Gerrits Appliance was recommended by a friend and we are very happy we chose to visit. Ben Geers was wonderful to work with and a CHAMP! We are the type of shoppers that expect a high quality level of service above anything else. After four visits, many questions, and shopping around there was no competition on what Gerrits could offer!!! Ben delivered an attentive, low pressure, and transparent experience from beginning to end. Our delivery team was AWESOME!!! Levi & Christian showed up and went the extra mile. They pointed out flaws, gave a demo and even let us thoroughly clean the laundry room floor before install. All we can say is we felt valued, heard and respected and would HANDS DOWN refer anyone to Gerrits and to Ben specifically :) This is why we continue to shop local!

The service when purchasing was great and easy. I had an idea of what I wanted, I told Brad and he suggested a few things. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. For sure will be back for my next appliance. Bonus that they do all their own delivery and instal, compared to big box retailers that use third party.
We have purchased appliances from Gerrits for at least 30 years and have never had a bad experience. The sales staff (this time we worked with Ben) is extremely knowledgeable and the installers are professional and really know what theyre doing. And, while we have had very few service issues over the years, we appreciate knowing that should we have a problem Gerrits services what it sells. Gerrits is a great, local, family run business and we highly recommend them!
Outstanding company to work with. We go through them frequently for appliances in our apartment complex and I am always pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work they do (even when additional work is added at the last minute, thanks again Bruce Meekhof!). Their level customer service along speaks volumes about the level of quality they aim to achieve all around. We have purchased all our appliances for our 45 years of purchasing from Gerrits. We have always appreciated the great service and the responsibility they have taken with the products they sellFour years ago we purchased all new appliances for our new home. These were GE brand and this week was the first time service was needed.I was extremely disappointed that I had to deal with GE directly instead of Gerrits. This would have been a game changer if we had known.We should have been told this up front.Sooo in 10 days we are suppose to get service but they have already cancelled once.Gerrits equals service, Not this time.
We had a commercial dryer delivered and setup in our house on Aug 12.I wanted to leave some positive feedback for the delivery guys James 👍🏽 TylerYou guys did a great job, they had some trouble shooting to do. Nice that these guys cared.Selling is the easiest part, it’s the last part being the delivery that is actually the most important.Initial customer service on the phone was so so, til she realized I was buying, then she was nicer.Delivery guys were professional from start to finish.I recommend Gerrits for appliance purchases and delivery.Erin M

We were very happy with our experience at Gerrits, after going to Lowes and Home Depot and getting no help we decided to check out some little local appliance stores, the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable on all of their products and very helpful. We will definitely go back if and when we need something else! We were very happy to support a small local business!
Had a WONDERFUL customer service experience today with them. After visiting several big box stores and having a very hard time getting a washer right now due to COVID shortages, they helped us find a new LG washer and dryer that we LOVE and will deliver it to us in about a week. So happy we went with them— we will be back for more appliances in the future!
If your shopping for appliances nothing beats the personal and knowledgeable service of one that specializes in just appliances vs the big named hardware stores. Gerrit’s has so much more to offer! Their variety , quality, and knowledgeable sales people can’t be beat! Ben Geers knows appliances and guided me through the comparison process without the pressure of an up sale! After spending time at many different big box locations desperately looking for a replacement refrigerator, Gerritts came through. Our sales rep, Ben, went above and beyond, found the refrigerator we needed, and made sure it was ready the next day. He also helped us settle on a washer and dryer purchase, arranged for drop off of old appliances, and in general turned a highly stressful situation into something manageable. My wife and I had a great experience here. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted in a washing machine. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and gave us a real good education regarding washing machines. We really appreciated their knowledge and helpfulness. We went to another high end appliance store and not only did we not receive an education, the salesman kept talking to us about home entertainment systems since the were on sale.Thanks Gerrits!
Matt and Jason delivered my wash machine on Friday! They were excellent! They came early because of a cancellation and I needed to be at the airport to pick up our son on leave from the Navy! They were very professional and friendly! This was not our first purchase from Gerrits! From the sales to the excellent setup by Matt and Jason, we will be back when we need an appliance! We have been over the top happy and pleased, not only with our multiple new appliances, but also the fabulous staff....from sales staff, Marco to delivery crew including Ty up to the management staff who came to our home at 5pm on a Friday to make sure our new fridge was placed just so in a tight space. Everyone was professional, kind and knowledgable! We will not hesitate to make our next appliance purchases from Gerrits!
HORRIBLE experience here today. The saleswoman working asked us how old our current appliances were and then proceeded to act like we couldnt afford to shop there. She at one point suggested we buy an off brand appliance because it would be more affordable for us, the whole time assuming what our budget was (Lady you have no idea how large of a sale you missed out on and the potential for other customers). We went down the road to a competitor who had amazing customer service & actually wants to sell appliances. We bought a whole house of appliances. My parents are building a home on Lake Michigan and were also thinking of using Gerrits. I have told them to not even bother going into this showroom because I would not want to subject them or anyone else to this RUDE customer service.Saleswoman you have NO IDEA what income level people are when they walk in the door or what their buying power is just by looking at them. We were testing out your customer service. You failed on an epic level. YOU are working RETAIL on a Saturday, get off your high horse lady!To the owners of Gerrits Appliance you may want to review customer service with the older woman (50s-70s) who was working on Saturday 2/8/2020. I would not want her representing me or my company. Based on other reviews it seems she turns away A LOT of customers. In a world where most people are turning to web sales & big box stores, good customer service is the ONLY thing you have to offer and today you failed at that. You lost a large sale today because of your RUDE saleswoman.Social media is everything I can not wait to promote your competitors on mine once my appliances are delivered!
We stopped in at Gerrits Appliance today in search of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We had to travel 45 minutes to go here. Upon arrival a salesman came up to us and asked what we were looking for.We told him that we were looking for a fridge with French doors and freezer on the bottom. A double oven stove, dishwasher with stainless steel interior and a microwave that matches. He proceeded to say the most fridges dont last more than 5-6 years and we couldnt get one till next spring and it was a bad time to buy appliances. Never even touched base on any other appliances. Told us to wait a year. We were shocked how he acted and figured he had more important things to do than help us.We didnt get his name because he never introduced himself to us....so we called the store and described him and the person that answered didnt hesitate telling us his name was Cam. Ive been in sales for 30 years....the way he treated us was pathetic....we came to your store because I knew a person that worked for your company for 25 plus years as a technician. Cam you screwed up....maybe you should find different job....certainly not in sales. We wont be back...had cash to pay for it all....very disappointed!
Have worked with Gerrit’s multiple times for purchase and repair. First class service and an excellent local business. Just worked with Ben on purchasing a refrigerator over the phone. He took as much time as I needed and found the perfect refrigerator for the tough space we had to fit it in.

I live in an Apartment complex that they have washers and dryers in. I called as im in the middle of doing laundry and then machines stopped taking coins. Im assuming they are full of coins and need to be emptied. A lady answer the phone and I told her what the issue was. I then asked if its possible to get someone to come out tonight to fix the machines, and she said no. I then explained that I have two wet loads of laundry and no way to dry them. I explained to her that I have 3.00 into my laundry and asked if I can get my money back, she said no. I was in the middle of explaining to her that I have no where else to do laundry and before I could day anything else, she hung up on me. When I called back, they are not refusing to answer the phones. This is not good customer service.
We purchased a Bosch dishwasher this morning. Mr. Ensing was very knowledgable. No pressure. The price was far lower than what you could find at a big box store. We know from experience that Gerrits services the appliances they sell, even when the manufacturer refuses to do so. The appliance will be delivered in two days. We are loyal!
I had a great experience with Gerrits, they set me up with an entire new kitchen set and laundry set, and they were conscious of my budget, helping me determine the best products that fit what we were looking for.7/29/19 Edit: We have since purchased a Weber Grill from Gerrits, and Ben helped us get the perfect model for our house. They even helped us to install the natural gas connection. Well be coming here for any of our appliance needs.
Although I didn’t purchase our Bosch dishwasher from Gerrit’s, I brought it into them for a repair of a leak that was causing an error code while cycling. Admittedly the leak was intermittent, but Gerrit’s believed they discovered the source of the leak and tighten several screws. Since there wasn’t any replacement parts required, they charged me for the labor. I was relieved that I wasn’t very costly. My delight was short lived when I reinstalled the dishwasher at home and received the same error code on the first cycle. At this point I decided to contact the place that I purchased it (big box store) and after negotiating with them, they agreed to schedule a service call and cover the expense. I subsequently contacted Gerrit’s and requested a refund since they were not successful in repairing the leak. Bruce was willing to provide the refund after I explained my circumstances. I have purchased appliances from Gerrit’s in the past and they will certainly be my first stop when I am looking to purchase again. Bruce was committed to my customer satisfaction, and that is important to me when making major purchases.
So happy with our washer and dryer from Gerrit’s, but more impressed with the service. My dryer broke for good and the washer was on it’s way out, so I was desperate to get the appliances right away (you know how fast laundry piles up when you have kids). Cameron was so helpful— They had no openings for delivery the next few days, but when I asked, he made arrangements to have them delivered the very next morning!
Horrible company. I called for service because my washer and dryer werent working. The guy on the phone told me it wasnt their problem, and then got extremely rude, and hung up on me... Like, what!? Not only are there no warranties, they refuse to service their machines either.Applicances are a huge investment, go to a reputable company like walmart, lowes, best buy etc. Dont gamble your money with Gerrits. They do not stand behind their products.
Just ordered a refrigerator and range from Gerrits. After speaking with two people who worked in the appliance department at Home Depot it was refreshing to speak with some at Gerrits who knew appliances. Far more confident about what Im purchasing and what the trade offs were at various price points. I would happily refer someone else to Gerrits.
When having trouble figuring out what was wrong with our dryer we stopped in to the service center at Garretts appliance. The friendly staff member was very helpful in giving us ideas of what might be wrong and what part we should try to replace. Make this your first stop when fixing an appliance! Gerrits will help you out!
DELIVERED FLOOR MODEL BUT CHARGED FOR NEW APPLIANCEOn June 15, 2020 my wife and I went to Gerrit’s Appliances to buy a refrigerator and a dishwasher--we have been customers since 1979. We bought all-new fridge, wall-mounted double oven, and a dishwasher. The sales guy was Cam Boven.In July Gerrit’s technicians came to install the dishwasher and we noticed that the dishwasher was not new. I called Cam to inquire about it and he confirmed that he sent us the display (floor model). When I said to him that I felt cheated, he responded: “For us it is as new.” He offered to reduce 100 dollars (on a $1,500 dishwasher). We did not accept--we paid for a new one and that is what we wanted. Since they did not have a new one, they took the display model back and then reimbursed us.What is disappointing, and bad business for Gerrit’s, is that at least they should inform the customer that the only item they have is the one on display--then the customer can make a choice. But it is dishonest to assume that because “for them it is as new, I would blindly accept it without having been told. Had I not noticed, I would have paid full price for a floor model. This is cheating. It is quite sad for a company that has been our go-to place for so many years to treat us this way. No longer.
I really wish I could give a better review. We updated our kitchen appliances a year ago and had heard great things about Gerrits. The receptionist started things off, saying she had to go, but not leaving, just getting more upset because she did have somewhere to be. I wish shed just have left. I was fine standing and waiting. She was probably just trying to be helpful.The whole shopping/buying situation was just fine. However, it stops there.- our dishwasher failed to show up for a month. Gerrits claimed their delivery company kept forgetting to deliver. While maybe true, I cant help but feel that the delivery company at fault reflects poorly on Gerrits.- the dishwasher itself is not great. Sure, its quieter as advertised, but there must be something wrong with the draining of the water. Theres a really nasty smell about every time we wash. We have to empty immediately...which leads to the next problem.- The dishes at the end of any cycle option are still soaking wet with condensation...even after the dry cycle is run. Every time we wash, we either have to hand dry, or lay out to dry on the counter so they dont keep the moisture, or sit in the dishwasher and smell.- the stove hood we ordered too was late due to a dent. No big deal. But then a couple of weeks later, it shows up and they installed it with tiny screws. Needless to say, it fell and crashed onto the new stove. My father in-law installed the hood correctly with nuts and bolts.- 2 weeks after we got our fridge, the motor died. Gerrits did come fix the issue. The fridge makes funny noises, but works just fine so far.- The stove works great. Theres your 2nd star. :)None of these things are a huge issue alone. I do understand ordering, installing, and projects like this do often take time and always have hiccups. I really wanted to be able to have a more positive review for Gerrits, a local company. One year later, and Im just still slightly disappointed.I hope you have a more positive experience than we did. Best of luck!
Went in to check on some parts for a washing machine. The lady said she can order any parts I want but proceeded to explain why they wouldnt do it and it would likely not last long due to the type of machine it is.I truly appreciate that she was not just interested in selling parts but doing whats right by a customer.
Within the last couple of days I reached out via your website, participated in the live chat, got a phone call (prompt) as requested and additionally received four different quotes that provided the information I needed...all from Ben Geers.Additionally, after I received the information via email, Ben followed up with a call and provided answers and explanations to my questions. All of this done in a very positive, upbeat, and with an attitude of service.This is one reason why we will be going with Gerrits and using Ben Geers when its time to make our final decisions on the major appliances. Even though pricing may appear be better at some of the big box alternatives, when it comes to installation and what appears to be an authentic concern, Gerrits will be our choice.We will look forward to visiting your showroom once the craziness settles down.
Not good. We paid Gerrits Appliance over $35,000 for all of our appliances for our new home. Weve had Gerrits Appliance service these appliances when they were broken. A few months ago our Viking refrigerator stopped working and Gerrits Appliance needed to order a part which took 2 weeks. Gerrits Appliances service guy said there would be no charge because it was under warranty. Gerrits Appliance sent us a bill anyway. I contacted Gerrits Appliance about the bill and they adjusted it and I paid it. I called Gerrits Appliance today to get 2 appliances serviced and was told there was a note in the computer that they would not provide service to us any longer because of poor payment history. I would not do business with Gerrits Appliance again. Gerrits Appliance seems to be very interested in selling their appliances buy not providing good customer service by fixing the appliances when they dont work.
I recently purchased two new refrigerators with these folks. Ben and Kurt went above and beyond to help me. We have a lakehouse about an hour North of GR. None of the other GR stores were willing to deliver to us. So glad I found these folks. It was a little tricky getting the fridge downstairs but it went well. They did a great job! They treated us like family.
Thanks to the owners, after all the years this is still a nice place to shop for appliances. Most customers like me need help selecting the right appliance for my home. Some can shop at the big box stores and find what might be close to what they think they need. However, Gerrits will make sure its a perfect fit and stand behind it. Dont change what youre doing guys.
I used to be a big box store shopper. I assumed they could always price it better, and service and/or warranty issues were up to the manufacturer anyways. That has not been my experience with Gerrits. Not only was Gerrits able to blow the box store price out of the water, they stand by all of their products with phenomenal service. Appliances arent built like they used to from what I hear, but at least now I have some confidence when buying at Gerrits that I wont get stuck with a lemon. Theyve helped me out of a couple of jams by working on my behalf with the manufacturer to get it right. I dont even bother shopping around anymore. Special thanks to Brad Ensing, awesome sales guy (that should go in his title). I always go to Gerrits.
I was unhappy with a Maytag dishwasher I purchased 5 years ago from a big box store. I constantly was re washing dishes so for the last two years I have hand washed only. I read online reviews of my Maytag and determined I bought a bad dishwasher. For Christmas I decided to buy a new one and I called Gerrits to see if they had the model of whirlpool I had researched and decided to buy. The saleswoman on the phone kindly asked why I was looking to replace my dishwasher. I explained to her my troubles. She suggested I try cleaning it with dishwasher magic and make some changes to the detergent and dry aid i was using. I followed her advice as well as broke my habit of rinsing my dishes before loading and also adjusted my water heater temperature. My dishwasher has never worked so well!!!! No more re hand washing!!!! Everything comes out clean and dry. No film!! Gerrits could have easily secured a sale on a dishwasher but instead gave me advise to try first. They saved me money and in return gained a customer. THANKS!

Stopped at the parts counter for a dishwasher gasket. Dude first tried to save me some money by suggesting a smaller part. Cool. I bought the door gasket and the soap dispenser switch gasket. Dude gave me a basic how-to, and I was on my way.Parts are installed, and theres no leaks.Friendly and helpful was my experience. Its why Ill go back to Gerritts when I buy a new dishwasher.
Never again will we get anything from Gerrits. Bought a dishwasher they recommended, install guy came out one side too short and no wiggle roomon that model. Exchanged for another install postponed another week. Day of install waited until they opened to call and see when they might be coming ( as I had heard nothing prior to this). Two phone calls later was told the dishwasher was damaged and couldnt be installed that day. Than Mary from sales called, and said the truck wouldnt be there in time, and that she had no idea who said it was damaged. Someone there is telling me lies and very poor communication from everyone. Rude staff no matter who you talk to and horrible service, not to mention their prices arent even all that great. Like I said, never again!
Gerrits cant understand either, bad reviews.Always have had good experience with them.Great at helping me fix my 30 plus year old May tag washer and dryer. Bought a microwave, took it home unwrapped it, damaged, I called them, they found another one at dealer out of town, they got it an delivered it to me. FYI Im easy going I normally get messed over.
Im very disappointed with Gerrits repair service. I live in an apt. complex that uses Gerrits to maintain their washers and dryers. I have lived in this apt for over 7 years and have had to call for washer and/or dryer service at least 5 times/year. They can never seem to fix things right the first time. Then, when you call to request a repair the folks answering their phones treat you like you did something wrong and they are doing you a favor by scheduling a repair! To make it worse, when you ask for a refund of the $1.50 or $1.25 their machine ate they really act like they are doing you a favor. I am not a cheap person but you add up all the times you discover a machine is broken -- its always after you have put your coins in -- it runs about $10/year. Over 7 years, Ive lost over $70 and countless hours because they cant seem to fix a washer and dryer correctly.
Ben Geers was very knowledgeable about all of the brands of kitchen appliances we were considering. He took the time to ensure he understood our needs and budget and knew which specific models would best meet them. Ben was also very responsive and helpful in all of the phone and email communications we had with him.
Horrible experience here. I always try to support the local shops. I scheduled a service call and was told they would be here this morning between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. I took the morning off from work and waited all morning for the service technician to arrive. No arrival no calls. I do not recommend Gerrits for anything. Look elsewhere and get better service. Thank you.

