I want Kevin to know that I will be one of the 15 + joining the class action lawsuit.. We had got all rebuild a transmission on a ford escape (AWD). To no surprise it failed within 30 days, its an extremely labor intensive job to remove the transmission. We sent the transmission back to got all for a warranty rebuild, we were told we would have the transmission back repaired under warranty in 2 days. That was over 3 months ago (01/27/2021). The car was torn apart on my hoist for a week before we broke down and bought a new oem transmission from Ford to install for the customer. I then asked got all for the transmission back so I could send something back for a core (1200 core). Which we never got back, and still do not have it. So now we are out all of our time, labor, oem transmission cost, and cost of the core charge.
I ordered a transmission from their website @ atransmissions.com back in April 2020. I was told give them 7-10 business days or maybe longer because of Covid. So I waited about a month probably before trying to get some answers. I was told it would be shipping out soon. Waited another week then 2... still nothing. Four months later I was told by Kevin he was going to personally take care of me because it had been so long. At that time he told me they never received any case for my transmission. He was still waiting for one to come in. A week later was told he had a case but it was the 2x one not a 4x one, but he assured me it would work. Next week was told it was shipping out the next day... didnt happen. Finally was told it was on the dock awaiting pickup, given a tracking number that never appeared anywhere. Called them back, was told it was damaged on the dock. After hearing this, I asked could I just please get my money back? They said sure, 7-10 business days. Never got it. Called them back and talked to Jen, she said it had been processed and she had confirmation numbers, dont know why I never got it??? Meanwhile my truck sits at the shop.
I rarely leave reviews, but since these guys did such a great job on my 98 chevy pickup i chose to write this. The transmission looked great when it arrived and we put it in. I have about 7000 miles on it. It is working great. Their product quality is the best I have seen in this business in my many years and dozens of transmissions. I bought a 4L60e rebuilt from Got-All last summer. Kevin K. was great and promptly answered all of my questions and trust me I was very skeptical at first. After nearly a year of driving and 15k miles the transmission is going strong and is driven daily.Transmission arrived clean and well protected cacooned in shrink wrap on a pallet by Steve Bailey at R&L Carriers. I have made several recommendations to friends and family referring them if needing a good transmission at a great price.Keep up the superb work everyone!
I really wanted to like this business and give a great review. When I first purchased my rebuilt transmission, the transaction went so smooth. I was super impressed how courteous the staff was and how fast they got the transmission shipped out to the repair shop. To make things even sweeter, I was given a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. What’s not great about that? However, five months in the transmission went out. Ever since then, its been hell trying to get the warranty replacement. This process all began in October 2018. I called and was told someone would call back, however, no one did as promised. I decided to wait until after the holiday season to begin calling again which I started calling again at the end of February 2019. Since that time, I have been given the run around week by week. I thought the situation was turning for the better a week ago when I was told to take the truck to the shop of my choice and to have the trans removed, drained and placed on a pallet for pick up. I’ve done that and now my truck has been sitting and taking up a bay space at the local repair shop. I’ve even had the mechanic call this company and they’ve been lied to twice, being told the transmission had been shipped out. This has been a total nightmare! I don’t know what else to do at this point. Now I’m stuck looking elsewhere to have the transmission rebuilt and the cost of labor all because Got All won’t honor the warranty that they offered. To make things worse, I called today before writing this review and was pretty much blown off and told that someone would call back. I’ve heard this before. I just wish they would do as they promise when I spent my money with them in the beginning.UPDATE: Got a call back from Jeff today. He was very respectful and professional. He advised me the transmission was there a the shop and would be shipped on the next day. I really appreciate getting a response and the professionalism that was offered. As I said in the beginning of my first review, the transaction was great and staff was very courteous. I was in no way trying to down the integrity or reputation of this company. I simply wanted business to be taken care of. Thank you again for your response and great service in this matter. I will definitely remain a loyal customer for my automotive needs.
I Ordered my transmission on March 14, 2019. I was told I would receive a tracking number within 7-10 business days which didn’t happen. I finally called a few days after the allotted time to ask about the tracking number, at which point I was told the transmission had failed testing and would need to go back to the shop. Not a problem, I had another vehicle to get my by for now. Another two weeks came and went with no word, so I called again on a Tuesday and was told I would have my tracking number by that Friday. Friday came and went with no tracking number. The next Monday, I called and began asking for my money back. They begged and begged for me to let them make it right so I did. They said they would throw in a transmission cooler and a lifetime warranty on the transmission.So, I finally received the transmission, but did not get the transmission cooler I was promised. If I had to guess, the lifetime warranty was never put in under my account either, but I’m not too worried about that. I get the transmission installed, only to realize the oil pan has no drain plug. Definitely will never use again. One of the biggest headaches I’ve dealt with when trying to get parts. Goes to show the old saying is correct “you get what you pay for.”
Same issues as many before. They are using every excuse in the books with covid but If you read other reviews they are the same excuses for the last year to every customer no matter how many months apart. We ordered in October and told 15 business days. Still no charges made to our account when we called we were told they shut down for two weeks because someone caught covid and we’re now backed up. November we were finally charged and told two weeks before shipment. Two weeks later nothing! Emailed, called and got a response from Kevin who said he call Monday since it was thanksgiving. He never called, I had to call the office several times before someone answered. We were told another week. Still nothing. I called and spoke with dawn who ensured me in 2-3 days we would have tracking. She was very rude when I confronted her about all the lies and bs they kept giving my husband and told me I would have tracking. I gave an extra day in good faith, when I emailed and called voicemail was full and Kevin would not return emails. Immediately put a claim in with my bank because this is bs and now have been going on 3 months without the parts I need for my car. Took a week for my refund to come back, I honestly expected my bank to be fighting with them longer than this. So at least they got the refund right. Don’t do business with them unless you want to be screwed over.
Flat took my money . After 6 weeks Kevin (after he said it would ship at three weeks ) couldnt give me a ship date but would call me back in an hour ! (July 1st) havent heard from him ! Asked for a refund now cant get through to anyone but a phone answer who transfers me to a leave a message promp. Turned this over to my bank as fraud ! Next Ill file reports with federal trade commission, bbb, AG of Michigan... which told me they have at least 4 complains this year !

