Service center employees need to step up their game and communicate better. They seemed apologetic but didn’t fix our problem after two trips and lack of listening to what the problem was with our car . Will be looking for another dealership now to fix our car. Sad because we really liked our sales rep and this just shows it’s all about money and not helping people with the actual repairs needed to the car.
Valet service. Wonderful. With our Honda, Im used to the mechanic talking to me about what he found and what he did. No mechanic talked to be. it was the oil drain cap lose. So did they just tighten it or put a new one on? Was it the seal? Gezon is only one who services that car so I knew if it was just lose????? Asked my driver and he found out. ?????
It took a week for the appraiser, two to get the parts, and a week to put it together. It looked great when it was done! They detailed it for me which took the sting out of being without my car for so long. Especially since it wasnt detailed the last time I had work done.
EXCELENT SERVICE: This was my first experience with Gezon Motors. My vehicle developed an issue on a Friday. It was able to limp along, but was not drivable. The dealership I usually used had a two week waiting list. Left a message for Gezon on Friday night, and received a call on Saturday. She offered that if the car was there, then they might be able to look at it on Wednesday, so fist thing Monday morning, we brought it in. A few hours later, I received a call, they had a cancelation, along with a list of repairs. By the next afternoon, it was completed, and they even sent the Shuttle driver to pick me up. My final cost came in less than the quote by about $200. I am sold and will be a customer from now on. Thank you Gezon Service!
Had a very negative service experience here. Bought my car from this dealership and haven’t had any issues with them in previous years. However, this year I had a warranty fix needed on my car, and was told it would be completely covered under warranty. It took me a very long time to even get it inspected and schedule an appointment. I had to call multiple times just to check to see if my part had arrived there, no one ever contacted me. Then, no one ever contacted me to let me know it would cost $300, and found out only when I went to pick up the car. Overall, terrible communication and disappointing customer service.
If i could go higher on the points, it would be 10+++.found a car we liked on a saturday and by monday night we were driving home with it.our salesman,Matt was very friendly, professional and helpful during the buying process.He did not give us any pressure in deciding to get the car or not. He took the time to show me all the features on the car and how to use them. we really love our new ride.Great job Matt. we will recommend you to anyone we know looking for a car.
I had a car accident and my car was totaled. I have been waiting and looking for a car for three months. We were greeted by Matt Merrill he was very helpful. He was scheduled to be on vacation the next day but arranged for us to sign anyway. The manager Marty helped us out and was awesome as well! I love my new Atlas and was grateful to Matt for scheduling another appt with me to come get the tour of my car. Totally recommend Gexon!
VW Service center front desk employees were both rude and caught attitude with me after I stopped and asked about getting an oil change last night. I forgot it was Thursday and they werent open late, but I didnt need to be reprimanded like a child and have eye rolls and glares thrown my way. I was told to call ahead to see if they were busy but they likely were and then got a complete rundown of their schedule even though I didnt ask...I understand being busy, but discouraging customers from seeking out your services seems counterproductive. I also understand we are all stressed but the behavior was uncalled for, I did not walk in demanding an oil change and now I feel bad for even asking in the first place. Ill go elsewhere, even though I dont want to because Ive always appreciated their service center treatment up until now.
Gezon Mitsubishi took care of the oil change and were able to effectively diagnose a “ghost” problem with a reported humming sound. Parts were ordered and will be covered under manufacturer warranty.I was very satisfied with the customer service and their accommodations in such busy day.
Went in to get a recall done on my current car and walked over to the show room to talk to them about a new one. Salesman Paul Jones was more than happy to spend time talking to me and showing me different options. He has followed up with me several times and I actually am waiting for the new car to arrive
Walked in to try and talk about a car, we had to get the salesman’s attention even tho there was no one there. The salesman then acted like he didn’t even want to help us, told the salesman which car and he went to ask someone about it, then came back talking about a different car than the one we asked about, he said he’d give us a call about it and I had to get him to take our phone number and name. My boyfriend and I are 24 and 25, just because we’re young doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take our business seriously! Very poor experience.
Jessica Is A Very Top Notch Worker And Needs To Be Appreciated For It! The Other Workers Who Helped Are Appreciated And Awesome For Working With Us! Jessica Went Top Notch To Make Sure We Were Satisfied As To Even Staying Late When They Closed To Wait For Us To Pay! She Helped Us Tremendously And We Appreciate Her Tons!
Had an appointment for 10am, They said that I was the first customer of the day. They FINALLY finished my 45 minute recall fix at 3:00pm! FIVE STINKING HOURS! I live half an hour away, Im just grateful I had a friend that picked me up. BUT, because I live so far awayI wasted my entire day!I understand being short staffed due to illness, dont get me wrong! But why not call customers to reschedule instead of having one technician try to fit customers in. Other than that, I guess they did OK fixing the problem, thats what the second star is for.
I can say this was a wonderful experience! My husband and I had a less than pleasant experience at Betten; we left there and went to Gezon Volkswagen and left with the SUV we wanted!! What started as an awful experience at Betten Volkswagen was turned around 360 degrees with Matthew at Gezon Volkswagen!! THANK YOU So Much for the Amazing Customer Service!!!
If a half of a star was available this is what I would rate my recent experience with Gezon Motor, It took over a month to complete what I was told was a two hour Job. Then the price was $330 more than what I was told. They had the nerve to tell me that they discounted the job only to bring it back to slightly above the original price. I would not recommend anyone to have a vehicle serviced here unless you have a month of your life to waste on following up on getting your vehicle fixed and back in your possession.
Cameron (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Mary were great to work with. It took a 7 weeks to get my car fixed and back to me. I was dealing with Jessica before Cameron stepped in. Jessica I hope that you learn to step up your communication game with customers because dealing with you put a bad taste in my mouth for Gezon. I sat down and talked with Cameron and then Mary yesterday and they got my car finished within 24 hours. Thank you so much for that. So far its running like a champ.
I stand by my original review that the sales staff including Paul, whom Ive dealt with for years, her terrific. However, their service department deserves less than zero stars. I have made appointment weeks in advance and been booted or canceled because they incorrectly scheduled or overscheduled. Then I have rescheduled for three weeks in the future again, only to find out that they couldnt finish it even that time and that it would have to stay over the weekend. Theres no follow-through, promises made never even come close to being kept. The service department is abysmal. They do however get five stars for their ability to make excuses.
I recently purchased a 2022 Tiguan SE from Matthew Merrill here at Gezon Motors. Extremely professional, no hassles; just a pleasure to deal with. Bruce in finance was great to deal with, as well. Seems like a nice “family dealership.” Also, they aren’t gouging like a lot of places during the pandemic. Highly recommend them. I drove 2 hrs out of the way and don’t regret it for a second.
I’ve been asking for years and finally Gezon Nissan allowed me to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to go somewhere else last time because whenever I called, they said they were too busy. I even tried Fox Nissan but they never called me back. This time not only did Gezon Nissan call me back but I was able to get an appointment in two days. The service was relatively quick and the service liaison was friendly and helpful. This was probably the easiest appointment I’ve had in the 6 years I’ve owned my Nissan. Keep it up Gezon Nissan.
