This is a GREAT company that could serve as a model for others. When GLR Advanced Recycling says theyll be there between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., expect a call at 8:25 a.m. letting you know they are on their way!I called and got an immediate appointment. The driver, Scott, was extremely prompt, quick and polite and I received my money on the spot.

Had a car that i couldnt drive and needed to be picked up. I called yesterday and the guy on the phone politely scheduled an appointment for today. The truck driver called me about 40 minutes saying he was on his way and showed up near the exact time he said he was coming. He was also friendly. And they gave me the set amount as promised. All in all it was a good experience and i recommend this company.

Great experience with GLR. Liz with dispatch patiently answered all questions, confirmed that driver would pick up our car and pay cash for the sale. Jeff with towing called us 30 minutes before the assigned pickup time to say he was on the way. He arrived on time and was so pleasant. Jeff was very professional and paid us the agreed upon price and took the car. Would definitely recommend GLR to anyone looking to salvage a car.

I had to reschedule my pick up three times because I couldn’t find my title and they were so patient and kind to work with me. When the driver came out the car was in a tight spot and again he was very patient and kind to get it out. I believe they paid me a very fair price and I was overall pleased.

I used the Peddle website to arrange the sale of my old 1993 wagon. GLR Advanced Recycling was the company assigned to come tow it away and pay me. The day after I completed arrangements with Peddle, Liz with GLR in the Livonia, Michigan office called (before they even officially opened) to arrange for them to pick my car up that very day! The Battle Creek location was the one assigned to do the actual pick up. I requested that they have the drive text me when he was on his way. Tim Cooley was the driver and he did indeed text me and advised he could come even earlier than originally estimated. He and his trainee arrived as advised, paid me in cash and the car was towed away - all in about 15 minutes time. This was without a doubt the easiest vehicle transaction Ive ever had. All employees of GLR that I interacted with were pro-active, professional, informative, courteous and friendly. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Was told they would pick up the car by the Friday of last week. It’s still sitting in the garage on the Wednesday of the next week. Have called numerous times, left numerous messages, and have received nothing back. Was told they don’t have any of our documents, and yet the other company that hired them to pick up our car says they sent everything 3 times since last week. Was told they would be by today at a certain time and they never showed up. Very unprofessional, would recommend going somewhere else

The guy that was supposed to pick up my car called and said he was running late so he wouldnt be able to pick up my car. I said he could still pick it up because I was running late myself. However he told me he wasnt working any later and for me to reschedule. He was very rude. I then tried to call Kevin who set the appointment up and he has yet to get back with me. And by the way they dont offer top dollar. Two other places I called offered me more
