We couldn’t have been more fortunate than to have our first natural stone installation experience with Chris and his team at Gemini International Marble and Granite. We visited half a dozen fabricator/installer showrooms the day we met Chris. His showroom was our last stop of the day, and after meeting with him, we knew before we left that we wanted to work with him.He has some slabs onsite, but if you don’t see something that fits your taste, he will give you a list of numerous suppliers that he works with. We visited a few of them before finding the perfect stone for our kitchen counters. He moved the slabs to his facility where he held them until we were ready. Communication and follow up were excellent throughout the whole process. If he wasn’t immediately available to take our call, he always got back to us before the end of the day.We did a full kitchen remodel, so Chris was on standby until the cabinets were installed, but as soon as they were, he fit us in right away for templating. After he made the templates, we realized a cabinet wasn’t installed properly which resulted in an additional 3 inches needing to be added to the end of one of the counters. Chris made time to come over and see it for himself to make sure he was clear on the change before fabricating the counter.Because our kitchen is an unusual shape with a lot of angles, we had to get two slabs. Chris invited us to the showroom after he made the templates to have us decide what part of the slabs to use for specific areas. He did an amazing job of mirroring the pattern of the stone on opposite sides of the sink, and put it together with only one small seam. Details that make him a standout artist in his craft.Chris is personally involved in every project which results in him being extremely busy, but he doesn’t project that outwardly. He doesn’t rush and truly makes you feel like you are his only customer. I don’t know how he does it!His team of installers were great, too! Upbeat personalities, careful and precise.We are already on his schedule for a fireplace hearth and surround and a bathroom vanity counter using what was left of our slabs.Highly recommend!
This is the second project we do with Chris and his team to replace with granite our countertops in two bathroom. Hos initial budget/estimate was within 5% of the actual work. He worked with us to find a cost-effective material and with great quality. His schedule was in time. Hs team was even spanish speakers to connect with my wife. He offered to take care at no cost of a couple of maintenance items on the kitchen he remodeled two years ago. We are grateful to deal with contractors and entrepreneurs like Chris!

They gave me the best peace of mind during my project. We had used them a couple of times for remodeled kids bathrooms. Remodeled guest bathroom. Remodeled master bathroom and now we are planning to contact them for Kitchen. Yes, they are that good.
Terrible customer service. I was told that I would have my kitchen countertop installed and completed in 2-3 weeks max. The owner Chris would ignore all my phone calls and texts for weeks and we had already made a payment for the slabs we chose. After trying to get in contact with Chris for weeks, he finally responded and came to install the Quartzite we chose. He installed a CRACKED quartzite thinking we wouldnt notice. After I pointed out that it was cracked and visibly damaged, Chris kept telling me I was wrong. After going back and forth, he agreed to replace the slab since he was at fault for installing a broken counter top. Then I was ignored again for weeks. When Chris did respond, they were lies about him being out of town or that he would come to the house and wouldnt. We waited so many times for him to show up and he never did. After over 3 months of waiting and trying to get in contact with him, he finally replaced the counter top. The new countertop was also still damaged and I just about had enough at this point. Absolute worst place to deal with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with gemini for your kitchen. Save yourself the headache. If I could give 0 stars I would.
A happy customer and recommend to use them, especially if you want to get it done quickly. They provided excellent service, very professional and understanding. I couldnt have been any happier with another contractor.
I highly recommend Gemini International Marble and Granite! Chris and his team did a great job and were easy to work with! I was having a hard time finding a double sink cabinet that would fit in the space and Chris was the only one that said he could do it. I love the cabinet and countertop and the price was reasonable. Chris and his team are very customer service oriented!
Chris and Lisa were so very nice. There was never any pressure to spend more or to hurry up and make any decisions. We were also incredibly surprised how quickly everything was finished once we had picked our granite. A few days later Chris came to measure and then the following week installation of our kitchen and 3 bathrooms was done in 2 days.

