I love this bank. The staff is always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help.Beth Ann at the Deer Lake branch is Awesome. She always professional, has a great attitude and is eager to help. Ive had the pleasure of working with her on multiple occasions and it always feels like Im dealing/talking with a friend Ive known my whole life.All around just a great experience, everytime!! Highly recommend Genisys Credit Union!

I have been with Genisys a very long time which has included using many branches. Never anything bad or good to report. Recently, we moved to Clarkston and my new branch is the Deer Lake branch. We walked in to change our personal banking information and handle a few things with our business account. We were greeted by Jacob. He was fast and professional. He is what EVERY customer service representative should be like. Every time I see him, he remembers my name. Everyone there is very nice but he is above and beyond great!!!!

My Wife and I have worked with Vicki at this Genisys Credit Union several times for Auto Refinancing and a personal loan to pay for our wedding. She always takes care of us, works around our schedules and even allows us to do most of the paperwork online. Which is very helpful for our work schedules. I recommend her to all of my family members.

I just refinanced my home loan via Genisys and honestly it was a great experience! I qualified for an amazing rate and the refinance process was smooth from start to finish! I worked with Lynn and Kristie and they both went above and beyond and were very responsive. Couldnt be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Genisys for any type of loan or refinance!

Ive been a happy member of Genisys since back when it had a different name! Their products and services are very good, and the few times Ive had to go into a branch in person to help a child open an account or initiate a loan the employees were very helpful. The Genius interest bearing checking account is a great idea if you can meet the requirements, and the Rewards tied to both a Debit and Credit card are a nice extra benefit as well. Lastly, their phone App has a lot of great functionality, and the login experience got a lot better after the transition to common credentials about a year ago.

For over 20 years this Credit Union has treated me as family. It is a pleasure to deal with them in person, on the phone and even via the internet. Whenever there has been an apparent problem, their representatives responded beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. I have several accounts with them and insist my car dealer place my loans with them.

Ever since i decided to make the change from big bank to genisys credit union, i have been a happy banker!! i love the friendly staff, the quick service! and all the credit union offers. i have bought two certified preowned cars over the the last 6 years with the help of genisys, and they made it So easy!

I love Genisys CU! I’ve been a member for well over 10 years. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. I’ve never had an unresolved issue, the staff at the Clarkston/Dixie Hwy branch, as well as the staff at their main branch in Auburn Hills are wonderful, friendly, quick to return calls, great to work with to borrow from. I am a member for life!! 💕

I don’t normally write reviews but today I am beyond mad. I understand that a pandemic is going on and customers are not allowed in the lobby for our protection. At the same time though I tried to pay my loan online. Not only is it difficult to figure out but you charge a $20 convince payment on top of that. So during a time where people are encouraged to stay home. I have to leave my home and wait in the bank line for 25 minutes to save myself a $20 fee. I’m really disappointed. Your company isn’t providing any “convenience” to anyone but instead profiting off a difficult situation.
