They provided and delivered all the packing supplies we needed weeks in advance and wrapped up the entire move in roughly 4 hours. Including multiple 300lb+ items, and a dense 750+lb item. I have 2 antique fan chairs (one is 100 years old) and when I told them that I have had them for 50 years, they took extra care to make sure that they were transferred delicately to the truck without damage and secured to insure they would not fall in transit. They were organized, efficient and friendly...I am so pleased with Fresh Start Movers and their stellar customer service throughout this process - from start to finish!

So to my delight, I got a text confirming my van was on the way and they arrived right on time.Moves are hard enough without awful weather, but the rain didn’t slow them down one bit!Friendly, courteous and fast, and still taking time to wrap everything to protect and treating my items with care.I am waiting for my new place to become available for my move in, so they moved me into a storage unit, another hassle they handled with ease.We were all soaked to the bone, but the movers remained positive and honestly I can’t say enough good things…But I think the telling thing here is when I get to move in to my new place, I will be hiring them again! The estimate was pretty spot on, and Kyle and his crew were energetic, careful, and fast! There were a lot of heavy boxes, a flight of stairs, and tricky maneuvering of large items. Throughout it all, attitudes were positive, and care was taken to not damage the items or the home. They were also fastidious in making sure items were taken to the right rooms, and would move items that needed to be from one room to another, with no grumbling. When our Uhaul pick up was delayed, they were very flexible with us and waited at our meet up spot. Fresh Starts Kyle, one of the 2 co-owners, made the best impression by far: very thorough, patient and personable. He spent the time to identify each box, using modern software to produce a good estimate of the time and personnel required, as well as other expenses such as mileage.Our move was complicated as we were downsizing, so some items needed to be moved to our garage rather than being loaded onto the truck. Also, we were moving to a fully furnished home where we needed to have some of their furniture wrapped for storage.A further complication is that the new homes driveway turned out to be too steep with a sharp turn for even the smaller truck to navigate. The other owner James led the crew and solved the lack of access by having the guys hand carry or dolly everything up the hill to the house. They never complained, instead turning it into a competition to see who could carry the most! My husband and I were blown away by their strength and great attitude.The whole team worked together so well! They then meticulously wrapped all furniture in blankets and cellophane. They were quick and total professionals in loading up all of our furniture and boxes.One thing I wanted to highlight, they moved two custom built wood working cabinets full of bolts, fasteners, and other hardware... Each probably weigh in the 400-600lb range and are just awkward enough to move, that I knew they would be a challenge to move myself... These guys made quick work of it with their lift gate.Once at our new place they once again put up the protectors on our door, door jam, and rolled out a red floor protector. Kyle and Nick showed up on time, were courteous and friendly, worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently. They were able to move us without a single misstep, well under the time I had thought it would take.But what really set Kyle and Nick apart was that they genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves. They took obvious pride in their work and in acting as a team as they solved a puzzle. It wasn’t surprising to learn that they had known each other since grade school and that all of the folks working with and for Kyle were old acquaintances.I can’t recommend Fresh Start highly enough. Moving your worldly goods will be one less thing to worry about and you are going to get more than your money’s worth. You are supporting hard-working local families. They came out to give me an estimate, and I knew right then and there that I liked them, that I would be able to trust them, and that I was going to hire them.On moving day, they were timely, curtious, efficient, friendly, and VERY careful with my belongings. When unloading the truck, they were sure to ask where I wanted furniture placement, and were more than happy to move things if I was not happy with the original placement. They even set up the chairs on my patio!I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!!

Comment: I highly recommend Fresh Start Movers. My whole experience with Kyle and his team was superlative, from start to finish. I researched several firms on-line and from the moment I made contact with Kyle I knew I had made the right choice. The initial telephone response was personal and professional and the pricing competitive. I was concerned that being a relatively small move over such a short distance that movers would not be interested. This was no issue at all for Fresh Start Movers. During the whole process, Kyles communication and information via phone and email was first class. Come the day of the move they came fully equipped to do the job with the right size of vehicle and all the necessary packing and wrapping material - which a lesser company could have cut corners by doing without. Kyle was there in person and he and his colleague moved, wrapped, packed and subsequently correctly placed in the new house all the furniture and household items. Throughout the process Kyle and his colleague were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was as Kyle said it would be and there were no hidden extras to pay when it came to settling up upon completion of the job. Comment: You have found THE BEST moving service, no need to look any further. Kyle and James are PROFESSIONALS, they are reliable, responsive and two really good dudes. I called the day before I needed their service, the pick up window was between 230 and 3pm (we reserved the elevator) it was an 8 foot couch I found on Craigslist and Kyle made me feel like the request want crazy and it could fit in his schedule. They are affordable, insured, the truck is SPOTLESS. I can not say enough about Kyle and James, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT LOST! I will absolutely use Fresh Start Movers AGAIN and AGAIN.
