Comment: I dont know what happened to this locations service but its real bad now.Ordered tires a week in advance they didnt make it in for my appointment and never got a call to reschedule so I came for nothing. Had to wait another week on top of that for them to order it again.Then when they installed my new tires they broke a the TPMS sensor. They ran the tool on the computer and said it would turn off after I drove it a couple miles.I drove 500+ miles that day and it never turned off.I had to go to the dealership and spend 275 $ to fix something they broke.Go to another goodyear shop. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Comment: I called in to Lila and she was very straight forward and helped me on the phone. I came in to the store and met her. I explained that I just opened a line of credit with good year and didn’t have my account number. She told me not to worry about it and she would call and get the information with me. I have been plagued with life circumstances and explained to her that I was on a budget. She did everything she could to give me discounts. For the quality of tires and the customer service. I felt much better and it was a relief to know I can make payments over six months without interest. I took in the car and it was in the bay no less than five minutes later. I will be coming back here with my car and my wife’s car from more on. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a quality product and excellent service. Thank you Lila and everyone there for your help.

Comment: Tom was fantastic. Some how managed to pop two tires on my way home from work after a 12 hour night shift. Normally I go to Scott’s affordable but they weren’t answering. Tom got me in immediately that morning so I could go home and sleep and let me know when they’d gotten it finished. Afterwards he went over the treat levels on my tires with me so I’d understand when it was time to replace them. I’ll definitely be back here when I need to do that.

Comment: Tom Heyerly who ran the front end was INCREDIBLE!!!! He worked his bum off. I don’t think he knows how to walk because he seem to run everywhere. He didn’t diminish me as a woman and was extremely polite. I brought in my old beat up Dodge Dakota w/over 160,000 miles, leaking from every orifice, along w/many other issues, just to get an oil change. They were having a special on non-synthetic oil. He didn’t try to up-sale me on a synthetic blend. My only issue was I didn’t get the sale price and they didn’t replace a turn signal bulb as I requested. But, that was my fault for not checking the final bill before paying. Other than that fantastic service. I highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service!2022 EDIT: Found my car decided to pickup a nail in the tire on Memorial Day at 2:45pm. Called in and spoke to Pam who said that they were busy but if I got in there soon, theyd make sure that if the was patchable, they would patch it before closing. I got down to the store about 3:15pm and I was leaving the mall with a plugged tire by 4:30pm. Pam and her team today hooked me up and thats the reason I always come back to this Goodyear.

They are accurate in estimates with few exceptions. Any changes they ask for approval Before doing the job. They share where to get coupons/discounts. Very customer friendly. I have recommended them to many family and friends. I take vehicles to them Before purchase and they have saved me a lot of repair bills by noting issues that I have had the current owner cover OR I pass on the purchase. They have made some mistakes but they have always owned up and corrected them. As a non mechanic I can trust their word and work—a bit unusual in today’s world.

In an industry that can be hectic and stressful they still give service with a smile. They break things down with explanation and theyve showed me that there is honesty and not just a sales aspect at this location. Ive read other reviews on here about time, and Ive dropped my car off for an oil change leaving it there, because again, they want to make sure everything is top notch, theyre fixing something Im incapable of fixing on my own and lets be honest, vehicles dont always have a cut and dry answer and mechanics work incredibly hard. Thank you guys for the great experience. I think Ive found my new favorite automotive shop.

My old vehicle was not easy to work on as they had work around the old rusty brake drum. It was a Saturday and they could have tried to quit at regular time and have me come back on Monday. They had to hotshot some parts late in the day and my car hasnt felt this good to drive in a while.

Comment: The Goodyear Tire Shop at Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights runs an Awesome business. I pulled my 30 Weekend Warrior trailer out of storage and when I got home found a huge screw had punctured one the tires. It wasnt all the way flat yet so I ran the trailer up to Goodyear.I was greeted by Tom Heyerly who said they could do the repair but they were pretty back so it would probably be an hour and a half or so before they could get to it. I said that was fine though we were suppose to leave on our trip at that time.To my surprise about 20 minutes later one of the tire changers, Reid W. came out and began jacking up the trailer and removed the flat tire. Reid promptly broke down and repaired the tire. He torqued the lug nuts then checked tire pressure in all my tires...on both the trailer and my truck so we would travel safely.I was ready to hit the road again in less than an hour. In my opinion, Reid is a great worker and the Store Manager Tom was awesome as well. They both Excellent customer service skills. I couldnt be happier...this was truly a five star experience. Thank you both so much.

Comment: After hearing a whine from my steering I stopped in to have them check my power steering pump. While the tech that does power steering was booked for the day they checked and filled my almost empty steering fluid and my tire pressure. I was in, out, and on my way home in 15 minutes and will be making an appointment for Monday to have the steering checked out. They always have a great staff and are always so helpful.

