Comment: While preparing for a ride, I dropped my headlight and it shattered. I rode mountain bike over to the shop and Mark sold me and new one and installed it. He didnt oversell me and try to get me to buy the most expensive one. He helped me figure out what I needed. Nothing spectacular about it. But, what I got out of that was I found someone I could TRUST!Since that time he got me a GREAT deal on my first road bike and set it up for me. He gave advice on places to ride and how to progress in my new found sport. As a new road bike rider I often come in wanting to get the newest gadget because I saw it on the internet. He always brings me back down to earth and advises me on what I really need, often at the expense of making sale.More important than finding the right bike and right gear is finding someone you can TRUST. Mark is that guy.

While others gave me very long timeline, as soon as walked into this shop master put my bike on stand and started checking it before I even told him an issue. They had parts in the stock. Two times bike felt like new. They will call you if they have questions. 10 out of 10!! I fell like the guy did bike like for himself.I hope they keep same level of service and I stay lucky with them.

Was immediately met by a helpful, pleasant woman and I explained my preferences regarding shock and drivetrain. We checked some bikes out and I test rode one in the alley. Bike didnt feel right, a little heavy for effort. The owner or manager then came over, did the pressure sell. When I declined - he just couldnt help it! He HAD to look annoyed, jaws clenched, eyes darting everywhere, you know, the youre wasting my time, dont bother us look, to which I obliged.

Comment: After 4 months and $400 to Tune up my bike and fix my brakes, I was left with the wrong brake levers that don’t fit and a rear derailleur that’s not working properly. The pic shows how far my rear derailleur goes.When I told them that the brakes were not acceptable, the owner became disrespectful and it just got worse from there. After waiting another month, I was informed that the right fitting break was on back order and I would have to pay even more for them.After 4 months, I told them I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me to go find the proper brake lever on my own, at my own expense on eBay.When I picked up my bike and pointed out that they didn’t even bother to fix my derailleur, the mechanic offered to fix it but I didn’t want them anywhere near my bike anymore.At no point did the owner show any signs of doing the right thing so I’m out $400 and will be out even more to fix the problems they caused.Update: in her sad yelp response. She lied ... a lot. If she was really trying to call me as I was out of town, please provide the call log. Also, when she said my bike was in pieces, the wheels and seat were off and yes, of course it needed a tuneup. Thats why I mistakenly took it there. As I mentioned before. Totally Disrespectful

I’ve had a couple other shops do an overhaul on my bike before but I never got it back feeling as smooth as it did after they worked on it. I was willing to pay for whatever the job was, but apparently they didnt want to do it, because I couldnt take my own tire off, and $18 is not good money for them.They gave me my bike back and told me to go somewhere else. And Ryan help me adjust seat height and try out different bikes & sizes. And Matt helped me load my bike into my car and explained to me how a disk spacer works. This is a great store.

Whats not to love?They fixed my roadie twice now, once for a tune up and twice for replacement parts after a minor kerfuffle with the ground. This is a truly local business at its finest, where the owner and the staff care deeply about their customers satisfaction. I was interested in finding a comfortable road bicycle and after a few tries at the shop, I narrowed it down to the Trek Domane SL 6. Marc, the shop owner, was instrumental in my decision process as his advice was thoughtful and pertinent. He sized and fitted the bike for me, and provided me with a lot of professional tips. From the owner, Mark, to the tech (Carlos, I believe), to Marks wife (who helped me check out, I had what Ill call a platinum experience.Mark knows his product and is passionate about it.He helped me find the right cycle for my needs. He put it on the lift and showed me how the gearing worked. Then he adjusted seat to right height for my full cycle leg extension. Then had me ride in the back alley...watching my progress, then readjusted height to perfection.The whole experience was like hanging out with my family...who happened to have a very specific product and skill set.Cant say enough good things about this shop!I will definitely do all of my tuneups there as well as snag any extra gear I decide I want.

Comment: The guys here are chill Im new to bikes and these dudes helped me out when my bike fell off my wall mount and some thing (I dunno what it was) bent out of place they explained everything that needed to get done to me and they fixed my bike and tuned it up, all first tune ups are free with them. They got the job done the same day.
