Phenomenal Customer Service!There have been times Ive visited where they didnt have what I was looking for in stock, theyve ALWAYS provided incredible customer service. Whether its answering questions, assisting with online inventory, or just letting me know about upcoming specials, releases, or promotions, they provide it all!
Had the worst experience ever with the so called manager of the store.1) rude and impolite to a customer (myself) store was empty, she was on a call & didnt bother acknowledge me standing at the register directly in front of while shes ob the store phone for 3 minutes.2) terrible attitude & disposition towards me a pro member of 10 years & paying customer. I came into the store to trade in my Switch only to be told it has a broken charger port therefore I can only recieve 40 bucks for it since it has to be sent out for repairs...She lied, im literally charging the Switch right now as I type with no issues or damage to my charging port.Nolan is greatly missed at this store, this is my 2nd time coming into this store only to be treated like im nothing more than insignificant by this obviously miserable redheaded woman. Gamestop, please evaluate your employees and make changes or lose more customers. I will never set foot in that store again as long as she is working there.
Ive been going here for years. Top notch customer service, always can fond just what I need. And did I mention the exceptional customer service, always friendly and eager to offer assistance and engage in conversation. They are very informative when it comes to knowing the products. Keep up the good work guys.
Been coming here for years (even back when it was Funcoland) and always have a good experience wether it’s in and out or I’m asking questions, everyone that I’ve ever dealt with here is incredibly friendly and helpful.Alex deserves a special nod. My girlfriend and I have been helped by him many times and every time he is very friendly, helpful, and extremely informative.
Game Stop had great service, I stopped in today to exchange 2 games that we played and were done with.I Bought the **New** Luigis Mansion and a controller for the Nintendo Switch.I saved money by exchanging my games, bought it used and still walked out playing $10.Thanks game stop until next time.
The staff here is both awesome and knowledgeable. They are patient and will take the time to listen to your concerns, and as a whole have a large knowledge base. Even if the person you speak to initially isnt well-versed in the information you need, they will call someone over who can help you. I will continue coming to this location as long as they are in this are as I have never had a bad experience here!
Let me start by saying Wally needs to find a job that doesnt involve people. So, I go in today to purchase a game. At that checkout counter, Im offered to upgrade my rewards (for an additional -about- $11 he said) to the new one they have saving more percentage. My transaction is started and completed before I can give my answer of yes, lets upgrade and save an additional 10%. So Im told no problem, well do a return and redo the purchase. Cool, that works for me. So Im thinking, theyll refund the $52.46 I just spent and redo the purchase. No.. it couldnt have been that easy. So Wally returns the game ($49.49 and $11.33 for game informer digital (which i hadnt even purchased, I choose the in mail book) giving me a $60.82 credit. Then rings up the game, now $43.99, $14.99 game informer, and $15.00 for power up elite pro.With all the confusing antics going on, I had questions... Wally didnt like that. He got so angry, that he was pounding his finger on the counter while attempting to explain.Im still confused. Why was I only credited $49.49 when I paid $52.46. Why didnt I get that tax back??? $2.97 that I wasnt refunded, that I paid.
Very polite staff. I recently purchased a 360 game device for my 12 yr. old. That is fine however, that was my first purchase with ANY game device (he was never into it). Nonetheless, they treated me as if I already knew what I needed and wanted for his system. I had to return SEVERAL times for this system to work they way it was designed to. If they asked me the dumb questions up front, it wouldnt have taken me several weeks to ask piece by piece to get the end result.I hope you can read in between the lines here but all in all this loacation is wonderful for a non beginner to the gamming world!
Not a fan... Trade in value and/or credit is really one sided.. They will buy a game from a kid for $5 or less and put it on their shelf for $15-$20...or more....thats ridiculous...your essentially nickle and diming....kids.. I get corporate sets your prices... Then pass this on to corporate..
I have always had mixed feelingsabout the GameStop franchise. On one hand I love being able to buy games at discounts especially since there is zero incentives or rewards for buying it new......so of course it makes sense to buy it used for cheaper. What makes me knock off two stars though is the fact that you can buy a brand new 63 dollar game from GameStop leave the store for 30 seconds and return to trade it in for store credit and get offered $7 dollars.......then the game makes its way to the shelf to be resold as a used game for 54.99 the same day.Dont get me wrong, I respect their business model of offering a service that benefits all players looking to buy and sell and make or save money in the process, and yes of course they need to make money so they can continue to thrive and offer us more games, and id even be okay with them making net 250% profit after expenses, but this isnt the case, they make in the thousands of percents preying on poor kids. I cant support this much greed. I respect GameStop for bringing the concept of used games and offering saving to gamers, unfortunately that respect is gone when their nobel concept to belp all gamers quickly cbanged to how much money can we force out of these kids before they realise we are actually robbing them business model10-15 $60 dollar games to sell and I got offered 19 dollars for the entire collection $600-900 to which I laughed thinking it was a joke, worse yet the employees were upset that I didnt think his offer is fair. Worse yet GameStop was selling these games used each for NO less than $40-54 used....

2022-07-31Ive been going to you Gamestop for years. The last couple have been horrible, BUT, the last 2 years of managers/employees have been awesome at this location. I miss the days of just talking about games with people and the past 2 years of staff have been all over the industry... My downside would be make Game Informer better, people still want physical.

2019-04-16I havent been to this location probably since it was a funcoland. I dont normally give 5 stars but I got everything I was looking for and Kate took care of the stickers on my collectibles for my theater room. I put my Thanos discount bag on iron hands. I Been waiting to get Freddy Kruegers glove. I put Black Manta on my DC wall. And I put the spear up there just for show until I figure out where Im going to put it.

2021-12-31This place is unreal! After waiting 20 minutes with only 1 employee I needed to make a return as well as pick up an online order. I started with the return and that was a joke. They took off the $10 from my return that I got from spending $100 on my total, which was ridiculous. Then they didnt know how to make a return on Klarma which they offer on their site?? The employee said that they were never taught and I just dont understand?? I think thats ridiculous...if you offer a payment service you should know how to do a return!! I will not be shopping at gamestop anymore!!

2017-12-31Glad for the diversity in staff at this location. Great collectibles here. I prefer buying in store vs. On Line anyway.:). Purchased this really cool Iron Heart from the Marvel Gallery series to add to my collection at half price!