Truly a 6 STAR rating, without question Gemini Granite is 6 Star! 5 Star is not good enough.Having purchased granite counters previously when we decided to replace our kitchen counters we searched about a half dozen companies with wide price variations. Gemini won hands down.From the moment we talked with Chris we were delighted. He was open and straightforward about what we could expect from the beginning and met every promise. The prices were astonishing, the workmanship, timing, and finished job could not be better. We chose the quartz option and Chris came through for us. Chris is a man that can be taken for his word. The choices of finish cuts, and sinks, were excellent and the timing to install also was great.The installers were obviously knowledgeable of their jobs they were courteous and took extreme caution in measuring. Our walls were slightly irregular and the final surfaces were a tight fit. Truly a perfect and professional installation and they cleaned up completely when done.I am a picky person who has done home building and there is not anything to cite. Chris and Gemini have assisted me with two projects now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their new location in Livonia is a nicer facility. You can browse the warehouse slabs and choose the material best suited for your project. They have by far the best prices in Metro Detroit without sacrificing quality. Chris will work within your budget. The first job involved a home renovation project and several pieces of custom cut granite for kitchen and bathroom. Preparation and installation were very professional. Kitchen and bathroom sinks were provided at a cost lower than available at big box stores. The second project required a bathroom vanity countertop and custom shelving for the shower and window sill all of Carrara marble. Chris and his team were able to cut and polish these in just a few days and have the counter delivered and installed in less than a week. His assistants are personable, polite and friendly people to work with. Plan accordingly and allow 10-14 days for delivery. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed in Gemini.
Gemini confirmed our countertop will be installed a week after my $2400 deposit was paid. They took our money on 1/6, and then their excuses started. Chris missed 2 scheduled installs. We had to repeatedly contact Chris/Leah to ask what was going on. Then Chris’s story changed to Gemini requiring a 3-4 week turnaround time. When we asked for a refund today, they all of a sudden confirmed they can commit to install at 3-4pm on Monday. Chris said he is picking up our slab tomorrow morning. After they told us they pick it up 2 days after a deposit is made. He has unhappy employees who speak terribly about him. We feel like we are handcuffed! Who else is experiencing dishonest practices? Update: Chris never picked up my slab. We demanded a refund, and they gave us a check with a different company name. The check bounced! They stole our money, and we will be taking them to court. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this company. The same day I had another company come out to measure, and the same quartz slab from MSI was installed 3 days later! Update: 6/27 - Judge ruled in our favor. Chris was a no-show. Chris is not cooperating in the wage garnishment process. We are forced to jump through many hoops, but we will get our money back. He’s a con who plays the system hoping that customers won’t step through the process. Chris, why are you delaying our refund? You had 21 days to mail us a check, and you failed to do so. Update: 6/30 Finally got our money back. Had to meet him at court to collect cash payment. Apparently his account(s) were frozen. We are not the only ones he owes.
This review is long over due, and Im just sorry it took me so long to share. I absolutely love my new Kitchen!!!! I had new counter tops, sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed. Chris was patience and very helpful with helping me find what worked best with my budget and the look I was trying to achieve. Its like I have a brand new kitchen and I couldnt be any more satisfied with how it turned out. The work performed was top notch and I plan to have my master bath and guest bath done in a few months. Chris did an awesome job. He gave us recommendations for suppliers for slabs, we picked our slabs, and Chris did the templates himself. He was always available by call or text quickly. His crew did a great job and we could not be happier. Cuts are perfect to uneven walls, farmhouse sink is perfectly done, slide in range is as tight/flush as anyone could get.Only comment is if you choose MSI for your material supplier, take the extra steps to make sure they select and hold the proper slab(s) for you (weekly) until Chris picks it up. MSI has a great selection and quality material, but when you call in you need to ask to speak to the Wixom location specifically (save the sales rep info as well).

Shopped a while for kitchen counter top. Once I saw Chris at Gemini my looks was over. His showroom and his knowledge told me he is my company to install my kitchen and I included a bathroom counter. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. Came to my home and measured then quoted a very reasonable price so I asked when can it be done. To my surprise the counters were installed within 10 days. Ran into a problem with original countertop supplier/fabricator...which ultimately led us to Gemini Intl...they were the first fabricator who guaranteed no seams in our kitchen countertop design. They were very flexible on the installation schedule; also open to negotiate pricing, as well as competitively priced. Provided a comprehensive list of slab sources who offered a variety of options (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble etc). We ended up going with quartzite, harder than granite and comparable to marble...looks beautiful! Ask for Chris, hes very knowledgeable and experienced.

This was a great place to work with for my granite countertops. I had visited so many places and just went to Gemini International because I wasn’t having luck finding something I truly loved. They luckily had a slab of granite I loved. They automatically took my rough estimate of square feet and gave me a price the next day based upon my estimate. Then Chris came out and measured a couple of days later and gave me the final price. The process went good for the template (he asked questions and made sure I was happy with how he was laying it out) and the granite got done really fast. He seems to want to get his customers serviced as soon as possible, communicates great, and had very fair pricing. I would 💯 recommend Gemini International, and definitely will use them again if I ever need to redo a kitchen again.

