I walked in today in the morning and explained to Juan my issue,I had scratched someones elses car, he asked me to tell the person to come in with the car,which they did 15mins later. He looked at the car and within 20mins he had repaired the car. I was shocked that he didnt charge me anything. I will be forever grateful for your help. May you continue being kind to people. Comment: The best place to go for any paint work needs, at a reasonable price. I had some paint damage due to racing stripe decal removal and needed it repainted as it was ruining the look of the car and I didn’t want any more damage to the unpainted spots. Juan, the owner, is great to work with. He explained how the process would work and the best plan of action for my unique situation. We ultimately decided to paint only the panels where the damage was rather than the whole car and to paint the racing stripes in so I don’t have to worry later about removing decals again. Juan and his team matched the paint exactly so there was no issue of blending between panels, everything matched perfectly. Although the work took longer than originally estimated, I could not be more happier with the result. Juan added extra flake to the gold stripes to give that extra pop. He even went above and beyond and gave the whole car a polish, and my cars paint sparkles and shines so nicely.

Comment: My Tesla 3 is less then 1 month old and I already have a scratch on it. It was really bad, sent all the way down to the metal.I called several places but decided to check out Frisco. Took it here and was greeted by VERY friendly staff.She asked Juan to come and check out my car (I could tell she probably is the wife aka boss) so Juan did what she asked, lol.He checked the car and started working on it without delay. I was confused and surprised that he just started trying to fix it.He let me know that the scratch is really deep past the clear coat and will most likely not be fixable but itll be a lot better then what it is now.After he got more tools out and buffed it, you can barely see it unless you are literally staring at it.Again, I was surprised and thanked him when he was done. Hes recommendation is to get the panel painted if I want it to be OEM quality.Honestly as of now, the work he did was so amazing, I dont mind how it is.I went back inside to pay and what really caught me off guard was that (I believe her name was Elizabeth aka the boss :) ), said dont worry about it.I was so stressed about my car and was willing to pay because I just wanted it to be good again and Juan and Team delivered.Thank you so much for doing this for me. I honestly never thought there were people still left that cared for others at a personal level until I met them.I highly recommend them. I was having a miserable day but she just changed it in an instant.Its not about the money but about their service. Comment: I must be honest everything I heard about the shop is what got me there it seemed to be to good to be true. Let me tell you it’s NOT! Juan was great went above and beyond had a fiberglass front bumper that hit something and given that gm no longer makes it out of fiberglass only plastic I was stuck! Juan got it in told me he’s take care of it and blew me away! Not weeks a couple days! As most car enthusiasts know it’s hard to find a good paint and body shop he’s the one I will refer everyone I know there and if you don’t go there it’ll be your loss dealing with many of the shops I have not on time not matching or not up to par! Juan is great will only use him!

I needed to get the tailgate open for business purposes ASAP so I went over to Frisco Auto Body because they had repaired my truck in the past after being rear ended a few yrs ago where they also did an amazing job repairing my truck. A friend from work recommended we come here, because they had done some body work on his car last year. Not only did Juan quote us the best price, but he had the availability to get it into the shop quickly, and finish the repairs and repaint in just a few days. Much less time than the other shops we spoke to had predicted.The repairs looked perfect, they were done on time, and the entire staff there was so friendly and kind. Comment: Juan and Elizabeth did a great job with servicing my car! I was only intentionally going to get an estimate from them but there prices were great. With my RAV4 window not working and the corner of my door bent in, other body shops said that the whole door is just going to have to get replaced and the cost of that was going to be about $2300 but Juan said that he could do it for a cheaper price without having to replace the door as well and I was ecstatic to hear there. I was expecting my car to be in the shop for about 2 weeks since they were dealing with a broken window and Christmas around the corner but it only took them 5 days to fix it all up! Went to get my car yesterday and it looks great. The paint that the had use on the corner of my door actually feels smoother than the rest of my car. The even did a free detailing on the inside of my car. The paperwork process was also quick. It was such a pleasure on my part to work with this body shop. They did an amazing job on my car and they are amazing people who understands their customers as well. I actually went to their shop that is located in Elk Grove, which is way closer to me.

Comment: I came here a year ago to get my bumper repainted and repaired. I thought I would have to get it replaced and and painted but the body shop was able to fix and paint the original bumper with the color to match! I say that with enthusiasim because color is unusual and a new bumper would have cost me more. Im happy with the service and price I received.

Comment: I am a very happy camper. I have been miserable since I scratched my black car and was not going to get it fixed but Elizabeth and Juan made it relatively painless by working directly with my insurance company for me. My car looks even better than I imagined -- and she was already a very pretty car. They add special touches to their work and the end result literally SHINES like a diamond!

Comment: My wife and I had a bad oil spill in the interior of our Chrysler minivan. It was an awful mess! Juan and Elizabeth took care of it in a flash and at a very reasonable cost. The used oil and used oil smell were completely gone the next day! They also completely detailed my car inside and out. It was absolutely beautiful!Juan has also helped me with mechanical issues inside the cabin. I could not be more happy with his work. Frisco Auto Body has my highest recommendation!

Comment: Wow! Loved the work that was done on the rear bumper of my 1998 Volvo S70. The bumper had many scrapes on it after many years of normal wear and tear and also from carrying a bike on a trunk rack where the bike pedals scraped the bumper. Im not quite ready to give up my car, but the bumper bothered me every time I looked at it. So I wanted the bumper repainted to give it a fresh look. To my surprise not only does the bumper look great the bumper makes the rest of the car look fresher. The paint job itself is great, the paint matches the existing paint perfectly and the finish is so smooth, Juan knows his craft. Also, I wasnt expecting it but Elizabeth detailed the inside of my car. It was so nice to see the great paint job, but then to also be surprised with the detailing on the inside of the car was icing. The paint job was at a reasonable price and the detailing was a wonderful bonus. If you are looking for a place to have auto body work done, give them a call, the quality of their work is superb and both Juan and Elizabeth are such nice people.

Comment: I just picked up my car and I cant believe this is the same car I brought in. They matched the paint perfectly. The repairs were only for the back but they restored my entire car. It looks brand new. They handled everything from start to finish, calling the adjuster, rental car agency, everything.
