranties and Zurich protection ( I recommend) he said he would throw a hat in… but later on I found out that he actually purchased that hat with his own money ! so being a hat guy I feel like me and Randal are best friends now lol! But truly the vibe you get from this dealership instantly puts you in a great mood and you have a feeling of reassurance and these guys will truly take care of you! GMC representatives set me up with an appointment to have my 2015 Sierra diagnosed as the seal had failed on the OnStar antenna, causing a water leak into the interior of my truck. After unsuccessful attempts at a resolution with both Todd Wenzel GMC and Betten-Baker GMC, the service team at Fox went above and beyond to take care of me on an issue that shouldnt be happening on a 3.5 year old truck. The Service Manager, Tommy, and Robin, the Service Advisor that kept me in the loop the entire day deserve much praise along with the mechanics back in the shop making it all happen. Highly recommend the Fox GMC team for service. I will definitely be bringing my sales and service business to them from now on.
Fox Buick honored my warranty and provided excellent repair. I like detailed information on exactly what is the problem, possible causes, and how it will be repaired. I received that with drawings [Im a visual learner]. Excellent customer service with valuable communication skills.
The only good thing I will say about this dealership was with the salesman that helped me. Unfortunately I cant remember his name after being totally insulted with his manager!!!! I feel so bad for the people who work for this manager.The manager didnt even come out to meet or greet me to discuss anything about my 2016 Buick Regal GS, that he totally made to look like on paper that it was falling apart. Its in emaculant shape! This was supposed to be to why he gave me an insane low price! I knew I would get what I bought it for but come on!!!!I bought this car off the show room floor. Ive kept all its maintenance services, and 90% me in the car... no kids to damage it. Just had tires inspected not even a month ago and told me they were fine at 35,000 miles. But Manager said car need all new tires! The manager also said the leather would have to be refurbished.... Are YOU KIDDING ME! IM THE ONLY ONE IN THE CAR WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE CAR. My leather is still not even broke into yet. Looks brand new! Its only 1.5 yrs old!When I told the sales person I had went to another dealer and they were willing to give me $6,000 more for my car, he took that to his manager came back with the quote from his manager Go back to that dealer! I DEFINITELY WILL.What kind of car dealership is this? I think the owner should know how he treats the his customers... that is with NO Respect!I was so ready to buy today and had cash to do so if needed but I didnt need to tell them that. They wont get my business!!! Hope this makes sense since Im so upset.
Robin worked very hard to find the specific part that I needed for my car. Very happy with your service. Helpful and honest. I was not worried about being taken advantage of like I have at so many other service stations. I will definitely go back for all my service needs, and will highly recommend others go too.

Went in for a recall on my vehicle. Call to set up appointment was fast and friendly. As this was the first time I had to deal with a recall was not sure what to expect. Upon arrival was greeted promptly and all the employees I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out under an hour. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.
Ive been coming to Fox Buick (formerly Fox Pontiac) for 10 years to get oil changes. Ive never once paid more than $30 for an oil change, and never waited more than 5 minutes to park my car and allow the technicians to drive it into the garage for an oil change. Today I was instructed by the service adviser that I should wait in my car in front of the garage until I can drive it in myself. I waited 45 minutes to do so. After another 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby I am given my invoice which cost $35.08 after using a $10 coupon they sent me in the mail (which I have never previously used a coupon). The adviser then informed me that the day after Christmas they decided to raise the oil change rates, presumably by over 50%. They have also required coupons to be given before service, which leads me to believe that they increase your invoice cost to make up for your coupon.
Have had great service on my 2010 Enclave with two major repairs under an aftermarket warranty. Then a very difficult troubleshoot on an electrical issue. The issue was repaired with an unbelievably fair invoice. Thanks Fox Service Department. Special thanks to Robin, my service representative for all of the repairs.
Very happy with our 2011 Buick LaCrosse. Been driving it for almost a weeknow, and it is very nice. Keith made the purchase process totally painless andsmooth.After 3 weeks, we love the car too much. We spend so much time in it, justdriving around, that I am not getting other things done.

