Dylan and his brother Nick are so friendly and outgoing. I believe in my experiences so far I have been highly satisfied and pleased with exceptional customer service and allowing myself a grace period. You do not find guys like that everyday. They make my world a better place. Simply amazing. When i get my computer paid off I am going to be a return customer. As I want to support your store and hopefully Dylan and Nick are compensated for their hard work and dedication.

I am buying a washer and dryer from this rent a center currently the washer isnt working. Ive been 2weeks without my regular washer they brought me a loaner washer.that is now not working. They sent a repair man who didnt repair my washer could be another week or 3 weeks is what I was told . When I called to tell them that their loaner washer wasnt working and my work clothes were in there with soap on them I was told there was nothing she could do. When I asked the sales associate to take me off the automatic payments she couldnt help with that either buyer beware here they used to be a good place to rent fom Ive gotten several things from them never again .....

I’ve been with rent a center for 4 years paid off 3 out of 4 things I have , & I promise it’s like I get harassed to pay my bill when I can’t but I always come to make a payment regardless of the situation even if I set up a later date , I just hate you guys treat me like I’m not a loyal customer and for these reasons I’m switching to Aaron’s, sometimes helping your customers instead of being not understanding or trying to work with a loyal customer would be so awesome but instead you ran me off , but thanks for the service anyway !!!!!

They have good quality furniture and appliances. Theres one thing I would keep in mind. Thats the insurance they add on to the rental. If you have your own Homeowners insurance policy. Chances are the item you are renting would be covered if it becomes damaged from a fire, etc. By doing that. You can save a few bucks by checking that. You just need to show them your insurance policy so they wont charge you. Why pay twice for insurance coverage? The guys that work there are friendly and helpful.

LOUSY SERVICE TO RENT TO OWN A PIECE OF ITEMS HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT WANTED TO BE FIXED & IT TOOK 6 MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING FOR IT I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO SHOP ELSEWHERE NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO BE WAITING THIS LONG IF YOU BEEN WAITING SINCE 2020 BAD COMPANY 🤷‍♀️👎!

Horrible customer service , only care about there money and that’s it . They don’t care to work with there customers if we had an emergency or couldn’t get in time to pay it on time . Horrible . They will hear you speak and ignore what you had to say and let you know that It’s not there problem and they just need the money . And will blow up your phone . Which in many cases has gotten me in trouble with my job.
