Comment: Terrible choice!!! There is a party going on near the lobby and the music is sooo loud along with the base that our room on the 3rd floor is vibrating! We were told the music would be done by 11pm and here it is almost midnight and its still going!! Weve called multiple times and keep being told sorry, they should have been done by now. This last time I called I asked babe gone in there and told them its time to turn it off and she said no Ill try calling the manager! What? Its right next to your front desk. Just go in there and tell them! I am half tempted to go down there myself and tell them its time to go! Party is over!!! Super frustrating! We will NOT be back!

Comment: Excellent room and very comfortable beds. Overall a very nice hotel with attentive and professional staff. The main gripe I have is the internet is painfully slow. Even when paying for the enhanced Internet, at best it was 5-8 mbps. After i had been connected for a few hours it would throttle down to like 1-2 mbps. That isnt even enough for a stable zoom call. They seriously need to improve this for business clientele in Silicon Valley who rely on connectivity during their stay.

Comment: This was my second trip to Fremont and after experiencing world-class hospitality on my first visit, I had to go back!Special thanks to Erica, Amir, Corrine and Victoria - speak to them if you need anything and they’ll surely make yours a comfortable stay.If you drop by for breakfast, look for Yesenia..The restaurant is at its busiest during breakfast, but Yesenia manages them all with ease.The one thing that the property can improve is their IT infrastructure. The WiFi strength is weak making it a challenge if you decide to work from the hotel.. the printers by the lobby are always running out of toner/ink - defeats the purpose of having a computer for print jobs.Overall a wonderful stay at the Fremont Marriott. Thank you!

It boasts a large scale, and the staff providing services are not only friendly but also prompt in assistance, which was greatly appreciated.Especially, the front desk staffs who were consistently courteous whenever I needed assistance were truly exceptional. I am very grateful to Erika, Victoria, and the gentleman whose name starts with an A for remembering me. Specially thanks to them, I had a comfortable stay.During breakfast, I would like to express my gratitude to Omkar for making delicious omelets every day and to Rocio for always finding a seat for me and providing coffee each morning.It was excellent in every aspect. Comment: Stay here often when traveling for business.Beds are very comfortable. Bureau/ Desk area is not designed well. Only 2 usable drawers even in rooms with 2 queen beds. Desk not layed out well with the outlets on the front edge cords are always in the way. Limited leisure seating. Breakfast is buffet style with an omelet bar. Recommend you order an omelet when Omkar is working the station. He makes an excellent omelet. I ordered one the other day and they were out of feta cheese. Omkar found me in the dining area to let me know and recommended goat cheese as an alternative. Best omelet Ive had.

Comment: Checked in last Friday night, was greeted and checked in by overly friendly Ana, who was absolutely engaging to me and to my family. So accommodating to our needs. The guestrooms, which had two beds in each, were extremely spacious, well lit... loved the renovations!! I was surprised by how well the water pressure was in the shower and toilets. The WiFI was easy to get on and did not experience any lag in signal...the light in the closet was a pleasant surprise. Oh! There was a chair in the room by the window, and I couldnt believe how comfortable that was!Had a chance to experience the breakfast buffet...the omelets station was superb! The gentleman cooking on Sunday was friendly, Rocio was our breakfast attendant. She was so sweet and kind to our family, and I noticed how attentive she was to everyone at breakfast. Plenty of luggage carts near the front desk, the pantry had a nice range of beverages and snacks. Overall, the customer service demonstrated throughout our stay was just fantastic! Lastly, Fremont Marriott is conveniently located off the highway without compromising a good nights rest. We had an amazing stay!! Thank you so much!

Comment: Let me tell ya about my experience at the Marriott hotel, and let me tell ya, it wasnt exactly what Id call a pleasant stay. Right from the get-go, it was clear these guys couldnt organize a hit on a rat if their life depended on it.So, I stroll up to check-in, and what do I get handed? A stack of coupons. Coupons! Apparently, their Concierge lounge was on vacation, permanently. Real classy move, guys. I guess they figured theyd save a few bucks on staff and toss some coupons my way instead.And dont even get me started on the room service. I specifically said I didnt need my room serviced every day, but did they listen? Nah, of course not. They were in and out like they were on some kind of hit job, replacing towels like they were randomly picking targets.Now, lets talk about their so-called entertainment suite. Ancient doesnt even begin to cover it. I felt like I was watching one of those old black and white gangster movies, except this time, I was the one getting robbed.But the real kicker was the restaurant. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my existence. Surly, rude, and about as helpful as a broken gun. And dont even think about ordering off the menu unless you want to play a game of roulette with your meal. They couldnt keep the bar or restaurant stocked if their life depended on it.In conclusion, the Marriott hotel might as well be run by a bunch of amateur hoods. Save yourself the trouble and go sleep with the fishes somewhere else until they wise up and start treating their guests like they actually matter.