Nice friendly service every time I go in for parts and if you dont have what youre looking for they will go out of their way to try to help you find what youre looking for so you have the right part for your vehicle. Okay this is a different review from my last review 3/11/2021. I know the pandemics been hard on a lot of businesses but I know the workers at got all Auto does their best to help out with customer service and they try to help out customers the best they can when theyre at their junkyard place of business and they will try to help you out the best they can when it comes to cars and trucks and making sure you have your parts in a speedy and timely matter always had good experience and always been treated with respect thats what I like about what you get treated there sometimes things happen and it it takes a little bit longer but in the end when you do have your parts and your vehicle is good they try to help you out no matter what good workers good employees so they do the best they can when things are slow but when business picks up theyre always right on it to help out no matter what very good on price of parts very good staff and workers besides whatever youre told on the phone go there in person youll see something totally different than what you here on the phone. With respect they will help
I spoke with Cindy and she was incredible and helped with everything that I needed. I was looking for a valve body for my 4L60E transmission. The parts were clean, arrived fast and in great condition. I would recommend working with Cindy anytime, she even made a follow up phone call to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. This is my new distributor for ALL my parts!! The prices cant be beat.
Its hard to give a review when I havent received my transmission yet! Its only been 7 days since I ordered. When I talked with Kevin he was very good on the phone with me and said I should receive an email with tracking number for my transmission, but have not received it yet but giving it another few days. Thus far no complaint!
Placed an order for my transmission back in February it will be two months in a few weeks. I have asked numerous of times for my tracking information but still no one has been able to give me that or tell me when it is going to ship. I keep getting the run around about my transmission. They have great prices but they lack in communication. Maybe I’ll do another review once I get some answers.
These people really care about the customer. From the very start I felt confident with the salesperson and it just felt right. So I ordered. Been in the truck now for over 4 months and is working perfectly. Just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work. Ill be in touch
I purchased my transmission on 6/18/2019. The shipping time on their website is 7-10 days. After that time frame...nothing! No e-mail, no phone call no communication at all! After the 12th business day I call and am told that it will ship the next day, it didn’t! This exchange of wrong information continued to the point where I was given an invalid tracking number(just to shut me up???) which I confirmed was wrong with the trucking company. Well finally last Friday 7/12/2019 it shipped. My transmission arrived on Tuesday 7/16/2019 almost a month after I ordered it! I received a call from the shop where my truck has been sitting and collecting storage fees(which probably won’t be reimbursed) that my transmission was shipped without a torque converter. I called and was told that a torque converter would be shipped from a local supplier. I asked for a tracking number, well I’m still waiting for the number and I’m guessing I’ll wind up having to buy my own converter since I’m getting no response to my emails. I’m guessing I won’t get reimbursed for that either. Oh I was told that my warranty has been extended to 10 years, God forbid I ever have to use the warranty. So I still don’t have a working truck or a complete transmission. I will never do business with your company again if I can help it! I hope you take this review to heart. I have not embellished on any of the details. I hope you don’t continue to treat your customers in this manner, after all we keep you in business! I guess they are too big to give a damn about “one” customer being dissatisfied! What a shame!
I ordered a transmission for my 1995 GMC Sierra 1500 on April 13 and now it is May 14 and my transmission might ship today. The customer service has been fine but the timeliness of the shop has not been good. They offered an extended warranty which is fine but I’ve been a month without my truck having to borrow family members vehicles to get what I need to do done. The price is great but I guess you get what you pay for right? Hopefully the product is good.
This place has done me well in all my business dealings. I really enjoy the experiences that I have there. I dont understand some of the reviews that I have seen from people makes no sense. I have had a competitor call me and ask me to come do business with them and I said no way and I told him to never call me again. I will always purchase my rebuilt transmissions from this place. I know some of these reviews that are stated on here are not from actual customers they are from the competition trying to take business. This is a very credible place and always provide top notch service to me as I run a shop and get plenty of transmission from here. So please be aware of some of the reviews that are negative as they are not real people
Make sure you read all the reviews before you purchase from this company. We have had the worst experience. We ordered a transmission on June 30th and were told it would arrive within 7-12 business days. When it didnt arrive we called and were told covid is slowing things down. I understand that so we waited. We are moving soon so we called the company to tell them we needed the part or a refund. We were assured mutiple times the part was coming and we would have a tracking number by the end of the day or they would call us back. None of it was ever true. It is Sept 18th and no part. We spoke with Kevin, Jenn, Kim, and Dani throughout this process. We asked for a refund on Sept 3rd and were told we would have it in 10 business days. Nothing. My husband called back today to ask about it. Kevin answered another call while my husband was on the line. When my husband called back he was told he should have assumed kevin would get back with him. When it was mentioned that we were going to get the bank involved to try to get our money back he assured my husband that he would make it as slow as possible and make sure we dont get our money back for a long time. My husband asked to speak with his supervisor and was told that he doesnt allow f*ckwads to speak to his boss and hung up on him. Please dont make the same mistake we did. Dont use this company.Update: 11-10-20 the part never came. It took the company 2 months to refund the bank our money after we got them involved. This company is either a scam or going out of business and cant afford to refund people. Beware!!!
I ordered a transmission back in May 2020. After getting the run around for a Month I asked for a refund. I was told 7-10 days for the refund and have yet to see it. Three weeks later I called and was told the refund had never been processed and she would get it done then and send me a conformation. On August 14 I was sent a conformation that it had been done. Again two weeks later still no refund. I called again and was told that the credit card processing company was holding the money for some reason. A week later after still no refund I call again. Every time I call I am given the run around. I just got off the phone again with Kevin who had another excuse and still no refund.
