Comment: Be the squeaky wheel!It took 4 hours 45 minutes to get 2 new tires and a headlight bulb changed. People came, people left and finally I went up to the counter to check on my car. He informed me a tech was working on it, but I can see the car from where I sit & nobody was working on it. They certainly didn’t communicate any problems or reason it was taking so long. I believe if I hadn’t checked on my car I would still be sitting there. I would suggest an effective first in/first out system and good communication skills.But the joke’s on them as I used the lengthy wait time to write this review.

Comment: Absolutely appalled by the service at this Goodyear Auto Service! I brought my car in for a simple tire leak, only to be met with utter dishonesty and incompetence. They incorrectly claimed my tire had three holes and couldnt be repaired. Though they acknowledged my road hazard protection, the staff—led by a particularly unhelpful manager—refused to order the replacement tires I needed. Out of frustration, I took my car to another shop, which fixed a single nail issue at no cost. This Goodyear stores reluctance to help and attempt to overcharge is blatant and disgraceful. Im beyond furious and will never return. Beware—this place is a complete rip-off!

Service was lousy, first called in to see if they had the tire I needed, they said they have 2 in stock and I said order the other two and I made an appointment for 2 days later for the 4 tire change. When I got there they did not get the other two tires so instead of a 1 hour job it turned into a 4 hour job. Further 4 tire replacement comes with a free 4 wheel alignment check, they did not do it, had to request it so waited another 30 minutes. NOT GOOD SERVICE, I recommend to STAY AWAY...

Comment: I brought my car in Saturday 12/23/2023 to get serviced, did a diagnostics to see what had been wrong with my car, different codes popped up, which mean I needed to get a few things fixed. No problem!$1,600 for my car to get fixed and once I paid, I left thinking my car was fixed and 30 minutes after, my check engine light comes on and my car is smoking underneath the hood.What type of place is this? You pay them almost 2 grand to get your car fixed and they don’t properly fix it! You took my money and did not fix my car at all, I waited for hours!!Terrible service, never coming here again!

Comment: Awful, unreasonable, and unprofessional at every level. They forgot to mention a storage fee.... they were also late to open their own store front. Myself 3 customers and 3 employees waited to get in.Next, the card reading system didnt work. A 2 minute transaction turned into me getting robbed (see above) and having almost an hour of my time wasted.During that time, the manager blamed his employees for the problem, which is funny since he was late to his own store, and the problem could be prevented by basic system testing.When I finally get my car, there is a nice new scratch along the side and 2 spots on the rear where paint has chipped off, none of which existed when I brought it in.I loath this place, its a joke and the epitome of the complete lack of care and effort that constitute the rotting of our culture.This place is rotting and rotten.Maybe if the store opened on time, and you tested your devices prior to opening, and didnt screw people out of every penny, youd have less 1 star reviews, which, this place has a ton of.Id rather sell my car than give them money. I will never come here again.Although the coffee wasnt bad.

Comment: Terrible service and consideration. Had an appointment for 9:30, after checking in and dropping keys they said 1-2 hours, ok perfect. Returned after 2.5 hours hoping theyd just been a little busy since I left to call me. NOPE. I was told 20 minutes after checking in again and waited Another hour just to stand there at the computer and watch every employee taking their time while myself and other customers wait well beyond the times we were given initially(I only know this because they were voiced by others). They literally had me wait to get my keys while I could see my car sitting in a parking spot until I left. This is the worst tire service Ive ever had and thank goodness I had a mind to call off today instead of having someone cover for me for 4 HOURS .

Comment: Made an appointment for noon. It’s 3:30 and my truck is still up there on the jacks and my boss is getting pissed. If I could I would tell them to just throw my old tires back on and I’d go elsewhere but I’d have to find someone to do that and if someone was available you’d think they’d be putting new tires on my truck. I’m staring at my pickup just sitting on the big jack thing, lonely & neglected. I’ll finish this review when I finally get my truck back. Make an appointment here only if appointments don’t matter and you enjoy hanging out in tire shops for hours on end. (Disclaimer- I was told 1 to 1.5 hours so I walked off and came back 2.5 hours later kinda expecting… hoping for …. my truck to be ready. Okay it’s 4:15 and there are tires in my truck but someone just moved it to another jack thing. The suspense is killing me. Ooops up goes my truck on another big jack. A guy is doing things to it. I hope I still have a job. It’s been 4 hours and fifteen minutes. People have been covering for me since I figured I’d be gone two hours MAX when they said 1.5 hours.Don’t come here. You’ll have all kinds of time to write a google review if you do though. Sigh.Final count. 4 hours and 47 minutes.

They couldnt find my paperwork, they took three extra hours for installation, they scratched my custom rim, and they didnt even have a bathroom for their customers to use. The manager operated so unprofessionally, that its hard to believe they are in business. I would highly recommend avoiding this particular Goodyear location for any services.