Service work is done professionally. Jessica in service is very friendly. She must be the only person who works in service. Shes always on the phone and you have to leave her a message. Scheduling service is terrible. Again, only one person does that who never answers the phone. So another voicemail you must leave and wait for a call back. Then they are always at least 3 weeks out. They do good work but it takes a lot of voicemails and a few weeks to get them to do the work.
I had a wonderful experience with Gezon today. They far exceeded my expectations. Joann was able to fit me into their schedule, even though they were really busy. Which was so much more accommodating than the other VW dealer that I called. My appointment was at 2:00 and they pulled my car in at 1:58pm. The staff member at the service counter was very pleasant and efficient. And one hour later my car was finished. They answered all of my questions and the checkout was quick and pleasant. Overall, one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a dealership.
Paul and the whole team at Gezon Nissan were great throughout the entire process! I especially appreciated their willingness to answer questions via phone/email/text, I never felt pressured to come in, like so many other dealers do. Best experience I’ve ever had getting a new vehicle. Thanks gang!
Gezon Motors was a great dealership to work with on my recent Nissan NV200 purchase. Both Mike Ipollito and Bruce Angell were very professional and the transaction went very smooth. I was recently in the market for a new car after my old one broke down. Although I live in Lansing, going through Gezon Motors in Grand Rapids was definitely the best decision I could’ve made! The entire staff were professional, courteous, answered all my questions, and followed up many times after the car purchase. I would highly recommend any family and friends to go to Gezon for any car needs. As a happy customer, I certainly felt very well taken care of. Thanks again!
Absolute worst service ever. Purchased a Nissan from this dealership and have had nothing but issues with it. Thankfully had a warranty to get a $5000 transmission installed less than a year after purchase. I then bring my car in for recall repair and a fan noise to be looked at under warranty. Their service Dept kept my car for a week and never fixed it. Soon as I drove off the sound was there. How can any mechanic miss that?!?! They sure charged me labor to do nothing tho. Then I call to make my appt again to drop it back off to fix original issue…not one person can assist or knows anything about me, my car, or any issues. Come to find out the service mgr had just walked out. I wonder why. Get the rudest call from their service scheduler basically berating me over the phone. Unacceptable Gezon. This is how every interaction is at this dealership.Spare yourself the time and heartache and take your business elsewhere. I promise this isn’t the place to go.
We had a great experience with getting the vehicle that we wanted. With limited stock and little Time on our end.Paul was a true professional when it came to getting our deal done. They took time to show us all the features on our new vehicle and he even stayed late on a Friday to make sure we were comfortable with all of the options our car had. We will definitely be a returning customer.
Went to buy a little hose for Nissan its for power steering reservoir they did not have it said it will take 1 week to get here said it was special order. okay I said do other dealers have it and they say no.i said thanks but no I ordered in Amazon going to be here in 2 days.amazon is king baby dont waste your time in AutoZone OReillys etc or dealers I spend 6 hrs driving yesterday and didnt get nothing.
I bought a Nissan from Bill Gezon in 2019. Traded that vehicle in for a larger Nissan in 2021. Things were promised to me that I didn’t get including a 60k mile service. Bill told me that the services were done but when I checked with the service department, it hadn’t been done. He then stated that they weren’t going to do it.There was almost no gas I the vehicle even though I was promised a full tank of gas. I contacted Bill and he came to my job the next day and filled my vehicle up.I’ve received several emails from Nissan. I responded to emails from Bob about someone helping me with figuring out the new features( which was offered in the email) and also about a warning light that keeps coming on. I haven’t received a response and it’s been a week. I’m glad I have the vehicle but not the customer service. This entire experience was stressful and I expected better.
Brought my Armada to be inspected based on a potential roof leak in August, and was told they confirmed the leak and would write a claim to Nissan. I was also told they would follow-up. In September I called to follow-up to check on the status of the claim. I was told that they could see I was there in August but that a claim was not filed. I would need to bring my car in again to be inspected. After over a month of them trying to find a loaner vehicle, I was given an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, there was no car for me to take. After 4 months of going back and forth with Gezon, there is no claim submitted and no appointment set to do the re-evaluation. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. If you are looking to purchase a car, this is NOT the place.
Had my husband drop my car off and he said the women at the desk was short, uninformative, and rude. All 6 times I called, no one could give me any answers on the progress of my car that was getting a new key, estimated time of completion, or really anything. No one ever seemed to know what was going on. I always had to leave my name and number to be called back at their convince. Never received any emails about the work being preformed or when I would expect it. I finally received a call back after another body shop called up there. It took 11 full work days just to get a key fob married to my car. I understand that they were busy and short staffed but good communication would have been appreciated. Will not be going back.
Wasnt the best experience I ever had dealing with repairs and insurance Co. Reps trying to get everything done. Still have broken bumper and missing skid plate that was suppose have been fix. Went in for oil change still tells me the change your oil reminder still coming on. You would think a V.W. dealership would know how to reset the oil reminder. Will be doing ANY business with this place EVER again. Sorry Gezon I know one customer doesnt mean a thing to you but good customer service means something to ME. My mother suggested I see Paul to purchase my car. Though her car didn’t work out for her, she was so happy with Paul and all the help he provided. She was not wrong. Paul is great at what he does and I felt confident in my purchase. He was very detailed and helped me find the best deal for my budget.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. All who we delt with didnt pressure us into anything. While it was sad, for them, that their website wasnt working properly it was great for us because we had time to make that important decision! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Nissan or Mitsubishi in the future!
My daughter was looking for a new car so we stopped by Gezon Motors to see what they had to offer. We were greeted by sales manager Martin Gomez who introduced us to our salesman Bill Gezon. Over the next 3 days, Bill spent many hours showing us numerous new and used vehicles. We couldnt have asked for a better salesman. Bill was patient and put zero pressure on my daughter as she decided what car was best for her. My daughter finally chose a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross which she absolutely loves.I cannot thank Gezon Motors enough for making my daughters first new car experience a positive and fun one. Everyone we dealt with at Gezon was friendly and took time to answer any and all questions we had. Thanks Bill, Martin, Mike, Bruce and Mary!
I went there to get an oil change, also ended up getting a air filter changed, and wipers. Some how when I got my car back I noticed I big scratch on my hood that was not there before I took it in. They told me it was there and tried to make it sound like I was trying to scam them or something when they put a huge deep scratch in my hood so I ended having to make a claim with my insurance company today. Never will I go back to Gezon motors after this. Before then I liked the place. I take it there to get the oil changes because I bought it from them. Bottom line looked like someones first time putting car wipers on. Not happy... Service advisor Lexie McGuire recommended that i was just gonna have to make a claim with my issurance to get it fixed. I called vw corporate about it but nothing corporate could do on there end. My name on on computer there is Jonathan Scherer. This is the second time I have had my vehicle serviced here great service and quick. The only reason 4 stars is I went straight to the car wash after and found a large oil spill on the side of my car. It was stuck to the passenger side of my car. I scrubbed it for a hour before it would come off.