The Gemini Tile Shop experience I had was great. The staff was professional and accommodating. I was impressed by the quartz options. Also, my counters were ordered and installed in less than two weeks. Other stores told me it would take between 5 to 7 weeks for and order and installation. I would highly recommend Chris and the Gemini Tile Shop.

We worked with Christian on a kitchen remodel. Christian helped us pick out the countertop. His quoted price was very reasonable. A crew of 3 installers came to our house and did an absolutely amazing job of installation. Just beautiful. The installers answered all of our questions. We chose a white cast iron sink -- and because of the weight, the installers had to build a platform for the sink to sit on. I had no idea that would be necessary -- but the installers knew exactly what was needed and had all the necessary materials. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They spent a lot of time making certain the countertop was level. They cleaned up after themselves and made certain the counter was perfect. Christian followed up with us to make certain we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Christian and his company. The company does beautiful work. You will be extremely pleased if you hire Christian.
Chris and his team did a great job taking care of our small galley kitchen. They did a great job providing ample recommendations on the different manufacturers so we could see the incredibly wide variety of materials and finishes available. Additionally, Chris specifically was patient, expedient, and kind throughout the process - especially with regards to the 15 or so different slabs we asked for quotes on - and was extremely flexible with regards to scheduling (and re-scheduling) the install. His installation team was professional, quick, and personable, which is always nice.For something as stressful and expensive as countertops, they really did a great job making us less anxious, and were incredibly happy with the finished product.

We happened to stumble upon Gemini International when we were headed to another Marble and Stone showroom. My wife and I are glad we did, since our experience here was superior in a few ways. We were greeted promptly, given a tour, asked about what we were looking for, and directed promptly to everything that fit the description of what we had in mind. We saw a piece of quartz that was what we were looking for and felt like we were quoted a fair price. We told Chris at Gemini that we were headed to another showroom and instead of being meet with some attempt of a sleazy sales pitch which I expected he was understanding and polite. Needless to say we came back to Gemini to have our counters installed and are very pleased with the transformation the quartz made to our kitchen.