The store replaced my front wheel with four brake skins, one of which was broken. I found out later when I was changing it myself. Comment: Waited 2 hours for a tire to be looked at (was told would be 45 mins) and of course it wasn’t fixable and a new tire had to be purchased to replace a 9Month old tire purchased there. After that, I leave and get up the street and the tire pressure sensors are showing that none of the pressures on my other 3 tires were adjusted, and the new tire is overinflated so I had to turn around and take it back to have the tire pressures adjusted. This was done correctly this time and I didn’t have to wait but I should not have even had to go back as it is mandatory for tire pressure to be checked at auto service centers in California. Not sure if just a bad day or if this place really IS being ran this poorly. Definitely doesn’t make me have any confidence in their service work.

Comment: I am disappointed in the service provided. I brought in a brand new wheel that was a replacement for a bent one. The tire tech installed wheel weights on the outside of an alloy wheel. I spoke with the manager and he stated that I would have had to specifically state that I did not want these types of weights installed and stick on instead. I would say it’s common sense not to deface the wheel?? I have worked as a tire tech, I’ve had 3 different sets of tires installed on these wheels over the years and never had I had a hammer on external weight installed. Not the end of the world but disappointed all the same.

The ones who shamelessly try to upsell you repairs you dont need. Its sad especially during times like these when people are struggling financially, but it must be what theyre trained to do.I went in to get my tires and brakes checked. I was told ALL 4 rotors and pads were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Mind you I just purchased this certified used car less than a month ago. On top of that the brake fluid was contaminated. The bill would be over $1,000. I said no thank you and decided to get a second opinion at the dealership. It turns out I only needed by front brake pads replaced. Everything else was fine. $200 bill vs. over $1,000. I know realize why they didnt give me a copy of the so-called notes that described the condition of the brakes They may be fine to purchase tires from but I would highly caution anyone to get repairs done there. These guys are sadly crooks.

Comment: Took my car in to have oil changed $70 for this and tire rotation. Also needed to have my check engine light read. I brought my other car here last year and had the light read for free as their website says. You only pay if you need the code pulled diagnosed. Well the older guy who helped us tried to charge me off top $70 bucks to read the code. We told the mechanic we didnt want the light checked, I wasnt paying when I didnt have to last year at same location and after their website said it was free. I went to the website and showed the lady who rang us up she agreed and we didnt have them check it anyway we had told the mechanic on site as well as the original employee to not check it. She became confused and asked us well what is be cahrging you $70 for. We all wondered since Id told him twice and the mecahnkc we didnt want the light checked, which it wasnt. He tried to be sneaky and have me pay $130 for an oil change. I might be female but Im not dumb. I ended up going to AutoZone and borrowing their code scanner and confirming/finding out the issue myself without spending $70 which is more than 2 times the amount of the part needed to fix my car. Just watch what your charged and paying for when going here. They do good fast work otherwise.

Too busy so made appointment on Monday at 8am.Came on Monday and after waiting 2 1/2 hours was told part was in Fresno and to come back the next day.Came back on Tuesday at 10am. Daniel mistakenly sent the part back to local store.Its noon and I am home waiting for a call for when car is ready.Not happy.

Comment: The worst service and on top of that I hated that I got work done and had the warranties. Cas he DONT fix it right the first time they are INSULTED when you show them it’s no longer running properly AFTER they fixed it. He ooo for EVER for them to recognize their mistakes and they STILL mad at you. I have gotten more then one vehicle worked on had to take both of them back for the warranty work and they did poorly on that. I felt good taking my truck to get all that work done to the point I took my van next. He bragged about the $4000 of work they did. I had to come back TWICE on the same thing where they ACTUALLY had to fix t but was mad. Next time I’m willing to pay a shop full price DONT PAY GOODYEAR. It’s a guarantee that you will have to come get that same work redone and I know this from personal experience because I am still going through it right now as we speak only reason I have to keep going up there is because his work that I’ve already paid for and guess what just this very last time I took my van they lied and told me they couldn’t fix it in the part was sitting right here in the seat when I got there but yet they couldn’t find it so I paid full price on brakes I can still hear squeaking did it ever get fixed?? They said they couldn’t find my tire ox sauna pick up my van they had the lot sitting in my seat I think that was their way of letting me know they’re tired of fixing when they already messed up. Last time baby girl was mad that I paid with card she literally got upset because I would not pay with cash all of this is true and personal experience

Comment: Made an online order and appointment but they cant get their email (and have not been able to get it for days) which is the only way they can validate the order, so unlike the random arrivals, I have to wait an unknown number of days until they get their email fixed to even get a new appointment. Once I get my damn tires, they will never get any more of my money.