Bill Gezon is wonderful to work with. He helped us find an incredible car with all the safety features we wanted, and all the fun bells and whistles with a cool look that mattered to our daughter in a car for her to drive - all at a good and fair price. I would definitely recommend working with him and Gezon Motors.
We have purchased several vehicles from Gezon and more specifically Paul Jones. The product is wonderful and the buying process is equally pleasant. Paul is knowledgeable, takes his time to explain details and makes the process run smoothly. He has taken the time to help explain features and benefits to my teen driver which helps her understand how a professional works so she knows what to expect when she buys her 1st car. Cant recommend high enough.
We’ve taken our cars here for the last few years and even written 5 star reviews in the past too. However I’m disappointed because last week we got our car back (after a $1200 bill) only to find they didn’t complete all of the maintenance they charged us for, and wouldn’t refund us for the one task that they didn’t complete. We had to finish the work ourselves (it involved taking off the front bumper). It’s not a huge amount we were asking to be refunded (about $30), but it’s still frustrating they refused to do anything after we just spent so much on the rest of the maintenance. Unfortunately, we won’t be taking our cars back here.
Very professional service from the moment I called to have my key fob replaced. Jesus was very helpful ordering my key, and the person who set up my appointment got me in at my earliest available time. At the time of programming my fob, it was quicker than expected and all interactions were personable and professional. I’d definitely recommend Gezon Parts department.
My Wife and I just bought our first new car from Gezon. A VW Passat. Our sales person Mike was fantastic and The F&I guy, Bruce, was also amazing. Couldnt be Happier. We will absolutely be back.Update - Im knocking a couple stars off my review. The post purchase experience has been less than desirable. Bruce in the office sold us on a Ceramic coat job and promised us a loaner so my wife could drop off on the way to work and pick up on her way home. We scheduled the service over the phone with our salesmen as Bruce was on vacation at this point. My wife had the day off so I ended up taking it in. When I arrived Mike was not present and no one at the dealership knew about our appointment nor did they have a loaner car ready as discussed. They bumped our appointment for other appointments so the vehicle was not done when I was on my way home from work as discussed. The detail guy left dirty water streaks all over our brand new interior, didnt clean the rims, and even damaged our front driver rim on a curb.They have since agreed to have a wheel repair guy fix the wheel, which should be replaced but Ive yet to broach the subject as I wait to see the quality of work they do. Once again I told my sales guy that this is an appointment where my wife would drop her car off on her way to work and pick up on her way home and she would be needing a loaner car. I gave him a series of days we were available as he would have to schedule the wheel guy. He just contacted me 4 days later asking if I could drop it off tomorrow morning at 9am. I told him my wife would drop off on the way to work and pick up on her way home and he replied Okay I didnt factor in that you would need a car. Shelby needs a car for the day?The post sales service at this dealership is abhorrent. Our sales guy is either forgetful or just doesnt care. Im frankly done dealing with him. I will be contacting Bruce, having a conversation with him about my experience so far, and will be making sure that I can deal with someone else at the dealership for future warranty and service appointments.This is a very disappointing experience. This is our first new car, its a big deal to us. Ive worked at dealerships before and Ive seen first hand what proper care and service is, and this dealership just isnt it. Im recanting my statement that we will be back. If Bruce or someone else doesnt improve the post sales service, I will never be back.
Great new car buying experience! Could not be more pleased with my 2021 Nissan Rogue or the staff at Gezon. They had the best price in town and the exact model I wanted in their inventory. The transaction was very proficient, professional and streamlined. Theyve gained a loyal customer!
I had a great experience in service! Jessica who was taking care of us was very friendly and patient and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face the entire time. They did a great quality job on everything I needed, I would highly recommend coming here and talking to Jessica!
Unfortunately, my customer experience has been, by far, the worst car dealership experience of my life.We purchased our vehicle with the extended warranty. Every single time we have had an issue, covered under the warranty, we have problems.1st Every time there is an issue that is covered under warranty, they cant find the warranty. On 2 occasions we had to wait over an hour for them to find it. The only solution offered to us other than waiting. Pay the full amount, when they find the warranty they will credit back our account. We eventually emailed them a copy of our warranty, per their request. Apparently they are so unorganized they cant seem to keep their records straight.2nd they can never seem to find the time to get us into service, no matter how urgent the situation. No matter if we can even drive our car or not. Even though we have bumper to bumper coverage where they are supposed to provide a rental. We have only been offered a rental once. Every other time we have been told there are no rentals available. This is a dealership. No cars???3rd The last time I called regarding a warranty covered repair... she said let me speak to Brandy and I will call you back. that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for a call back.Most recently, I called about an issue and was told park it, dont drive it, I have no idea when we could get to it. We are scheduling a month out. This is our only vehicle! I am beyond frustrated, All I have ever expected is to receive what I am promised, when speaking to staff.To receive what I paid for, including extended warranty covered work and the agreement with bumper to bumper coverage.
Estimated time of appointment was 45 minutes. Took over 2 hours. No one ever updated me or checked on me to see if I needed anything while waiting. TV was on a very inappropriate show that was offensive. I was asked to move from a sitting area for another customer coming in and no one ever came and used the sitting area. This place has gone downhill fast and if I hadn’t leased from them I would not return for service. Always feel like I am a big inconvenience when I call to make appointment.Service on car was actually done well and under warranty though so that part was good. But customer service for me personally was the pits!
Best experience I have had compared to other dealers. Everything was explained to the fullest without missing a step. Astounding service and comprehension of the preferred vehicle. Many options, and amazing how the team works together! Paul made sure to keep in touch and get back with me to answer all questions the same day or very next day through telephone and email. No delays and patient with the courses i was willing to take as well as changes. I would definitely come back to nissan for another purchase as well as recommending to family and peers. Very pleased with the vehicle I was able to bring home!
This is my 5th lease from Gezon. I’m always very happy with their service. The people are great to work with and I always love my Nissan’s. They all do a great job. Bill, Paul, and Bruce. This latest lease is for a Nissan Rogue, which will do all that we need it to do, in total comfort. The updates to technology are amazing.
Mike I was great to work with. He kept our budget in mind and sold us a great car within our requested price range. We regret not finding Gezon sooner.Mike sold us a second vehicle, and, again, gave us a phenomenal deal. Both cars are working well and have had no problems.We will reach out to Gezon again for our vehicle needs.
1st time taking Beetle for service at Gezon. Horrible customer service and over blown estimate. Dropped car off @ 8:40 for 9:00 am appointment. No call from dealer. 3:00 pm I contact dealer, don’t get service, lady answering phone says it’s still being looked at. Huh? 4:30 pm I call again same lady answered gives me service technician voicemail. 4:38 pm I get call from dealer with over $3000 estimate, for example replace entire catalytic converter because the fully functioning one is aftermarket. Rather than repair broken piece, which is a “part” inside of mirror, they recommend replacing entire side view assembly at over $500. Never in my life have I dropped a vehicle at a dealership for repair and not even gotten a return call with an estimate for service needs until the end of the day, Let alone the massive fee/parts gouging. Plus they wanted to keep it for another day or so. Go to YELP and read the reviews on this dealer. The negative ones are all accurate!!
Great service. Always professional. I do wish Nissan took appointments for oil changes...there always seems to be a number of cars in front of me and I end up spending at least 1.5 hours there. With that being said, they always do their best to get me out of there as fast as they can.
This place is by the the worst of any vehicle manufacture dealer I have ever dealt with. They take FOREVER to do anything when they service your car. Today I walked in around 10:10 and there was 1 oil change in front of me. They said I would be done by approx 11:30. I decided to wait. Then at 11:12 I walked up to the counter as I could see my car still sitting in the parking lot. So I asked if it would still be done by 11:30 as I told them when I got there I needed to leave by then for a work appointment. They told me no, so I told them I wanted my keys so I could leave. I told them the last dealership I got a vehicle from got me in and out in 20 min every single time to do an oil change and tire rotation.I would NOT recommend this place to buy a vehicle or get service done.

Worst oil change experience ever! It took them an hour and thirty minutes to do an oil change. Are ya kidding me? Originally i was told it would take about thirty minutes. So awesome that they are only first come first serve and wont let you make appointments! Oh and i hope you like standing while you wait (you know, stand for an hour and a half) because there isn’t enough seating. Why did i buy from this dealership again? I wont be back.In response to their reply:I called to make an appointment and i was told I couldn’t make one, so I don’t know why you say there are limited appointments available. Also it was said that they are not needed, but as i see in other reviews, i am not the only one waiting an hour and a half for an oil change and wishing i could have made an appointment. Lastly about the “additional seating” comment. During my visit, ALL seating was being used by other customers and i was forced to stand. Please except that the poor service I received is real. It did happen, and going forward you should work to better service your customers. With covid being such an issue now a days it is crazy to think that appointments are not in your business model. Get with the times already.
Had a great experience with the service department after literally just driving past and stopping in for an oil change.They performed the oil change in a good time frame, told me when I checked in about an open recall that they also completed. Also, they were very clear with their recommendations (and why).Ill definitely go back based on the service I received.
Terrible! Brought in for check engine light scheduled 6 weeks ago. Told them which sensor needed. Left car, body shop person called and wondered why I had left my car. No notes, service mange had quit. Then had to leave overnight because Nissan had to approve warranty work. Werent sure part was in. Never will use this service at this dealer again. Drove up for quick oil change which is drive up and sign on door no quick oil changes this week?!!. Not acceptable in my mind. No car wash even tho promised, every time you being in we give a complimentary wash.
I am not happy, or impressed with the service I received here. Brought my vehicle in for recalls that needed to be completed, car was driving and operational when dropping it off, now after recalls have been done, there car can not be driven. They refuse to take responsibility for anything. Was in working order when dropping off, now would have to be towed out. Have tried to contact the GM to resolve this issue and he wont get back to me. At this point they are completely ignoring me.
I had a bolt stuck in my tire. I was on my way to work and in a huge rush. I ordered the new tire but they said that it would not be in until 5 to 7 days later do that there was a holiday coming up. The mechanics put my spare tire on free of charge right away so I could get to work on time. About a week later I came back and had my tire replaced. Justin was super helpful at the counter and I will definitely be coming back for future repairs
It took a month to get my appointmentIt took a week to get the part.Plus two day to Finish it.Plus the cost was high.This is the next day and it died again. You charged me for a part that was not the problem. $620.00. Its a wire thats grounding out. Follow the wire. PLEASEEEEI gave you the car again and you said you couldnt find the problem. I told you again follow the wires. You must of did that because it has not blown a fuse. Which means you moved the wire from where it was grounding out. I took it to you because your a VW dealer. You should know my car the best. BUT YOU FAILED BADLY AND IT COST ME BADLY$620.00........YOU FAILED.......BADLY....
Gezon Motors states that they offer fast, convenient service on your schedule, and that appears to be falling through the cracks.I showed up 30 minutes after opening on a Saturday, to be quoted a 1.5 hour wait for an oil change. I considered the possibility that this was due to it being a Saturday, so I tried again another day. Today, mid-day on a weekday, I arrived to the service center requesting an oil change to be quoted another 1.5 hour wait. This is not fast, convenient, or anywhere near appropriate for my schedule for a service so minimal.Gezon Motors should consider allowing scheduled appointments for all services, including oil changes, particularly during their peak times of day. Alternatively, I encourage the service center to have more employees trained to perpetrate oil changes when they are consistently several vehicles behind. If maintenance services arent a priority to the company, they should be discontinued as an offered service.The service Ive received in the past has been of high quality, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and the prices are fair, but none of these factors are worth the sacrifice of time in comparison to competitors. I am thoroughly frustrated by the difficulty of something that should be have been very easy.**UPDATE** Added a star after being contacted by Gezon Motors with respect to this review. The individual I spoke with was thoughtful and offered to allow a scheduled appointment for my next oil change service. I hope this pertains to everyone, and not just those who complain about a questionable policy or procedure. Unfortunately I wont be able to find out because my Nissan was involved in an accident shortly thereafter and I replaced it with a different make.
I have nothing but good things to say in regards to this dealership! Everyone is friendly and always ask have you been helped as they walk through the dealership. I had to have work done from a recall. I had a great rental and my car was fixed in no time. Brady was very nice and informative. I recently took my car in for a repair and I had nothing less than a great experience! It was convenient to be able to schedule an appointment time that worked within my schedule for the repair. The work was finished faster than expected and within an hour! From the beginning, I have had great experiences at Gezon. Tim was an amazing help with vehicle selection from the start - I just love the vehicle he helped me choose! The repair staff was wonderful as well. Car even came out washed! Great experiences all aroud.
Both times I have been here the employees have all been helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of my issue both times within minutes! I appreciate that they don’t intimidate or scare you into doing extra things that your car doesn’t need - which can be common at service centers! They inform you of their recommendations and give realistic expectations on cost, time, and urgency.
I sent the following email and awaiting a phone call:Joann,Thank you for reaching out to me.I am sorry to inform you that the service yesterday was not 100% satisfactory. I say that, due to lack of communication. I setup service for diagnosing the service engine fault code and felt that I would get a prognosis within the first hour. I had to wait for 2.5 hours on the diagnosis.The technician not only checked the service engine issue, but he did an overall test point check of the entire car. As much as I appreciate that, the problem is that no one communicated to me that was going to happen.I get a laundry list of issues with my car and felt that parts were being pushed on me. I also felt that I was charged for more than just the diagnosis of the service engine soon issue.What was disappointing is that I have to return to have a part installed that should be in stock. Needless to say, I may call today and cancel my return visit. Again, thank you for asking
Kind and courteous service. They do a good job and they know my vehicle. Everybody I speak to at this dealership knows what theyre talking about. Lots of other mechanics shops or car dealerships hire people that dont have the knowledge to work in auto service. Im glad that Gezon Motors has standards.
I was experiencing a consistent problem that occurs after driving for 45 minutes. Still under warranty. I was charged for an hour after they test drove it less than a mile (mileage in=mileage out) and didnt experience the problem and also didnt get any codes so said it was fine. Letting the car idle for an hour will not bring up ALL components to operating temperature, such as the transmission and other moving components, you needed to actually drive the car to recreate the problem. Engineer and mechanic here, a scan tool or computer should not replace proper testing.
I enjoyed my interaction with the service department at Gezon Motors. I had to cancel once and reschedule my appointment and they couldnt have been more accommodating and even sent me two e-mail reminders!I had brought my car in for a recall regarding the brake line. That is about the extent of my knowledge of the recall but Gezon gave me a paper explaining just exactly what they did and for this I am very grateful!
The service department at Gezon’s is excellent! They were ready for me at my appointment time and did the work planned. They informed me of additional service due soon and we decided to take care of that as well. Costs were reasonable too! Was on my way home in record time! Thanks Gezon!
I took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for a recall repair. Unfortunately and not the fault of Gezon they were not able to get my car started when I brought it in. They were able to get to my car later in the day and called me with an update on the progress. They gave me the option of proceeding with some or all of the recommended replacements which I appreciated. I liked that they washed the car before I picked it up.
They were quick and courteous. I just received an oil change. Unlike a lot of other service centers Ive taken my vehicle to they didnt lie and say my wipers were bad and needed replacing or other such thing like that. They did give a list of things they checked passing everything that I knew was fine and giving me a list of reasonable prices on things I knew were going to need looking into in the near future. The customer service representative pointed out the page with the prices without pushing me towards anything. And the price for the oil change was 5$ less than quoted.
Great service, friendly atmosphere, and clean. They are exceptionally thorough and honest. The service department is always super friendly, knowledgeable and forthright. The technicians are very well trained and honest. I would never think of taking my car anywhere else. Gezon Rocks!
I have had the BEST experience buying my first new vehicle from Gezon! Bill was fantastic with helping me find what I am looking for in my budget! I unfortunately got my SUV wrecked in a car accident but Tracey and Bill were quick to get me a nice new rental to make sure I can get my children around and I can wait to go back and buy another Outlander!
The staff was kind and informative to everyone I saw them interact with while I was there. They answered all of my questions very quickly as well. Oil change was relatively speedy and after they had finished I was informed that there was actually a recall on a part in my car and that I wouldnt have to wait longer to get that replaced. Overall a good Volkswagen dealer and service center I would recommend.
Jim and Betty in the Gezon body shop are amazing! I was dreading having the extensive work that was required on my Jetta done as my experiences with dealerships has been less than pleasant. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I was treated openly, honestly, with courtesy, professionally, and more than fairly! I have worked in the customer service world for over 45 years and have found customer service to be a lost art everywhere. It still shines at Gezon! I trust and highly recommend them! I was recently involved in an auto accident and went to Gezon for repairs. The Gezon team provided an amazing experience from start to finish despite my bad luck! Jim, in the service department was great! He was friendly, kind, and made the process as easy and painless as could be. All said and done, I got my car back in better shape then before my accident, and within a very reasonable time period. They took great care of me and my car!
Kyle was fantastic to work with. She had helped my brother purchase a car and she came highly recommended. She has a great personality and made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy. If Kyle was busy when I would drop by unannounced to test drive, Paul (another incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic salesman) had her back. My recent new vehicle purchase at Gezon Motors was the best experience ever. My salesperson (Bill) was knowledgeable, helpful and upbeat. After making every possible concession, Bill offered the new car at the lowest price anywhere I shopped in the region. He also offered more for my trade than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance as Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Everything went well until I came to pick up my car and paid my bill. The cashier did not speak to me once. I asked a couple times why my bill was 60 bucks higher then I was quoted, and it never got her to say a word. That’s not really good customer service.Everything else went well.Still she never answered the overall question about my bill, as well as never got someone to let me know if the oil was topped off.
Not my closest dealer, I found the nearest, to be corrupt and dishonest.I transferred to Gezon as an alternative, I found them out to be decent honest people.My service is always top notch, and pressured sales are absent.The WiFi is good and customer amenities are fresh.Very happy with my dealings.
Gezon employs a very friendly and knowledgable staff to work with customers! Justin took the time to explain what was going on with the used car I bought and what would need to happen to get it in road safe condition. Never once did he make me feel pressured or like he was trying to sell unnecessary services. My biggest suggestion would be to offer a free car to customers who are utilizing the service department instead of charging a $35 per day rental fee.
Everyone I have encountered with the service department has been so welcoming and helpful. I’m always skeptical on whether or not a service department is truly trying to help me or just trying to make additional money off me and I have never felt this way with Gezon Nissan! I truly believe they care about their customers.
Our first experience with Gezon was 27 years ago, where my bride (as then fiance) purchased our first vehicle together. Mary Gezon made it such a big ticket enjoyable purchase! Tim Ewald and the rest of the staff at Gezon were very helpful and provided flexible options when deciding whether to purchase my leased vehicle outright or re-lease a new one. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This is the third transaction I’ve had with them, and it definitely won’t be the last!
The Express Service worked very well for me. I waited shorter than I expected, and the price for parts and labor was reasonable. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend the Express Service for basic maintenance. Im not sure why other reviewers reported a negative experience; compared to other West MI dealers, Gezon is relatively small, so maybe thats a factor. Still, Ill be back.
I enjoyed working with Paul Jones, he listened to what I wanted and worked to find the perfect Nissan Rogue, color, bells and whistles. I am very happy my Caspian Blue Rogue and the instruction Paul gave me on how to work navigation system, the phone, and extras that were all new to me. Disappointed with their service. I purchased a used volkswagen from them two years ago, Ive been taking my car there to be serviced since I bought it. The first few times I brought it there to be serviced they did a very good job. They would take note of low fluids and other red flags. They would find where a problem was and would notify me of not only the problem but how urgent it was and also an estimate for them to fix it. The last two times I brought my car to them to be serviced, it went to them with obviously low coolant levels and was returned to me that way even when the service sheet I was given was marked that the coolant level was good. The second time this happened I called the service manager and told him my dilemma. He was very nice, understanding, and was willing to top the coolant off but did not apologize or make any extra effort to regain my trust. I spend the extra money for the dealership to service my vehicle so I can trust that the car my wife is driving is kept in good running order. That trust is lost, if something as simple as a coolant level is getting overlooked when they service the vehicle what else are they missing? Overall, Gezon is not a bad place, but I now have little to no trust in their service department and one thing is left to consider -- Is their service worth the extra money? Im starting to think no.
This company makes a cheap product and does not charge cheap prices. Their warranty they talk you into buying that supposedly covers everything doesnt cover anything at all. They do not stand by their product and do not care about their customers. My car has less than 90,000 miles and will not shift out of park and they are calling it wear and tear. Mind you I bought the best extended warranty coverage that they offered. Never again will I purchase a Nissan and never again would I purchase a vehicle from gezon motors specifically!
