Fast, friendly, right price with no hard upsell. Just changed oil, and air filter, checked tires and advised on a few things and I was gone in about 15 mins. Valvoline products... I highly recommend this place.
Fast and to the point, they made a couple suggestions for the maintenance schedule of my car based on the miles, I will definitely be returning in the future. Not pushy, very relaxed service

Awesome service. Everyone is super friendly. Brought my moms car in for an a/c charge. They made sure it was blowing ice cold and took it for a test drive to insure it was. I went to another place before finding Future Quick Lube and paid $70 more for the same service. While sitting in the hot car they were kind enough to give us Popsicles and a fan during the service. I recommend everyone to visit here. Bonus they offer a free car wash with an oil change.
I’ve used them 2x, so far so good. I’m watching them, maintenance for my vehicle is so VERY IMPORTANT to me ! (Ya always here bad things about oil changers... this one I like. ) ( gave me a free car wash that is next door=bonus)Back again for differentials and Trans, make sure you get the Slip Lock for the diffs. ....well see.
The service here is absolutely amazing. They are always so kind to me and do honest work. Not only are they trustworthy and efficient, but they don’t try to scam you into buying everything! Moe and the crew at Future Quick Lube are the ONLY people I let touch my car! They also throw in a free car wash stub with every purchase that can be used at the business right next door. Absolutely would recommend to friends and family.
I absolutely love these guys! I went for an oil change and found an honest group to take care of of my 2010 Mazda. They have done my brakes, changed my headlights fixed some minor damage from when I ran over a downed tree and so much more! I have called other places for service and my estimates were literally double! A friend of mine told me that I could barely do it myself for less! I am so appreciative of how well they take care of my car!
These guys never cease to amaze me with every visit. Extremely kind and professional. Theyre super precise and always quick with my service. (Even when theres a little extra to do - they get it done FAST)They keep me updated on more than just my oil changes, too. Took my car to Future Quick Lube for an oil change a few years ago because the location was convenient. Since then, Ive been coming back every time my car needs an oil change. I dont even bother calling around town to find the lowest prices anymore, because their full synthetic price is reasonable and I always leave Future Quick Lube knowing they did everything right (those of you whove gotten bad oil changes at other places will definitely appreciate this place). The mechanics always show me the dipstick, so I can see that its topped off and the oil is clean, and they check my air filters and let me know their prices, without ever trying to force an over-priced sale on me like other places. I get a free car wash coupon with every oil change and theyll top off my oil in between changes for free if needed. So, if you want a reasonably priced, fast oil change in a friendly, professional shop, I would recommend stopping by Future Quick Lube!
Refreshingly honest auto pros. Incredibly friendly, helpful crew - went above and beyond what I would expect from a quick lube joint. Were kind enough to point out to me where I had an issue with my exhaust while changing my oil. Highly recommend.
The guys at this shop knock it out of the park. Anytime I come up with an issue they will run an OBD check on the car and tell me exactly what’s wrong. They will also offer advice on where to get it fixed if not there. I have my own repair shop and they never push me into a high pressure sales position, even when it comes to cabin air filters, or windshield wipers.That is true professionalism right there. 5/5 stars would recommend to a friend.
This is the best quick lube place Ive ever been to. They always go the extra mile to make sure my tires are filled to spec and all my fluids are topped off. Great selection and prices too. I wont take my car anywhere else for basic maintenance.
Anytime I have any problem with my car, I come here. These guys are trustworthy and very professional. They dont create issues for you and if you ask them, theyll guide you and show you whats wrong with the car and how to fix it. I followed Kal from another shop to this one and it was totally worth it!

I went to future Quick Lube for an oilchange and all my other fluids changed plus I needed some work done on my car I am very pleased with the service and their performance not only did they do a excellent job they were cheaper than any other shop around and when I got done they gave me a free car wash I will definitely be going back there again and Im I recommend to all my friends and family to go there. My husband and I have been going here for a long time for our vehicles and they always have taken real good care of us. Went this past Monday for the oil change on my equinox and they found walnuts not only under the hood but behind the cabin filter and removed them. They are extremely professional and take their time in making sure our vehicles are up to par.Thank you everyone there.Lori Q.

The mechanic here serviced my car in an emergency. He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about my car (Chevrolet Equinox), and how my particular engine ran. I would highly recommend.

I won’t go to any other place! I drive a half hour now completely passed 10 other oil change shops to go to this one. It’s worth it. If ANYTHING is wrong with my car I know to bring it here and it is in the best of hands. The service, quality and care is #1 and I’ve always felt valued as a customer here. Fantastic customer service. Went in for an oil change and it was very quick and the manager was very personable. I was given a bottle of chilled water upon arrival on a 90 degree day. Also, they have windshield repair on site that is super fast and they help you work with insurance - I had a zero payment for it in the end! Deserving of 5 stars! I’ll be back.UPDATE: came back 7 months later and had another great experience with high class customer service. This place deserves the business they get. Wonderful!

Great service! I brought my wifes Ford Escape in for an oil change today. They went above and beyond and checked all systems including breaks! They also replaced some missing valve stem caps and fixed a loose air filter hose! I will be bringing my F150 here for my next oil change! Highly recommended!
I always make sure I get my oil change here! They top off all my fluids, put air in my tires, vacuum the leaves 🍁 out of my hood area, give me a free car wash...! 🤩 They’re very nice and don’t make me feel like a silly girl getting taken advantage of haha I feel very comfortable!

