Being a first time home buyer, we had few ideas about what we want in a house, however we were not sure what to look for in, especially in an old house. Initially, we toured with Redfin agents, but most of the time we were left wondering of our own. Our friends recommended us Arigna team, who helped them find their first home. Our first call with Gina was super informative. She was patient in answering all our questions and also scheduled a follow-up session with Amit, who walked us through the home buying process in detail. Amit covered all the home buying steps in depth, and answered all our questions with granular details.Once we started working with Arigna team, experience got even better with the time. Both Gina and Amit were very flexible to our schedule to show houses and always on time (in fact, most of the time they used to arrive before us to examine the house). Gina was very proactive in pointing out finer details we missed during the showing. Both Amit and Gina has more than 20 years of experience, which was evident when we toured housed with them. Once we liked the house, Arigna team used to send us all reports provided by the seller. One important difference we observed with Arigna team was attention to details, i.e. they looked into all inspection report in depth rather than just relying on us to read through it.Although, they didnt try to heavily influence our decision-making, they made sure that we know what are we signing up for. CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) of Arigna team was super helpful to us while making offers and counter offers. Arigna team didnt work just as realtor but helped us in finding a lender when our lender backed out at last time. She also got us in touch with right contractors for electrical, plumbing work & guided us to set correct prices for work orders. Post signing the house contract, Gina worked with us to find a roofing contractor as our house needed a new roof. She went above and beyond to find the right person for the job with the right price. Arigna team not only helped us in making one of the largest financial decisions in our life with more confidence, but also negotiated on our behalf to get credit, which came very handy during our move-in. Comment: Two of my friends bought their houses with Amits help and they recommended us to take Amits help based on their experience. Amit helped us from pre-approval process to the closing. Also, he helped us in introducing one of the very good handyman to get the small enhancements very nicely. Amit is always there to answer any of our queries and patiently answering all our questions. He was there in all the houses we toured (some of them even with just couple of hours of notice) and always gives his opinion/feedback and estimate what are the things we might like to fix/enhance. In some cases, if we dont completely understand anything in disclosures/inspection reports, he is always willing to go through them and explain those finer details. He is thorough with comparables and most of his comparable and recommended price range to put an offer in this crazy market are spot on!He went an extra mile and worked late night to put an offer for one of the houses we made an offer. If we are interested in any house, he is quick in scheduling the tour and giving his opinion about the property. He is very knowledgeable about the properties and market conditions and very professional.Needless to say, we have taken the right decision in taking Amit teams help in buying our home. Arigna team put all my fears to rest with their transparency of doing business. I had initially connected to Redfin before switching to Arigna team. What I felt was missing, is lack of engagement with their agent. Comment: We were in the market to sell and buy during uncertain COVID-19 times. Gina and Amit guided us through the process patiently and diligently. They explained the entire process beforehand and handheld us through it all. Since our buying decision was tied to the selling price on our previous home, they made sure we had the right upgrades in place prior to listing the house on the market in an attempt to ensure the selling price we were aiming for. As open houses were not permitted, we were wary of the time it would take to sell the home. But, Gina and Amit pre-listed the home as Coming soon on Zillow which helped generate early interest even before the house was on the market. This strategy worked like a charm as we were able to get into an offer at the desired selling price point within 7 days!! They helped negotiate the right terms including the rent back to ensure we didnt have to make a rushed decision on buying the new house. This was very crucial because we were noticing a lot of good houses going off-market due to market uncertainties and good choices within our constraints were sparse. We were edged out on offers on certain houses. But Gina ensured that she kept in close touch with certain agents learning that they had new listings coming on the market soon. This helped us nail an offer within 15 days! Working with Gina and Amit the second time as a buyer (first as a seller) was extremely smooth and transparent as they took away the stress behind it all. Gina and Amit are extremely professional as well as very personable in this entire process. We were very happy with their guidance and support (yet again!) and would highly recommend buyers and sellers to look no further.

We got the house in very short time of 2 months.They worked with us to narrow down the houses to visit every weekend and joined us on every single visit even when it was an open house.