During our stay last Thursday, we suffered a significant loss when personal items, including a Lenova laptop, iPad, Movado watch, and TUMI bag, were stolen, amounting to over $2000. This included my office laptop and personal iPad. This troubling incident appears not to be unique, as I discovered another similar theft reported by a previous guest after a quick internet search.I strongly urge future guests to exercise caution with their valuables. Despite the positive aspects of the hotel, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it for extended stays, particularly for guests who are carrying electronic devices, until the hotel addresses these serious security issues.

Comment: I have mix emotion on writing this review. Prior to arrival, we requested to see if an early arrival was available. We were told none was available until 4pm. However, a room can be made available for a $50 early check in fee. We told the staff, we were not interested for early check in if we had to pay the $50 fee. We later made another request for an early check in for 2pm arrival. Again, we were told no room were available until 4pm. We were disappointed that rooms are not available for early check in unless we pay a $50 fee.With that mind set, our opinion of the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley staff were very low.When we finally arrived at the hotel at 4pm,we were greeted by Nick at the front desk. Nick was very accommodating and value us as a platinum member. He made sure we got our room upgrade and gave us our complimentary breakfast vouchers. Nick treated us like what a loyal members feels like.When we were at the morning breakfast, Danny came by asking if everything was okay and made sure our coffee was warmed and we got our beverage. He cleared our dishes so we had room for more dishes. Danny tried to strike a conversation to get to know us. Again, he made us feel like loyal members.The main reason for our stay at the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley hotel was to visit our grandson. He loves to swim and with the indoor swimming pool, our grandson had a ball.With such a friendly staff, a very good breakfast and a heated indoor swimming pool, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although we were disappointed by how we were treated dub one staff, who insisted we pay the $50 early check in fee, everything else was positive. We hope Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley would review their policy and make sure its loyal (Platinum) members gets their benefits when available without having to pay fees.

She was patient with all of our questions and provided us will our Bonvoy benefits - Quick, efficient and friendly is much appreciated. The restaurant staff was all very friendly in the morning. I observed 2 adults collect enough buffet food for 15 or more people and then request to-go boxes. Someone needs to stop them from this gross abuse of services. Customer service has limits. This is why hotels reduce services -- because people dont understand boundaries.

Comment: This hotel is suspected of severe racial discrimination. White front desk staff allowed all incoming guests to check in early, except for my friend and me, who are Asian. They didnt allow us to check in early, and we had to wait in the lobby for an hour. The key point is that during that hour, we were the only two Asians there, while everyone else got their room keys smoothly. We just had to wait in the lobby, and we didnt argue with the front desk staff. This was a very unpleasant experience. A bunch of awful people.

We are from LA and have family union at Fremont 3 or 4 times a year. We always stay and enjoy this hotel because of Nick and his team‘s service. Comment: I am giving a One Star since there is no option for a Zero star.I organized my sons wedding at the Silicon Valley Marriott on June 3rd, 2023, and my experience was pathetic to say the least.My guests had booked 45+ rooms for 2 nights for the wedding and when I signed the contract I was promised I will be given Marriott Bonvoy points for all the rooms but the promise was not kept.I had booked 10 rooms (20 nights) with my personal credit card for my guests and expecting to get Marriott Bonvoy points for all the rooms but I was given points only for 3 (6 nights) rooms. This was never told to me and is not mentioned in the contract either.I had spent ~$34K on the wedding (banquet hall, drinks, etc.) with the hotel and it took them more than 8 weeks with multiple emails and phone calls to grant me the points for this spend.I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. I had signed the contract with Ms. Britany Dyess and she quit Marriott before the event. Ms. Nilam Prasad took over and she was very helpful but apparently resolving these issues was beyond her control.I have been chasing the managers Bonne Seller, Matt Seiler, and Clark Robano but they were not helpful at all. I then escalated to the GM Mr. Jin Kranock and he too could not help resolve the issues. He granted me 30K points as charity which is far less than what I was entitled for.I made the mistake of trusting their words and not documenting everything in the contract. Lesson learnt.I have been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for 2 decades and I have never encountered this treatment ever. Based on this incident I will have to rethink my loyalty to Marriott.