Comment: Had an appointment to change my tires at 4pm. Even came in at 3:35pm thinking i will be on my way sooner. My tires were preordered from the Goodyear website. It is now 6:15 and my car was just pulled in. Theyre suppose to close at 6pm. Finally leaving at 6:40pm. Front desk staff is very helpful though.

Comment: As you can see below I was initially very upset with my experience. I received a phone call from the manager of this location and he was very understanding of my frustration. The manager took the time to explain to me that it was not the front desk representative fault that I was offered the wrong oil which was very understandable. The manager offered his sincerest apologies and even offered to replace my hub cap to my vehicle. I was informed that the staff at this location has been properly trained on what to do when a situation like mine comes about. I would like to thank the manager for resolving my issue in a timely and professional matter. I do understand that mistakes happen and I am willing to give a good company a second chance!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would.FIRT IT STARTED GREAT. I CALLED TO SEE IF I COULD DROP MU CAR OFF FOR AN OIL CHANGE I GET THERE THEY TAKE MY INFO AND GIVE ME THE SHEET OF PAPER WITH A QUOTE OF $29.99 mind you I had already asked the rep how much it would be when I called knowing my car can only take synthetic oil I know the price is higher than the tycal $30.00. I asked the woman at the desk is this price correct for synthetic oil of course she says no . SO IM THINKING IF I WOULD HAVE NOT CAUGHT THIS THEY WOULD HAVE USED THE WRONG OIL AND POTENTIALLY RUINED MY ENGINE. I LEAVE COME BACK PAY AND BY THE TIME I STOP LITERALLY 3 BLOCKS AWAY I NOTICE MY HUB CAPS ARE MISSING OFF OF MY TIRES. IMMEDIATELY I KNOW THEY WERE NOT PUT BACK ON CORRECTLY BY GOOD YEAR WHEN THEY INSPECTED MY BREAKS AND HAD FALLED OFF. I THEN DRIVE BACK DOWN THE STRRET LOOKING FOR MY CAPS DIDNT SEE THEM SO I PULL UP BACK TO GOODYEAR. I WALK IN AND TELL THE WOMAN AT THE DESK ABOUT THE CAPS AND THE GUY NEXT TO HER AT THE DESK SAYS LOOKING FOR YOUR HUB CAPS THEY ARE ACCROSS THE STREET NEAR THE SIDEWALK. AT THIS TIME IM PISTTT BECAUSE OBVIOULSY YOU KNEW THEY CAME OFF AND WERENT PUT BACK ON CORRECTLY BUT DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND INFORM ME THEY DID NOT OFFER TO GO GET THEM I HAD TO WALK ACCROSS TRAFFIC TO GET MY CAPS AND ASK THEM TO PUT THEM BACK ON. TURNS OUT THEY BROKE THEM AND TELL ME BECAUSE THEY ARE OLD THEY WONT STAY ON PRPOPERLY THE REP SHOWED ME HOW LOOSE ONE WAS WHEN HE ATTEMPETED TO PUT IT BACK ON MY RESPONSE WAS WELL IT NEVER CAME OFF BEFORE SO OBVIOUSLY YOU GUYS BROKED IT AND COULD HAVE SIMPLY TOLD ME NOT TO PUT THEM BACK ON INSTEAD OF JUST DOING IT ANYWAY KNOWING THEY WOULD FALL OFF AS SOON AS I STARED DRIVING ONE REP OFFERED TO PUT ZIP TIES ON THEM VERY UPSETING AND HORRIBLE CUST SERVICE

Comment: Came here on my fathers recommendation. My vehicle had a slow coolant leak. They identified the leak and repaired it for 170+ dollars. I drove away only to discover the exact same coolant leak in the exact same location. Their explained that the machine they used for testing pointed to the part they replaced as the culprit so they were not culpable.Shouldnt you also verify the leak manually? You know, with your eyes?Nonetheless their backsides were protected.The second attempt more accurately identified the water pump, which they kindly replaced for a discounted 400+.Well, that leak is back today, just 4 months later, and this place is possibly under new management. Oh, but it is ok because they gave me a guarantee.... On parts and my continued doom trying to get my car fixed here....Maybe you will try someone more reputable?

At about 10:30 they took my car in, at about 11 guy came back to tell me they were not going to be able to do the service since it was a sealed transmission, that i would have to take it to the dealer ship....REALLY???WHAT A WASTE OF TIME !!

Comment: I went here driving 10 miles from my place as they had a deal of oilchange and free tire rotation. After oil change when i was driving home my stering got worst as it was not in right position which came to alignment problem. I called them next morning and they told me i had alignment problem which was not told before. I asked them to fix but they told me i have to pay for alignment or i have to put my tires which make same as before but still alignment problem came. I think they just screwed my car, simply thought it is a good place for oil change is wrong. It made worst and now i had to pay 80 dolar extra somewhere for my alignment for no reason. Don;t go to this place.
