I only drove it for two days and on the second day he understood the engine board and we noticed that the car lost power when IVA was running and then hit some big noises. They told me that they will take the money and they have had it for three weeks and they only tell me that it is the engine but they do not say when they are going to deliver it but they want the payment on time and the insurance also has full coverage and in the meantime I am paying for the vehicle and the insurance without spending the car, pure expenses, I think its better to get a lawyer and Im going to sue them for being scammers.

Comment: Honestly this dealership was able to give me a car with just my ID but I didn’t know much of the cars and because all other dealers wouldn’t approve me this one did but after wanting to trade it in after 6 months I took it to an appraiser the value of the car was 1/3 of the price which they have sold it to me. It was my first car but really had to overpriced the car by 3 times. I wouldn’t had gone to this one but had no choice due to the need of getting a car and they made really good used of me for there commission. I do not recommend this place or the brand of this dealership unless you want to get scammed.

When I bought my car a month later I was left stranded on the freeway, I took it to the workshop, they had it for more than 3 weeks, when they delivered it they said it was just a code rewrite (a lie, they hid the fact that the engine was in bad condition so as not to validate the warranty).Now a week ago the car left me stranded again for the same reason and now that the warranty is not valid they want to make me pay $5000 dollars for a car that they gave me in bad condition from the beginning.Fortunately I have the necessary evidence to be able to sue the agency that works to see many peoples faces.If they leave a phone number to be able to help, they should leave it to talk to someone who can solve you and not the same menu where they never answer and never solve anything for you. They dont even tell me what the car has, they just told me that the engine has to be changed and its $5000 dollars, where is the transparency? What are they hiding?

Comment: Real poor customer service been here since the morning and the haven’t gotten to my car just bought the car on 09/14/2023 and my car already have an active leak coming from the oil pan and when I accelerate it gives me a hard kick. I don’t recommend nobody to come over here because their car are defective. No wonder they give you 24,000 miles of warranty because they know the car is not going to last for long, so I’m not only having technical issues with the oil leak coming from the oil pan. I also have issues with the belt and be making a squeaking but yet they’re expecting us to pay them like the car is brand, new and fresh out the dealer when is already defective when purchase

Comment: Don’t buy car from here this is the worst thing I’ve ever done .. on November 2022 My wife and I .. came to this “dealership “ because we thought they were a serious dealer we bought a Chevy equinox from 2019 it was our first time buying a car so we thought we were having a good deal. It wasnt like that, unfortunately, the car was sold to me over valued and before a year with it, it gave me transmission problems in November 2023, I took my car, to there shop so they said they were going to changed the transmission so they took 2 weeks for them to replace it and then they give me the car back but guess what 1 week later it started with transmission oil leaks so I took it back to them they told me that they would fix it so they took a week more just for that then they give me the car back on December.. two weeks later same oil leak from transmission so I took it back again they said it was a gasket so they were going to fix it this time so they took like a week to gime me the car back again so in January 2024 the car started leaking again from the same spot I took it to them again but i told them that I don’t want that car anymore because Obviously they can’t fix it so I told then like to give me a better offer or just give me my money back because I’m being paying that car for 3 months all ready and I’m not even using that car until now they haven’t said anything customer service just said that they are leaving notes that they are going to call me back they never do it My next step is for my lawyer to take them to court. @ganasgrup tricolor

Comment: Let me start off by saying they dont deserve any stars. I purchase my vehicle in the Ontario ganas had no issues until my vehicle broke down two months into having it. It has been three weeks of them having it barely had a diagnostic conducted and now their saying the warranty doesnt cover. They wouldnt even provide a loaner vehicle when my husband asked for it, since I am pregnant and need to make it to my doctors appointment. He was told that its not their problem which is very rude customer service. I have called corporate placed a complaint twice and emailed them and no response but they do want the payment right away and also trying to charge me extra fees for insurance that I have and had from the beginning but they dont want accept because they want the extra money. This has been the most stressful I have ever been and dealing with this dealer is not worth it. Dont buy from them because theyre just selling Lemons. While at the service place we had another guy who had purchased a vehicle there inform us he is going through the samething. My next step will calling a lawyer.

