Really like the pizza. Good sandwiches as well. Great place to watch a game. Lots and lots of screens. Weve also had good service here.
The food was amazing as always but the cute new bartender Debra was much more interested in chatting up with the man across the bar than checking up on me. My tip will reflect the service not the wonderful meal I received.
The restaurant was beautiful and very well clean. The staff was very kind and fast. We got to town pretty late, and ordered food. The food was still fresh and delicious!

Food good. Went this past Wednesday March 9th. Friends told us 2 for 1 wet burrito night. Food was delish. Our bill was nearly 25 dollars plus our tip. Though special must have been cancelled. Called friend next day, they received 2 for 1. How do 2 couples at same booth have same thing, one gets discount. 2nd gets cheated.
The noise level? Absolutely insane. People screaming over each other, being seated along the wall, then having a 15 person party show up, the kids running around the table while the adults in the party and employees dont care. Worst part about the whole thing though? The service. Because of that huge party coming in they forgot about us and all the tables lining the wall, so our food came out cold.If I wanted to compare the noise level inside to something, its like sitting in front of the guitar amps at an arena concert.
My friend and I ate lunch here today. If I could give this 0 stars I would. First off the bar tender was spread so thin that we had to wait 10 minutes for a menu. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for our food. The bartender then told us our food would be right out. I told her it was lunch and we had to leave. Her solution was to say I can get your food to go for you. We stayed 5 more minutes and received our food. Beef nachos that were very burnt tasting and the meat chunks were could in the middle . The “BLT” was made on a sub bun and the bacon was bacon bits. The lettuce was old and wilted and most of the bacon bits were hard. We hardly ate any of our food and when asked if we liked it I said no. She smiled and gave us the bill. Not to mention they were only 25% capacity. I would hate to see what happens when their busy. Avoid this place
Ive been coming to franky Vs for quite some time but havent taken the time to give it a proper review. Its a fine sports bar with proper menu and atmosphere, great beer selection, games, screens, pool tables, keno, pull tabs, great service and delicious pizza. I do line the variety on the menu, and the atmosphere is amazing. Today my waiter Jake came right over with a menu, promptly brought ne my drink, and was spot on how long my pizza would take. I eat at quite a few places, and Franky Vs really is on the top of my list when I want to eat good food, relax, and enjoy my night.

Food was great! The only negative thing our group noticed is that the music was turner up a bit too loud and we had a hard time having conversation with each other. Otherwise great food and great staff!
Good pizza bad everything else. Club wasnt good, burger was hardly cooked and gave us parmesan shaker that was dirty. We were maybe the 3rd customers of the day. They brought out the kids pizza on a super hot plate with no other plate to give to my toddler! Just not the best.

Fantastic food and a reasonable price. The restaurant has big TVs to watch any sporting events on and wonderful staff. Perfect place for date night or going for a party.
Great experience this afternoon at Frankie V’s. They seemed to be short staffed but the staff they had were working hard and took care of us. I had a pizza sub. I’ll admit, the presentation was not amazing, hence no photo. However the taste was amazing. The sauce is a bit spicy but I love that. I’m going to say, best pizza sub I’ve ever had.
Delicious food! And very nice staff, went on a Friday night, and there was no wait to be seated up we waited about an hour and a half for our food to come out

Good server, she was very attentive and friendly. The food is a different story. The food would have tasted good but the cook didn’t do a very good job. The potato chips were very dark resulting in a burnt taste. The bread of the sub was also over cooked. The ends of the sub were too hard to eat. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. The rated 2 stars because of the food and how long we had to wait for the over cooked subs. We spent $30.00 on 2 subs and 2 beers. Waste of money.
Ridiculous wait. Had we not been with friends we would have left.20min After being seated a busy waitress says she wasnt told she had a table and is taking care of other tables but will be back. 45 min later we order. A while later food arrives and of course there is a problem . Checks come and no compensation for the wait.

