Comment: The Middle Eastern guy was cheating people on the weight. The scale red 32 pounds for plastic bottles. He deducted 14 pounds for the weight of the container, And only paid me 7 pounds. I asked him about the remaining weight And he got offensive saying that its the weight of the of the caps. Danny threatened to call the police on me because I was questioning him about it. And 2 bins of cans only weighed 14 pounds And he covered up the weights with a paper on the screen and refuse to Re scale the cans because he was already gonna dump them. So 5 beans of plastic bottles and 2 beans full of cans was only $16.

Comment: Something isn’t right when you can’t see how much your stuff weighs. They’re very secretive about it. Totally suspicious.The dudes always look like they’re there against their will and aren’t pleasant with customers. I’ve taken lots of recyclables at a time and just felt like they were ripping me off.Thank God I found Diaz recycle center by Dutch Bros. I strongly suggest y’all go there too.

We had to come up with 8 different names and then they pay you a little each time with no receipts at all. They say your suppose bring all up at one time. If you have 26 full trash cans how can you bring all up at once?There was noone else even there. Dont go to this place they will ripp you off big time. Comment: Its an okay place. I went for the first time because of the good reciews on here but the employees werent the friendliest. I was lost for more than a couple minutes and they kept staring at me as if I knew what the routine was. (???) Theyre a little uncoordinated too. I was given the wrong amount for my plastic and they asked for my paper back and ripped it and gave me a new amount that was much less. (Which was right because I only brought in 2 bags but they shouldnt give me the false amount in the first place. It wasnt busy.) The guy kept saying he was sorry and when I was waiting to get the cash the clerk at the window was not saying anything and kept staring at me. Its a fast paced place but they should really be vocal and help you to be on your way. I spent a good 20 minutes lost and waiting when they could have easily told me where to go and given me the right amount.

There’s no way my last two trips had only a 50 cent difference between the two. I literally came in with 4 more bags of cans too? I might just have to venture off and find another recycling place. Comment: This trip i brought enough plastic to fill 2 of there cans and half of another one with glass. it got me 14$. though last i was there i was told they buy soup cans. this time i brought some the guy gave a funny look at the weight and said hes not buying them, then tryed to keep them all and acted kinda erked when i wanted them back. i find that vary weird.they didnt give me a receipt for what I brought. id like to see the weight i brought verses there prices to compare to other companies

Comment: Its a recycling center, so dont expect clean containers and spotless facility.Some of the plastic cans to put your recycling in have sharp edges do try not to use them. Search a little and youll find decent ones. They have a good helpful attitude and the prices are competitive.Ist a small place tucked in between body shops but worth your time.

Comment: There is no transparency in this place. I dont think their scales are accurate. I weighed my plastics and cans at home and they gave me way off amount. I dont think I see SJ county seals on the 2 scales. They suppose to give you a copy of receipt what you have signed for. But they dont. Do yourself a favor if you really have to go to this place. Weigh your stuff first at home or if you dont have any choice insist to weigh first on their scale without their bucket to see your net weight. I hope city of Manteca investigate this matter soon.

Comment: Im having a problem with the weight of my cans and plastic bottles the guy came up with. I dont want to say anything negative about the business because Ive been going there to recycle along time. The place is clean and they work quickly, helping me with filling the buckets if needed. Ill be calling the owner in the morning with my complain and hopefully have a good review. I did mention to the employee I thought I should have gotten allot more than I did. But I left the paper I wrote my weights totals at home. Ill f/u review tomorrowI returned to Go green Recycling a week later with my complaint about not receiving the correct about of money for my recycling last week. I weigh my bags before taking them in. My total was almost twice what I was credited on their scales.Omied Amo the new owner what the situation was. He kept referring to the length of time I waited before coming back. I had called twice and couldnt get in any sooner. Well to make my story shorter He gave me $20 thats about half of what was owed to me. Im grateful that he did that, I guess . My mistake was to leave my list that had my weights written down on it at home. But I did tell him at the time that the amount was off. I really couldnt prove it because the other worker had already taken my cans/plastics away before I got my receipt. Make sure you know the weight of what your recycling is and pay attention to your receipt... Be smart when it comes to your money!! I learned my lesson!Here I go again...I took my recycling in, already weighed at home. Im at the scale while the lady in front of me finishes her business. She had propane tank and some other items. Ok I did not see my cans on the scale. I had two containers of plastics by me, Omied told me to put the other bag of plastics into another container, I was going to add the last bag to one of the other containers, but did as he said to do. I hope Im not confusing anyone reading this 🤔v By the time I got the container and put my plastics in and moved the container to the scales the lady in front of me got paid and left. I gave Omied my license and then he recognized my name since I posted on FB my review (ABOVE) of his business. Oops too late, my info was already printed out and handed to me.... Without any aluminum cans on the paper!!! I get my receipt and Im looking at it.... None of my cans were included on the receipt!! Fortunately my cans were still near by and I brought it to Omieds (the owner) attention. Hey!! You dont have my cans on here!!!! I pointed to my containers and he said what those are yours? That other lady said they were hers. I paid her for those cans! I said well they are not hers! They are mine! So someone is lying and its not me!. He told me to give him my receipt and he couldnt believe what just happened and said he believed me and weighed my cans then he handed my new receipt with correct info on. Then he brings up my review I wrote and asked me to let people he corrected the error and gave me the $20 that I didnt get. About half of what I should have gotten. Then hes praising himself for paying me for the cans today even though he had already paid that other lady. How he lost money because she lied... On and on! He suggested I give him another review telling people about his good deed today. Wrote his name down and the name of the guy who cheated me the last time I was there, who supposedly no longer works there. Im pretty sure it was he that checked me out when I was shorted by more than half owed me ).Ill let you come to your own conclusion of what happened to me today. Was I going to be cheated again, hopefully not notice my total was incorrect? I never saw my cans on the scale! Not even when they were supposedly added to the lady in front of me. I wish I could have asked to see that ladies total before me. He was too busy praising himself and letting me know I should tell people on Face Book!! Comment: Most un reliable and not trustworthy, there was a bar owner who was supplying beer bottles a head of me in the line and he noted the scale is tampered to show false reading and when he asked owner infornt of all the owner took him away to talk personally, he did not even deny.. Bad service and bad organization to get licence.
