Comment: It is so nice to work with a compassionate human being when doing business. After introducing himself, Nick asked me how I was doing and it was not a rhetorical question. I was not doing well because it is my mother’s birthday and she’s gone. Nick took a general interest in how I was feeling and at the end of the conversation about my mother, I actually felt better. Would’ve never thought that an insurance agent would lift me out this dark day.Nick also relieved my stress because I had waited until the last minute to find auto insurance after being dropped. He took so much time out of the end of his day to get me covered. I was so desperate since I drive for work that I was getting ready to go with another agent despite the cost. Nick not only saved me more than half of what the other person quoted me but I have much better coverage and much more peace of mind. I tried self quoting and got insanely high rates of $600 or more and he was able to get that down to more than half. He was also there to answer my questions and gave me a quick response. I’ve learned that a condo policy has the potential to be more complex than one for a single family home because the HOA has a master policy that needs to be carefully addressed. But if you have Nick Ramirez that doesn’t really matter. Nick is without a doubt the most competent agent I have ever dealt with: Knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, warm, and competitively priced: that’s the short take-away. But I had a water loss last year and I don’t have enough space left in this review field to fully communicate the benchmark service and follow through that I experienced with Goosehead. When the loss occurred, people I spoke to started in with the doomsday scenarios, and also kind of ripping on the insurance industry as a whole. But nothing could have been further from the truth with the Goosehead team: including the adjuster who also turned out to be a star like Nick. I wish every one of my vendors was like Goosehead and each person I interact with was as ethical and proactive and effective as Nick Ramirez. Nick gives new meaning to the word ‘Coverage’. Thank you Nick. You are total gem!

Comment: DONT be fooled by the good reviews here! Nick is a very shady salesman, who cares less about you and your coverage. When I spoke to him, he said that I have certain coverage, but when I needed that coverage, apparently I did not have what he promised. When I called him, he again said I should have coverage, but after bringing a representative from the insurance company on the line, all of a sudden he started stuttering and couldnt confirm anything. He is not an insurance agent, but a typical salesman. After the sale, Nick will forward you to the Goosehead team, and they take 50 minutes for someone to answer. Do yourself a favor and get a normal insurance agent, which will take care of you personally and not the shady way Nick does.

Comment: Im a lender and I will use Nick again and again. Not only did he help get my deal closed on time, he was able to forwarn my team about an obstacle that hadnt even presented itself. His foresight helped evade having to extend the loan which wouldve caused a very expensive melt down for my client.