Unbelievable job this guy is an artist, Everyone loves the look of granite, but the availability of choices you get with these guys is unreal you get to pick the slab that will be used for you home not no little sample, and every slab is unique. Great Job Chris.. My mom had Chris help her selecting a piece and then installing it. She experienced many mishaps that did not involve Chris or his team. He waited patiently for my mom to get everything fixed up and held her piece of stone. When she was ready he and his team installed the counter top with great skill. The best part was after they were done they cleaned up their work area and took the time to provide cleaning instructions so that the work would look great years to come. Chris was great and his team was just as good. If you want a good job ask for Chris.
We had ordered some Kitchen Countertops from them and it looked amazing. The end to end process was amazing, complete and professional....and never did I feel rushed or pressured.
Chris was great to work with, even with his packed scheduled and the small job I had (25 sqft) he stopped by a couple of times once for the estimate and second time for the template. After the template was done Diego did the install and clearly explained the work.No job is too big or too small for them, I most definitely will use them for my larger projects in the near future. Had new countertops installed in our kitchen, two full baths, and a half bath. I compared prices at four other places and Gemini was unbeatable - but dont think that we compromised on workmanship. We are very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the installers! It was difficult to get an official installation date, and it changed several times the day of, which got frustrating when we had torn all of our countertops off and had no available sinks to use. However, it was understandable considering the amount contractors are working right now. And when it came down to it, installation took place before the final date that I needed countertops in, which was all I could ask for. We are very happy to now have gorgeous countertops in our home. After making multiple trips to a local competitor and having several emails and phone calls go days before being returned, I decided to look for another granite company. I found a positive review of Gemini and gave them a call.Chris answered the first time I called and immediately provided me with the addresses of two warehouses to view granite slabs at. The warehouse I chose had a beautiful collection in a wide range of price points. Warehouse staff sent the information on several beautiful slabs I selected to Chris and he called me shortly thereafter to schedule a home visit. Chris accommodated my busy schedule, measured the job and provided me with a quote on the spot unlike the first company that sent their quote via email only when I reminded them after having waited nearly a week.Geminis price was the best Id seen as was the price of the edge upgrade. Chris even gave us the option of having the job completed immediately using the slabs in stock or waiting a week and using slabs from out of state which were less costly..The granite itself is absolutely beautiful and Chris and his crew did a wonderful job installing it. When I called to ask how to remove a little caulk I found on the counter top, a very apologetic Chris showed up the next day to care of it himself. Now thats customer service!Prompt, respectful of your time and courteous- you couldnt ask for better customer service. No high pressure sales person, then another coming to your home to measure (and not make a template), and finally not knowing who will show up to do the actual install. Unbelievable turn around time and excellent customer service! Chris has a great personality and very easy to work with. We had planned an important event on 4/1 in our basement and I almost gave up on the granite work to be ready for the party as I received 3-4 week install time from other vendors. Chris visited our place to take measurements on 3/29 and gave the quote. I put in a personal request to complete it before our party day which he obliged. I drove down to his Livonia store on 3/30 for granite selection. Chris and his team came to install the granite on 4/1 (Sunday) morning at 7 AM and completed the job before 10 AM. Thats three day turn around!!!! Overall, I am a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for best quality granite work at an affordable cost.
We decided to go granite when we remodeled our small kitchen. Most granite shops wouldnt help us because our job was too small. Not Chris at Gemini. He welcomed us in his shop and helped us find just the slab we needed. He came out to measure and told us one week. He called and was ready to install in just 6 days! The installers were friendly but professional and completed the job quickly. We are very pleased with the final result and the price we paid. We highly recommend Gemini.
Chris was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him. He went an extra mile to make sure that the cutting of the granite and the installation were done professionally. He allowed us to choose what part of the slab would be used and where the pieces would be placed by using an overlay. He is extremely knowledgeable always answered our questions, very patient with our decision making and was available by cell phone. Excellent workmanship at a price less than other granite stores.
Top notch!!! We love our counter tops! We went with a very unique Quartzite. He had no issue with coming back to the warehouse to match a $350 faucet to the slab and make sure it looked good. . Yeah we were nervous! Chris saw or kitchen and said dont be nervous, it will look beautiful. He was right! The sink worked perfectly! Do not go to big box stores. Waste of time... Go to the professional!
Best price, excellent customer service and the workmanship was outstanding. Home renovation means dealing with a lot of contractors, which can be frustrating. Chris always contacted me back immediately to answer questions. He and his crew were on time to every meeting and he never messed around with rescheduling appointments. The installation of our counters was flawless. The one issue we had with an area needing to be resealed was handled promptly and then Chris followed up to make sure it was taken care of. Great company to work with! My townhouse had some logistical challenges (lots of stairs and sharp turns) but Chris and his team were able to get the granite up in one piece without major damage to my walls. I needed this project completed quickly as I have other home improvements going on at the same time. We started out looking for the perfect counters for our kitchen remodel. Looking at several places around the detroit metro area. We quickly found out that the expense associated with what we wanted was going to be daunting. We came across Gemini and met with Chris. He showed us what he had in warehouse and we immediately knew we had found the material we wanted. Far nicer and higher quality than what we had seen. When he quoted us the price and I could not believe it! Literally half what others were quoting. They were out to the house to measure within 2 days and out to make the templates that weekend. Installation was a couple of days later and from beginning to end the level of care and attention to detail was amazing. We were told by other companies we would have to have a seam on the large counter but Gemini did it without one, adding to the quality of the finished product. I was immediately struck my the fact that Christian, the owner was in the workshop working side by side with his team off craftsmen. Without a appointment Christian took the time to sit with us, reviewed our bathroom plans which included a countertop, shower stall curb, door threshold and window sill and assisted us in selecting the materials for our project. Base on our measurements he gave us a quote which was significantly less than the several competitors we previously visited. He scheduled a home visit to confirm our measurements in short order. The installation date far exceeded our expectations. His installer was always prompt and professional. We couldnt be more pleased with the finished project. Chris and his team installed beautiful quartz counter tops in our new kitchen for a good price. Our appliances were delivered today and the opening for our stove was too small by 1/16 of an inch. I was shopping for Quartz countertops and had seen as many as seven different countertop companies some as far as Shelby township. Further browsing on the internet, I came across Gemini, and met Chris who was very cordial. My wife took fancy to the white quartz called Calacutta Laza lying in his warehouse. Based on the sq. footage, his pricing was the most reasonable than everybody else I found so far.Working with Chris is simply a customers dream. Chris understands a customers priority is to get the job done as soon as possible especially when you are undergoing a Kitchen remodeling. Most companies I came across offered a 2 week installation period, whereas I was pleasantly surprised when Chris promised that the countertops will be installed in 4-5 days after the templates are done. On the installation day, JC and his team installed the 4 countertops and 2 window sills in the matter of 2 hours without a scratch on the walls. I just purchased a new home that needed kitchen update. I checked few granite places in the area and their prices were high and all of them throw additional fees for installation, tearing out old countertops, etc. I said to myself why not check out one more place before deciding after doing another Google search of granite places around my area. I came across Gemini International and drove there the next day in which I spoke to Chris. I already measured the square footage of my kitchen countertops so Chris was able to give me rough estimate of the cost. Despite the fact that hes hard to get hold of sometimes because hes always busy but Im pleased with the granite installation. The crew did perfect job, cleaned up well and were very friendly guys. I must also add that Chris also gave me a break in the cost in which I ended up getting the bathroom counter replaced too. Chris knows his stuff. He did a beautiful job on my quartzite countertop and sills. From what Ive read its a really hard stone to work with but his cutting work is excellent, the natural movement in the stone flows beautifully. He even went out to the stoneyard to look at the slab I chose to make sure there was enough material and the extra remnant I needed matched the movement in the large slab so everything would look good. You wont see the seam unless you make an effort to find it, the seam work is THAT good. Ive been waiting years for a new countertop, and Im so happy with it and the quality of the work from Chris and his team.
We had Gemini do our bathroom vanity. We had many delays to the project, some caused by them, some due to Covid. Otherwise, the counter looks very nice. We had one small seam that we didnt expect, which Chris generously offered to replace. I just didnt want them tearing up my bathroom again, so I declined.