I really like this place. I go in for an oil change and Im never disappointed. They check over everything and let me know how it all stacks up. They are honest and dont do anything without your signed permission. The customer service is spot on. They explain everything without scare tactics. They even wash your car before they pull it out of the garage. The waiting room is quiet and clean. Restrooms, coffee, tea, TV, magazines and a charging station for your phone. I even noticed a basket of snacks this time. Never disappointed. I think I left my coffee cup on the desk... Oops. Sorry guys...
We have used Gezon Motors for over 10 years to purchase all our cars. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable with all the cars they sell. They always strive to get us the best deal possible. The service department is friendly and gets your car in on time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. We will not go any place else to buy our cars. Really appreciate the job on the new hitch. Looked it over and it looked very nice. Thank you. I also had my oil/filter changed. I did notice the the tires were not rotated as expected on every other oil change or 6000 miles. Was a little concerned that was over looked. My biggest compliant is the amount of time it takes to change the oil with an average time of not less than 1.5 hours to as long as 3.5 hours......
Just moved to Michigan, so this is my first visit to Gezon. Brought my Eclipse Cross in for routine maintenance.The Staff at Gezon was wonderful and friendly. In addition to the checkup, Gezon returned my vehicle washed. I haven’t had that kind of attention at a dealer in a long time.I have 2 Mitsubishi cars and feel comfortable knowing I have a great place to bring my vehicles to whenever maintenance or repair is needed.
Although our history with Gezon Motors goes back a number of years, this review is about a recent service call and its aftermath. After receiving a notice from Volkswagen by mail of a Touareg recall, we contacted Gezon to schedule the service. We later took the car in for the recall. The service department called a bit later and said they didn’t have all the parts on hand for the recall fix and needed to order them from Volkswagen. According to Gezon service technicians our Touareg apparently had another maintenance issue, a failing water pump. Gezon wanted to know if they could reschedule an appointment to address both issues. We were given a verbal quote for a water pump/thermostat replacement. We agreed to reschedule and told them we would pick up the car we left at their facility before closing. Before arriving at the Gezon location we checked our phone messages and found that Lexie, the Service Advisor, had left a notice that we would be charged a preliminary three hour diagnostic fee that would later be deducted from the cost of the water pump/thermostat replacement cost. The fee was $115 and was required when we picked up our car. We gave Lexie our credit card info over the phone so that we would be all set to pick up the car. Because of a heavy traffic day, we arrived at Gezon after closing. We had given them instructions to leave the key locked inside the car because we had an extra key and could get in if they were closed. The next day we decided it would be proper to give Gezon another call and verify the verbal quote that we received for the new water pump/thermostat installation. We spoke to Rodger who again gave us the same dollar quote total and confirmed that the diagnostic charge we paid the day before would definitely be subtracted from the total cost of the job. The next week we received a call from Gezon stating that the parts were in and an appointment was scheduled for the service. We took the car in for service per appointment and after the work had been completed, we received a call to pick it up. When we arrived to get the finished car my wife remained outside in my car while I went in to pay the invoice. That’s when things got a bit messy. I met with Roger who was at the cashier’s desk and asked for the invoice. I was surprised that the total charge was well over the verbal quote and there seemed to be no indication that the diagnostic fee we were charged earlier had been subtracted from the total. The discussion began to get somewhat contentious as I was incensed that we had been misled. After Lexie began to review the invoice and realized a stalemate was imminent, she offered to have the entire matter reviewed by the main office and promised to get back to me after the review. I agreed to pay the new invoice amount and wait for any results from the review. To be perfectly honest, I anticipated the matter would be ignored by the main office and that we would have to simply realize the cost overage in its entirety as a matter of course. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Lexie the next day confirming that Gezon had decided to completely refund the diagnostic fee we had been charged and would send a confirming email for verification. At that point my respect and confidence in the car dealer we had been doing business with for all these years had justifiably been re-established. I immediately called Rodger in the Service Department to let him know that I had no personal issue with him or his staff and that the whole issue was regretful. He actually said that if I were there in person he would shake my hand. That in itself was more than anyone could expect from a situation that could have gone completely sour. I applaud the Gezon Service staff and especially Lexie, who did a great job in calming everyone down and actually getting things solved. The company deserves and has received the highest rating from us and, even more than that, will continue to be our go-to auto dealer for new cars and service in the future.
I took my fiances car for recalls and also got a oil change/tire rotation done. When dealerships do oil changes they do a 7point inspection to tell you if your car needs brake pads new tire air filter and of stuff that easily replaced I was a bit irritated to find out that the guy who worked on my car was either in a hurry for my sceduled appointment or just lazy because he failed to do the entire 7point inspection. I just wanted to hear it from a professional that my fiance car was all good not I have to worry and possible take it to another dealership. Gezon is 20 minutes away or I would just stop there and ask them to do it again. On the other hand the staff that I talked to was very nice and had no idea why the mechanic did not finish his job like he was supposed to. They said they would talk to him the next day and give us a call. Its been 2 days and heard nothing.
Fantastic place! Great customer service! Amazing team!! Matt Rzepka took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a Dodge Journey that I LOVE and can afford. Im so happy with how he helped me. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly and my features etc. He also added new winter tires for my dodge! I am most upset with the lack of communication between the service desk and myself. Although there were some issues and hang ups, my pathfinder was at this facility for over a month. Luckily we had another car to use. We were rarely given updates. More times than not, we had to ask and call in for the latest progress. When the wrong parts were ordered or there was a defect, we didn’t even receive a call to let us know about the delay. We called two days later and asked what happened. Only then was is explained to us that there was an issue. Things happen - I understand. I am a lot more understanding when I am kept in the loop. With COVID-19, summer vacations, and other issues, I completely understand the time it took. The issue is with communication, NOT with the service you provided.
I could not be more pleased. Gezon worked very quickly and got the car done exactly a week after I dropped it off as predicted. The work progressed steadily and Jim was always ready with updates. Then, when I picked the car up the quality was exceptional. Fit and finish was equivalent to new and the paint match was perfect. On top of it all, they cleaned the car up to showroom condition!
Couldnt be more disappointed with my experience here. Took my car in for a problem with the horn. I had an appointment and was the first person there, and they started work on my car right away. I sat in the waiting area for 4.5 hours (while other customers came and went). Finally they come out and tell me I was ready to go, only to tell me that they finished 3 hours prior (thankfully they only charged me for the hour of work). They assured me the issue was fixed. I was skeptical, because they really didnt do anything. But the mechanic gave me his word. So I drive home (over an hour away), and the issue reoccurs within 24 hours.I immediately call them, and they tell me to bring it back. BUT they want to charge me for a second service appointment, despite wasting my time and not fixing the issue in the first place. When I told them I did not see why I should have to pay a second time if they did not do anything the first time, they told me I was lucky that they only charged me $118 for the previous appointment despite being there for four hours. Needless to say, I cancelled.