This led to a serious dispute when I questioned the high fee for takeout. Comment: Difficult to imagine no one has commented yet on this, but the rooms smell horrible, with little ventilation. First room I was given smelled bad, on the 4th floor. Second one on the 8th floor was not much better. Then I realized the stench came from the bathroom - sewage fumes. I kept the bathroom door shut, toilet seat down, and the a/c on high to try to clear the room of the odor, since the windows don’t open a crack. My nose would run profusely when in the bathroom. Since this was the second room I went into with a stench, on different floors and rooms on opposite sides of the hallway, I suspect the issue would be hotel wing wide or at least among those rooms along the same sewage line. Hold your nose, and you’ll be fine - the furnishings and decor are new, the rooms seem clean otherwise. Minimally avoid rm 842 during the summer heat. I also had a very major issue with this Marriott having only one non-tesla electrical vehicle charging station, which is occupied 90% of the time. No hope for charging an ev car at this hotel, having and advertising this amenity is misleading. the spots are not monitored and are used by any vehicle for parking, in addition, the hotel has broken ev chargers. I had to walk .5miles to charge my car at a random business parking lot. Or else, uber to and from a shopping mall with available chargers. Unbelievable pain and needless stress to potentially drive without electricity. Management is useless in this regard, though the front desk staff, Rita was amazing and outstanding; she tried her best to help in a hopeless situation. Other staff were not friendly, I understand the service complaints that other reviews reference. I had originally planned to stay at this hotel 6x this year, but cancelled all future reservations because this tops my worst Marriott experience thus far.

Comment: If you’re looking for your car to get broken into, damaged, and attempted to be stolen here’s the place for you. I thought I had it bad but another guy had his car completely stolen. What an amazing stay. Read the reviews about how often this happens. My door handles and ignition were so damaged it was hard to get in my vehicle and impossible to fit the key in the ignition. I got to be woken up from police at 5am so they could do a report. I got to spend my morning calling AAA and having my car towed. Security only does rounds every hour. There are no cameras outside. Staff does not care. In other situations like this staff can comp rooms. They refused and wasted my time. Money hungry business that is well aware of an issue they are doing nothing to help.

Comment: A good standard Marriott as one would one find in many locations around the world. Rooms were clean. Reasonable views. When I checked in the in room safe wasn’t working batteries had to be replaced and hotel staff took care of it right away. Good location and being in Fremont (home to Tesla plant) which itself being a nice town makes it very convenient. There are some nice parks nearby & went to Elizabeth park to enjoy the CA sunshine and take a walk.Two points which in my mind doesn’t make it a five star hotel. Breakfast was quite bland. Even average Marriott Courtyards in Europe have better breakfast bar with cheese selection, a better selection of fruits, fresh squeezed juice (not the frozen kind with lots of sugar). And Bread. Not sure when Marriotts in US will step up to this standard. Also while checking in you are charged $75/night incidentals to cover for anything broken or supposedly you smoke. If there isn’t anything unusual the charge doesn’t show up in the final bill. Found it a bit unusual have been a Marriott traveler for over twenty years.

