Not only was the repair incredible, they stayed within the estimate, had the car done in the time they originally gave me but they also were really accommodating for drop off and pick up. I’d love to say we won’t be back, but if we need a body shop, we’ll be back.

Air rushed in around the top of the door and made driving unpleasant and very loud. G&D fixed it quickly and on time. Comment: I got into quite a major car crash at the end of January and G&D Auto Collision helped me out tremendously. When I was initially asking around for quotes from other body shops in the area, no one was willing to repair my vehicle due to the extensive damage. The shops that were willing to work on the car would be charging upwards of $11,500, but G&D repaired my vehicle at a final price of $8,400, over 2 grand less than the other body shops that were willing to work on my car. They took their time with the repairs to ensure the best quality possible, and it shows. Since I had to pay out-of-pocket for the repairs, they were willing to work with me to ensure that the price was kept low without sacrificing rebuild quality, and I can’t thank them enough for that. They replaced the alternator, headlights, and front body panels just to name a few of their tremendous services. When I received the car, I noticed that the alternator was not performing as well as it should have, but they replaced it free of charge! Additionally, the mechanic also noticed the air filter housing was missing so they replaced that as well and didn’t charge me any labor cost for the installation! I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone that’s in a tough situation, their care for their clients really shows in their excellent customer service and rebuild quality.

Comment: I got into (what I thought was) a small fender bender where the side of my car hit some snow. Turns out the damage was far worse than what I was expecting. Angela was the first person I met upon arriving at G+D-right off the batt she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her passion for her business was both obvious and inspiring. Not only could I wait to drop my car off at the shop until parts arrived, but while my car was being fixed she loaned me one of her cars to use. This was beyond amazing since my insurance does not cover rental cars. I ended up having some insurance problems with coverage of the car repairs and Angela was more than happy to help me get them fixed. She called my insurance multiple times to make sure it was handled and always prominently called me to make sure I was in the loop as well. When I picked up my car she took off $100 from my deductible just as a Christmas present, and offered to help me and/or refer me to anyone else regarding problems with my car. This place was so awesome! I had the best experience, and highly recommend it to everyone.

I came to work with G&D as I had some roof damage on a vehicle that I had just recently purchased and I was extremely frustrated and concerned with how difficult the fix looked like it would be. I brought the car to Angela who assessed it and said that she would be able to get the job done and fix my roof. She gave me a very fair and honest quote on the extent of the damages and the difficulty of fixing it. It took a bit of time which made me confident that they took their time to make sure the job was done right. I just picked up my car last week and it looks brand new! I am extremely happy with the service and definitely be bringing my car to G&D for any body work I need done in the future.

Comment: We got into a fender bender while trying to get home from our family vacation. Our quarter panel was bent in such a way that it was scraping the tire when we hit bumps. There was no way our tire would survive our trip home to Phoenix.Desperate, we stopped at G&D and asked if they could help us just bend it back into place just enough to make it home. They went above and beyond. They dropped what they were doing and immediately fixed it in under an hour. Though I asked them to hack it into place they instead made it look pretty nice. It is clear they care about the quality of their work. The most impressive part was that they they didnt charge me an arm and a leg during a moment of desperation. Incredibly fair price. Great work. Comment: I brought my Jeep wrangler in for a repair from an auto collision. I brought it in February 26th,2021. Their response to me was, We will call you when its done. After weeks of not hearing from them, I had to call multiple times to get updates from them and estimated completion dates. Multiple times did they give me a false or realistic completion date that was failed to be met and pushed back. It got to points where I had to start showing up to see progress. Almost 7 weeks later it is finally finished and the cosmetics looked amazing. They did really great body work. However this company failed to give back a car that was even safe to drive. Immediately after driving off, the brakes were seizing up and the car was drifting to one side. Immediately i knew this was an alignment issue which we had paid for but never got because they said they aligned the front, not the back. They told me for weeks it was a bent axle when in reality a simple visual inspection, which they told me they did, could have found a special bolt missing from a stabilizer link. So we paid for mechanic work and an alignment and never got. Great body work though, but horrible costumer communication, business ethics of charging someone for an alignment and failing to correct the issue, and not even test drive or confirm the vehicle is safe.

And a second time because the office gal was so friendly.After taking my car here 2 times everything they touched shows except the dents and paint match. The door molding fell off a week later. The bed was reinstalled crooked. The rear window leaked and stained the head liner. The puller folding inside the vehicle had screw driver marks from prying the plastic off.

Getting body shop repairs you know will usually take 1-2 weeks so i dropped the car when i knew i would be out of town. I got new front and rear bumper, side panels and touch up paint for the fading on my roof and trunk (unfortunately this fading is common on the 2010 honda civic models). There was a few spots i noticed when i picked up my car and they fixed them right away. Angela even gave me a referral for someone to ship my car since i am moving to kentucky in the next month. I definately recommend this place.