Gezon made things as easy and quick as possible. I was able to learn about the vehicle and submit finance application online. They responded to emails promptly and always were happy to offer additional assistance. No high-pressure sales tactics, and they kept our time signing paperwork at the end to a minimum. Great experience with their friendly staff, and Id recommend Gezon to anyone looking for a new car.
It took three weeks to schedule my VW service appointment. It took another three weeks to have a simple part ordered for warranty replacement. Before my scheduled appointment time, I requested a quick look by a tech to determine the correct part needed (to get it ordered and delivered) but was told they do not have the capacity to spend that time before my appointment.The Service Rep was very friendly and did a good job putting a friendly and helpful face on what seemed to be a strained service department.During the scheduled appointment, the technician was unable to locate the source of a reproducible noise heard from the back passenger side when driving over uneven surfaces. This is on a car with 9K miles. It was suggested to me to have a friend ride in the back seat to see if we could find a seat latch rattling or something similar. Ah, no. I waited weeks to have it fixed. I drove it home that day exactly as it was when I drove it in.After thoughtful consideration of an underwhelming product with unacceptable factory service, I decided to get out early. VW lost a customer who purchased a new Golf R less than 6 months prior. I sold it to the other dealership in town. Despite my financial loss, I will no longer endure the frustration of long wait times and the shrugging shoulders of VW service staff explaining “non mechanical” issues they couldn’t or wouldn’t spend the resources to remedy.I’m now driving a Volvo with 120K mi. Once this goes to my teenager, I’ll be looking outside the VW group to replace the Golf R. I’m optimistic my experience will be better.
It just wasnt what I was expecting. People where great. And polite. Im just sad about paying 120$ to find out I have no warranty. Long story. The place gezon provides for you is awsome coffee, tea, snacks, charging stations, comfy chairs. Clean and neat.All I can suggest is that if they tell you that your car is under warranty if you ask if it is? over the phone. And they will check...so make an appointment for a week from now. Do not let them diagnose it to see if they can replace a specific part. That you and they know is the issue. It doesnt end well.

The receptionist who answers their mainline is very professional over the phone. The reason why I am giving this place a two-star is because of their service department professionalism. I called their facility to get services done for my vehicle on a Friday. There wasn’t a team member to answer the phone at the time so I left a message Friday morning… hoping to get a return phone call later that day and even Monday morning. I never received a call back Friday (no big deal), so, I called back Monday and was transferred to the service department.The recepetionist stated all the mechanics were busy at the time and someone will contact me back later that day. This wasnt the case… I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL AGAIN. Tuesday, I call again to set up an appointment to get work done for my vehicle… I was sent to the service department again. The receptionist told me the mechanic who was going to looking into my vehicle was with a customer but once he was finished I will get a phone call… NO PHONE CALL BACK AGAIN.Today is Thursday and I haven’t had anyone return any of my messages. I think this is extremely unprofessional. The department could have been a little more professional when it comes to their customers. I am very disappointed in the type of customer service I received from the service department at Gezon Nissan. :(
We felt very little pressure throughout the process. For wildly unforseen reasons it took way longer to get our car than normal, but we were provided unbelievable support from staff, even though it was not their fault. They went above and beyond at every turn. Best experience with a dealership weve ever had. Will recommend them to friends and family. Love our new (to us) car. Thank you Gezon!
I brought my car in for service as I was noticing decreased performance in addition to nearing 200k miles. Kyle Morrero was a great resource, knowledgeable, and I would again bring my car to Gezon Nissan on Plainfield in future should I need service.My only problem is with Nissan as the company is aware of the issue I have with my transmission and yet has not issued a recall and the cost to fix the issue is $3k. Nissan needs to fix the transmission issues at no cost to the car owners.
We were in GR for a doctors appointment, & afterwards took our Golf Sportwagen to Gezon Motors for its initial oil & filter service. This was our first experience with Gezon’s & we were very impressed. We actually wish we had gone through the trouble of ordering our new GSW from them, rather then traveling to the metro area to find the color & equipment we wanted.Lexie got us right in to the service department & our car was completed by the time we finished our lunch. Our car was also freshly washed when it was returned to us. Mr Bill Gezon also welcomed us to the dealership & started the VW Beetle ride for our daughter. We highly recommend Gezon for their service department. I would presume their sales would be equally as pleasant.
I had issues with fuses in my back lights/trunk system and was on my way downstate from up north and Gezon VW was recommended to me. After having my vehicle looked at I was told they couldnt do the job that day, so I returned about a week later for the job to be done (as I have VW warranty and the job needed to be done there). A week later I drove down 3 1/2 hours in a snow storm to then be told my appointment was never scheduled and they would reschedule it. I expressed to them I just drove 3 1/2 hours for an appointment that Justin told me he scheduled. In which they told me they would get me in. I proceeded to wait about an hour for them to perform a 5 minute job. The staff there that night was unkind and rude about their mistake on scheduling the appointment that a Justin told me he scheduled. After the work was finally done, my trunk can no longer open up manually like it used to, instead I have to open it from my key fob. Overall my experience with this place was very negative and I am so thankful that Im not from the area and do not have to worry about returning. If I was the manager or owner, I would be appalled by the service a customer received.

Gezon had a specific car I was looking for on trade in. I looked at the vehicle and they let me test drive it and take it to a mechanic of choice for inspection. Matt was my salesman and was great to work with, he explained everything well and addressed my concerns and together we were able to come to a deal.
I want to say thank you to all of the Gezon Motor staff. Ray Clark was my salesman and I honestly cant say enough good things about him. He put himself in my shoes and negotiated for the car I really wanted. With all his efforts his wonderful manager gave in and let me drive away in the car of my dreams. You guys really are there for the customers even if the almighty $ wasnt as much as you had hoped for. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for great service and to be treated like a customer should be. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision and will forever be grateful to Ray.
Most places try to oversell and dont listen to what you need or want. Here, they heard what I initially wanted and matched me with a base model that had all of that. I would have never known and they could have upsold all of this to me. The fact that they knew their products and were super easy to talk to and work with you made this experience superb! Paul Jones was amazing and I appreciate him for having to sit by us through our insurance fiasco!!
Gezon Service Department is always quick and informative. I appreciate that I can service my car and know it is being taken care of and am confident that there are no unnecessary actions being done. Gezon, from the receptionist to the mechanics always make us feel appreciated and important.
Weve had two great experiences purchasing vehicles with Paul at Gezon! My mom purchased a new vehicle with him a few months ago and we were so happy with how everything went, my husband and I decided to go in purchase a new vehicle with him today! The staff is awesome, friendly, and super helpful! They helped me get a vehicle I never thought I would be able to purchase, didnt push any extra add ons like most places, and helped make the signing process a breeze! Thanks guys!!