Maintenance place for my vehicle for years. Very nice staff. Excellent service for the price. Coffee and donuts in the waiting room. Very clean all around. Great place. Ready to help. I applied for a position that was open and had to call to find out the outcome. When I spoke to the office manager, I was told they hired someone else for the position that was more qualified. I found out that was incorrect, I was not hired due to my credit report that I was not told about before I filled out the forms. My credit does not have any thing to do for my experience for a job. I have all the qualifications they were looking for and was told all that had to be done was to pass the criminal check, nothing was said about a credit check. I’m very disappointed with not getting the job and then being lied to. I was really looking forward to working for this company.

I had a squeak in my front end that sounded like a cricket every time i would let off my break. I took my car to another dealership who said they could not reproduce the issue, so the turned my rotors and charged me $100. The next day the squeek came back.I took my car over to Fox Buick and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it! They did a fantastic job on my car and I would Highly recommend their services.Nice work guys!
I went here for an oil consumption problem. Pcv valve is bad. Entire valve cover had to be replaced. No problem. I had them do the work. When they also recommended new spark plugs and wires for roughly $450 I was in shock! I know good labor in skilled trades is hard to find, but holy cow! I went to autozone and picked up iridium spark plugs and premium wire set for $109. Project took me 30 minutes to complete. Not sure where they derive the pricing at Fox.
Walt helped my husband and I both get new (to us) vehicles. We traded in our old ones and used them as down-payments on a lease for me and a used vehicle purchase for him. Walt went above and beyond for us every step of the way, making sure that we got the best trade-in value for our vehicles and then again got us great deals on our new purchases. Came in to look at a 2012 Buick Enclave. Fell in love with it and I must say the salesman, John Davis, and the used car manager did an outstanding job of working out a deal acceptable to us. John spent all afternoon with us (lunch included) and we were finally able to get the deal signed, sealed and delivered at about 5:30 that evening. I have been doing business with Fox Buick GMC for a couple years now and I felt the need to post something about them because they go out of their way to be accomodating and friendly. They have always been great to work with and their new showroom is very nice. What I like about it too, is they have wifi I can use and I can get my work done on my laptop while I wait for them to service my car or get an oil change.Great set up and great place. I cant recommend them enough.
Just bought my first truck from this dealership. Brandon was great at answering my questions. The truck I was test driving was pulling to the right. Had it looked at and needed 2 new tires. Sales manager said he would cover the cost of the repairs but guess he only meant HALF of the cost to “make it right”.
I had an issue and contacted John, the GM. He was extremely professional in his handling of the matter and resolved things to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in having my vehicle serviced here or purchasing another vehicle from them based on the service he provided.
As luck would have it, I had a problem starting my truck four miles down the road, so I drove to Fox GMC where I always get service but, it was after hours. Fortunately, the agents were all working on their paperwork and they suggested that I come back the next day for service. I get back in my truck and it wouldnt start. Fourth three miles from home, after hours and my truck doesnt start. I tell the agents my problem and above the call of duty is an understatement of the response I got, it was more like i was family. Since Enterprise was closed or at least not answering their phone, they got me a loner to use till my truck was fixed.The next day I pick up my truck and it started, great... Thanks
If i could give a negative star for this service i would. Left my car there for 3 wks. Nothing was fixed on my vehicle because they couldnt figure out my initial concern. I brought my YUKON XL in with a full tank and got it back empty. I was told i would have to pay them to fill it up. :(
Came in for regular maintenance which took two days instead of one so I had to come back... also, heater fan sounds like a lawn mower in my car now, and that wasnt even something they worked on.... unless changing the cabin air filter was in proximity to the fan. Honestly, you guys make things worse every visit. I dont dare come back to fix more stuff for fear that you will break more stuff. Always awful service.
My husband and I had a great experience when buying a certified used 2011 GMC Acadia. Brian Gowen was the salesman we worked with in finding the right car. As we were both recapturing the events that took place when buying the car, we both said that what stood out the most to us was Brians persistence (in a good way). He not only helped find us a car that was in our budget, but had equally competitive options and mileage. Throughout the process we worked with many dealerships and out of those, Brian was the only one that actually took to the time to find cars that were in our budget, email us back in forth a couple times a week with updates, and called us back to say that he was unwilling to find anything else in our price range, but would be willing to work a better deal on a 2011 GMC Acadia we had our heart set on. At first it was out of our price range, but after all said and done he helped come down on the price and we drove off in our new car!Up front Fox will give you the carfax report and the Kelly Blue Book on each vehicle you are interested in, so that you can see how it compares. All in all we had a great experience and would say if you are looking for a new/used car stop by Fox GMC on Alpine and speak to Brian Gowen.
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I had an excellent experience and helpful salesman. I was working with Brian Gowins and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I felt I got a fair value for my trade in and a good price on my Silverado. I think this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I would rate the customer service A+. I would highly recommend anyone to visit them!Update: Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was on my lunch (which it took 20 minutes to get there). Anyways, I asked how long it would take for an oil change and rotation. They said about 40 minutes. Well, it took 60 minutes for the oil change and then I still had to wait for the tire rotation, so about 90 minutes total. My lunch hour turned into 2 hours including travel time. Next time I will plan for longer. The work was good, just took too long for a lunch hour.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. Very poor customer service, poor communication and lack of knowledge. A repair was done that once I got home realized the issue wasn’t fixed. I was then put in a rental car with an empty gas tank. And finally once they did find the issue several days later tried charging me double the initial quote. I would not recommend using them for service.