Thanks to got all auto A transmissions for a job well done. Our families only vehicle transmission went out. I called several places and they all tried to sell me transmissions that cost more than my vehicle. This place quoted me a fair price so I bought it . Its in the vehicle and working great. Thanks so much. My family and I are so grateful
If i could give this place negative stars i would! I bought a CD4E that took them almost three months to deliver to me. I would call for updates and it will ship tomorrow is slways the story or will call you back and no call. It ran for 1000 miles then lost reverse. I called them they said we would send you another. Another month later the second trans arrived. Now the second one fails. I tried calling the owner all week but wont return my calls. So now i spent $1000 at a trans shop to get it fixed. They way over tightened the valve body warping it when assembled and valves bound up causing shifting issues. Id like a refund since they did not deliver a quality product but customer service is the worst!
After looking at numerous sites for a transmission for my vehicle I decided to order one from atransmission. A GREAT choice. From first phone call with Kevin to last phone calls from Brittany and Danny nothing but great customer service. Danny, I hope thats how she spells her name, and Brittany were awesome in their communications with me and keeping me posted on when to expect delivery. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a transmission or other parts for their vehicle . Thanks again .
NEGITIVE 100%! This company will take your money and run. Every time you call theres always an excuse. Ordered 4l60e transmission and after 2 months had gone by I canceled the order and have yet to receive my refund. Unprofessional staff from sales to the mechanics. Theres no reason a transmission needs to be tested 3 different times unless you dont know what your doing!

Amber has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I did have an issue with my first transmission but she sent a replacement out which is working great. Great people, great parts. Will buy from here again.We just took a trip to the mountains and the transmission worked great. We were pulling a 2000 lb trailer and the shifts were solid every time. From the Columbia area to Asheville it is a climb and the transmission did fantastically, without hesitation or issue. I would recommend this place to anyone . Again, thank you Amber for all your help and please let your staff and workers know how much I appreciate them.
I ordered and paid for my transmission for a 1997 Chevy Tahoe a month-and-a-half ago and have still not had my transmission shipped. The customer service people and the shipping people put me on hold every single time I have called for at least 10 minutes I guess hoping that I would hang up but I have had three promise states to ship and they have all not came true. I Ive asked for my money back and I will do my business elsewhere. For the third time this week they are telling me that my transmission will ship which was supposed to be on Monday then Wednesday and now its Friday I have asked for email and text notices on the status of my transmission and have never received one. Very disappointed with the customer service and a month-and-a-half lead time to get a transmission shift is ridiculous. I will never do business with these people again.
I was very skeptical when I was quoted an incredible price, 40% lower than my local transmission shop. I thought well this must be 2 good 2 be true. I read the reviews and took a chance. I received the transmission and it was cherry. It shifts perfect and I am completely happy. I have told all my other mechanic friends, my normal friends, my family and everyone else that will listen to me, which has prompted this review! I highly recommend anyone to purchase from Got All Auto Parts.
This company is a FRAUD!!! Do NOT buy from them!!! I Spoke to Jay on 5-24-19 when I ordered a transmission, and I was told it would be 7-10 days to ship. I was billed on 6-4-19, and still NO transmission. No phone call, no email, no contact of any sort for weeks. My car was still at the shop awaiting the transmission with storage costs adding up. I continued to phone once a week, speaking to Jennifer, and each time she replied that the transmission would ship within a day or two. Two weeks went by and I spoke to Jennifer again...she said it would be shipped the following day. I replied that I needed tracking numbers sent to me. Then...she sent me a copy of the invoice..still no transmission had been sent. I finally stopped payment on my credit card, and will now go elsewhere for a transmission. From the time I initially ordered the transmission (5-24-19 to todays date, 7-20-19 at nearly 2 months) there was NO contact unless initiated by me. This company is definitely a FRAUD. If youre looking for a runaround with with ZERO results...this is your company. They cost me money and I got nothing in return.
Not only do they not return calls and give you fake tracking numbers (if its too late, call the carrier to verify the number), but they do shoddy work. It took over a month to get it here (after being told multiple times it was on the next truck), it was delivered without a torque converter. After finally getting a torque converter, the transmission was installed. However only after 2 months, its slipping third and reverse is iffy. At this point, I just want a refund and will take it to a shop that actually knows what they are doing when it comes to remanufacturing transmissions.

I highly recommend giving Jeff a call to anyone looking for an awesome experience in buying a transmission that shifts great and leaves you with a total sense of satisfaction.
The customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with 2 transmissions however both were handled EXTREMLY well. I called them and was informed it was no longer under warranty, however they felt it was wrong it still failed with such low miles they told me I can bring it down and have it rebuilt right away as my truck is needed daily. (8 hour drive one way) and they had it ready for me later that day. Showed me the way that they rebuild them and looked like a good smooth operation. Really a top notch experience for them to do that. I would reccomend them just for the simple fact of great customer care, and affordable parts.
Got All is the best! My family used to live just down the road from them but even though we live 45 miles away now, we still come to them for all of our used auto parts needs. They’re honest and fair and usually have both the best selection and the lowest prices anywhere in Mid-Michigan. Go there, you will NOT be disappointed!

He was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem and had it FIXED in a couple days, saving me TIME & MONEY !!!Id definitely recommend him... thats the guy to go to !!!
I needed a taillight assembly for my car and I was having a hard time finding one. I stopped at Got All Auto parts and within 5 minutes I had exactly what I needed. I was even able to source some other parts I needed. The service was fast and friendly, they went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I highly recommend if you need a part for your vehicle that you might not want brand new, you should contact them to help you!
Great price, so I thought. Claims to be a remanufactured transmission, 5 yr. Unlimited mileage, no fault warranty replacement. 1st transmission arrived in about 2-3 weeks, not a big deal for me as I had others to use. Transmission came without bell housing and tail piece, definitely not what was shown in the picture as a complete unit. Paid for the install. Transmission lasted about 500 miles before going out. Company said theyd replace it, longer story shortened up to a month or so of calls and not until a personal pick up of the replacement transmission did I receive it, but without the converter. Drove home to Pennsylvania where I again paid to have it installed. 2nd transmission didnt even last thru the test drive of it. Since then, many calls to Kevin, and Jeff, all referring me to Jenn to complete the paperwork for return tags for both bad units then to receive a full refund. Jenn has yet to answer any of my calls for her, respond to many messages left for and as well as not responding to my emails. I would suggest NOT buying from this company. Im still in the never going to end battle with them. Other civil suits pending. Ended up having a local shop rebuild one for me and have it installed by the same guy before its working well.