Comment: I have been trying to connect with someone in regards to my vehicle that was purchased three months ago. on May 1, 2020 It has been a hassle since DAY ONE!I purchased the car from Ganas . I was in the office for eight hours. I paid and signed and did everything on my part but was waiting in the lobby for hours I saw others purchase a car and leave and my Husband and I were still sitting there waiting I asked our sales agent to please expedite this because I had two small children waiting with a babysitter and the babysitter needs to go. Finally after the last call I got from our babysitter I told the salesperson I am going to need the keys or my money back only for the manager Amy to come out and throw my money at me and yell here! she humiliated me in the lobby the whole experience was ruined I told the salesperson just that she then spoke to Amy and told her why I was upset that I had been there already for eight hours and I had two small children under the age of 9 at home waiting for me. I knew it was not the salespersons fault so I told her I would go forward but that I felt her Manager Amy owed me an apology I waited an hour and the apology never came instead the paper DMV plates that I was waiting eight hours for were installed. A photo was then taken the day we purchased the car and Our photo we took speaks VOLUMES you can see that I was clearly crying in the photo because NEVER had I had someone throw money at me like that I reached out to her manager and never got a call backI was told when purchasing the car it would take a month for my plates to come in I purchased my car May 1, 2020 it is now August 8, 2020 and I have still not received my plates. i have received ZERO communication from Ganas Auto not even a courtesy call for saying Thank you for purchasing the vehicle NOTHING! I have called customer service and am placed on hold only for the call to be disconnected and I continue to call and just that the call is disconnected.Today Saturday August 8, 2020 my check engine light came on when I called the car dealership the person on the line makes an appointment for Thursday I told him I need something more urgent I need the car for work only for this person to be VERY confused and say Ohhhh Urgent? then place me on hold and then come back on the line and say I have to transfer you to the El Monte location. I then spoke to a woman named Goletti who made a service appointment for Monday at 4PM when I asked about a rental which is on my contract she then places me on hold for 35 minutes and then the call disconnects. While I was on hold with her my Husbands phone then rings and a man named Ruben Castro called to make an appointment for servicing my vehicle only for him to now schedule me for Thursday in El Monte Ca if the car is giving me trouble why would I drive it 40 miles away? when I have a Ganas Auto less than a mile away from my home. I asked that I please speak to his supervisor only for him to say I mean were closing in ten minutes.. I said well ill wait can you please get them? He then said I mean I had a hard day I mean were close to closing its not that serious. I said Yes it is! he then said Hold On! there was silence only for what I thought was him placing me on hold in reality my husband and I were sitting in the car speaking to this person through bluetooth only for him to chime in on my Husband and I PRIVATE conversation and say Why are you going to call a lawyer? Thats stupid! in reference to what I said to my husband when I asked him Doesnt this fall within the Lemon Law?I was placed on hold today for a total of two hours I can not get a hold of anyone in management I am referred to the website to email management only to get an error autoreply these passed three months. I worked HARD to purchase this vehicle only to be lied to, no communication and ZERO respect to even hear me. I have held my end of the bargain and paid my payments on time Never late and I pay well over the amount due only to be treated like garbage.

Really sucks!! Definitely getting insurance somewhere else. Also, after a few days I started to notice a few things was wrong with the car i took it in they diagnosed it let me know they’d call me to let me know when “the parts will be in” it has been over a month, & the guy told me it’d only take a few days & i have not received a phone call. Very very disappointing…

I said I wasn’t going to write a review but after the horrible service I received, I have sense changed my mind, Josue is the only one who tried to help me out. As far as everyone else they have horrible customer service! The staff that answers the phone are rude and they lie to you, the service manger does not return phone calls! Do not buy a car from Ganas! I got my car in January and my engine needed to be replaced in March! They gave me a run around to get my car serviced, took almost a month to get my car back. I was promised a courtesy car and never received it I’m sure I wasn’t even put on the list. I spent hundreds of dollars in Ubers! I get my car back and I have two new scratches on it my car reeked of cigarettes and my dash camera was unplugged. I just reviewed my dash camera and an employee or employees at the Ganas service center drove my car like it was theirs and smoked in my car! They took trips to the store and all around town and they drained all my gas! My car is now continuously shaking on drive and reverse sense I have gotten it back. This whole process has been a nightmare and they are con artist selling people lemon cars and taking advantage of those who are in need!!