We went Friday evening with a group of 17. Typically with a large group, I don’t have high expectations for the service. Our server was awesome! The food was fantastic as always. All the food came out together and every order was hot and delicious. Fantastic job!
Obviously cant complain because of food being too hot or delicious right? Or for portions being too big? Took about 45 mins to be delivered both times weve ordered like their site says, and the delivery charge for me was like 2 bucks. I highly recommend the Grilled Chicken Alfredo.
Ive been ordering delivery from this place for the past 2+ years. Good Food. Never a problem, until my last 2 deliveries, that is.......The creepy delivery driver brought me the wrong order. That I can overlook....But the last order....the same driver, so Im told had attempted delivery, then took my order back to the restaurant. I was here at home waiting.....no audible door knock or door bell (yes we have a doorbell on both doors). So, I called to ask on the progress on the food I had ordered over an hour previous. The creepy driver brought the food back to my place. Still no audible knock or doorbell. But I heard a light tap, and went to the side door to check and he was standing right there. He had a quite unpleasant look on his face....said here and handed me the bag turned around and left. Wow....
This is my hometown favorite and my favorite pizza place to go to! I take whoever I can here to try their pizza because nothing beats theirs! Service is always great and food never disappoints.

It was ok. Staff was great.. It looks nice and cleanIt is very loud. If you are going in for a drink this maybe perfect.I could see they hand toss their pizza which was really cool. Although I did not get pizza. (wished I would have tried that). I got the taco salad. Not what I would choose again. Very salty. The rest of the people I was with seemed to enjoy what they got.If you like a bar atmosphere its a must try. I will not be returning as its not my type of place.
For the price, their pizza is a great deal. Very fast and friendly service. They have an old school Ms. Pac Man and a 2016 Golden Tee machine that my son and I play every time we visit. The cheese bread appetizer is very tasty. They serve both draft and bottled beer, with a rotating selection of draft craft beer.
We hadnt been to this restaurant in over a decade. Not sure why we stopped going. I returned due to a social outing with a group. The service was excellent! The food was delicious! The appetizer platters were filling. And the deep dish pepperoni and sausage was so delicious! I had never had their pizza. I will definitely make my way back.
Love this place. Been there a bunch of times. Great food, great service. Good people good vibes. I recommend Frankie Vs is the place to be. The pizza is great, bit dont forget the rest of the menu! Its all good. Except maybe the steak. It could be cooked a little better, more tender and seasoned. But thats the only mark and not even against. Just marked for improvement!
Bartendress was awesome. Waitress was great, very attentive and was busy. Food=fantastic. I had a small pizza, it was great. Lady had a calzone and it was great. We had a few appetizers and they were great. Every time coming here it is always great service. Fantastic, thank you.
Awesome burger and great lasagna, that was on the sweet side. This was my first time there, but Ill be back. Would have given 5 stars but its one of those open restaurants where everything echoes making it hard to hear. Quick friendly service and good prices. I recommend.

Nice remodel! Nice big wrap around bar with many tvs setup! No more pool table and games. Added more seating. Always has good food to offer! My favorite is the ocean perch basket! Frankie Vs is a well known establishment for many people in the area!

By far the best pizza in Wyoming, and possibly West Michigan. Frank and Wanda Vitale are both amazing owners and even better people. Have known the family for almost 20 years and always feel welcome at their establishment. The pizza, pasta and submarine sandwiches are absolutely phenomenal and their bartenders are all fun to chat with and pour great drinks. Would highly recommend to anyone, local or visiting.

The service has been excellent! After being burned by another pizza place I decided to try here and have not been disappointed. Pizza has been excellent but we also tried their loaded potato skins and they were awesome! Highly recommended for good local pizza.
We were only in the area for one day and wanted to get takeout from someplace nearby our hotel. I am so glad we chose Frankies! The deep dish pizza was amazing - the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Not many places do deep dish so we were happy to treat ourselves. We also tried a pasta dish and we were impressed with the portion size. If we are ever in town again we will surely be back and hopefully post pandemic so we can dine in!

