Comment: I am a returning customer with Freeway Ins. and Im not quite sure why most of the agents are not available after the initial contact. Chad was the only one out of about 5 agents over the last year with my initial policy and my current renewal that actually followed through with his promises. I can also say I felt a lot better dealing with Freeway as opposed to Progressive. Freeway was more up front in their original quote and disclosures, and the price remained the same from the quote all way through the final signing of documents. I did not have the same confidence dealing with the other agency. Thank you Chad Bonnar, and keep up the good work!

I was transferred to her from the initial call I had with a male Freeway representative who gathered my personal information, and began the approval process. He was also very courteous and helpful. After having spent 2 hours calling various other car insurance agencies, and speaking with many other agents from at least 8 different companies, it was a pleasant sense of relief to find the right people to insure my car. Heidy insured my vehicle while on the phone. In a matter of minutes, she offered me the best deal! She completed our transaction with clear and effective guidance. She was very professional, and honest about my qualifications for the best possible rates.I had been insured with a different company for 10 years before today. I got into a car accident one week after I purchased the insurance with HEIDY. i informed Heidy on what happen and she gave me the number to the claims department long story short they canceled my policy and told me they would not cover the damages When I purchased the insurance with Heidy I asked if it was okay if I paid half now and half next pay period. She said it was okay and proceeded to take my money and told me my insurance was active. At first Heidy seemed super helpful but I now understand she was trying to make a sale. And my car is still damaged from 4 months ago. Id give them -1 star if I could.

Im a new client with freeway and Stephanie is the first agent to assist me with getting insurance however she lied to me flat out when I asked if the only amount being charged to my card would be $199.00 for the down payment for my car insurance and she said Yes! Fast forward almost 2 weeks later I just saw that my card was charged for an additional $220.00 which is apparently the remaining balance for the down payment!!! So at the end you lied and misled me my down payment wasnt $199.00 as you said it would be because now with this 220 charge it would seem as if my down payment was a total of $419.00.

Comment: Quite possibly the worst insurance agents.Pressured me to a new policy and then didnt cancel my old policy. Meaning i have been paying insurance at 2 companies.I also have zero recourse as no one ever returns calls from freeway norwalk or when i call (not sure if they have my name as a do not answer) richard the manager is never availible.I would say be very wary when you sign up with freeway.

Comment: I got my policy on the 18th, it wasnt at all what I asked for. It took me TWO WEEKS, to fix my policy. I requested to add MY DAUGHTERS certified used car to my policy along with RENTAL CAR INSURANCE. When I turned her car in for inspection, they couldnt provide my daughter with her loaner car because I only had LIMITED LIABILITY RENTAL CAR REIMBURSEMENT INSURANCE. Why didnt the insurance agent know this?? After spending MY ENTIRE DAY going back and forth with 5 different people ON THE PHONE, I receive a call from TYLOR GILREATH from the WEB DEPARTMENT at 8:20pm.Ironically he called to discuss my current policy, which come to find out, DID NOT HAVE MY DAUGHTERS CAR LISTED, NOR THE TRANSFERABLE RENTAL CAR INSURANCE I REQUESTED. Tylor listened to my issues, and asked me specific questions to determine my auto insurance needs. Tylor also assessed the situation, and made the executive decision to terminate my current policy, and FOUND the PERFECT policy for me, and also reduced my monthly payment for two vehicles. My NEW PAYMENT is now LESS than what I was paying for ONE vehicle. After MY LACKLUSTER experience today, TYLOR has REDEEMED Freeway Insurance. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!

Comment: I had the pleasure of speaking with Todd Holt today. Incredible service. As it was my first time getting auto insurance, he made the process very easy for me. I talked to multiple agencies, but the rates were too high for me. They were charging me too much for what I needed the vehicle for, but Todd didnt play games. He found the right coverage for me because he listened to me. 5 star rating, wish I could do 6. WILL SOMEONE GET THIS MAN A RAISE?

Comment: Its sad I cant give this office a 0 stars. I was their client for only 2 months. I changed from Fred Loya to Freeway and that was a big mistake, Manager Jocelyn, its so rude that doesnt even greet the customers and shes always with a rude face and look at the customers like if we are bothering. she doesnt even dress according to an office job,. agents are a little bit more friendly but once they find out you are not there to buy a new policy, they just dont have enough time for you. I was in the parking lot on my cellphone with my husband telling him the situation and 2 guys in a suit with the same rude face like the manager walked out of the office talking about how employees where not selling. I decided to keep walking towards their same direction and one guy was telling the other guy that he needed to put more pressure and the oher guy only responded we are pushing and the other one just keep talking about the agents and used a bad language to describe employees, this was a very arrogant person and just by hearing the way he was talking, now I understand why they have poor service. I went back to the office and ended to cxl my policy, me and my husband dont want to be part of a company that are form with people with no ethics. I asked who were those guys and youll be surprise, they said one was a district manager i forgot his name and the other one was the vice president Michael its extremely sad that people in that level doesnt have manners and are just so arrogant and they think they are better than you. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. TRY TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ARE NOT FORMED WITH PEOPLE THAT DOESNT CARE. IF THOSE GUYS DIDNT CARE ABOUT IT, DO YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO CARE FOR US THE CONSUMERS? I understand why the office manager looks so miserable, if she has a boss like this, she doesnt have nobody to teach her how to take care of customers, to top it off when I was walking to my car, a lot of employees were smoking outside talking about how much they charged a customer. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY
