Comment: One week ago….Charged $240 for routine service and feed dog adjustment. Claimed 5 hours work. Replaced a broken bobbin case and adjusted tension. Demanded cash payment saying his system was down. Machine was returned with stuck needle up/down. Tension problems. Breaking thread. Took to Redlands sewing center where photos validate my machine was never even opened for routine service cleaning, the issue was a spur on the hook, and machine settings were placed back to factory settings. Redlands fixed my machine and it is now sewing beautifully! It would be honorable for Gomez to return my service fee paid minus a part charge of $40 for bobbin case.

I could tell when I returned home and used it that it was in need of service because it ran so much smoother.The repair was simple, but I didn’t know the exact problem until Rey took led me the housing for the bobbin was loose and just needed to be tightened!Thanks Rey for helping me out!

Comment: Mr. Gomez is a real artist with sewing machines. My old Singer had multiple problems. He quickly took care of them all and I am back to sewing. He even cleaned and serviced the poor old thing and for much less than for me to replace it. He even took time to give me some pointers on using it.I totally recommend this very nice gentleman.

Comment: I’ve had a Singer sewing machine that’s not been operational for 20 years. The first person I called was Gomez Sewing Machine repair. Much to my surprise Rey was able to come over within half hour of my call. It was my lucky day. He got right to work made adjustments that I would’ve known nothing about. Cleaned the machine and sat with me patiently to explain the operational portions of the machine and it worked like a dream. So great to have someone that knows his stuff! And very professional.

Comment: After purchasing a machine from a sewing place in San Diego, I had to call Gomez Sewing Machine to install a Servo motor. The place I bought it from in SD had not bothered to really make adjustments so it ran rough. Without asking, Gomez did several adjustments, checking to make sure it ran properly, etc. - Talk about service. I wish I would have bought a machine from him rather than the other guy then I would have known it was a good purchase.

Comment: What a find! I had an industrial sewing machine in desperate need of repair/service and there was no one locally in the Palm Springs area to fix it. I emailed Gomez Sewing Machine Monday afternoon, and within 10 minutes received a text setting up an appointment the very next morning. They arrived and quickly and efficiently made all the necessary repairs and adjustments to my machine. The price for the service and repairs was incredibly reasonable given that they came from Moreno Valley. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a great find!

Mr Gomez did everything in a timely matter kept to his word he is a very knowledgeable man with years of experience and a very trust worthy individual. He repaired my singer 47w70, singer 112w140, my featherweight singer and my singer 95-1. These are all industrial machines and he knew how to fix every single one. I highly recommend his services. He is excellent in communicating with his customers and excellent at driving to your household if need be to check on your machine. Not only did he repair my machines my mother bought one of his industrial machines he fully restored, she bought it at a really good price. I am so happy with my machines. On the singer 47w70 darning machine he restored its original color, restored original parts and also made a custom table cut to order on top of that he also changed the clutch motor to a servo motor which is way easier to use. Overall this business is an A++++++++ . He is a highly skilled sewing machine mechanic. Number 1 in the IE.