I went to Gemini Granite, Chris sent me to the warehouse to pick out my slab, I gave him the house address where the granite was to be installed, he asked me what type of edge I wanted, they installed the granite, I went to Chris office and paid. No deposit, no drama, no back & forth, DONE! Also, I made the mistake of purchasing a sink. Chris sold me a higher quality sink for less than what I paid for the one I purchased (which I promptly returned). The total price was fair and the installation timely.I appreciate that Chris is so trusting of his customers, that he didnt ask for a deposit, and I PRAY that no one takes advantage and forces him to change this practice.I am a rental property owner & manager. Another EXTREMELY SATISFIED customer... Just like all of the wonderful customer reviews I read, prior to contacting Gemini Intl. We had a great experience, as well. Chris was amazing! He took extra care in measuring for our kitchen countertops. Because our walls are not plumb and a bit wavy, he made a template to ensure a proper fit. His crew of installers did some fine tuning and grinding, on site, for a PERFECT FIT. Also, after picking our slab, we showed Chris our favorite parts of the granite and asked if he could configure and use the sections we liked the most, in specific areas and he did, just as we asked. (We have a galley kitchen so, we wanted the top section of the slab to be used on a specific side and the middle section on the other side.) Chris even made us 2 large size cutting boards. We couldnt be happier with our new granite countertops. They are gorgeous and perfectly installed. The whole process, from beginning to end, was fabulous. From measurement day to install was 2 weeks... Pretty darn fast, if you ask me. The customer service, stone quality, professionalism, knowledge, skill and price at Gemini Intl, can not be beat! Chris answered every text msg and phone call of mine. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He is an extremely hard worker that puts 110% into his business. We have had 3 Sets of Counters (Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms) installed by Chris and they are ALL beautiful. We have received many compliments especially in the Kitchen as it is the Focal Point where everyone congregates during parties! We are very pleased with the granite Cris and his team fabricated and installed in our new house under construction. It was a large and relatively complex order, with counters and islands for two kitchens, laundry and several bathrooms, and five difference kinds of granite and quartz. Measured, cut, fabricated and installed expertly! Our project is across the state, and Cris and his team made three full-day trips to Holland, MI to measure and then install the granite. Gemini has an outstanding and hard-working team. Cris is excellent to work with, and pricing is very competitive. Certainly we would go to Gemini again!