Service and sales is a joke. I bought a Tahoe from here in which the sales guy told me they go through every vehicle and make sure theres nothing wrong before they put them out on the lot. Before we bought it we noticed that the rear defroster cables were broken off, the rearview camera did not work, the hubcap on one of the wheels would not stay on and was constantly falling off. The sales man said they would not fix anything else on the car because they already had too much invested into it with other things they fixed and putting new tires on it before they put it on the lot. They did end up fixing the camera in the rear defroster cables. But they only super glued them back on Instead of soldering instead of soldering lime them like theyre supposed to be. After we had the car for two weeks we had oil pressure sensor go out and took it to another shop and they said that the stabilizer bars were busted on both sides in the front end and that they had been like that for quite a while. The brand-new tires all leak air around the rims and have to be filled every 3 to 4 days. We tried to call and talk to somebody there but basically all they said was sorry for your luck and they wont do anything about it. Beware of their shady work.
I arrived in GR from out of town on business in my 2012 GMC Acadia. The brakes were making a loud sound and I knew I needed to get them checked out. I didnt know who to call so I checked out the internet and found Fox Buick GMC. I called them in the morning and the service manager was able to fit me in the same day. My problem was solved late that afternoon and all warranty items were repaired on top of it! Plus they washed my vehicle. I cant say that my hometown dealer gives me the same service. This dealership and service dept. is wonderful. Highly recommend it.
I have had NOTHING but a great experience with Fox Buick GMC!!!! I had a bad deal with a dealership and did not purchase my vehicle from Fox GMC but they were MORE than willing to assist me with the troubles I was having with the vehicle. The entire team of experts and sales representatives provided the BEST service Ive ever received even compared to several UPSCALE restaurants!! I would recommend them to anyone new or old because your expectations WILL be exceeded!!!

We also spent some time with Stephnie Hartely in finance. she was very knowledgeable, and great to work with.It had been well over a decade since we bought a car from a dealer. 2022-04-01I’ve been a Fox customer for 4 years and Mark in Comstock Park has provided the best customer service by far. When I had an oil issue on a Holiday, he came my employer to leave me a loaner and picked up my vehicle that needed immediate service. No matter the request or concern, major or minor, he has always been thorough. His honestly and customer service will bring me back and request him specifically every time.

2022-04-29Do not waste your time unless you dont mind wasting time. This place is nothing short of a joke. They will not allow you to make an appointment for an oil change. Ive never seen a place that will not allow you an appointment. I called today and she said take the ride we only have one car here so shouldnt be a wait. Can you write me down for an appointment in a half hour? NO I get there and there are 5 ahead of me and the service guy manager says we only have one lube man here today.Never again. That place needs NEW LEADERSHIP