Pulling back the covers of my bed, there was a clear flea infestation. Needless to say, the experience was unbearably itchy and stressful.However, the most disappointing part of all, was the lack of concern and service I received from the staff thereafter in handling the situation, from housekeeping to management.After being put on hold by the front desk several times and a no-call from their manager, I finally reached them that afternoon and asked for a full refund, to which the manager literally said, “I’ll see what I can do. We might be able to refund one night.” Really? The itching isn’t just for one night. The numerous bites on my body are very visible, very itchy, and will not heal for several nights at least. Why would they put me, traveling alone, in a room that should be reserved for travelers with pets?! Comment: I am typing this with great dissatisfaction towards a worker at this particular branch (I believe her name is Arion) and poor customer service. I looked all over the building for a manager to speak to in-person but the manger seemed to be missing. Short story short, I came in early in the morning (around 10ish) to see if I can check in early, but I was told to come again at 12pm-12:30pm for early check in. I needed a room urgently to get ready because one I just landed from the airport, and two I had two important events to attend, one being personal and the other pertaining to work. The young lady (Arion) that helped me at 12pm, said there’s no room availability at all and couldn’t do anything further for us besides insisting that we should continue waiting. So instead of waiting inside Mariot (one of the greatest hotel establishments) we stayed inside our car until there’s was room availability at 2:30pm. We weren’t even offered the choice of waiting in the lobby or provided complimentary water until room availability but everyone else was by Arion. Now, forget about the water and complimentary waiting in the hotel lobby, we weren’t even given the most simplest form of customer service (a welcome or a friendly approach by Arion). Furthermore, I really admired Arions passive aggressive attitude and no helpfulness approach towards me, it really made me feel good about myself. To top it off, I asked for a trolley for our bags from Arion and she said that we will have to wait further longer because there seems to be none around. It’s fine though, I dragged my bags through the Marriott from outside to the third floor. Moving onto the room we were given initially. I was very grateful for the gift that was left for me at room 311 (my initial assigned room). You may be wondering what the gift was, it was a beautiful clogged toilet and a musty smell sweating room. After this wonderful experience, I went back down to the lobby and asked Arion for help, but she just ignored me while I waited on the side of the lobby like a statue until I got help. Arion’s solution for my rooms clogged toilet was to send a random man that I don’t know to fix my toilet while I get ready and dressed in my room. I declined and asked for another room, which happened eventually, after begging… Fast forward to room 312 (the new room they gave me), stains on the wall, on the shower curtain, a clogged sink drain, and a even more musty smelling room. Thank you for the switch Mariot, you gave me a clear upgrade. After this, I was feeling damaged, I was late, and in a terrible mood from the way I was treated and experienced. I did end up going to my events late and guess what I lost the work deal of a lifetime (I lost a lot of $$$ in an idea/invention I had set forward) and was humiliated for showing up late, and not taken seriously. I don’t want others to go through what I went at Mariot (the place that “supposedly” puts people clearly first). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and don’t get tricked by the reviews; instead get an Airbnb or a better hotel at a different establishment.

Comment: Greeted with a smile by Ana E at the front desk was extremely welcoming! She made sure to explain all the amenities of the beautiful hotel. Was able to help with upgrade on our room, (Bonvoy Membership) upon availability. We felt like she went the extra mile in every way. With that being said we booked another night & was happy to see her there again to help us with excellent customer service. We look forward to staying at this great hotel! Rooms were very clean and everything at this hotel was top notch. Plenty of parking. The only thing that I might suggest they ad is more carts or trolley. Room I suggest adding a microwave. Comment: Where to start? This has been the worst hotel experience I can remember. I reserved adjoining rooms months ago for a surgery my father is having. We spoke to a real person to absolutely confirm we would have adjoining rooms. We show up, and have to wait in the lobby for an hour and a half before we get our rooms, which aren’t adjoining. No adjoining rooms are available. Of course, no other options are available at this point, so we take the rooms we’re given. Their restaurant no longer bothers to serve lunch, and their dinner menu was small and poor. The ice machines on every single floor no longer work. They no longer offer room service. The list just goes on and on, and I’ve only been here for 6 hours so far. The hotel has clearly stopped trying to provide half the services it advertises, and the staff can’t guarantee what they promise. If you have any option other than here, I’d recommend you take it.

Room was definitely clean and won’t disappoint me at all. Clean and cosy room always come with great view too. The room was very clean and the front desk employees were very helpful in facilitating my late departure, thus the reason I couldnt complain about the water shut-off. They had to move us to another room once we found out the shower tub drain was clogged.The rooms were all very clean and super comfortable. The location is right off of the freeway and a major shopping area, the Pacific Commons, was only one and a half mile down the street. The hotel is very quiet in general (sans the construction noises) and has a gym, a restaurant and other amenities. We love the fruit infused water they offer at the lobby and the coffee in the morning.We plan to stay here from now on when we visit up here.