Gemini international marble and granite did a great job installing and fabricating our granite, we had a huge Island 5x9 and all the guys worked really hard getting this into place without a single scratch on anything. They took great care of the materials they transported all the way across the state. Christian was there helping the whole time.It was great working with Christian, he is very knowledgeable and helpful with choices and has very fair pricing. Chris did a great job for me! He was on-site to measure, quoted a fair price, followed up with me, acquired the slabs i wanted, processed them and got me installed in a very short time frame - which I needed. And the install was tricky, but they did a great job (the wall is wavy which caused several challenges to make it look right). He was very easy to work with, always answers the phone, and is very knowledgeable. He is going to quote me on some more work for additional rooms. Im recommending him to my friends and co-workers. I had an awful experience with everyone other company while I was shopping around.

Im a licensed builder. Chris is the only subcontractor or supplier that I can recommend to anyone with no reservations or caveats. His workmanship is better than places triple the cost. Out of the blue one day my wife says, lets replace the Formica with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. So I googled granite installers, picked one, and then we visited it. The guy talked nicely and said the right things but something didnt feel right. Then someone told us rather than going with the first one we contact we should try others and recommended Gemini International in Redford, MI. We drove there and spoke with them and it was the best decision we could have made. Chris, the owner, worked with us every step of the way, helping us to choose the perfect slab, for the kitchen, and remnants for the bathrooms. I had a friend refer me to Gemini Granite because of their pricing. At first I was skeptical until he gave me a quote. His price blew away the competition. After we decided on the counter tops for the kitchen and bathroom, they came and installed them in a couple of weeks. First let me start off by saying, I absolutely Love!! Love!! my counter tops. Chris and his team did a beautiful job. The ONLY problem we had was the expectation of when the work would be completed which ultimately affected other things. BUT I am still giving his company 5 stars because he took ownership of the miscommunication, and was very apologetic , as a business owner should and I respect him for that. The best experience I had while updating our kitchen. Chris (the owner) and his team including CJ were extremely professional. Chris worked closely with me ever step of the way. He was available to me at all time through text and phone calls. Chris guided us through the process of determining the countertop we finally decided on and it was installed by a staff that was friendly and deligent with the clean up process. 2022-04-14Initially when I was looking for a fabricator, Gemini was the quickest to set an installation date. All other places were giving me 6+weeks for installation. So I was very happy when they came to install my kitchen countertops. My last piece took a little bit longer but I love it and it was worth the wait. Thank you Chris!

2021-11-04This was the 2nd time we used Chris. The first time was easier than the second as we had a smaller kitchen and used remnants and didnt have to pick out our own slab. That was an experience as we were new to it. There was a lot less we had to do and understand. Communication can be difficult at times. I like to know whats going on and still seemed to not be clear on things. Be sure to ask a lot of questions in case you arent sure.He does exceptional work. He listened and cut our granite well - the flow of the pattern is better than we hoped for. We had to reschedule a few times and they werent always punctual but he would apologize and get to us as quickly as possible. We had to follow up quite a bit but he got back to us which is all that matters. He managed to get the granite installed on a holiday weekend - even though he was having trouble with staffing. Any issues we had were rectified by Chris and we appreciate the work he performed.Thank you, Chris!

2021-10-11Gemini Granite installed our granite within the two weeks they promised, which was a huge deal because all the other granite companies I contacted said 7-9 weeks. In addition, they have a large selection of beautiful slabs to choose from. They are very communicative and have an excellent team of installers and administrators, as well as an amazing plumber they recommend. You will be in good hands if you choose them! 2021-10-15We are thrilled with our quartz counters from Gemini International Marble and Granite! We visited other fabricator showrooms in the area but couldn’t find what we were looking for. Then we discovered Gemini. Chris met with us as walk-ins, took his time discussing options, and we left with a plan that fit our new kitchen design. There are plenty of slabs to choose from, but we ended up selecting one from a supplier he recommended. He came up with a design that minimized seams and waste. We had a very large island, and he helped us choose a jumbo slab that would avoid buying two slabs and piecing them together. Our counters were ready for install within two weeks after measurement. Chris is a master at his craft, and he helped us realize our vision. The pictures tell the story!

2022-02-03We followed Chris’ instructions to reserve a slab at a granite wholesaler. We signed Gemini’s contract and paid half up front. Chris said he would come back and take precise measurements within two weeks. When we didn’t hear from anyone for over a month, we left a message for Chris to find out what was going on. He showed up that night without notice to take the measurements. We waited another month without hearing anything before calling for an update. We were given a date they would come to install the granite. Nobody showed. Chris’ assistant called me and offered to return my money. I accepted. The refund never arrived. I eventually filed a lawsuit and received a judgment against Gemini. They still didn’t pay me back. I had to get an order to garnish their bank account in order to get my money.