I took my car to Ganas Auto in El Monte and it’s been in the shop for over two weeks without any updates. I call in everyday and wait on hold to get in touch with someone in service. I have been calling for a week now waiting an hour to two hours each day but have still not been able to get an update on my vehicle.I’m posting a Google review as a last ditch effort to get access to my vehicle before I have to Uber to the dealership and refuse to leave until they give me my car back.It’s one thing to sell me a faulty car, but then to add salt to injury I’m unable to get a hold of anyone to tell me anything about what’s happening to my car.I will be towing it off the lot and never coming back.I will also be filing a lawsuit explaining how selling someone a faulty car then not wanting to fix it should be something that Ganas rectifies.BUYER BEWARE

I have had my car here and the only thing the mechanics are telling me is it will be ready tomorrow we call the next day and they give us the same response. We contacted everyone who works there, but it is like they dont want to give me my car back. Every time I call they never answer or have me on hold for hours. The first time I brought my car here they made us wait 8-10 hours just so they can apply glue on the windshield and take the radio off. When I got my car it was nice, but when I took it to the car wash water came through the front windshield and damaged my electronics. How does that happen when I just took my car out from here. I am calling everyone I can to just get my car back, but no one answers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GANAS AUTO unless you want a big headache and unless you want to pay for something that they wont give back

Made me pay more than $1500 just because they repo the car because the lady that was helping she had quit and walk away without saying anything everytime I would like to pay she didnt want to accept my payment since we working on refinancing my vehicle three weeks with no payment since she kept asking not to pay it .... When they repo and gave me an answer after a week of constantly calling to see whats going on they kept asking me for my insurance which on the third day of the repo I had sent it but there excuse was it was never uploaded by previous reps funny thing is that my insurance had communicated with them already but it took 15 days after all to get the car back and told me still it was my fault for not paying and to pay up if I want my car back .... Was it fair ? Of course not I was on top of my payments. But just because there employee quit the main manager still had told me I had to pay the repo and the truck that on top of it they had said it was already under a police report when they pick it up in my house and didnt knock as they were supposed to by law to notify me theyre taking the car.Still after all this i first went to pick up my stuff after a week of no response funny thing is that when I pick up my belongings I only got about 75% what I had left inside my vehicle top of it I dont know why but my floor mats were ripped into holes yet before I got my belongings that same day a customer was talking smack to the person who helped me telling them the same thing and why there was foot prints inside his car like if there were people chilling inside of his car and smell pretty bad tooWorst 😔 customer service ever.Gave my info for automatic payment at this location havent used my card in forever And now is showing that Im double charged for an amount that I didnt approve and the only place I had gave my info was in ganas awkward situation since they had asked me for my card number my expiration date and .y last three numbers of my card and made me write them down under the account number .... After all this I didnt wanted to argue more so I gave it to her and my address and my full name now Im stuck and waiting for my bank to figure out who did it and why .... Most likey Im thinking it was ganas again ... You decide if you want to go thru all this .... Oh and today called me saying that I need to pay 1800+ to pick up my car or it was going to be sent to get a paint job however they dont have any communication because I picked up my car yesterday and paid all fees they requested and also stated that they havent received records or my insurance declaration letter when I already have the vehicle in my possession and everything is in order.. to top it off the car already had a paper stating of what needed to get fixed in order to resell my car even before they gave me a quote of how much needed to be paid.