I informed the lady behind the counter that I had a $10 off coupon and showed her, which she told me she would take off my bill at the end. I waited 2 and a half hours and finally asked when would my car be done, only to be informed it was done and waiting. When I got to the counter to pay I did not recieve an apology and since I had been waiting so long my phone died, although I understand that is not their fault. The girl who took my payment was not the same as the girl who checked me in and when I informed her about the coupon and I showed the other gal she told me it didnt matter and could only give me $5 off. With no phone to show ger the proof and irritated from waiting an unnecessarily amount of time, I was ready to go. DO NOT GO HERE, ITS A JOKE.

Comment: Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! I had a valve stem leaking. Called the store, an hour prior to closing time Dale said get it here fast! Riley greeted us, took the tire in, and we were in N out. I realize results are not typical. At Goodyear a significant wait time is normal and understood. But in this particular instance they didnt brush me off because they wanted to go home soon. They helped! And they acted quick! Id like for a manager to give them this positive feedback and let them know their service is appreciated.

Comment: Made an 8 am appt to get an oil change because I have a long term rental through Enterprise and they have a contract with GoodYear. Im sure they can do an oil change as well as the next guy, but what a ridiculous amount of time! It is now 9:30 and the service is not done - I wouldnt recommend waiting in their lobby for your oil change. Take Uber home or get someone to pick you up until done.Once the oil change was done (about an hour & 40 min), I drove off and the mechanic had not reset the computer that alerts the oil change and tire pressure check are due. So now I get to go back and wait who knows how long to have this taken care of. Reducing from 3 to 2 stars. Shouldnt this be a basic step with the these newer cars?

So next morning, looked at tire then told me that the nail was in too deep and cant be repair. Give me the estimate for the tire and job. Someone else looked at my tire and said they were fine. I got a patch somewhere else. Do not trust them.

It was only the following day I realized all 4 tires were in the same positions as when I dropped it off. I had to go back again and have them actually do it. You would think if youre spending over $500 they would at least perform what you asked for (and they kept my car for 9.5 hours). BEWARE! Currently reaching out to corporate for resolution. Possible I will reach out to the Bureau of Automotive Repair as well.

Comment: Much Kudos is needed for the first class service I received today from Pamela who was working at the front desk, and according to my work order Amber and Chirstopher who completed my tire repair. I first called Pamela while I was at the Walmart on Elverta, in Antelope requesting a quote on a special order tire because I was told my tire was NOT repairable and the tire was not in stock and would have to be ordered. LONG story short I had a hunch about the guys that were in the shop at Walmart and asked Pamela if she would check my tire that was in the vehicle prior to us ordering the tire and what do you know it was repairable! They got my tire looked after quickly, they put my spare back where it goes -not an easy task, and they did not charge me a dime. FIRST CLASS as far as Im concerned. Thank you so much!

Comment: I brought our truck here for tires and alignment. They charged me around 75 bucks for the alignment. I noticed the tires waring wrong so I brought it back to be aligned again 2-3 months later. They wanted to charge me another 75. I took it to another shop Orangevale tire and they said the upper and lower ball joints were shot. No way to align until that gets fixed.

Comment: Hot and cold feelings for this place.My first experience was fantastic. I was looking for a budget set of tires and found a good price online and set up and appointment. They called back and said the tires were not in stock but they would upgrade us with better tires. Bonus. So when I came in for the install they still didnt have the upgraded tire so they upgraded again, no complaints here. I got a great set of tires with no upgrade in price. I was a set customer for life.I came back bought the same set of upgraded tires because I liked them so much and it cost me an arm and a leg. I figured they are going to last forever. Actually, they are lasting a long time and the treads are still amost like new after a year.Where it gets cold. The first set of tires had a leak on the side wall. I was going to repair it myself til I saw its location on the inside wall of the tire. I figured this has to be covered under warranty so I made an appointment for them to check it out. Well, I was there for almost four hours while they looked for the puncture. I had a meeting to go to and was dangerously close to missing it when they came out and said theres a small cut that they could show me and its not covered by the warranty. I just about flipped. I admit, I didnt go check it out but really, I saw it when I took out the tire and it was a bulge that looked like it was a bad tire. I really wasnt in the mood after all that time to argue and then to be held up for another hour if they did get new tires. The only good thing about this visit is it didnt cost me a dime. Sure, but it did cost me many hours of my life I cant get back. Sorry for the long review.

Comment: Dont bring your vehicle here. They damaged ours and denied them being in causation to the damage. Our car door was in mint condition prior to them simply doing a tie rod estimate. They broke many pieces off the drivers door, leaving it lose and the side panel broken. They then tried to cover themselves by denying the claim. Prior to that, the worker himself tried to write it off as being an older car, so that was their justification of breaking part of our car door off.
