I have been using Fresh Baked Prints for almost a year now . They are my go to company and the only one I trust to provide me with quality prints . I was very impressed on my last order. We all know with all the mayhem going on in the world a Lot of businesses are closing . I placed a order of 350 stickers of different sizes and I am blown away at how quickly this company got my order completed. What really added the cherry on top, just hours before their city and state had to go on a 3 week lock down, my order was quickly finished and delivered to post office ! I will be receiving my order tomorrow and I am so appreciative and excited ! Thank you guys so much for your hard work under these circumstances!

I would not use this company for obituaries. We did not like the quality of the design or the printing quality. Many of the photos are completely overshadowed by the design. I was unable to see a final proof. Earlier in the process, after communicating via email, the process changed to an online format that was not user friendly. I was never able to communicate with the design coordinator and therefore there would continue to be miscommunication and a delay between the person answering the phone and the person designing the obituaries. Many of my emails went unanswered and so this contributed to miscommunication and a delay in requested changes.Overall, I believe this company has great intentions and meant no harm but my overall experience was not positive.

I made the personal decision to order something at the last minute and not just something but a very large order for an event that was two weeks away. Everything arrived but one major item arrived very wrong. At that point I contacted Fresh Baked Prints on every platform that I possibly could: email, Instagram, I looked them up everywhere and someone got back to me immediately not even an hour later (and it was late) basically hearing me out and reassured me that they would fix the issue right away. As upset as I was, they never returned that energy to me and I’m actually sorry for the way I went off. Things happen and they’re people just like us. People make mistakes. Long story short I got my fixed items immediately, shipped overnight right in time for my event which is coming up and I’m super super excited yes I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I love them. Their work is amazing! Thank you Fresh Baked Prints!!! So many states away and yet they made my items feel so personalized! I appreciate you guys a ton!

I was very pleased with the how fast my order was processed and delivered! Ordered on a Wednesday and received my order by Friday. I’ve never had a business ship to me so quickly. The quality of my Flyers were also very good. Thank you guys so much, will definitely be hiring you for all my marketing print services !

I absolutely love this printing company. Great staff and excellent customer service. I ordered on Sunday and received my product in two days! Super great quality and if something is wrong they always try their best to fix it with no complaint.Also, whoever is running their social media page is doing amazing!

If I could give less than a one star I would..I placed an online order with this company last Thursday. I was pretty excited as I’ve seen some of the work and reviews before and I am always eager to support black businesses.I ordered 1000 business cards with a front and back design. My logo on the front and my information on the back. However the following week when it said my order was ready, I go to pick up my cards on Tuesday and it’s just the one image of my logo on both sides.The staff member looked like he knew someone had messed up. Mind you I wasn’t mad at this point, I understand that things happen and he promised to look into it and correct it.So I get a call today from the owner and he starts by telling me that after reviewing the order that the error was on my end and that I should have confirmed it if there were issues that I should of checked it. I informed him that the error was not on my end because when I submitted the order both my designs were in the process.So I go up to the store and the owner Gene Green comes out with a very ignorant patronizing tone. Essentially questioning my computer knowledge and attempting to downplay the issue that I was stating about the cause of the messed up business cards.He states that it is my problem, that he not only was NOT going to redo the order unless I paid again but also that he wouldn’t give me a refund for the order I didn’t receive.Gene the owner never once offered an apologize for the inconvenience, actually went on to say that he was, “going to sleep fine at night” because he followed the rules and guidelines of his company.I informed him that the previous worker stated they would fix it and now you as the owner are telling me you won’t. He stepped in my personal space trying to intimidate me, telling I had to leave and to not come back. Rounding up all his workers in some kind of attempt to pressure me over an unresolved issue. Like really? This is how we do business? I’ve worked in business management for 10 years and never have I seen such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are sloppy, unprofessional, and take no accountability for resolving issues that arise.