We bought a new dryer called scratch and dent because it left the store but was never used. We were never told because it was scratch and dent the warranty period is cut in half. The dryer quits working and we call a tech out and he trouble shoots and says the wiring harness is bad. He ordered a harness and comes out and decides the circuit board may be bad. He decides to not install the harness and orders a board. At this rate Ill be lucky if they get my dryer (that should be under warranty but isnt) gets fixed in 3 weeks.
Purchased a new home and the builder offers their appliance packages through Gerritts. We ended up with a house full of whirlpool appliances and have been disappointed by the products and Gerritts service. Fridge interior door broke off week 1. Dishwasher stopped cleaning well within months, and soap dispenser door of dishwasher started malfunctioning about 6 months in. Gerritts did come out to fix those things initially, but the soap door started malfunctioning again soon after. When I got a chance to stop in and inquire about getting the door fixed, the warranty department lady was surly and informed me we were 15 days past warranty for an issue they already knew was occurring and would have to contact whirlpool or pay full service charges. Lousy service for spending $6000 on appliances. We are replacing our barely 1 year old whirlpool with a Kenmore and certainly wont be shopping at Gerritts.
Strange experience yesterday at Gerrits Appliance and it seems important that management becomes aware-- or at least, other customers shopping for appliances! Most of our appliances are broken or just old. So I drove over to Gerrits Appliance After walking around a bit, a saleswoman came up to me.Her: Can I help you find something?Me: Yes. Right now, I need a washer/dryer. My dryer just broke. But I also need a new dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, wall ovens. Right now, I have a kitchen that is all white and the appliances are white with the white panels that match the cupboards.Her: How old are they?Me: Most all of them are going on 25 years old.Her: Well, Im going to say that we are not going to be able to help you.(Long silence as we both looked at each other.)Me. Oh...Okay.I walked out the door and proceeded to take my business to Bekins-- its a farther drive, but the salesman was so kind and offered a lot of guidance. I spent about $20,000 in replacing EVERYTHING in our home. This past fall, my daughter and son-in-law were trying to buy their appliances at Gerrits for the new home they built, and got a cold shoulder treatment from Gerrits. They felt the saleswoman was rude, cold and lacked of professionalism. So, even though they had a discount from Eastbrook Builders to use Gerrits, they left because of a lack of helpfulness and purchased everything from Brummels Sales Center. Dont understand what is going on at Gerrits Appliance. Very strange! Oh well!
What is great place to shop at. Not only was the sales guy great, the service team was great as well. Had problems with my new stove from the get go and yes they stand behind what they sell, would highly send my friends and family to shop there. Nice store layout as well