Got All auto parts have me quick courteous service and went above and beyond. I needed a tire on a Saturday right before noon. They made sure that my family was up add running quickly on a safe tire. However, they seem pretty busy so i Would recommend calling ahead of time
Good transmissions and good service at first but recently my transmission went out so I called the company and they sent the truck to pick it up with in a week. So at this point I thought they where doing well but it’s been almost two months now and I have still not received the transmission. Also I’ve be told 3 times now that my transmission was being sent out with in the next day. I’ve also received 2 separate tracking number which neither was able to track when they told me it should be. I would like to stay with this company and continue to purchase there product but I’m tried of lies and confusion. I work everyday and need my truck to make money and survive but this company is making it a little hard at the moment. I understand rebuilding a transmission takes time but personally and from others it should’ve took this long. I just would like to receive my transmission with no farther lies or confusion.
We need more people like kevin. I called last minute to see if my friend could get an alternator and not only did he get the part... he kept the store open an extra 20 minutes and knocked 5 dollars off a 20 dollar alternator.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for great service
We ordered a transmission very early this year from this company. After providing the relevant information and recieving the transmission all appeared well. Once the transmission was installed it was a different story. At idle and in first gear the transmission made a horrible whining noise. Additionally the transmission was running very high rpm values. We went from 2100 @70mph stock to 3100 @70mph with this transmission. After getting the stock transmission repaired all is working well again. However getting a refund has proven challenging as were going on more than 2 and a half months talking to customer service. We have not had the greatest experience.Edit: Check your system for Terry Schrum and youll see that I have a valid claim and that since posting this review Ive called over a dozen times. Only to be told the person I need to further this along is out of the office or sick.
Overall the experience was not bad but it needs improvement. For starters I was told different stories about why my transmission was taking longer than expected and this is after 3 prior phone calls that gave me little to no information. All but one of the phone calls I made seemed like I was wasting their time by asking about the transmissions status. Once the transmission had shipped it came relatively quickly and I did receive some tracking info on it. The delivery should have been done with a box truck that has a lift gate and not a tractor trailer truck since it was specified that the delivery address was a residence and not a business. Delivery at the address was quickly done even with traffic having to be blocked in one lane for 30 mins. Once I had checked the transmission over it was noticed that the Transmission cooler was missing. After calling again I was told they are shipped separate which was not what I was told previously. After the representative apologized and got some info he sent me another one out since he was sure the cooler was lost at this point. Parts of this were very disappointing and other parts were great. Needs to be more prompt and professional in the future.
I purchased a transmission from Got All Auto Parts in May. I received the wrong transmission but didnt find out until October due to a mechanic not being able to get my vehicle in until then. It took a day or two but the ladies I talked to sent another transmission and arranged for the wrong one to go back. I appreciate this kind of service because my schedule is non-stop busy and I dont have the time to handle the simplest of things. I realize it is a long time to note and report such a problem and again I am grateful a replacement was sent without me having to arrange a number of things and return it first in order to receive a new one because the mechanic probably wouldnt wait all day even though they made me wait almost five months to get to it.
Took over a month and constant assurance of what was going on with our order. No communication and nothing but rude no customer service experience. And we finally got our transmission just for the casing to be cracked like no other and didnt recieve the torque converter thats suppose to come with it now the warranty department is a joke. Been calling and a voicemail everyday for a week now and they dont even have the common courtesy to even call back.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I have never dealt with such a horrible company. It starts out all well and good. They take your money and then you wait a couple months before you get your transmission. You will hear how it is on the line for testing or that they are back ordered. I got mine finally and had it installed and everything seemed great. Unfortunately, 17,000 miles later the transmission starts throwing codes for a bad torque convertor and bad solenoids rendering my car inoperable because the transmission started slipping and wouldn’t shift!!I called them and they asked for the codes. I have them to them and I was told that they would send me another transmission and I thought, great! They are going to stand behind their product. That was 4/15/19. After a several months of being told that they were back ordered and on the line for testing, I finally got aggravated enough to ask for a refund. They are costing me money in storage fees and will not pay for the labor cost of taking out and putting in the replacement. So I get to talk to several different people that are suppose to be in charge for another 2-3 weeks asking about the refund, all the while being told that it has to go thru accounting. Fast forward to 7/13/19!!! I talk to a new person, Jeff, who is suppose to be the manager, and am told that they were never going to pay the refund in the first place, and then it’s we will Refund it but there will be a restocking fee of 30%!! Are you kidding me? You never restocked ANYTHING!!! After the argument Jeff agrees to pay the refund in full and he would cut the check on 7/15/19. Told him that I would call and confirm. So today, 7/16/19, they don’t return my calls and still haven’t refunded the money. I wish I had never gotten involved with these people. They literally have been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 46 years on this planet. I would do more research before I bought from these people!!!!They also go by Atransmission.com
Just wanted to say Atransmissions is the best company I have dealt with for getting rebuilt automatic transmissions. My brother and I have been dealing with Kevin over there for about 2 and a half years. Their quality and price cant be beat. They bend over backwards to service me with anything I need. Thanks Kev. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a transmission from them and never heard a word from them, other than my invoice that they took my money. They took over four weeks to try to get my transmission and still did not contact me. I finally contacted them to cancel my order. They treated me poorly over the phone and acted like I was being impatient after waiting four weeks with no contact from them what so ever. Horrible place to do business. It now has been over 2 months since I placed the order, it has been over 4 weeks since I cancelled the order and still have not received a refund. I have called 6 times to get this sorted out and the manager has yelled at me over the phone. They have never shipped my transmission as their response said. When confronted over the phone with the proposition that her employees are writing false responses I was yelled at, and told she did not have the energy to deal with me. This company has stolen about $1400 from me. If you go the the BBB website you will see all the problems people have had with this company. Based on my last phone call most of the reviews posted on google are false and probably generated by the employees themselves.