Had a great experience in the sales department. Unfortunately, their body shop ruined any chance of me getting a car here in the future. A job estimated to be 1 week ended up being over 3 weeks. They were dishonest about what the hold ups were and they had significant issues with communication, requiring me to reach out to them every single time to get updates, never taking the initiative to reach out to me to let me know there would be yet another delay. When all was said and done, the body shop Manager (Josh) tried to make excuses and tell me he was ultimately proud of how “quick” his guys got the job done. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. I just hope their poor management doesn’t reflect the repair job. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
I intended to change engine oil only. I knew my windshield wipers were bad but I just forgot then. The gentleman mentioned to me and kindly asked whether I want to replace the wipers. Thanks to him, or I have to bear those noisy wipers which could not brush my window clean in these rainy days.I enjoyed snacks and coffee when I was waiting. The internet was much better than last time I went there, they must upgraded it. They welcomed me and asked my decision for every step. I feel much valued and satisfied! Thank you!
I recently had a negative experience and was disappointed with the customer service while receiving routine maintenance on my vehicle. After having my vehicle inspected a few days later I was stranded on the side of the road and with out a vehicle for the weekend. Which is a safety issue. During this process the customer service I experienced was rude, unhelpful, and uncaring for my concerns. Never once was I asked how can we make this better for you. As a result of this experience I will most likely not purchase my vehicle when my lease is up and will no longer continue business with Gezon Nissan dealership. I do not recommend buying or leasing a vehicle from this dealership! Warning be aware.Hello, it is 10/7/2017 and my issue has not been resolved and I have not heard from John Lynch. In fact, my car would not start up again which is a safety issue and I was stranded on the side of the road for the second time. Ive made an appointment to have my car inspected again and I am without a vehicle until my appointment since they do not offer service on the weekends. This has been a nightmare and frustrating experience. Buyers be aware!
My experience from the time that I stepped foot into Gezon Motors until the time that I left with my car was a very positive one. I shopped around for about a week and a half, wanting to make the best decision for myself. Bill Gezon made it very accommodating and very easy for me to purchase from him. When it came time to finance my car, Melinda saved me 5.5% off of my APR compared to my original quote. Needless to say I love my car, I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Gezon Motors.I also have to add that my boyfriends family used to buy their vehicles from Bill over 30 years ago. Bill still remembers my boyfriends name as well as his entire familys names. I find that quite impressive. I also feel good about supporting a local business that has been in Grand Rapids for over 100 years.
We had an oil change there in the spring and after that the car started leaking oil. We took it back for a second oil change and reported the issue - still leaks oil. So we took it to another dealership who told us we needed to replace the drain plug and crush washer. Interesting that the service technitian at GREZON didnt see/know that. I call that poor service.
Key broke on my 2007 gti. It also needed a new ignition cylinder. I got an appointment made few days later and I had to get the car towed to Gezon. Long story short it took nearly 2 weeks to fix everything. It’s unbelievable. Then I was hit with a massive bill. To make things better, they returned my car to me with the door handle plastic detached and cracked and left trash on my passenger seat which included a broken cigarette butt that spilled tobacco all over the seat as well as food wrappers and other trash. Then they covered it all up with my belongings. They gave me a regular key for my car and told me the remote key won’t be in until the next day. Come the next day I don’t get a call. 4 days later I contact Lexie and she says they just got the key in. Sorry but it’s all Terrible service. Go to betten imports or German auto service.
My wife and I went to lease another vehicle as our current lease was up. The same salesman Paul was the rep we were dealing with. He tried to push us into buying out our current lease. He even told us we needed a 800 credit score to lease a new vehicle. Needless to say, sleezy, deceitful, and unprofessional behavior caused us to lease from Fox which was a tremendous experience. I suggest if youre looking for a vehicle, to completely avoid this place!! Just to add, I emailed the GM to let him know about the experience and he didnt care enough to even acknowledge our complaint. This place is out for the money and the behaviors stem from the leadership team down to the $2 dollar hustler salesman!
Huge shout out to Kyle Postlewait she is by far the best car sales women ever. She was so easy to work with and talk to it was unreal I was literally waiting for the ball to drop the whole time..... it didnt!She heard ever word I said about my budget, needs, and wants! She was very upfront and honest with me the whole time. If fact she put me in only 2 cars cause she knew they would meet my needs and budget and she nailed it on the head with the second one!She has also called to check up on me multiple times over the last few days to be sure Im loving the new ride and to see if I have any issues or question! Like really could you ask for more?So if your in the market for a new car I strongly suggest no actually I insist you at least see what she has to offer!

2022-07-08The whole experience with Gezon was great. When I called right before the holiday weekend, Tim was able to get me an appointment on the books just a few days later. He was so helpful on the phone and so nice when I met him this morning to drop off my car. After expecting a more expensive visit, they were able to repair the issue rather than just charging me to replace the part. He was so cheerful when he called to tell me they were able to make the repair and they had it done, hours before I expected it! I really appreciate the team at Gezon, especially Tim!

2021-10-11Had an awful experience this summer. Very poor communication. They broke 3 things in my car during a repair and never called to tell me…I just found out by chance. Had my car for a month and didn’t even call me when it was ready…again found out by chance. Still no explanation for the interior damage. I gave them the opportunity to discuss w/o posting negatively here. No communication still so here’s my negative review. We will never return to Gezon.

2022-06-07It took two months to get my vehicle back which drastically changed me and my families life. To accommodate i was only given $100 off of a $1200 job. The service manager that I worked with was friendly and communicated with me often. I’m satisfied with the work but not satisfied with how unwilling they were to negotiate any additional discounts for my families hardship during the time we didn’t have a vehicle. I was satisfied with the job when they were able to finally get the parts. I may return again but I’d have to weigh out my options first.

2022-08-08Communication was good, price fair, no changes in car cleanliness upon return. Informed they only had one person to do oil changes and tire rotations so it took an hour. But.... when the same tech and service advisor is chit chatting for 10 t0 15 minutes about personal stuff it left me a little dismayed. My first time at Gezon and I have 10 Nissans for my company.All purchased and serviced at Fox. I will try them again though!

2022-07-13I don’t normally buy from dealers, but had an overall pleasant experience with Gezon Motors. We knew what we wanted so weren’t pressured with sales tactics. Jenn made the overall buying process very easy and we felt we got a fair deal on a nice car. Would buy from here again!

He has proactively provided photos of the truck and answered all my questions and made the shopping experience much more pleasant. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and he was really professional. Highly recommended.

2022-08-10Recently had an oil change done here and have no complaints. Staff was friendly and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room was nice for those without a ride elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil service.

2022-04-20I relocated from Mexico for my job and needed a new car. I looked at many dealerships and ended up here I was told it would be hard to get approved in the states. Matthew Merrell was my sales person who helped me with all the documents I needed to buy a car. He even picked me up, brought me to the bank, and helped with my luggage as I didnt have the keys to my apartment. The finance man was nice and answered all my questions. The service people are very nice and my first oil change took a little long but I understand they have short staff.

2022-03-24I always say you see your service advisor more than the salesman after the sale. But I had the bonus of seeing both yesterday when I brought in my 2021 Rogue for routine service. Cameron and Matt were extremely helpful and I continue to get helpful advice from Matt. Great team Gezon!!