I went to Gerrits for a microwave plate, That had recently cracked. The guy at the counter said they had some used ones in the warehouse I could take a look at. We found one that ended up working great. Being a used plate. The gentleman gave it to me for free. A replacement plate was valued at 60$. I will make them my first stop for appliances in the future.
Went in to look at 48 inch stoves. The lady who waited in us had no personality and she made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her.I had emailed a sales person a few times ahead of time to see if they had the particular stove we were looking for. He denied even responding to me emails until I showed them to him. Very poor customer service.
What RUDE people !! Had three (3) recommendations to call Gerritts appliance repair for a stove repair. HA !After explaining wed just purchased this home, the woman who answered the phone DEMANDED to know where it was purchased (hello ??); became even surlier when after being told it was a 6 year old stove. Suggested she look up name in database and she REFUSED. Did offer to take our phone number ... no doubt for telemarketing.HORRIBLE, horrible and .... appalling.
I went here to get a igniter for my maytag stove.The staff was very helpful and had the part in stock, $73.14 was the cost reluctantly I bought it. When I got home I check the part on amazon ( what I should have done in the first place) $24. Its 3X the amount what the HELL???? I could return it but thanx to there no return policy on gas or electric parts I am stuck with it. Take there help and advice BUT DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THEM.
We went for the Labor Day Weekend tent sale but by the time we arrived, there was little left. The salesperson inside seemed annoyed with us and the young children who accompanied us and when comparing quotes, their prices were higher than Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Best Buy.
We bought a dishwasher that had problems right away we had leaks and electric problems. I know they dont make the products they sell but they could atleast stand behind them. It was a big struggle to get them to do anything. This was before the warranty ran out they finally in my opinion put a bandaide on it to last long enough for the warranty to run out. Then I bought a washer and dryer from them and low and behold I am having problems with the dryer. I am getting the run around again on wether they will stand behind it. the warranty just barely ran out. Luckly I can get it fixed without them but I will look elsewhere to buy appliances.
Didnt have a great first experience but then Brad took control of the situation and not only gave me options and solutions but did it all in a very short amount of time. He called me after hours and provided me with a host of options. Great experience. Thank you Brad.
On the times that I have used their service it takes them months to complete the job. The prices are no better than the big box stores and I went their because of their service--only to find out it was really lacking. The men who show up do not even say hello or announce themselves and just walk in like they live at your house. I will never shop there again.
I have a LG Dish Washer that the door cable broke and was never installed properly by another service company. The only place I would call is Gerrits Appliance, set an appointment. John came on schedule & time . He fixed the door cable & properly installed the DW. Gerrits Appliance is the BEST.