Bought a transmission in Feb 2020. Sent the wrong one - after sending it to another state. Called them multiple dozens of times, 9 out of 10 calls go to a full msg box. If someone answers I just get a run around, everything from you should be getting it next week to still looking for a core. Cant trade my car in, cant sell it, cant pull my horse trailer. What now? Lien? Lawyer? Do not use this company.
Currently purchased a 4L60 transmission for my truck through A transmission. Best expirance Ive had. Customer service was EXCELLENT! I would give them nothing less than 5 stars. Transmission is running great and had my truck back on the road in no time. Thank you to Danny for working with me you get a pat on the back. Transmission is.runming solid and not to mention there prices are amazing. Highly recommend this company for your transmission needs.
Extremely disappointed thus far in my experience. I ordered a Transmission for my 2008 Chevy Silverado over 6 weeks ago. Every time I have called in for an update, the update I receive is that the transmission is going to ship in the next couple of days. Called in 1 week ago and was told my transmission had shipped, and my card was charged for the order. Call in today for the tracking numbers that I was promised 1 week ago and the transmission has not shipped and will not ship for a couple of days.If you are in a time crunch, or want clarity on the status of your order, I would strongly recommend working with someone else.
I bought a 4L80 trans for my 2003 Silverado HD through Kevin he was great from the start made me feel very comfortable with my purchase from beginning to end. Transmission is running great and shifts solids with all the updates I must add. The girls in customer service were phenomenal I had the privilege of dealing with Danny and Kelly provided me with all the information I needed . Ship time was fast as well. Excellent service and I highly recommend this company.
Bought my transmission April 2018 haven’t had a good transmission yet. I bought a used one last longer than the new rebuilt one they gave me. The last transmission got ruined because somebody forgot to tighten up two bolts on the transmission pump and that all the fluid leaked out . I had to pay $400 for a tow from the bay area back to my house utter disaster. I have a whole lot more to share but don’t wanna take up too much space.
I have been calling around all over the place trying to find a part for my Chrysler Pacifica and I couldnt have found a nicer business. They were more than willing to let me go out and find the part myself instead if purchasing a full headlight assembly for just a clip. Thanks again. I will definitely be back.
Kevin was a great help over the phone and was able to track down the part I needed quickly. The staff was also very helpful and friendly when I got there. This is rare with most junk yards staff that I have used in the past. Got All Auto Parts will be my first call for used parts.Thank you again.
Almost 1 month .... STILL no transmission. Ordered on1-28-2019More to come...........Update , ok finally shipped 2-19-2019All personnel on phone calls were very nice and respectful. Just need to give more accurate shipping times. And email all updates or at least call!!! (7-10 days to receive once shipped🤪)Will add more after delivery.......transmission has been working good!Ok. Received today 2-21-2019Shipped rather fast , when it finally shipped. Delivers on palette and shrink rapped. Looks clean.The whole process is longer than stated and or told. But over all would recommend.Will update once installed.....
Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Get left on hold just for them to tell you to call back. The ladies answering the phone are rude and unprofessional. Ordered a transmission in August and have had to chase them down to even get my order started. Calling every day to no avail. It is now December. If you have ANYWHERE else you can go, go there.
Couldnt get anyone on phone for while when did had to stay on hold 20 mins each time finally Jeff got me some answers thanks Jeff. My transmission showed up finally after missing work due to truck being down now transmission cooler never showed up so more days work will be missed hope the problem gets solved soon. Update few weeks after installation started acting funny so I called and spoke with Kevin, got another one ordered an Just received today 10/2/19 (month an half later) didnt get my torque converter this place needs to get there staff together both times didnt get everything I should have
Placed order for transmission 1 month ago called several times it was in testing told multiple times I would recieve tracking numbers in a couple of days told once it would ship Friday or following Monday called Monday it was waiting on a part aint received a call or tracking number yet. Good luck. if u look at more reviews seems to be a normal practice for company with 7 to 10 day processing
I scheduled an appointment with Got All Auto Parts twice, to have my car picked up for Salvage. Both times they havent shown up to pick up my car. The first time was because the driver was having an issue with his trailer. This was after almost an hour of waiting. The second time I got no answer on why he didnt show up when I called them. I never got a call back from the company on what happened.I had to drive 50 minutes each time to my sisters house, where my car is currently at. Very disappointed. I will be not using this service again because of this experience.
I found this place on the internet and Im extremely happy I had done so! Not only was my transmission rebuilt the very same day. But, I was given a 2 year, no questions asked warranty. Which was honored and given another rebuild for no charge. They even offer to pick up and drop off the transmission (Free of charge). Kevin and Jeff are great guys with tons of experience! Theyre are very friendly, professional, technical and understanding. I will drive from Detroit to just look around. I wont go anywhere else. Got All Auto Parts, is true to its name. Happy I found this place! Below is a pic of the after product. Prior to the rebuild it had heavy oxidation and looked brand new when I picked it back up.
Awful. Called up here on a Tuesday about purchasing a throttle body and picking it up on Saturday. They said they would call right back and never did. Called again on Wednesday, they said they would go out and pull the part and call me back and I never heard back. Called again on Thursday and was told they were in the process of pulling the part. On Saturday morning I called to make sure they had pulled the part before I drove up there, they said they forgot about it and there was nothing they could do until the following week. Awful service, will take my business elsewhere.
They deliver what they say, if they do not have the part they will locate it for you. They have a wonderful staff that works to deliver the best customer service around. What other place do you know you can call and when you arrive the part is off and ready for pick up. I would never shop any where but here for my used auto parts and rebuilt transmissions. Ordered transmission over a month ago. Read all the good and bad reviews I could before ordering and hoped the good reviews were right. Have been on the phone about 15-20 times over two weeks to be told six different ship dates. I have been told I would be called back almost every time but have only received one call back. Always get some reason it didn’t ship. Was told 7-10 days. If there’s an issue just simply state as much not keep giving ship dates that are horribly inaccurate. Still dealing with the phone games. Will update review as it progresses.
Great experience with them. Referred me to a local shop (Atlas Auto) whom got my transmission removed and taken to Got All to be rebuilt. The new transmission seems to be shifting fine and driving well so far! The whole process took less than a week! Thank you guys great service from a local place!!!