We used to be regulars as we live close by and stopped going for a while to try new places. Went by the other day and love that they have remodeled, they even offer a cocktail menu now! They have definitely stepped up their game. Atmosphere is much better, we will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere, loud though. The food was good, however, I got the southwest salad and I think I got marinara sauce instead of salsa so it tasted Italian instead of Mexican but it was still good. Good service also. My husband got the manicotti, which was good.
Ive been dining at Frankie Vs and getting takeout for years, their food is amazing and I love the atmosphere. But I just ordered delivery for 2 pasta dinners, which comes with a salad and garlic bread, and the garlic bread was missing!Honestly, it was no big deal, and I was about to throw some Texas Toast in the oven. Before I could even get to my salad another delivery driver shows up with a full loaf of garlic bread.I didnt even call to complain, they just realized they forgot a side item and took care of it by sending another driver right behind the first. If that isnt amazing customer service, I dont know what is.

Ordered the Combo plater and the chicken wings had feathers still on them. Sent the food back and to resolve the disgusting food given to us, the bartender told us we wouldnt be charged for returning the platter. The manager was behind the bar multiple times and never said one word to us. We expected better from Frankie Vs

One of our regular spots for pizza, especially their Chicago style. I cant speak for most of the menu but everything I have had there is wonderful.

One of the better pizza restaurants in the Wyoming area. Very filling and nice atmosphere. I ordered the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. A nice taste and good Chicago style flavor.
We have been here several times and honestly I really enjoy the food. We have always had decent, quick service when we’ve gone in the early evening. Today on the other hand (2:50pm), we went up to the bar and sat there for 15 minutes. One waitress who was clocking in looked at us, but not once did the bartender (older lady) look in our direction or even make rounds to this side of the bar. We didn’t have menus or drinks or anything, we were completely empty handed, so it’s not like we could have been confused for waiting for food. At the same time we sat down, a middle aged guy sat across from us and got served within a few minutes of being seated... After waiting for 15 minutes, my fiancé walked to the other side of the bar to get her attention and once again she didn’t pay him any mind. I guess she was too busy serving the older men. So we left. We went across the street to Charley’s and were greeted within a minute (not exaggerating) of being seated- not even up at the bar. Really annoyed. I tried to wait it out and get her attention but it was a lost cause. If you only have one bartender for the afternoon, at least make sure to check the whole bar and not cater to the clusters of older men.
This is so disappointing. We used to love getting pizzas from here but the staff have made it so we’ll never go back. Last time we ordered, they gave our pizza to someone else. Now this time we put in an order at 5:45 and when we got there half an hour later they hadn’t even started it!! There are way more better options for a sports bar in Grand Rapids. We won’t be coming back.
Family owned sports bar and dining area. These people make exceptional pizza and various other foods and sides. A very friendly environment with optimal viewing of the many large flat TV screens anchored to the walls. Usually the most relevant and popular sporting events are on at any given schedule. They also provide catering for external events such as a wedding and the quality of food is extremely satisfactory.If you like great pizza and a friendly environment this is a MUST STOP for any takeout or dining experience. They also provide delivery.

Ordered the Deep Dish and it was horrible. It looked like they lay out a large or extra large and put a medium pizza inside it and fold it over. Who does that!?!? If thats thier regular pizza that they do this with then its bland, doughy, and ultra plain. Their staff was very polite and had no problem with pick up. It looks kind of faded on the outside but the inside looked real nice. Unfortunately, I wont try thier pizza again.

We visited Frankie Vs after meeting with our family about funeral plans for our mother. Our experience was outstanding and the personnel was very accommodating. Mishsa was our waitress and she was fun and very through, never missing a beat and attentive. The food was great and the gluten free pizza was the best my daughter has ever had. We will be returning, thanks Iggy.
For a nice place its good for everybody is this place. The pizza look delicious I had the eggplant parmesan which was awesome. I took it home and ate out the rest of the day. I recommend it
It was my first time at Frankie Vs, but it wont be my last! The food is wonderful, authentic Italian, from homemade recipes! The pizza is great, and I cant wait to try their homemade lasagna! They also have a great Alfredo, and delicious subs! Our server was just a delight, and took very good care of us. I also loved all the TV monitors with all the games on them! I will be a regular customer here, especially since its so close to my home!

