Was given a price over the phone that changed when we arrived and filled out paperwork. Then when we try to pay we were told we had to give them a money order and they would not accept cash. Then when I ask them to stop trying to give me their reasoning they continue to argue with me about the method of payment even after I had told them I would pay with my debit card and to stop arguing with me. There is absolutely no excuse or Reason to turn down cash and forced people to jump through these hoops.

Big Funeral tries to hard for business so their compassion for your plight is overwhelming, cold n forced. I got just what i needed from Generations. The lady who helped me was REAL and still Compassionate ENOUGH. THANK YOU for your help in my time of need.
