I personally had a great experience with Glenn and his entire crew - Candee and Paula have been exceptionally fast and professional with the sale of both of my properties.Glenn is a shaker and mover - he will make things happen for you. I highly recommend them.

So I currently live in my family house which my mother had just passed in and had left her estate me and my sister. My sister which is not mentally capable due to reasons that were self-inflicted has been contacting this realtor telling him that she wants to sell, which is not case. This is my family house and will always be my family house and I am in the process of dying my sister out and yet Glenn keeps having families come to my house to show when it is not legal to have them there because my sister has to go and get a lawsuit against me to take away my “Opinion/and choice “ to sell. This realtor Glenn has been a nuisance to me and a little bit of family that I have and I recommend to never him be a realtor. If you are looking into buying I strongly would NOT recommend Glenn Silvenis. This realtor has no sense of the law nor understand reality. His whole reality firm has been told, contacted and wrote about this situation numerous times and told him what conditions/qnd situation is. To date he is having families come to my house and we are turning them away telling them what the law is and that the fact it is not up for sale this is been going on for six months almost now. 2022-03-04Glenn was very in tune with what we needed. He helped us find a beautiful home that fits all of our necessities and helped us sell our house. He is very knowledgeable about the business and was able to help us through all hurdles of buying and selling our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

2018-11-17Gave 1star to leave reviewMy husband and I operated in good faith and trusted their representation of the house’s condition The existence of mold was revealed through the inspection and an agreement was made for the seller to cure the mold issue and repair other things before closing. Have requested receipts proving the cure of the mold issue and have still not received them Official proof of the cure to the mold issue has never been provided. The seller and the agents have made an effort to conceal a serious mold and Insulation and ventilation issue. If there was no mold or it was cured, it would be impossible for the severe level of mold to show up in several places within in 30 days of occupancy. I demand that the problem be resolved at no expense of mines due to the an obvious misrepresentation of the mold issue and the fraudulent conduct of communication. Time is of the essence in getting the issued resolved. With my own personal health issues with multiple sclerosis, a new born child, large family of children combined with budgetary concerns, i cannot afford to allow this to drag out for an extended period of time. It is causing undue stress, anxiety, health and financial concerns.We are very Disappointed first time home buyers

2021-03-29I was very pleased we used Glenn Silvenis to sell our house. For years I saw his signs listing peoples houses for sale. Now I know why, he is truly dedicated to getting the house sold. We interviewed a few realtors and picked Glenn. His commitment was when you pick him you get him not someone else from the office. That turned out to be 100% correct and made communications very easy. I highly recommend using Glenn to sell your house.

2020-12-18I used Glenn Silvenis to sell my parents house in Belleville. Very thorough in looking over house initially, wrote a good listing and took extra photos, publicized listing widely, great job of everything. After one single long weekend on the market, we had 9 competing offers, and closed a deal less than a month after house went on the market. Glenn made the whole process very easy. I would recommend using him as a sellers agent to anyone in the area.