The food is okay. We consider ourselves frequent visitors, though it had been about a month since our last visit. We were shocked to see new menus (overdue), but the kicker were the inflated prices and discontinued items. Some items jumped almost $2.00!!!! This particular visit was crazy. We were seated and waited almost 20 mins before somebody acknowledged the table. This waitress asked if somebody taken our beverage order, we replied no. We thought she would be kind enough to do so....uh nope. She left us with Let me find your waitress. We were starving and didnt want to find another spot, so we waited. Overall the food was still good or maybe we were that hungry. I loved this place because they had nice portion sizes for the dollar. Now, its like theyre rationing out on a stranded island. I decided that was our last visit with them. Next...

I consider this my local bar. The atmosphere ranges from quiet dinner with family, to a downright loud and fun time, late evening.
Went here for the lunch buffet on Valentines day at 1pm. The almost empty parking lot should have turned me away, but like the idiot I am I entered anyway. Once we were seated by a nice woman, we ordered our drinks and approached the buffet. There was a promising salad selection, soup that had separated with fat congealed on top, and 4 different dishes - ziti, green bean casserole, spaghetti, and potatoes. The only edible item of those listed was the potatoes, and they were still room temperature. The others were caked over and cold.What remained of the pizza was half of a lukewarm pepperoni pizza and a quarter of clearly ice cold sausage pizza. I was hoping that within the hour theyd bring out another pizza, but upon asking towards 1:45 they said there would not be another pizza.The service was great, but the actual product was terrible. I was hoping they would eat the loss to present a decent buffet on Valentines day, but instead it was just another day to cut corners.

We love this restaurant/sports bar! Frank, Wanda, their family and staff go out of their way to assure you have swift service and a delicious meal. Wanda does magic in the kitchen with the Italian dishes...and the pizza is awesome - best Italian sausage in town! Weve been coming since they opened so many years ago and will always be their customers!!!
Not the experience we were promised for our company Christmas lunch. They were short-staffed, but the servers who were there were pleasant and doing the best they could. The lunch buffet was sparse and not refreshed often enough to feed the crowd that was there. Good ribs, though.
The toilets will give you a nice hot steam.....unfortunately it also makes the place smell like sewer. The food is good. Staff is nice .
This is the most awesome place for food and drinks and atmosphere. We are regulars, have been for 10 years. Love the staff and our usual awesome group of regulars.
Their service was awful. They had one waitress serving all of the tables. She was overwhelmed with it all and often forgot the things we asked of her. The buffet food was lukewarm and not fresh, as told to me by the relatives I was dining with. As for the dish I got, the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and needless to say, it was awful. They put a nauseating amount of garlic in it, rendering it nearly inedible. The chicken felt like I was chewing rubber and it was charred beyond recognition. I couldn’t even finish my meal. The only good thing I had there was the salad and that wasn’t even made by them. Would not go there again. And do not recommend.
Class of 71 Wyoming Park they never disappoint us. Our large group meet once a month. They are excellent.
My fiancé and I won’t be back after our experience tonight. The food was only kind of good, my chicken parmigiana was served with meat sauce. Weird. The service was bad. Our waiter wasn’t attentive at all (and we’re easy customers). We waited over 45 minutes to get our food and had to flag down our waiter for drink refills (something I never like doing). Some things would be understandable if they were busy, but they were pretty empty. It was disappointing all around.
The food has definitely gone down a notch. Waiter couldnt hardly handle four tables. It was still a fairly good experience. Most of the many other times has been a five star rating.

I went with a group of people for my birthday and it was okay I guess. A child in the group has a lot of food allergies, and the server was very careful to find out about the ingredients in the food and drinks so he didnt get sick. The food was fine, but one of group got the wrong salad dressing, and I ordered a deep dish pizza with fresh mushrooms (an option on the menu) and they brought it with canned, so it was not nearly as good as it should have been. Also, over a half hour passed from the time we got the bills to the time our cards were picked up, and the manager was full of excuses. Obviously they were understaffed so it wasnt the servers fault.
Just had one of the best burgers I have ever had!! I have had many great burgers in my travels in the US and abroad but I just ordered the mad burger and it was fantabulous! meat was done perfectly as ordered and it was built wonderfully...definite home run here and strongly recommend this burger to any burger fan out there!!