In general room should be ready by noon. But we check-in around in the evening after the work but our reservation starts around noon itself. It was pretty bad experience and they asked me wait for 30 min to get ready my room. 30 min became 3 hours and room was ready finally. After I entered into my room, there are NO Bath Towels, No Bathing essentials.... My project team member not got his room due to some construction going on they said. Unexpectedly the pool is closed and no hot water pool too. My stay here was for 8 days and when I asked to change bed sheets they said we dont change them everyday we will only it once in 3 days. Comment: For starters the layout is very nice. The landscaping is top notch and the interior is kept extremely clean. Now for the cons. Parking is atrocious. If you arrive after 6pm or so plan to park in the parking deck or around the other side of the hotel. The caveat to this is the fact that their is only one entrance to use which is the main lobby entrance. Its a long walk and unnecessary in my opinion. The rooms are clean and very basic. No smart television other than basic 30 or 40 channels. They started breakfast the last day before I checked out early. Breakfast was more or less the small things. Juice, milk, cereal etc. Pricing was the straw that broke the camels back. Using a corporate card or not I paid $13.50 for an 8 ounce off brand orange juice and a Solo cup of fruit which mostly consisted of cantaloupe. I checked out 2 days early and went back across the road. With changes this could make for a great hotel.

Comment: I booked the Couples Getaway package for my fiance and I to celebrate his birthday. We arrived a little after 2pm to see if we could check in early and they were very accommodating. When I wanted to confirm some of the items that come with the special package they had no idea what was talking about and did not believe me until I had to bring up my reservation on my phone and show it to them. After we got to our room and settled in ( the room was very nice). I called to have champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent up (as part of the package) and was told that it would be coming up shortly. After waiting an hour I called to check in and they told me they would call me back. After another hour, and no call back I called again. While I was on the phone with them and they were telling me I never ordered anything room service shows up. He got the items but they forgot the glasses so we had to wait another 10 - 15 mins for them to come back. The next morning I called several times to have breakfast sent up to our room and no one answered the phone. My fiance and I finally decided to leave and have breakfast somewhere else. I will definitely not be going here again for any type of couple getaway or vacation.

Instead the clerk said I could wait an hour or two more(it was already almost an hour past check in time) until she could get my room cleaned, or she can put me into a double. I didnt want a double. I wanted what I reserved. A king. She then said she cant promise when or if it would get cleaned.(what happened to the hour or two?) I gave up and let her send us to the unwanted room she wanted so desperately to force on me.Less than 10 minutes after checking in, I am walking by the desk to get some food and guess what I over hear.... She is giving somebody else a king room on the spot!This is unacceptable behavior from the staff and completely unfair.The double room itself was cramped, but very clean. Comment: A quick disclaimer: I rarely leave critical reviews (feel free to check my profile) but in certain situations I feel that its necessary. Unfortunately this is one of those cases.The accommodations at the Marriott were great except for that fact that I found multiple hairs at the base of the shower curtain in the tub in my room. I knew that they were not mine both in terms of color and that I had yet to use the shower. I notified the desk clerk of the situation that morning and was reassured that it would be taken care of by the cleaning crew. I did not press further but returned later to find the shower curtain moved but the hairs to still be present. I let the desk know the following morning with the same reassurance that it would be cleaned. Thankfully this second time they were taken care of. Unfortunately this incident caused me to question the cleanliness of my own room. Not only was it not cleaned properly prior to my arrival, but I had to raise the issue twice and never received anything more than an apology. I certainly expected more from a Marriott hotel.

Comment: I visit this Marriott consistently because the guests here use Doordash and I often get their food delivery requests. Nice big restaurant and bar lounge, plenty of TVs. I would dine here but do not want to pay hotel prices. As busy as this hotel is there is many areas to plug in your gear and do business. Opposite the restaurant on the other side of check-in there is an area where you can work done privately because its relatively quiet. This has got to be Fremonts premier hotel, tallest building too, 10 stories. I am confident with business crowd that stays here vacancies are rare during the week. The parking lot is usually full. Often I hear staff offer assistance and say hi to the guests staying here. If you got to visit Fremont and work is fitting the bill, stay here. You are 15 minutes from San Jose.

We chose Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley based on previous excellent review ratings. After departing this hotel, I must say we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly upon arrival and provided us with insights on local good eats and points of interest in the area. The room was clean and neat. We opted for a pure room which contained an air purifier. Nice option. Breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff provides a good meal. Not just a typical bagel/cereal/yogurt, etc. assortment. The staff at breakfast was personable and attentive. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help us out and smiled authentically when speaking to them. A+ accommodations.