Comment: G & D Auto Collision was a pleasure to work with.Its a family run business.Originally I was going to go to a Toyota Dealership.But I was referred there by a family member whom works at KIA/Hyundai.Im so glad I took his advice & went to G & D Auto Collision.Angela the owner is extremely friendly & willing to work with your needs.I was backing out of a drop off zone & hit a concrete pylon in my 2015 Toyota Tundra. The pylon went through my wheel well & caused extensive damage to my truck.I had to pay for these repairs out of pocket because my insurance had lapsed.Angelas pricing was about $1,800 less than my other estimates.Angela also has a great hook up for getting you a rental car as well for about $20/day. Which helps since most insurance companies only give you about $15-$35/day towards rental cars on average.She looked for every way to save me money without compromising the integrity of the repairs.Ive had plenty of experience with body shops in the past & I can strongly recommend G & D Auto Collision.Thanks Angela for working with me on price & your excellent customer service!

Ive visited a couple of bodyshop over the years asking for an estimate to have some scratches repaired before a sale. Robbery with a smile.No such things at Angelas place. She tells you when to come. Somebody is ready to start working on your car. I asked how long it would take. Hour and a half, she said. They only had to switch out a damaged bumper. Hour and 20 mins later, the mechanic walks into the comfortable office with seating area. All done. Very reasonable bill for the work. We provided the part ourselves.I know, it was a small job. But you can feel how easygoing the place is. No shouting matches, no stress, no tons of needless paperwork and endless phones ringing of the hook. Its like having your car repaired at your grandmas house. I will tell gladly all my friends about Angelas!

Comment: G&D Auto is by far the best auto body shop in Orange County. I got into a fender bender and found this shop online. Angela is the biggest sweetheart that you will ever meet. Their work speaks for itself. My car was done in 1 week and looked like It never had any damage. They got me a special rate on a rental car so I was not left without transportation for the week my car was getting repaired. I shopped around throughout Orange County. G&D is the best of the best. Comment: Friendly service, prompt repairs, good price. I got in a little fender bender and kicked my car, both left clearly visible dents and blemishes on the body of my car. I came in and Angela gave me a quote within a minute at a very reasonable price. Repairs took about 4 days. This will be my place for auto repairs for the foreseeable future.

Comment: Run for your life !!!!! Horrible customer service and the worst body collision repair I have ever seen!This was the worst experience I have ever had in business in 35 years. I picked up my car ..... it was completely filthy dirty, the body repair work was much to be desired the paint has runs in it. I noticed that the owner Angela was very nervous and it took over an hour to just pull my car up and when she drove it up she opened the drivers door and hit the mailbox and chipped the paint and dinged the door, then rushed me into the office and I said I wanted the check out my car she replied the money the money . I realized the car was running and after I reluctantly paid the balance I drove away and felt unsafe driving the car. I showed the work to 3 other body shops and they verified that it was not quality work, it seemed to be in worst condition then when I brought it in for repair. The car was not in alignment, I paid for an alignment - I paid for suspension work that was not repaired accurately, I got a second opinion from Fletcher Jones Mercedes - and they did verify that what I paid for was not done right and I paid for work that was never performed. When I confronted the owner Angela she immediately said dont take it to Fletcher Jones Mercedes they will find things and then I realized that I needed to pay for my wheel alignment again that I paid for that was not done.... I paid Fletcher Jones an additional $800 + I paid a third party auto repair an additional $ 700+ for repairs -- after I paid GND approximately $5000. all I got was a run around.... then she offered to write a check and was concerned that I wouldn report her business to the Bureau of Automotive Repair bar.ca.gov. She stated that she has receipts for my parts.... but I never saw that.... she first offered $1000 because she admitted that all the repairs I paid for were not done, then she said that she didnt want to refund me $1000 she offered me $700 refund and forced me to sign a release authored by her attorney to not sue, under duress I signed it because I needed desperately my car back.... she also stated that if I try and sue or report her and GND that she has lots of attorneys and they will help her and she also stated that I better not tryLesson learned --- never again will I ever bring a customer or family member or refer anyone againI am still paying for additional repairs....... my car is still missing parts..... but I will have it completed by a more qualified auto body and repair !This was the most horrible business transaction I ever experienced ---- I am the customer and I felt like this was a bad movie.....buyer beware....

I have a few automobiles, and I need to tell you I a perfectionist. one of my cars is a corvette I have owned it for 15 years and put quite a bit of money and hours in perfecting it. After my first encounter with G & D I have returned year after year. I remember bringing my mercedes, last year and once again I need to tell you I am very serious about every inch and scratch on my vehicle. The patience the service and quality is above and beyond the average auto body shop. I am going on 9 years 7 vehicles in and out through 9 years of service with this establishment. Comment: I have now been a customer of G & D auto for over 3 years. I got introduced when I had a rear fender bender and the person who caused it recommened me here. I had my reservations intially but when I started interacting with Angela it was clear that they had the best intentions.Last year when I was involved in an accident they were quite helpful with taking care of my vehicle as well as the insurance related paperwork . The vehicle was fix to my satisfaction and about 6 months later when I had some issue with vibrations they did identify that was part of the earlier work and covered it.I have since been happy to take my other car as well as refer my friends here as well. I believe they are a very honest, knowledgeable and easy to do business with shop that I have come across in over 20 years.

Not only did she fix the rear door of our Lexus GX470, she repainted the bumper cover (many dings and scratches) and took care of many of the things that make a 2004 with 100K miles look old. Now it looks almost like new. Would highly recommend. We paid out of pocket and she was more than fair in her pricing. Thanks Angela
