Recognizing our urgent need, the staff there completed the order in time for our big meeting. Professional and courteous, they went out of their way to take care of us. Highly recommend their work!

I was very happy with the service I received from them. Jenny was extremely helpful!I arrived with a box of miscellaneous items and photos, hoping to put some sort of shadow box together for my sons graduation. I came in with a rough idea of what I was thinking, but Jenny helped me develop a clean, organized layout, and helped me determine which items to keep and which to leave out.If I had done it myself, it would have been very disorganized and would never have been as impressive as the result we came up with together. It was well worth the time & cost to involve a professional, just to see how proud my son was when looking back at reflections and highlights of his time in High School! :DIve included a photo of the shadow box layout Jenny helped me put together. (some areas intentionally blurred for privacy reasons)

Frames Unlimited did a great job framing and matting two drawings of our old dogs. Then they created a frame out of an old door to use for a drawing of a cottage before it was torn down. The service was excellent as well.

I had some paintings, an antique photo and frame and an antique lamp that were damaged. The restoration team at Frames Unlimited and Jennifer in the store were just fantastic at helping me restore my items to like new condition! I cannot thank you all enough!

I was told that my print would only take two weeks. I still havent received the framed print and its been a month now. They havent made any phone updates, and all I get is we will call you when its done.

Waited 5 weeks to get a Picture Framed, they couldnt correctly frame my Picture within that time, was told the whole process of Frame, Mat and Glass would be about 2 weeks, first attempt there was a bubble in the Mat, not a variation in the Fabric but with the pressing of the Fabric to the Mat, 2 weeks later second attempt, was informed that there had been an incident with the Mat and Fabric, Frames Unlimited claimed that this had never happened to them before, Fabric got stuck to the Press and torn, more Fabric would need to be ordered and attempted again, 3rd time, week later, called Frames Unlimited, they were meant to call me, they informed me that they should have it completed before the end of the day, this was so, finally it was ready, inspected the Mat, was disappointed as it still wasnt right after 5 weeks, the edges of the Fabric Mat that framed the Picture were not straight and crisp, perhaps they were nervous due to the previous attempts with the Mat, bubbles, tear ect, this was very noticible against the Picture, Frames Unlimited said it would need to be re-done at the Fabric manufacturer in Califonia, by this point I had enough, as they were unable to successfully frame my Picture after 5 weeks they refunded my money