Ordered a transmission on dec 15th it’s still not delivered and it’s January 11 with the promise of a one week delivery. yesterday finally they gave me a tracking number and today I receive a email that there is another problem with shipping. I hope they are able to send out a proper transmission in a day or two. It doesn’t seem like it’s working out might have to cancel. Will update when it’s actually delivered.I am on the road today January 18, with the transmission they sent.Upgrading rating to 5 stars.Good job, took a little longer.They communicate wellThey care about reputation and that good.
I ordered a transmission May the 7th. The online customer support told me if I shipped to a business address I would have my transmission in 3-5 business days instead of 7-10 to a residential address. It is July the 17th and I’m still waiting on a refund for the transmission I never received! I requested a refund July 1 and was told I would have a refund in 3-5 business days.... I have been told many conflicting stories about why they can’t get my transmission as promised be ware if you are told - 1) it just needs to go through testing 2) we are waiting for a torque converter 3) it has been through testing and apparently needed something 4) just give me two more days - I must have heard this 5-6 times... as well as other excuses... in all of this time I never received a return phone call or an email to document our conversation. I was promised calls and emails more times than I can count. I can only conclude this is a scam. Their price was $300 less than anyone else I should have known it is too good to be true. Lesson learned have your transmission rebuilt locally! I hope I eventually get my money refunded. Stay Away!!!!!
I purchased a 4l60e for my Chevy van 6 months ago. Atransmissions saved me a lot of money over any competitor. I use this vehicle for our kids we have 10 children and 6 are adopted. They had the transmission to me within 10 days and we had it installed. It is working perfectly and getting us around to do all the responsibilities I have with all these children. What a blessing atransmissions and their staff has been I can’t thank you enough
Having a 2000 Ford Explorer Limited. I needed some parts for my vehicle and Ive searched many many places for these parts ( BUMPER COVER AND RIGHT FRONT FENDER) and these great folks had them .Great shape and also Great Staff too. The price was off the hook and now I will be having my vehicle at the body shop to be repaired. Once its done I will show you the before and after pics of these parts .Thanks to all their at got it all parts. You Guys made me happy.
Had issue with shipment taking much longer then expected, Kevin stepped in got ball rolling. Trans finally arrived, installed and runs great. Ordered another transmission with promise it wouldnt happen again, still waiting on that unit. Seems shipping/communication is major issue with company. The transmission works well, but on week 6 for second transmission, ordered April 11. Had Kevin tell me he would personally see that this one shipped withen 5 days of ordering it. Three weeks ago he washed his hands of it and told me to call the office, thats not his job. Office has promised me many times would go out by end of week, and call with a tracking number and update. Nope. Every week its another excuse. Beware, your vehicle will depreciate in the time it takes to get your transmission.

Ordered a 5r55s transmission for my 05 mustang gt on 3/17/19 They sent me the wrong unit received 4/24/19. Contacted them to get a bill of lading, got it shipped back to them on April 30th. Then they gave me the run around about getting me the correct transmission 4 shipping numbers later that never were active numbers. Here we are 6/3/19 and they say my refund has been approved but it still hasn’t been returned to my account.just saying if you use this company have a extra car or be ready to rent a car.. I’ll update this soon hopefully.Update.. 6/5/19 talked to Jeff Madison today he said that he will have a confirmation number to get my money back, going to call back tomorrow to see if there’s any progress. Will update soon..Update 6/10/19 still no refund and they said I would have it in 24hrs.Update 6/11/19 still no refund after being told 24hrs. Will update again tomorrow!Update got my refund today.
I ordered a transmission from them on June 8th. I was told 7 to 10 days to receive my order. Called on day 11 and was told it was 10 to 14 days. No big deal. On day 15 I called again and was told problems in testing and it will be shipped out by the end of the week and they would send me tracking number day 30 I called Jeff he said it would be sent right out and he apologized for the bad service. I called at the end of the week and the girl who answers the phone gave me the same bs line Ill send you tracking number by the end of the week . Its been almost 40 days and I cant even get some1 to refund my money that I paid in full up front.
Well this is the best place to get rebuilt transmissions in the area. I went to the other places around and they could not compare to this place. I got my transmission for a great price and grear quality. The shop that put it in was amazed at the quality and turn aroundtime. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a high quality rebuilt transmission
Bad Business, been a month since I ordered a transmission for customer. Have called numerous times and have been give two fake tracking numbers. Every time I call I give the person name I spoke with and they will say some that person doesnt work here anymore. As a consumer of their business I can say I’m happy with their services & the way I’ve been treated. Also I wana say thank You to Brittany cause she’s was always prompt on getting back to me & letting me knw what’s going on giving me a peace of mind so thank you to Brittany & Jeff for making my experience with your company a good one & if I ever have any transmissions Problems again of any nature I would definitely do business with this company again just for the service I received from Brittany & Jeff. Do NOT give this company your money. They are the most unprofessional, incompetent individuals I have ever done business with. We ordered a rebuilt transmission and trans cooler at the end of May. They accepted the full payment right away but then failed to provide any status updates on the order. We had to reach out the them daily to get any info/updates. For 2 weeks, we asked everyday when our order would be shipped. We were told each day it would ship today, but it did not. We were told the delay was due to them not having the proper trans cooler we ordered. We finally received our order and there was just the transmission, and not the cooler that they blamed the delay on and charged us for. The transmission they sent us immediately failed and had to be returned. We had it shipped back immediately and requested a replacement. Again, zero status updates or information was provided to us. We had to call everyday for information. We were constantly hung up, waited up to 20 minutes on hold, was passed around to voicemails all without getting any information. Finally, we got ahold of their Sales Manager, Kevin, who instructed us to request him specifically and deal with him moving since “the girls in the office don’t know how to do their job” (Kevin’s words). Kevin assured us our full order would be shipped the next day. Sure enough, it was not. Then when we called Kevin and left him multiple voicemails, he never once called back. We called multiple times everyday for WEEKS to find out when our order would be shipped and every day we were told it would ship that day and it never did. I was even given an old tracking number by their Customer Service Manager. When I called the shipping carrier and gave them the tracking number, they informed me it was tied to an order from 2016. We then went back to A-Transmissions and were passed to a Production Manager who told us the delay was due to them not having the proper torque converter. He told us he would call us the moment our order shipped. He did not. Finally, we called to cancel (at this point it is mid-July) and we were told it shipped and given working tracking info. The transmission then arrived with no torque converted or trans cooler. We sent it back immediately and asked for a refund. We never heard from A-Transmissions again. Fortunately we paid via PayPal and escalated the issue with them and got our money back. I know for a fact that if we paid directly with a debit/credit card, A-Transmission would not have returned a dime until legal action was taken. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