Comment: The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The rooms here are spacious, very clean and well appointed with a nice size closet, luggage rack, iron and ironing board, a safe, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom however it is a light blower with very little power. There is a nice, compact fitness center and through the center youll find an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is a small gift shop in the lobby and that is also where you will find the business center and the only trash bins I could find, none at the entrance. There is a restaurant and bar off of the main lobby, serving almost exactly what is on their rooms service menu but for more money! There are conference rooms available too. Self service parking is free, either in the lot surrounding the building or in a garage next to the building. There is valet parking available as well. The concierge lounge is small and over looks the huge Tesla plant. They serve breakfast here, a full continental spread with hot oatmeal, eggs and bacon. Happy hour usually has one hot dish to go over rice or potatoes, salad, veggies, cheeses and small bite fruits. Their water fridge is always full but I find it odd most days they only offer regular Pepsi. Coffee in the lounge is Starbucks out of a pump dispenser.

Comment: I had a great experience. Only stayed 1 night as I was only in town to go party with some friends and didnt want to drive home. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. If your going to eat at the restaurant, I highly recommend the Ribeye Steak. The bartender suggested it and I was not disappointed. Would definitely stay again.

Comment: Was here for a large wedding. It was a nice hotel with plenty of parking. There is a very good restaurant on the main level to the right of the entrance. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating to the wedding party. This hotel has very large rooms to host the wedding party for various occasions such as, breakfast, lunch, dinner, wedding walkthroughs.

Comment: We are staying here for a hockey tournament. The location is great, a little over a mile to the rink. Im not sure what else is around other than the Tesla factory across the street, but it is working out for my needs. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The continental breakfast was good, not great. This is the nicest hotel Ive stayed at for under $100/night in a long time.

Comment: I went to the Marriott inquiring about renting out a hall for a upcoming party/family gathering. They helped as much as they could though (without the proper staff in place) they didnt have all the details we needed. The man who showed us around was very nice, and the woman at the front desk was doing her best to help us. Over all a good experience but nothing outstanding.

Comment: Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away from this place. we had a weeding party at the hotel, in the beginning everyone was nice & professional then came the wedding day; the banquet hall was supposed to be ready at 6:00pm however 6:00 pm came in with nothing on the tables, we had to tell our guests to wait until the servers finish getting the tables setup, we had to help in putting the chairs covers with them to get hall ready, the first guest to enter the hall was at 6:25pm, then came dinner time, the food that they served us was 100% different than what we agreed & what we confirmed . They switched our order with a different wedding.The servers were very rude to the point that they refused to serve two of our guests because they moved their chairs and their serves was slower than winter molasses it was so slow that guests were begging the servers for more water.It was the most disappointed experience in my life I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and if you choose to go with them make sure you take pictures of the food they make you sample, weight it & triple confirm with them.They are unprofessional, incompetent & most dishonest people Ive ever encounteredAgain, my advice to the readers stay away, they may seem like nice people but from own experience they are not.

Comment: It is a great hotel, it has many amenities that you wouldnt find in many hotels. It has a good bar which is far superior than the hotels in this area. The front desk is really good at their jobs are some of the best youll see. However the price for me is a bit steep. I believe its the tallest building in Fremont. Overall come here is want to have a expensive, yet great stay in Fremont.

Comment: I LOVE staying here. The beds are super comfy and they go the extra mile with amenities. For instance, they have a self-service laundry facility available (they even upgraded and added additional machines since my last stay) and there is a retractable clothes line in your bathroom which is handy after a visit to their indoor pool! Fitness center has updates machines and free weights available with 24/hr access. Breakfast is a little steep but totally worth it! Staff are friendly & helpful. Ive stayed here at least a dozen times and Ive never been disappointed. 5 stars!

Comment: The facility is very impacted with business travelers like all hotels in the silicon valley. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Quality of the room is average at best. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant bar is ok. I would definitely recommend it for business stay.

Comment: Used Marriott hotel for a company meeting. The place is clean and neat. Service was great. However, for some reasons the seating and food were not according to the real headcount so they needed to add more chairs and tables as well as food while the meeting had started.

Comment: Overall very average experience. Slow customer service. Like almost unbearably slow. However, they will deliver, just not in a timely manner. Room service and breakfast/lunch/dinner were all overpriced. Rooms were clean, and well kept. Facility as a whole was quite clean and in brand new condition. Location of the hotel is excellent. It is around multiple restaurants and sightseeing locations. Its not far from San Francisco, and is quite close to 880, a convenient highway that will take you everywhere you need to be. So to reiterate, very average experience.