2022-06-29It appears that the only way to get a response from Gerrit’s is to post a negative review. I have now left 2 voicemails for the service manager and one for the service department and no one has bothered to called me back. This is now the second dryer that I have received from Gerrit’s that has leaked and they are trying to blame me for not cleaning the seal rather then trying to get it resolved. I expected way more from a local business.

2022-06-04This company is a joke. We have their machines in our apartment and the exhaust vent detach, causing carbon monoxide to leak into our apartments. we call the gerrits many times with no answer and left several messages to have this issue fixed its been over a week now...still broken. Im really glad that my kids lives matter to these people. Oh yeah, they came and collected their quarters tho. P.s. We also contacted the apartments too they dont care either.

2021-09-16We had our first experience with Gerrits Appliance in March when our washing machine needed to be replaced. We had such a good experience there and with Ben, the salesman, it was the only place we went when our fridge died in May. Again, Ben was helpful in listening to what we were looking for and directed us accordingly. Due to appliances being backordered, which Ben fully explained, the fridge we ordered in May was delivered just yesterday. We couldnt be happier, it is exactly what we wanted! We have also been impressed with the delivery guys. Yesterday, Jason and Isaac were here installing and unpacking the fridge. They were polite, kind, and aware of keeping things picked up and clean. The guys in March were also impressive. We will definitely be back to Gerrits for our next appliance purchase.

2021-09-15You cant beat the service! Our fridge died. We purchased a new one but delivery was two weeks out! After explaining, the salesman contacted delivery department manager and they were able to deliver next day! The salesman didnt have to make the effort to call. He went above and beyond! We would recommend Gerrits to friends and family!

2022-03-10I stopped in when I needed to replace my refrigerator. I was a little put off by the fact that prices were nowhere to be seen. It did kinda go with the sales ladys demeanor that seemed a little, if you have to ask, you cant afford it. Maybe I was just oversensitive that day, but I was also put off by her immediately walking me through the chi-chi showroom to the cheap stuff back in the loading dock and her relatives lack of interest in finding me an appliance. Couldve just been an off day, but I didnt get anything and probably wont go back.

2021-09-22We purchased all new kitchen appliances for a home remodel project and we LOVE them. Shortly after installing the new kitchen appliances our washing machine broke, Gerrits had one available that we picked-up within a few days. When our new dryer was in-stock our salesman personally delivered it to our front door! We are so impressed by Gerrits personal, friendly and knowledgeable team and would highly recommend them to our friends and family!

2022-02-16Customer service on the vending side of this business is sad their machine will take the customers money here and now yet if their machine doesnt work the customer is then told they have to wait for the refund to come in the mail? Who wants to wait for a check in the mail of 50 cents or a couple of dollars to then have to spend more than that in gas to take it to the bank and deposit or cash it with companies like cash app and PayPal around what is the point other than that they are sure that the majority of people will just call the 50 cents a loss very sad

Ben Geers did a fantastic job of showing us the appliances we were interested in and answering all of our questions. He was very courteous and professional. My appliances arrived sooner than anticipated, what a wonderful surprise. There delivery and installation were very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Gerrits Applience!