I too ordered ordered a transmission from this place (they are also known as ATRANSMISSIONS) I saw that they had good reviews on their website but now I wonder if all of the reviews are actually real reviews and not fake. I placed my order on 11/15 and was emailed a confirmation that my order went thru and was charged and would receive my order withing 7-10 business days. I waited a few days for an email with some kind of indication that my order had been shipped or maybe a tracking number but got nothing. I called them around 11/23 and spoke with a lady named Danny who told me it should be shipped either that day or by Friday at the latest due to the holiday (which was understandable). I called Friday around 3pm and again spoke with Danny who said my transmission had shipped so I asked that she email me the tracking number and she said she would. I knew they closed around 5pm so at 4:55 I called back because I was never emailed a tracking number and no one answered. I called both the main number and the customer service line. I then received a call around 8:30pm that night from a guy who said he was the manager and said that he has been hearing about issues with the girls in that department and will be in the office the next day around 8am to check on my order and call me. STILL NOTHING, NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL...NOTHING. So my husband called yesterday 12/3 and found out nothing was even shipped, we were lied to and now we are trying to get a refund, he spoke with a lady named Kelly who did not sound like she cared at all and we were told we have to wait until the end of the day to get confirmation that we will get a refund. If I do not hear anything by the end of the day I will update this review. DO NOT TRY TO RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIE TO PEOPLE. I have a truck sitting with no transmission and could have had this fixed by now if I didnt go thru these guys.
I always come here for my parts that I need for my vehicle. They have the best prices around and always have the parts I need :) I want to add that I want to thank andy so much for going out of his way for going to get me the right part for my vehicle from a different junk yard. He goes beyond his job to make great customer service. I wish more people were like him. I will definitely be coming back.
Worst customer experience I habe ever recieved. Told me it would take a week to rebuild my jeep compass transmission its has been 3 months and they have failed to do so. Now they want me to wait 4 more days for refund of my money and to get my vehicle backThey said they have refunded my money fully yet I have still not recieved anything. They said they have mailed it out but what kind of business mails a $2500 check out with not tracking information. I currently have my jeep at a jeep dealership and they said its just the transmission not an electrical problem. I told got all auto that they cant rebuild a cvt transmission but they said they have the only guy in Michigan that can do it. I have asked multipleshops about rebuilding the cvt transmission and everyone says u cant rebuild It it has to be a used or new one. After they failed to rebuild It multiple times they then decided to tell me they put a used one in and still the same issue. When I dropped sheep off It only had one code reading now It has multiple codes. It has been lies after lies. First it was they had to order part from Germany, then the guy had his foot cut off, then a heart attack. They can not give me proof they sent the check out. Warranty people try calling them and get sent to voicemail. All I want is the refund so I can get my jeep fixed by a legit buisness. They keep saying they have talked to warranty people but warranty people havent talked to them at all. Said they sent check out priority , then regular mail, then oh we havent sent it out yet.
Paid for parts on a Monday and was told they would be delivered. Thursday I went to Get my parts from them they were still on the vehicle. Slow service lied to twice and just all around poor service. Definantly do not recommend them if you need fast and prompt service it wont happen. Thru might have what you need but unless you stand there and wait for it it could take forever to get your parts
Lied to me several times about shipping my transmission I ordered. Including giving false tracking numbers. I am now fighting to get a refund 5 months later and they have been lying about problems with that for 2 months. Run from this company!! Go take a look at the Better Business Bureau claims against them.
Looked for quite some time for a motor for my Jeep, couldnt find anything close, and everywhere wanted an arm and a leg for it if they had it. Tiffani hooked me up!!! Great sociable staff and yes it may be a junkyard but theyre really knowledgeable and educated at their jobs thats why I gave them five stars because they are speedy at what they do. I ordered my transmission about a little over 3 weeks ago and I was told I would receive a confirmation email when my transmission shipped. Well here I am charged 1300 and still no transmission. I was also told it would be here that Friday. After numerous calls and begging for my transmission I still haven’t gotten it. I think I got a lost order. I’m very dissatisfied.
Great parts, however costumer service is not the greatest which has ruined it for me. Whether your giving costumers a great deal or not, it doesnt dismiss how you treat them.I shouldnt of had to leave a bad review for this company to follow threw with what they say. However I do appreciate them finally following threw. The driver was awesome and very polite.Once again Kevin, Im not complaining about the transmission. COSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY, and unfortunately with our experience it just wasnt there. I give 3 stars because of the parts. Im sorry if this still seems unfair, but it is a honest review. I wont lie. I actually wish I would have seen some of these other reviews as it would have saved me a hassel. If you look around you can see most of these reviews are for the 4L60E. I am in the same boat as reviewer AWJ771986. I have a 46RE dodge transmission that I ordered on May 22nd, I was once never told that there would be a delay getting this transmission out. I have email correspondence with Jeff stating that it would be out Next week of June 4th. Again on June 14th - next week? “Yes for sure” he said. July 1st I asked again “Yes Wednesday of this week.”All lies, I never was told it would have been back order until June 26th. Yes, more than a month after I ordered I am now told its backordered! I placed the order on May 22nd and received the transmission on July 11th. That’s not all! I never received the $49.99 cooler or torque converter. After all this time I still cannot do anything because I don’t have torque converter, today is July 15th and I am told the converter will finally be delivered tomorrow. Also, customer service does not keep notes because they keep asking ME who I have been talking to? You guys should leave notes on the account rather than going back to an individual to rely on for information. I have called no less then 10 times in the past 2 months trying to get this straight. I am sure I will need to call again to get this $49.99 credit to my account. I pray to God this transmission will work.