We really like to visit here when were in town. The pizza is great, as is the cheese bread. We always have a large party and no complaints from anyone usually. The servers are great and on top of refills and checking in on us through the meal.
We stopped in looking for something different. Outside was very plain, inside was very comfortable. We had pizza and fettuccine, both were outstanding! Service was also great, Amy rocked, cold Angry Orchard on tap. We are now looking for excuses to come to the area to eat here!
Customer service was ok to good at times. I ordered two meals and an appetizer and it took about 30 to 45 min. Before we received our food. The food was barely luke warm and there was barely any steak in my Philly cheese steak. The burger was alright. My total Bill was over 40 dollars and definitely not worth it especially for the portion of food there was.
The Waitresses rude, we never received plates , silverware are napkins . the prices were high its not a restaurant that I would ever go to again.
I go there for lunch at work all of the time. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I have no idea how they can provide home cooked meals and delicious pizza on a buffet for as cheap as they do. Ribs, mashed potatoes, pork chops, pumpkin pie, fresh salad... And more. Its a welcomed break from work. Once in a while the ribs are over cooked but you cant ask for more for the money. Its already a steal.
Look, you might hear people complain about pricing and seating and service, but to be honest..this place has always been top notch. You want cheap food? Go to McDonalds. In this place you get what you pay for. You want good food and good service? Youre going to pay for it. Its not an extreme out of pocket expense here but its not a cheap roach infested bar so you are getting the right bang for your buck.

Horrible visit due to one of the waitresses boyfriend, being jealous and obviously served to many drinks. Got all in my face and being rude and disrespectful. But thanks to my lady and children were present. I was able to act civil. Food was pretty good but the fact that it was an employees boyfriend and she said just ignore him smh no thank you. The food and the drinks are delicious!
First time getting food from here. We got the Chicago style pizza and mild buffalo wings. My husband said the wings were great but the pizza was not. Over half the pizza was crust, which was burnt along with the bottom of the pizza. Our pizza came with green peppers and sausage but there seemed to be lack of sausage and TONS of green peppers (maybe a piece of sausage per slice of pizza). I cannot say that I would recommend this but maybe some of their other food options are good....needless to say, we probably wont be back. Plus the lady cashing us out at the counter was rude.

We had a great waitress (Taylor) and the food was good. It was unfortunate my husband just about got knocked down by a waitress running from the bar to her customers. I do think Frankie Vs still offers a good bang for your buck.
Horrible delivery service. Delivery driver forgot my drink in his car and said he would go back to get it out. I watch as he high tails and pretty much burns out of my driveway, while Im waiting at my door waiting to get my drink. So obviously never ordering from here again. Especially if they feel they can employ these kind of people. Good food, horrible staff.
Brought my family here the other night and we enjoyed one of the best pizzas of our life! Weve gotten takeout a few times since and look forward to getting more pizza and wings next time we go! Would also like to check out the lunch buffet sometime...
We went on a Wednesday BOGO night which is a good deal for good food. We had burritos which, while definitely not authentic Mexican, were very good. We picked out a table as directed. After waiting 10 minutes we went to find a waitress. After that, our service was attentive and courteous. There were a bunch of napkins all over the floor where we came in which wasnt a real nice sign of welcome. I figured theyd be taken care of by the time we left 1-1/2 hours later, but they werent.I guess I found out Im not a fan of the restaurant/bar style, so I guess Im a little biased. I go out to eat to visit with the people Im with. When there are TVs everywhere you look, it seems a little socially dysfunctional to me. If you want to eat and ignore the person youre with to watch TV, you would be very comfortable. Also heavy metal music seems out of place where the atmosphere should be happy or relaxed, not an anger management session.Nonetheless, the patrons and staff who were there seemed happy and like they were regulars. Good things to see at a non-chain restaurant.
Didnt love this place - nice that they serve food late at night, though. We had a couple beers, and ordered some food after a Griffins game. It was dead in there.They do have a lot of tvs up, so it would be a good place to watch sports at.

