Had an employee specifically tell me she was giving me a receipt because the item I bought was more than $20 and I had three days to return it. Went back the next day to return it and suddenly they cannot except returns for the item I purchased. Oddly enough, the girl processing my return was the same one that I bought it from. Perhaps you should better train your employees so they know what they’re talking about.
Clean, nice facilities. The staff are great. You wont get that thrift store vibe. The clothing selection is large, work many brand new clothes from retailers. Cons: small furniture/ toys section (as per my 7 y.o. son)
Store was clean. Employees were mostly friendly. Store is about 70% clothing, 20% house goods, and 5% other stuff. Basically they’re trying to be an upscale womens clothing store but with low-end products.Suffers from the same things all Goodwill stores suffer from now “greed”. All the good items are sold in their online stores and numerous eBay accounts. The prices are the same or more than other online sellers, except Goodwill’s items arent even tested or guaranteed to work.
I have yet to peruse there selection on non clothing items. But from what i could see there are plenty of knick knacks and digeridues some might find appealing. Decent selection on clothes for any occasion. Could use a bit more organization on clothing placement. But the customer service has always been very kind. No gripes.
They charging way to much for donated stuff, just buy everything new over at the walmart across the street you will get brand new items and a good return policy. These goodwills are a joke now I see items priced like at 5.08 lol they adding .08 cents to even 1$ items. Do not donate to this place it is not for the needy.
Its colder over here than I expected. The first day here I shopped here and found so many good things! I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly staff. There are lots of clean clothes to choose from. Typically more for women than men. They also have household goods - these vary but may include sterios, toasters, lamps, bookshelves, movies, artwork, decorations. Some formal Wear available.
Dropping off donations ask the guy if he wants the heavier box on the top or bottom of the cart. Proceeds to mumble something so I put the box on the top, employee rolls their eyes and starts mumbling. Horrible customer service for a company that makes their money off taking donations...
Old used stuff way over rummage sales prices
Everything is overpriced, they look everything up on the internet and copy ebay and amazon prices. Just buy it online because you get a way better return policy and your stuff will be cleaned and tested. I have even seen them selling broken items.

In my opinion this is the best Goodwill store in Michigan! It is well organized and the staff are friendly and efficient. I always find treasures of one sort or another when I shop here.
Before I got all the way into the store I saw two lamps on display and fell in love with them. This Goodwill has a just about anything youre looking for or need. With good prices
Gently used and brand new items are here. I am liking that i havent bought any one item that was a one time use only. Unless that is what you decide with what you buy from there!

Goodwill is a scam their Ceo makes 2.3 million a year . Donate to charitable union they give all their clothes away and are a real non profit organization.
Not that much stuff there anymore. Marshalls goodwill is way better. Go there. Its worth the drive
A larger store but less than average selection. Focus is mainly on clothes. Hardly anything else. Easy parking.
A bit pricey on some items and other items there are great deals. A busy place. Overall not a bad place to shop.
Seen a couch loveseat and if I had a truck I would have bought it for my daughters apartment she just moved in.
Becky was very rude wanted to keep our remaining gift card balance they acted like it was our fault that there was no barcode on the gift receipt my partner and I may not be coming back to this goodwill

Nice selection, very nicely displayed, friendly staff. Assisted in loading large desk that was purchased.
Store Asst. Manager was rude. Did not want to give back money on gift receipt. No bar code on gift receipt from other store.

2022-05-06They have vases with the original 2.79 price tag on the bottom and the goodwill price tag on the side for 3.29. And they had stuff from the dollar tree marked for 2-5 dollars. This is getting ridiculous.

2021-12-03I have not been to Goodwill in a couple months. My last experience is probably the last time for me. There is so much odoban sprayed on all the clothes and they spray it in the air. It was so bad, I could not breath. I had to leave the building. That was a couple day ago, and Im still sick from the toxic fumes. GROSS!!!

2022-05-14$2.29 for used CDs? I realize were living in times of unprecedented inflation, but its not like theres incredible demand for music on CD anymore - which is probably why the Portage Goodwill sells theirs for only $1.09.

2021-11-27Place is way to overpriced I dont understand why people donate to this greedy company. Walmart clearance has better deals than this place and Goodwill gets everything donated FOR FREE!!

2021-04-29Pretty sure the girl at the register stole one of the items I bought because it was not in my bag or my car. I checked every in my car and even outside my car... just disappeared. I called and the staff was not helpful at all.

2019-04-07New store arrangement is quite nice. Generally clean and organized.Customer service by the store manager, however, leaves a lot to be desired. She was unfriendly and short to store employees and to myself.I normally have positive interactions here but my most recent visit was an exception.
