They called me back in just a few hours and let me know that my truck needed the anti polish rings installed and several other things replaced. I was worried not sure what was going to happen but Everett assured me that all the major things would be covered under warranty and it sure was. It took a week and a half to finish the job and I consider that very fast when it comes to any internal engine work. Thank you Everett and Oscar for helping me out with my truck issues. Comment: I limped in with a totally destroyed coolant hose and needing an oil change on my bus and not able to go another mile without burning my radiator up. I stayed there all day and they spent two shifts making sure it was all fixed and good to go. There was a bathroom in good shape, and a lounge with a comfy chair and wifi. Everybody was friendly and when they were done I got a list of things that were odd and needed looking at, and a mechanic took some time to point out what everything was and answer my questions because its my first trip in the bus and I dont know my way around a diesel yet. If I hadnt had the good luck to be near this place when my hose burst, I could have been stranded. I dont have plans to be in that area again, but I recommend them to anyone passing through.

I have worked with Everett Garcia (i believe the service supervisor) I always receive my estimates in a timely manner and the turn around time cannot be beat in Fresno. When I call to talk with service, I always receive exceptional service from my adviser Everett Garcia. He takes the time to explain what repairs need to be done for a unit to get up and rolling, and is patient when I dont always understand. He even helps when a truck at a different provider says that certain repairs need to be done, and when I ask for his guidance, he isnt afraid to help me ask the right questions to those vendors to make sure I am not being taken advantage of. Comment: I purchased a 2015 International 24 Reefer Truck from the sales manager Paul at Gibbs Fresno, within a day of having the truck it had a few mechanical issues. Paul stepped up and agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs, towing, and other miscellaneous costs adding up to almost $3k. Although it took several months of repeated phone calls and emails, the General Manager Jim Seamams was able to send out a check to reimburse us fully. Comment: The worst dealership ever. Lies about your truck diagnosis and charges for unnecessary repairs. Had them do an egr cooler job and now its making noises. Took it back and the service manager denies any noise and says its normal. But it didnt make that noise before. I have over 15 yrs experience so i know what the engine sounds like. Lies consistently about everything.
