We just had the B team over to our home to remove trees in our back yard and cut back a large tree in the front yard. They were very informative about trees and appeared to enjoy their jobs. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too.
Fantastic job. The B team was courteous and efficient. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Clean up and everything was beyond what is usually performed by average workers
Frank’s did a fantastic job removing a tree posing a safety hazard and trimming around my power lines! Everything was done as requested and communication could not have been better. I called and left a voicemail for a quote, Andy (I believe) called me back and was out the next day on time, and I had a quote and was on the schedule before he left. The crew did an awesome job on the trees and clean up as well. I purchase all of my firewood from Frank’s as well. Wood is always dry, is a great mix, and can be picked up or delivered for a very reasonable price. Great company, would highly recommend.
I called Frank on Saturday, as a large tree in my backyard split in half and landed on my roof. Frank was out within a few hours to look at the tree and provide an estimate. The rate was very reasonable and he said he would have a crew out first thing Monday morning. They showed up at 8am and within an hour, the tree was was down, branches removed, and the patio cleaned up! Very happy with Frank and the work his crew performed. Highly recommend!
Frank gave us the most competitive estimate. They arrived at 8:00 am. The A team was a focused, hard working crew. Like a choreographed dance, they maneuvered themselves and their equipment up and around the trees and removed them masterfully. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire Frank’s tree service again.
Team A came out and removed two large trees from our backyard. They were so kind and professional. I was amazed at how quick they got the job done. Lastly, I have worked with a lot of tree removal companies for work, never have I ever seen a company clean up as well as this one! They left my backyard, front yard and neighbors yard looking flawless.
Franks crew were professional and responsive. I had a large tree in my front yard that needed to be taken out. They were very professional, quick, thoroughly cleaned up the grass, sidewalk and street. If I had more trees would definitely use them. Highly recommend.
Instead of loading the wood into their truck or using the sidewalk, they decided to block a car in. Glad it wasnt mine. Took them two and half hours to remove the barricades blocking the vehicle.

Great company to work with! The A-team came and removed two trees that were close to the power lines. DTE had hacked the middle of the trees up and left large limbs hanging over the fence line and my neighbors shed. While they were on site, I requested a couple of other trees be trimmed and they took care of them. The crew did a great job cutting down the trees and cleaning up the site. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company I call for future jobs.
These guys were quick and clean, had two trees out and cleared away in under 30 minutes, even though the area was flooded and half frozen. Good price for the work too, 10/10 would recommend again.

This company was the lowest of 3 quotes that I got to take out a tree that was close to my pool and house. The crew that showed up was professional and worked quickly but safely. Amazing service here at Jacks! Stopped by today for firewood, and the prices were definitely the best I’ve seen. 3 gentlemen helped me load up the wood in my truck, making sure they didn’t scratch anything. This will definitely be the only place I go to for wood from now on.

I got an estimate from Al on 12-29=20 to have this giant silver maple trimmed in my backyard,it was overgrown and I worried it could fall on the house.They called on Tuesday and said they will be here on Thursday.. a crew with 7 guys came and went rite to work ,in 2 hours the tree was trimmed perfectly all cleaned up, and I was super happy. I would recommend this bunch to anybody, and I got the winter discount!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Possibly the best Contractor I have ever worked with!Frank came to the house right on time and gave a very fair estimate to remove two trees, three stumps, and clean up my other trees on side of the driveway. On the day of the job, his team of seven people showed up right on time and got to work, they did a FANTASTIC job setting up, taking the trees down, remove the remaining, and clean up. We had a limb come down in a storm. Andy with Franks was the only service that responded quickly among several called. The crew with Rocky and 9 other guys just finished up in only about one half hour. They cleaned up the downed limb, trimmed 2 trees and totally removed another that was dead. Great work. Fast. No mess left behind. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

The company came out today to remove a bunch of branches and bushes I had cut down over the weekend. It was a pretty good size pile, they had the job done in 10 minutes. Good price and nice workers. Will use again.

Andrew came out right away and quoted a great price to trim trees in my front yard. The job was scheduled and Robin, the foreman for this job, and his crew arrived on time. Within an hour they trimmed and shaped a severely overgrown tree in my front yard, maintaining the canopy established by this mature tree but at a higher level. They also trimmed hazardous, dead branches from a second tree. The crew did a great job cleaning up. My yard looks so much better with the tree trimmed and I no longer have to be concerned with the huge, dead branches from the second tree falling in my yard, or worse, on someones head. I will be using Frank Jastrabeks Tree Service again to trim and maintain other trees on my property. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

We had a big pine removed and stumped, a huge limb over the back of the house cut down and a tree that uprooted from the recent storm cut off and stumped. These guys know what their doing. They were fast and cleaned up everything. Price was right too. Will hire them for any future work we need done.

This company is very unprofessional. They blocked our driveway with a road cone then one of the employees threatened my husband when he hit their cone while pulling into our driveway. Im disgusted by their behavior and wouldnt suggest hiring them for anything. Horrible!

2022-06-21Franks tree service conducted business on my driveway and removed my neighbors tree and dragged it all over my driveway without my permission. The owner did not apologise and said he will come next week and power wash it. I filed police report and I’ll seek every legal action for the damages. This is not the first time they damaged other peoples property. Stay clear and call spears tree service instead. By the way everything is recorded on camera. update: the owner came and scratched my concrete even further with his unprofessional powers-wash tool. You can see the after math of their disaster and the chipped concrete.

2021-12-11Overall our experience with Franks was frustrating. It was very difficult to schedule with Franks. We had initially agreed to a tree trimming date about 5 weeks out, which they missed. Then when I called them, we re-scheduled for another 4 or so weeks out. Ironically the tree they were supposed to trim fell onto our garage 1 day before Franks was supposed to trim the tree. At which point we needed to have the tree fully removed. The tree fell on a Sunday night. I had agreed with Franks on Monday (the day they were scheduled to trim) for them to remove the tree Wednesday. I then received a call Tuesday notifying me that they indeed would not be coming on Wednesday, but now Thursday. Needless to say I was not thrilled at them once again rescheduling me. They did finally come on Thursday to remove the tree. They did an acceptable job of removing the tree entirely, but damaged our yard (front and rear) and driveway with their equipment (see pictures).

2022-03-08You need to look no further than this group!!!I am a very picky person when it comes to my yard.I am very pleased with the work of the A-Team (appropriately named!!). They were on time, set up quickly, did exactly what I had requested to be done. They were exceptionally professional, polite, and very respectful. They cleaned up as they worked and when done it looked better than when they came!!! Watching them work, you could see they work together as a team - like a well-oiled machine. They all pitched in, looked out for each other for safety. Watching how they brought the branches down - it was poetry in motion!!!Andy is exceptionally responsive. I called, left message, within two hours he called back, set up an appointment for the quote. Pricing was the best.I have a lot of trees - I will keep them on speed dial!!!Thank you so very much for a great job done!!!

2022-05-17This company gave me so much peace of mind! When they saw how bad our trees were, they made sure to come right out at the soonest date, which was less than a week from when I called! They were efficient, professional, and did a great job! Even though they had to leave due to rain, they came right back later in the day to finish the job! I am so grateful for their service!

2022-05-20This place is great. The B team was out last week and what an amazing job. The climber I heard was rated high in the state for competition and I believe it. He was like Tarzan swinging around an 80ft maple like it was nothing. The cleanup was amazing. Nothing left behind. They were very efficient. This is my new go to company.