Been going there every Thursday night for a couple of years now, and the service quality (from the kitchen) had made it so bad that well be going somewhere else each week from now on. Just last week, we waited 45 minutes for our food (and they were not busy relative to most weeks) only to have our food be delivered COLD! This has been typical service for the past couple of months now. I just cant recommend them at this point.
I go here every Saturday with my dad to have a couple drinks and eat some food. Never had a bad experience and the bartenders are so kind and always make sure you have everything you want. Highly recommend to anyone.
Staying at a near by hotel with the family and was craving wings. i asked the people at the front desk where a good place to eat was that had wings and they recommended Frankies V. We were not disappointed. We ordered the delux pizza, wings, and the kids mac and cheese. Our waitress Amanda was top notch, quick, polite, patient and just overrall very pleasant. (I dont give compliments very easily) so she really impressed me with her service. Food tasted great. Bill was less than 40$ for a group of four with plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
Came in at 8:00 took 10 mins before anyone came over. Then another 12 before they came back to get my order. It is now 8:24 ( only 30 people max in the place) asked the waitress why the long wait. She said she had 7 tables tonight. We are going on 45 mins and I still do not have my food. Update-coming up to an hour and still no food. Now even better, cleaning crew is coming in picking up all the bar mates right in the dining area. Asked waitress to put my order in a to go container.My advice ,avoid this place!!!!!Cant tell you about the food because I still dont have it

Great atmosphere. Lots of TVS. Keno. Good selection of craft beers. Extensive menu focused on Italian fare. A less noisy dining area sits above the main bar area where the hard partying loudness is gong on.
Frankie Vs is a fun place to have a few beers and eat some great pizza. I highly recommend paying them a visit.
Frank and his family are amazing!Very community drivin, great food, and when you go there your treated like family!They have alot of reg customers that return all the time. I gave 2 stars because, it was very easy to put my order in online and they had it ready pretty quick. Actually about 5 to 7 minutes earlier than it said online. But that is probably why it was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. Completely dissatisfied
Great burger, sweet potato fries to die for, other dishes served to our group looked equally as tasty. However, noise level not conducive to group get togethers. Was my first experience there, would return with smaller group

Wings were delicious. Service was great. Go on 75 cent wing night to get a deal on wings. Did not get to try the pizza, but the person next to me ate one and it looked delicious.
Everytime i have been there its been lunch buffet. Compared to a lot of places i have been its pretty good. Service is quick and responsive. Price is reasonable, and the food is actually pretty good, they always have a variety incase its not to your liking.
Went on a Friday night with 7 adults and 2 kids. Waited 2 hours for food. After 2 hours, one person didnt get their order. So 8 of us ate while that person left the restaurant upset. Was suppose to be a nice night out with family. Instead someone gets there night ruined because simple service wasnt there. Will never return.
Im addicted to their bruschetta pizza. Its so good. Love all their pizzas Ive had. The staff has always been friendly when I order. The pizza may be pricy but its worth it.
Only saw server 2 times. We all had the bar . No soup avail . Looks like some had sat there a while but no ladles and cold . Chicken way very dried out and hard to cut up. Potatoes and pizza on the bar was also cold. Only had 2 pizzas to choose from just ham or just pepperoni. We were there we there at lunch time about 12:30 on 7/ 7 17 not busy at all. Also my husband said mexican food was also cold.