Comment: Nice open, spacious lobby with friendly staff. Dined here multiple times for breakfast, dinner and snacks... Food was good, with good selection and attentive staff. Rooms are standard Marriott quality: very clean and well kept. Bed was clean and soft. Parking was easy to find, although if you arrive during peak hours, you may have to go to the parking deck around the corner. Still very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Comment: The place is nice, parking is easy to find as they have their own garage. Their customer service is very good and the rooms are pretty clean. This hotel is located near the freeway and not too far from a few big shopping centers. I would stay her again when Im back in the area.

Comment: If the hotel was rated on staff alone this would be five stars. The room is lacking unfortunately though with a very small fridge, no microwave and wonky shower head. Its nothing exceptional but given the price you would believe otherwise. Another item that seems entirely to common is the car breakins, one of them having our car broken into plus seeing countless others while here. They give the impression of on site security but that is clearly on the lacking side.

Comment: Rooms are spacious. Beds are super comfortable, and the showers are HOTT! Water pressure is a bit soft, location is susceptible to traffic delays, but if you plan appropriately, this isnt much of an issue. Would stay here again.

The restrooms were clean, floors clean, nice staff. Definitely a good option for business meeting rooms or events. I did not get to see inside the guest rooms.

Comment: I didnt stay here but I did meet with family who stayed here. The lobby bar is nice, the wings are good but steer clear of the calamari. Good happy hour options, friendly staff and sports on the big screens. Parking was a breeze and located right off 880 its easy to find. I give it three stars because my sisters room had bed bugs.

Comment: My coworkers and I have been in 4 other hotels in the area but after our first stay at the Fremont Marriott, we booked ourselves here for 12 additional weeks. We have now stayed here for the past 8 weeks and we all agree, this is best hotel and value in Silicon Valley.The staff is excellent; they go above and beyond to provide the best experience for guests. The lobby is large and upscale. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic. The gym and pool is clean. The beds are more comfortable than my bed at home!Overall, keep it up Fremont Marriott!

Comment: This is my second time staying here for business. I decided to stay here again because I enjoyed my last stay so much. This hotel is a little further from the office than some others, but the overall experience makes it worth the small amount of extra time. I like that there are restaurants within walking distance. I like that parking is free, that there is a parking garage with ample parking, and a covered walkway between the parking garage and the hotel. The staff is all friendly and helpful and the hotel overall is very nice. The complimentary breakfast for the corporate program is probably my favorite part. Some hotels offer free continental breakfast, so being able to get a real breakfast and even coffee to go alone is enough to keep me coming back.

Comment: The staff is nice and accommodating, but they seemed to have gone through management changes resulting in less service. I stayed here for a week earlier in the year. Each day they provided shuttle service for me to get to my class that I was taking close by. This time they wouldnt provide shuttle service unless it was for a corporation. This time we stayed 7 days, and the laundry room was out of service the whole time. It was also unfortunate that the pool and spa would randomly be unavailable due to maintenance throughout our stay. We also opted in to the program that would have our room serviced every third day in exchange for extra Marriotts rewards points, which seems to mean no cleaning until you remind them days after they were supposed to. One last observation is that when we arrived to our room, it felt stuffy. I adjusted the thermostat on the wall to a more comfortable number... Which didnt happen that first night (ineffective AC)... Everyone slept outside of covers.

Comment: We had a great stay following an Oakland Athletics game - not too far away from the coliseum. We went to the pool which was clean and not over crowded. The restaurant was okay - the Maryland crab cakes are definitely not Maryland crab cakes. They tasted like fish cakes. Over all though the food was okay and prepared quickly. We bought wine and water from their gift shop which was reasonably priced for being a convenience. The room was clean and maintained a good temperature. Check out was super easy!

Comment: Not impressed. The staff is not friendly. We showed up at our check in time and our room wasnt ready for almost 3 hours. We had to wait in the parking lot. They never called us when our room was ready. They said our room would be ready by a certain time and it was not ready. We called every 30 minutes. They were rude. We paid a lot of money for a suite and were treated poorly.Other than that the room was beautiful.

Comment: Was there this weekend 6/28 to 6/30 for a j.w. convention tv didnt work no parking all weekend and my Bible teacher got all four of his wheels stolen from his car got stolen terrible place to stay and charged 10$ a day to park outside if you are a person of faith do not stay there youve been warned
