Comment: Called them to go over my auto policy, was given the run around multiple times with mixed answers and they even hung up on me after attempting to get things done for an hour. They did not allow for being added to a wait-list or set up a phone appointment.Was told theyd call me back but they never did. Only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because they provide decent policies and services in person. They must be understaffed and manage influx of customers poorly during peak hours of operations. It is inconvenient to have to visit in person to receive proper service. They should establish their procedures and communicate to their staff and customers when it comes to these matters. I do not recommend trying to get anything done with them over the phone. Youre better off going in person or not dealing with them at all. Not worth the headache!

Comment: The truth is that I received very bad treatment when I signed a contract for 135 monthly and my payments were 3 payments and today Mrs. Vivian tells me that I have to pay 600 dollars because I dont have a license and the DMV sent the agency to the agency and when I met the agency He sent me a paper and I have to pay 342.67 and I told him he hit me because without my consent he takes my insurance and wants to make me pay another policy with another company just because they said they never took me into account if I was going to leave the policy and that I charge 600 for my monthly cass license, the manager, an uneducated sro, never stopped talking, I wanted to explain, and the outsider wanted to get me another policy of 173, so who wants to play?

She was not able to assist in answering any of our questions and as she is reviewing our account she picks up a phone call and infront of us reviews all the other customers demographics, name, address, email, vehicles covered etc.. she then places the call on hold and we asked other questions and a customer walked in. She began to attend the other customer. Came back and picked up call that was on hold and then placed them on hold again and proceeded to help the other member who had walked in. I told her that it is very disrespectful for her to be helping other customers while she has a customer infromt of her. She made no apologies and stated they are understaffed. I acknowledged and told her that is completely understandable but she needs to attend the 1st customers needs. She stated she couldnt answer my question as to why my insurance went up $100 from last month! Soo unprofessional and rude. I told her then she should be calling the insurance to clarify and her response was they are closed!She then did not want to provide her managers name, she stated it was the lady that just walked out. I went over and obtained the managers name, Jacqueline. Soo unprofessional and upset at the lack of customer service received from Vivian Reyes!! That is not the way to treat a customer! So unprofessional!Especially violating patients personal demographics infront of other customers!

Then I find out I cant even get a rental car because the person that did my policy told me she had added it but I didnt see it on the policy and then I was too late to change it.And then I get yelled at by the person taking care of my claim because they said that they womt fight for my case even if it wasnt my fault. They want me to handle it at small claims court.Very frustrating.

Ive had the policy for less than 2 weeks and was pressured to make the policy after stating to them that I cannot afford the high down payment of $300 and $80 monthly payments on top of the down payment. Yet I was pressured. They market themselves as inexpensive insurance but that is false. Jacqueline Namou an insurance agent could not help me and could barely speak English. They were extremely rude and let me know that I was still responsible to pay the rest of the $300. They already took $161 from me. If I dont pay then it goes to collections affecting my credit. Please DO NOT get FREEWAY INSURANCE.

Comment: I called for a quote for auto insurance. Before I could get a quote the telephone person wanted to pin me down on when I was starting a policy. I called twice and spoke with two different people and received the same treatment from both. Needless to say, I never received the quote.