I got a reach out from the headquarters via text explained my situation and they were immediate responses made me feel much more comfortable. I was offered an appointment but I chose to swing by since it’s right by my job. I didn’t have to wait to be seen and Ricardo helped me right away, WITH A SMILE AND SAFE DISTANCING ! It was probably the easiest car buying I’ve ever done and I’ve bought used cars for cash on the spot! Lupita came in a bit after to help with some of my paperwork and again she introduced herself made me feel welcomed and explained EVERYTHING! Ricardo kept informing me of everything throughout the process from warranty to payments everything was 100% easy and clear. I got a better car then I thought and I drove it right off the lot! Comment: Worst auto dealership in the world please people I highly recommended not to come to this place I wish I wouldve done my research. Ofcourse they are nice before you buy the car they want your money but as soon as thats done its a dramatic change. I got a 2015 chevy traverse first 3 months engine light comes on I had to miss work for a week because I had to fit in their schedule once fixed same problem comes back. Also before buying they said they would pay for registration and tags Ive had the truck for almost 5 months they havent paid anything and I got a ticket for it being unregulated please people go elsewhere yes they accept anybody but there are reasons behind it.

Comment: Customer services is very rude and disrespectful. I got behind on 2 payment for a total of 36 days and my car got repo. Ive been trying to redeem my car for 2 days now and theyre telling me that I wont be able to get it until Monday and that my acct holder is in vaction and nothing can be done until he comes back from his vaction. I was even told we waiting 36 days for your payment you could wait a week for your car what kind of service is this.

Comment: Had been to 3 different dealerships before even finding this place, was determined to get any kind of car at this point. With the help of Jennifer and Mariana they really went above and beyond to get me in a car and I went home with a 2015 Chrysler 200. I really am thankful that they worked with me and the situation I was in. Definitely recommend this Place, guaranteed approval regardless if a new or old car.

Comment: Sales people were very friendly. They truly do finance everyone. I have no complaints or regrets about my purchase. They offer a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty covering the engine, AC and transmission, that right there made me feel comfortable buying from them. The entire process from picking a car to test driving to signing the paperwork to driving my off the lot took about 3 1/2 hours, which is decent in my car buying experience. I would recommend this dealer to those that have had trouble buying from other places.

Comment: Really wish i would have read these reviews b4 buying here. Hopefully i can help someone else avoid what im going through now. My first car off a lot. So its super expensive for used cars that break down all the time. Not even a year with my car and alreadyIve been to the service center 3 times, for different problems. Now, it has a problem that the warranty doesnt even cover? My credit was awesome too. Just go to an actual dealer. Honestly with what i pay here for an older used car(weekly), i cud have bought a new car. Prices change after you apply too. Cant wait to pay this junk car off. Lesson learned.

Comment: Cars are actually over price, price changes after you sign the contract,. No joke if you care about your life DO NOT BUY here they sell you used cars that are not good. They do quick Mickey Mouse to put it out to sales and they use the cars at the dealers to go around for errands. Theres a high chance you will get in an accident do to cars here are not good. Please if you care about yourself and family honest recommendation do not buy here.

Comment: Be VERY leary of any dealership that doesnt post prices or give you a price until they run your credit. Unfortunately my daughter went without me and they sold her a car not in compliance with californias laws.Every dealership is required to have a CA smog on any vehicle they sell. The service dept rep ignored us while we waited and we went to the front to talk to the manager. Who was far to busy on the phone to talk to us.So we left and decided to file a legal complaint.NOTE: When you have a dealership that isnt right you dont have to take it. File complaints with DMV investigations and/or Bureau of Automotive Repair. Dont get mad and walk away!When cars are high mileage and if they dont work or they dont honor a warranty take back control.

Comment: Whent to look at a 2007 Tahoe and a sales man. Came out side to speak with me. I asked him for the price and he explained that they first had to sit down and run my credit. I told him that i first needed to get the price and he went on about how they are different. CAREFULL PEOPLE. Not a verry smart way to buy a car. No go.

Comment: I actually bought my car at inglewood, there was some mechanical issues with it and they helped me and fixed it no problem. But Mr. Cobarrubias the mgr at mechanics here at el monte went beyond costumer service, Other than trying to fix it same day ( but due to part availability, it wasnt) he found me a loaner car and even tht he looked for someone to drive me to inglewood to get the loaned car. Even after he was told that there was noone to drive me over there. But he managed to not only fix my car but to get a loan, and a ride to get it. He really deserves more than just 5 stars.
