For the person with the somewhat negative review....take the time to understand your policy when you purchase it. Gary and his team will explain what is excluded, the dollar limits, the general policy terms., but it is your responsibility to read the policy and understand what you are buying. When a claim occurs, the terms of the policy dictate the settlement. Its just plain business at that point.
