Comment: After 4 years of service they send us a new application or as they called it renewal hiked up our premium sighting the mileage on our vehikle which was way less than their requirments, we expressed our disagreament with actions, but they ignored us, cancelled our policy and send us to collection, we fouhd out they polled out all their offices in the state of California.HIT AND RUN!

After all the money I paid they didn’t help me they didn’t reach out to me about my insurance expiring and I’m glad they didn’t I found State Farm which is cheaper and I can talk to someone always. GEICO will automatically blame you for anything even though they charge high rates.

Comment: Geico literally cancelled my insurance, without informing me, and lied about the reason, over a minor road hazard claim that didnt even have to pay anything for because we didnt persue the claim, that was the only incident of any kind on the vehicle after 5 years. I will never use this joke of an insurance company again, and will make sure to tell the same to everyone I know.

Comment: I thought that Geico was a dependable company to rely on when I made the insurance. They are very hasty to collect your premium and make increments but when it comes to claims it is a nightmare. whenever I call they tell me a different story. it was even a toeing claim which is not an accident. even whenever you ask for a supervisor they put you on hold and say the supervisor will call you back but this never happens. you will spend time calling and getting transferred more than the value of your claim. I have cancelled their service and went with another company.

Comment: I have had Geico for about 10 years and I have a very good driving record. Sadly when an accident occurs, Geico is not supportive or helpful. No only did they try to collect my deductible when it was not my fault, but they also failed to speak to my very willing witness on over 4 occasions which caused them to try and place further blame on me. The other insured also had Geico and it was a nightmare while they tried to pretend they were being unbiased in the process. The accident was bad enough and they made it so much worse. Dont insure with them. I plan to find a new company. I have two vehicles, my home insurance and earthquake and I will be looking elsewhere!

Comment: The worst agents are at geico insurance. You can forget about them fighting for you even when your in the right. They told me to fight my own battles even when I had geico for 5 years, being a loyal customer with good driving record. After, disputing my own case which geico told me I was at loss, and at fault. I ended up winning, and getting reimbursed for total loss, medical bills. And all thanks to myself. Comment: When it comes to accident Geico is not very good at following up with customers. I am with Geico for almost 10 years and accident which recently occurred wasn’t even my fault. It’s been 20 days after accident and I can’t see any progress in my case. I called every other day to see what’s next step and the answers always is to wait for other party’s insurance to see if they can get the report back on accident. It’s frustrating for me to see they don’t even try to make this process faster.

Comment: Geico insurance is the worst. I had them for over 5 years and all of a sudden my policy gets canceled. The reason why was because I inquired about getting insurance on my mothers car for Uber. I was thinking about driving for Uber to make some extra money for Christmas. Well after getting a quote for insurance and doing research I found out that it wasnt worth it for me. So I didnt use my moms car and didnt do the rideshare thing. However since I asked about getting that kind of insurance they canceled my policy. I called in and they tell me even though Im not doing rideshare they cant insure me. I would definitely recommend going some where else to get insurance.

Geico was the quickest and honestly the best price that came back my way. They were wonderful with the follow up and before I knew it a representative from the local office in Temecula gave me a call directly. A young lady by the name of Lauren I. was the individual who called me. This is my second home purchase, but my first home purchase was directly with the builder so you are more spoon-fed and handed everything on a silver platter :) rather than having to do things on your own when you purchase a resale home. Lauren was super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole thing to make sure that the requirements that my lender was asking for would be fulfilled in my policy. Not only was her level of knowledge superior than most but she also offered me a level of customer service that you just dont seem to get in todays day and age. Comment: My husband and I initially requested and received an online quote. However Dahlia Gonzales from the local Temecula office called to follow up. She patiently helped develop a quote for auto insurance that offered even more savings than initially quoted and then also quoted our homeowners and saved us money there as well. When I called the office today (Saturday) the branch owner, Basem Hamideh, answered the phone himself and proceeded to write the policies with assurance his agent would get the credit. We changed companies because of poor customer service and rates going up from our prior brokerage. I highly recommend Geico and Temecula office!

Comment: I love that they allow walks in here. The inside is new and bright. They have this cool GEICO sign that changes colors. The owner let me change it to whatever color I wanted, which added to the experience. I was worked up 2 quotes to insurance my Honda Aquaratraxs (like a waverunner/jekski) The price was extremely affordable for the year. The agent listened to my concerns and made sure to get me the coverage that I needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Comment: Looked up a car insurance quote online. The next day Dalia from Geico called and she was super friendly. She explained the quote and coverage in a manner that was easy to understand. She let me know of a discount that was available to me, and recommended that I increase a portion of my to coverage to help and give me more protection. Dalia was great and knowledgeable and super friendly. Definitely recommend this office.