Amazingly quick service from people who talk to you like they actually care about your car and your business instead of just seeing dollar signs. From the moment you pull up, they are friendly and inviting and show you what they are talking about instead of the Firestone Fill, Pay and Go Away attitude. I rarely leave a car shop and feel happy about the service, especially enough to write a review; but this experience totally changed my mind.
Fantastic service. They discovered that whoever changed my oil last (someone at the dealership) apparently stripped the screw head on the drain pipe. They replaced it free of charge for me and explained everything they did.I highly recommend these guys.

Been going to Moe for several years now. Took a new car to ANOTHER oil change place for its FIRST oil change and the dude says - this is all sludge, looks like it hasnt been changed in 20,000 miles. Tried to sell me a flush and other stuff after showing me SAND on the dipstick. Said FORGET IT and took it to Moe. Moe looked at the oil and said it looked absolutely normal for a car with only 5000 miles. I trust Moe. AND they give you a free voucher for the carwash next door! Look no further.

Been coming here for over 10 years for my oil changes, never once have I had a bad experience or any problems. Hard to find people that care this much about their job! The standard of top notch quality customer service hasnt changed a bit over the years.
Everyone that works here is so nice and willing to help! They always work very efficiently and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. With an oil change: Top car fluid, aired tires, free car wash, and a bottle of water (I know this isnt big but it is always nice to get when its warm out ☺️ ). I wish they vacuumed out my car too (some other oil change places do this) but all in all, I was very happy and definitely will be coming back.
I had a great experience! They were fast, got my stuff done in no time and it didnt put a hole in my pocket! Moe was the guy who worked on my car, he was the friendliest man alive, and is one of those guys that make you want to go here and no where else! Great shop! Highly recommended it for anyone.

I always go to this place for my oil changes for a few years now. They check all filters etc, but arent pushy about selling the extras. What they do well is the extra little touches. They always vacuum any leaves and debris from the crevices under the hood etc. I also had a very small oil leak at one point (noticed a few drops in the driveway) and told them about it. They checked and said that the oil pan bolts needed to be retorqued and it was a very common issue on my engine 5.7 hemi...They retorqued the bolts, and cleaned the bottom of the engine and the plastic cover and didnt charge me anything for it. Hasnt leaked a drop since. This is the kind of service that makes me a loyal customer.
All I can say is wow wow Wow the best service I’ve ever got at a oilchange in the 20 years I’ve been driving. Great service and great manager named Moe that greets with pleasure also his employee Moe tech gave me a great experience and explained and issue my car had. I would recommend this place to everyone in the Farmington area.

Very nice guys and great services. People never show me the replaced oil filter elsewhere, but guys here do. They changed my parking light for free. Definitely will come again. Oh the name should be Future Quick Lube, the address is correct though.
They are honest and fair and never make me feel silly for asking questions. They let me know what needs to be done now and what can wait. They are always all smiles and jokes. They explain what they are doing and why. And if they cannot they cannot do what needs to be done, they make excellent recommendations. I dont think Ill go anywhere else for as long as they are around.

This business is not honest. My mother got an oil change at future oil and lube last week, the technician left the oil cap off after performing an oil change now her Volkswagen Jetta engine is damaged and undrivable. The owner says hes not paying for anything leaving a senior citizen with $10,000 engine replacement.
Amazing service, from scraping sap off the windshield to very polite and quick service. Best option for car needs by far. Pretty lucky to have a nice genuine place nearby.

Today I stopped by this Valvoline to change my cars oil. One of their staff offered me a bottled water then they asked me about the reason that I stopped by, they explained to me everything with details, they were very polite, professional and well-spoken. Also, one of their staff explained to me what would go wrong if I didnt change my hydraulic fluid and also he gave me 20 $ discount.

Sadly I did not have a positive experience here. I paid 80$ for an oil change I usually pay closer to 20 for, and now when I start my car it has a nasty oil smell, even months after the change. I trusted the ratings, but it did not turn out well for me.

2022-06-21I live pretty close to many oil change/repair shops, but I will ALWAYS drive the extra couple minutes to come to Future Quick Lube. They have never let me down. The guys in there are personable, understanding; they remember you, and are funny and keep things light. They go above and beyond to make sure your car and the owner are satisfied and in tip top shape. I once couldnt go pickup my car because I didnt have a ride, so one of the guys from Quick Lube literally came and picked me up that way I could come get my car. They are the best in Livonia, maybe even best in the state, and I will always be going there to get my car fixed up.

I don’t live in the area, but for excellent, quality service, it’s definitely worth the drive. AND the bonus is that the oil change reminder sticker was placed with thought instead of slapped on the middle of the windshield like most places do 😆

2020-11-22I have had my oil and other fluids changed here for 10 plus years. The faces have changed a bit, but they still have the same great service. You may think the recommendations are a way for them to make extra money and it is, but they arent trying to steal from you, they are only trying to help preserve the life of your vehicle or vehicles. I have all my fluids flushed at the manufacturers recommended times, this place has the right tools and the staff has been trained for these specific tools to properly flush your system. Its important to keep your car running smooth.

2020-02-01Very nice people and manager. Offer free water bottles during oil changes. Plus you get free car wash. All for just a very competitive priced quick conventional engine oil change. This is my go to place for oil changes. I also got my transmission oil changed and my oil was so old that they said they needed to cycle it twice than normal. Grade A customer service. One issue I had was they accidentally overcharged me on a conventional oil and offered to retract and reprocess payment, but I said to just give me discount on my next oil change and they were cool with that too! I’ve been here at least 3x now and service is pretty consistent.

2021-07-19Take a visit if youre looking for a good deal with honest, efficient employees! I started coming here for oil changes after I read good reviews and Ive been a customer ever since. Recently I got my brakes replaced with them and it was a great price! Much better then some other local brake shops. And of course, with each visit you get the ticket for a free car wash next door! Highly recommend!