They messed up our pizza order, didnt offer to fix it. Then didnt give us the price special they were running ( BOGO half off.) Then when we asked for boxes for the leftover pizza they gave us used boxes! Pizza was good tho. Best sangria!
Ordered the App Platter and the wings came out with feathers on them.The waitress serving us had her mask below her nose the entire time and also used the r word during service.
If you like chicken wings, forget the rest of the places in town. The size and price are perfect. The sauce tequila chili lime is the bomb. Do yourself a favor, just order twenty! Take some home, or just more them down. Honestly, best wrong Ive had in twenty five years.
Food wasnt bad but pizza got cold from waiting and when burger came with fries instead of onion rings they took everything back instead of just bringing the onion rings. By then burger wad cold they brought back. Waited FOREVER for everything including the bill had to take it up. Left a tip but moving restaurant down the list. Shame cause it used to be a favorite but bad experience the last few times.
Have been going here for 15 years. Love the pizza and breadsticks, very laid back and low key bar. Pizza sauce is sweet type sauce and crust is medium thickness.
Food is great drinks are good service was lacking a bit but overall great place to go and pizza was amazing
We stopped there for a quick sandwich and beer after a game. There was no Hostess to greet us, so we ended up sitting ourself. Aside from that, the food was good, the beer was called in our server was friendly.

I have been to Frankie Vs for their lunch buffet, and that wasnt bad at all.However, me and my family visited Frankie Vs last night and it was absolutely horrendous.From the moment we entered the front of the building, we had a 5 minute wait before a hostess even approached us. The hostess was a very nice young girl, but seemed a little unorganized which wasnt a big deal. We were sat a table in the bar area, even though we were a family of 6 people including kids. This too wouldnt have been a problem if the speakers werent turned up so loud.The server came and took our orders for drinks. Which included 4 sodas, a bottled root beer, and my Bahama mama cocktail. The drinks came relatively quick however the person delivering the beverages was not the server so getting drinks to the appropriate spots was a bit of hassle. However, my bahama mama took another 15 minutes before making it to me. Apparently, the bar tender was also a server? Anyway, so it came 15 minutes later (after the salads and appetizers had already made it there) I took one sip of the bahama mama and I nearly vomited. It tasted like captain morgan was forced down someones throat and then regurgitated into a glass with a little juice. It was horrendously strong and unflavorful.The food, was hit and miss. my family members lasagna was pretty good, however my shrimp and scallops pasta dish was very bland. For the price, the food wasnt terrible which is why I gave this place two stars.The worst part of it all was the service. The server was EXTREMELY disorganized. She seemed either new or drunk. I dont think she was new though. We were never offered refills and everything took a drastically long amount of time (getting to go boxes didnt happen until we asked a different server for some) My bahama mama only had a sip taken out of it and then sat there untouched, and she never once asked whether or not there was an issue. Im not the type of person to ask for refunds or replacements. I paid the bill, and still tipped the server $10. However, I will never be returning to Frankie Vs. This is a shame as they have a staple spot here in Wyoming,MI and it has so much potential.
First time we came here and never again. Place is dirty and not kept up. Service was slow. Food was so so. Didnt get what I ordered. Our group of four, one entre came and others five minutes later. Our salads came five minutes after our entres. Dressing was wrong on mine. I suggest driving by and going someplace else.

Four separate visits all ending the same way, terrible. Consistently poor service, takes forever to get food, at least one dish is stone cold or outrageously overcooked. I swore that I would never go back after the first experience but I went with friends thinking that they had to improve in the three years since I was there last. My mistake. The last two times I have agreed to go along with friends but I do not see any of them going back again after the latest mess of a meal.
We there this weekend for the second time and it was fantastic. We got wings and pizza, both great. Wish I would have taken pics :(. Either way the service and food was great.
Food was absolutely amazing, definitely recommend their pizza, beer selection was ok. They had a few craft beers but mostly domestic beer. Definitely worth a try especially with a group!
Only bad thing is they been late on delivery a few times but every thing Ive had from subs to pizza to Mexican its all been very good 👍

We went after my sons game, because they sponsor his baseball team. We sat for a good 10/15 minutes and didn’t even get greeted. A server made eye contact with us a few times, and never said anything. I’ve been a server for 10 years so I’m VERY understanding. But no one even said “hey sorry, I’ll be right back” or anything. VERY unimpressed

We had the Eggplant parmesan & wet burrito, both were fantastic. The cannoli was excellent. Definitely a sports bar atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, made us feel at home & welcomed.
We came here after golf because they advertised an outside patio. They had a group earlier, so the patio was not ready for service, but they accommodated us, set up a table, and the service was great! We will be back!

