I drive it the same way same distance. Same purpose that I drove the Honda. Im getting 17.4. Im being told that the car is running fine and you should go further than I drive it. Its a lemon. Do not buy a Ford ever again. I wont By one Not If. You want a good gas mileage.

I went to get my last service on Saturday they were 3 hours behind from what I was told because they allowed too many walk ins my appointment was at 1:30 pm my Toyota app told me that my doors were open 30 minutes before they closed and gave me my car back and now the brakes are squeaking I doubt they rotated the tires and did all the checks that were needed.

Comment: Ive been in twice for maintenance of my car. The first service was just an inspection and air filter change and took over an hour, the second service was an oil change and took two hours. I work night shift so, when I schedule appointments during the day, I expect them to be honored. I had an appointment at 1, I was told at 2:30 my car was done only to then be told they had mixed up the paperwork and were just now getting started on my oil change. I asked them to skip the car wash since I hadnt slept and they still ran it through the wash. I will definitely be getting my service done elsewhere moving forward.

They do offer credit card payment options for down payment and your first monthly payment is due in 45 days. I do recommend getting all the warranty they offer. Its worth it at the end. Comment: I bought my car out of this dealer brought it back because the suspension was making noise and the steering wheel was crooked they took it in the lemons was off they say they redid it better steering wheel still crooked and the suspension still make noise bring it back after a week and they took it back in double check on it they say everything is on the respect everything was fine but they soon will still crooked and the suspension still make noise brought it back for the second and third time until they say they the promise of the car has or normal I will let people Josh and see if what you think about it I think the people who works on this place dont have any idea of how to repair car or how to diagnose a car even the manager came out to talk to me and trying to convince me that all this problems that the car is having are pretty normal I will not recommend anybody to come to this place and have the car service I dont think they got any idea of what they are doing and the people there work there that supposed to be certified I dont think their certification its worth their anything if they cant fix problem again this is personal opinion if anybody has a good experience with these people which I doubt it feel free to comment on this post. Heres some pictures that I took myself when Im driving this is how I supposed to drive and I put the car and at shop and look underneath the suspension and this is what I found on the struts which it makes me think that this might be making the noise but they say that thats totally normal that the car has no problems at all even though the noise is even coming back worse every time I stop or I make a turn its making that noise now that I dont know want to bring it back due to they going to come back telling me that its pretty normal period for the manager I did and all the review he came back to me saying the car is on respect and they usually you having s because you drive a lot I wonder if any other people have a same previews like I do will it be able to let me know if they have this type of problem because I drive a lot which I think its a pretty incompetent response from him which probably to go to school and study a little bit more about cars and before he answers any of these questions

I came down there to buy it after being pre approved and running my credit, I was told by Gary the manager and Josh the sales agent the payment and terms were no problem . When I arrived and test drove the truck they them tell me they cant honor the price they told me because they made an error. The truck would be 67k not 55k. They never tried to make it right. They wasted my time. I then went to la mesa Ford and Greg Ryan gave me exactly what I wanted with terms I could afford. He had the deal done before I ever arrived and put things in the deal for my protection like gap coverage. If you want a Ford goto la mesa, they are legit!!!

I am not saying Gosch Ford is perfect. They are not, like any other dealership. The difference I have found between Gosch and all the other dealers I have bought from in my 63 years, is that Gosch will admit/agree and try to resolve a legitimate customer complaint and respond to it, quickly, and try to rectify it in the best manner, suitable to the customer. After all, they are in the business of selling cars and trucks. It is not in their best interest to anger or lose customers. I have always found the Gosch Group to be very reasonable and customer oriented. It starts at the top with the Gosch Family. They are all devoted to delivering and maintaining an essential part of our lives, our vehicles and mobility. So please, understand when the service department runs into an unforeseen condition and your car/truck has to stay an extra day or 2. They are trying to do the best and most thorough job possibly to keep you and your family safe. My wife and I are very pleased with the sales and service we have received from Gosch. I just purchased a brand new F-150 4WD Lariat, yesterday from Gosch Ford. I had purchased a 2014 F-150 4WD XLT from Gosch Ford in March 2014. This particular truck had transmission problems a couple of times in 18 months/29,454 miles. I felt it was a lemon, no fault of the dealer. It was all covered by warranty and the service department was excellent and doing whatever they could to solve the problem. I decided to buy a new truck and get and get out of that truck. Gosch Ford was very sympathetic to my situation, partially because I had bought the truck there and all the service has been at the dealer, the other part on FMC. They were GREAT yesterday and I came home with a brand new truck, with close to the same payments. I was exceptionally pleased and it erased the bad taste about the first truck. When I got there the service attendant, Charisse assisted me and told me she didnt see an appointment for me, however she said no problem well get you taken care of. Comment: Everytime I have used the Ford service dept, I have left unhappy. The first time I went was right after I purchased a used late model Ford Escape. I also purchased an extended warranty. Anyway, I went for the first time to get some items fixed and the service writer said that the warranty didnt cover the repairs that I needed. I said it does, and she still said no it didnt. I had to go get a copy of my warranty to prove that it was covered. I got the items fixed per the warranty. Also, while talking with her the, a couple of the other service writer were throwing around F-bombs.Second visit for more warranty repairs, and was being helped by another service writer, and now he argued that he would have to charge me $100.00. I lost it, and was going to hunt down the sales person that sold me this warranty. Then the service writer checked deeper and said he was wrong, then honored my warranty.Third visit was just for service. I also ordered windshield wipers, the middle grade. When I got home and checked my invoice, I saw that they sold me the most expensive ones they sell! Luckily, I was being helped by a very good service writer who apologized and refunded me right away.So heres what I feel about this place. This service dept and Gosch will cheat me every chance they get!! I feel that I have go in there with caution, because they will cheat me if Im not careful.By the way, I have purchased at least 5 to 6 vehicles from Gosch. Guess what? I will probably not buy from them again.

I emailed him what I was looking for, he sent me a no haggle internet quote with a very good price. I called a day later and let him know we would be in to see the car. We arrived to find the car parked in front of show room and ready for us to check out. After a short explanation of the features (first Hybrid for us) and a short test drive and we were in Marks office to seal the deal. To make it even better, the deal was the deal of a lifetime. I dont have enough superlatives to express the experience. Wonderful people from the sales personnel to the closer and finance person. No push, push and trying to sell you what you dont want, need. As I said at the start I went in with the idea of buying a used vehicle because I thought the I couldnt afford a new one.