Avoid at all costs! I should have taken the neglected appearance of the building as a warning, but my friend insisted we go. The “chicken pesto” sandwich I got was a nauseating combination of something that resembled dog chicken jerky, a green mayonnaise mystery condiment (that is definitely not pesto), and slimy onions all inside two slices of over-toasted stale toast.To make matters worse, the skunky beer I was served made it hard to wash any of the sandwich. Like come on?! How can your food AND beer be so bad?No redeeming qualities to this place whatsoever. All I got for my money was a stomach ache from unsanitary “food”.

I like Frankies, I do but sometimes its hit or miss. I love coming here to see my girlfriend who is a waitress and to play Keno. Usually Im eating also but I dont have a raving review for that (except the bruschetta)
We had a party of 6 that dined in tonight we waited over an hour to get our food and when it did come out we only got part of the orders about 7 min later another order came out and it was wrong he to be returned and remade about 10 minutes later the last order came out and the remade order didnt come back out until after everyone was done eating and had to take it to go... that was just the big stuff that doesnt include the act that we had to ask 3 times for a refill and went and got our own salt and ranch from the counter

Service was awful and the food from the buffet was cold. When I said something to the waitress her reply was well we are getting ready to shut it down anyway. Then handed us the check. No apologies.

Frankie Vs is a really great restaurant in Wyoming- one of the best restaurants in Wyoming it has good service and great food and great decor havent been there in awhile but i am sure i will go back again for the great pizza and fries!! count on that! i just have one complaint when i was there last time i had got a pop and it was 2.70 something and i just about peed my pants because i was shocked at the high price for pop! did you know you can get a 2 liter of pop for a dollar or so at the store the high price for pop at any restaurant is ridiculous i think they just have the high prices because people are thirsty and they want them to spend more money at their restaurant.

2022-03-30We ordered the Meat pizza and it was fantastic!!! Honestly one of the best pizzas Ive had in a while, perfect crisp on the crust and the sauce had so much flavor!! Our service was speedy and for being under staffed, they did a good job keeping up with orders!

2022-05-17I have never been disappointed with food from Frankie V’s. Order from them is better then the food apps. So last night we got two perch baskets. Which we delicious no disappointment at all. But we also got chips and cheese with salsa. Salsa was good. Chips and cheese not so good. They were burnt to where even the chips were dark brown. Could not eat them. So disappointed. Had to throw them out. But all in all first bad thing I will be going back. They have great burgers and pizza too.

2022-05-03I cannot thank Our waitress Sue and the cook we had on 5/2/22 enough. We had a party of over 50 people and one of the waitresses called in and Sue had to take care of all of us alone. The cook kept us supplied with pizzas until everyone was finally stuffed. The food was delicious and thanks to them when had a very nice time at a time when we all really needed it. We had just said goodbye to our mom, grandma, and great grandma and staff that day went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of.

2022-04-22I was there today and managed to get a seat at the packed bar. Kurt was the bartender this evening and did an amazing job making sure everyone had drinks, food, and refills. He was so wonderful with all the customers. It was so busy and I had to commend him publicly for a job well done. Keep up the great work!

2022-04-07My family had been here a few years prior and the food was great. This time, not only was the food terrible but we waited over 35 minutes for our food and werent warned about the long wait. When the food got to our table, my meal appeared as if it had been sitting under the heater the entire time of my wait. My panini was so dry and bland, I couldnt taste the pesto. My husband didnt finish all his dinner either because he said it had no taste. The bathroom stunk and was out of paper towel. The only redeeming thing about this place was the serving staff.

2022-05-20The food here was ok, the staff were nice, it was clean, the the environment was loud. If you order a meal ( vs. a pizza) make sure you get your soup or salad that comes with the meal. Last time I went , I didnt get my side salad and the time before that I never got the soup I ordered despite asking for it 3 times. This last time the bartender told my husband and I that the soups and side salads get dropped off the order in the computer, so its up to the server ( or you) to remember.