If I could give them NO stars, I would. Took payment from our warranty company, didnt do the work, and keeps giving us excuses as to why the payment hasnt been sent back to warranty center. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Do NOT take your vehicle here. Strange how they dont have reviews enabled on FB...Edit: and they still continue to lie to us as well in their response on Google. If theres NO foul play, why lie? And why not return the payment you accepted for a job you didnt do that you agreed to refund?

Where to start? First website looks good, lots of all the proper information makes it seem like this place is great. Well so I order transmission on Feb 25th, 2019. Took a few weeks but finally got it in. Had an ASE master tech and GM world class tech do the work. Puts new transmission in, it has noise coming from internal in trans. After several contacts with the company and talking with several employees I keep getting the run around and lied to point blank. Now on 3 separate occasions. Now its June 14th,2019. Still havent received anything but lies!
Most horrible experience with a company they jerked me around and lied to me for 3 months told me my transmission was on truck twice give me tracking numbers but no transmission then they told me they can’t build a ford transmission. So wanted money back of course they refunded someone else 2 weeks and still no money just a run around finally filed dispute with card company had money and interest in 1 day . NOT RECOMMENDED also if it had - stars that what I would rate them

I visited atransmissions about 4 and a half months ago to pick up a transmission for my trailblazer rebuilt 4L60e. This place was so busy it was almost insane. They were able to get me in and out after about a half hour wait. I did have to be somewhere so I was a little frustrated but they gave me a tour even bought me lunch for waiting. Must say that they are a 5 star with just a little blemish for not having it ready to go as soon as I arrived. Overall as busy as they are I do understand and get it so high 5s all the way
If there were no star rating thats what I’d leave them with. I am so sick and tired of these people. where do i start? first off they send me a transmission for my 1994 chevy pickup on December 20th of 2018 that is my commute to work and i get the trans install it and here is where the problems start... no first gear or over drive. so i called kevin he sent me a wiring harness because the harness plug was messed up. so i get the harness go to install it and all but one pigtail would plug in. so called back and explained what was happening, they sent me another harness and it happened to be the same one they already sent. well we ended up just changing that piece that wouldn’t plug in and got it all back together. now that its all back together the truck shifted all gears but now it slips into gear and takes forever to complete a shift. so i called a-transmissions back explained what was happening and they said “ okay sir well since you had to go through all of this nonsense we will ship you another transmission tomorrow. so i thought these people are great people. but low and behold its been over 7 months and still no transmission. i contact these people 3-4 times a week and i keep getting the same reply stating that the transmission will ship out tomorrow... i’m sick and tired of this. i mean yes i understand that its costing them money but what is a warranty good for if the company doesn’t apply to it. i have been getting rides back and forth to work and sometimes walking to and from work 3 miles away in a 110 degree weather. if your going to run a busseness first thing is to make sure your customers are happy. if your customers are not happy then you will lose your busseness. and as i see it with this company they will not have a bussiness for long! I will be contacting an attorney in 2 weeks if i dont receive the transmission.
I am a manager at an automotive shop and deal with part warrenty support desks all the time. My experience with amber was the best i have ever had!! No hassle, no issues or loop holes of why my transmission wouldnt be covered. The whole conversation took 10 mins and i have my replacement transmission on the way!! Couldnt be happier with the service from got all auto parts!!
I purchased a drive shaft. Part was defective. Ive waited 2 weeks for a replacement part. Was called a few minutes ago and told my part is on its way to me. Also promised reembursement for lost fuel costs. Thank you for professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Took 2 weeks to get transmission. Customer service was horrible. Once I got trans found bell housing to be cracked and they had tried to do a terrible job of welding it. Screw broken off in bell housing. Very disappointed for a first time buyer. Was excited to try them.
Place is a joke. Trans they gave me lasted two weeks took it back for a rebuild and Henry Dallas played games for 4 weeks about getting it rebuilt finally got a call back and said it was done so I went there and they told me they sold the transmission. So after 22 days after I ordered I am still without the transmission I purchased. I have called 10+ times, emailed, live chat, and I have only been given lies. First it was bad weather around day 8 when I checked the status. Then it was a production issue after the first lie as to why it didnt go out. Then I was told it was shipped out again 5 days ago. Then after those five days I was told it was being shipped out that same day. Ive yet to get a straight answer and then the tracking number they gave me yesterday isnt even in their carriers system so it still has not shipped. This is costing me money everyday. Its really a shame that I have been treated like this. I would have ordered many transmissions through this business but I will have to look elsewhere. Thanks!Update: So after getting tired of all the bs I canceled with Kevin and he said that was fine (Like it was going to be his choice). He said he would tell Kelly and that they would take it off the truck etc. more bs. I check the tracking number that night that they gave me over a week ago just for fun and somehow it shipped haha. The business practices of this company, from all involved.. Now Im thinking to myself what human being did they get to put my transmission together. Im certain all this will not end well and I almost welcome it.
I had a transmission shop do my transmission 3 times within 1 year. i finally was fed up. i called Kevin at Got all auto parts. They provided me a remanufactured transmission and advised me for free how to install. thing works great i wish the transmission shop would have just been honest with me. 5 star all the way. i cant believe how they went out of their for me.Thanks got all
Ordered and paid in full for a 4l60e transmission. Its been a month and they still havent shipped out my transmission every time I call they say theyre shipping it out and a promise to me that its going to be at my house in 4 days in 4 days pass and its not there and I called again and they say theyre shipping it out

Been lied to for over a month given 10 different shipping dates several tracking numbers and no transmission yet . after the first transmission failed with less then 5000 miles on it. Could never recommend this companys services to anyone else . especially after finding out they are being questioned by minasota attorney general and have more then several similar complaints with the bbb so a warning to others. Jyst have yoyrs rebuilt local so if theres an issue you can get it fixed . check the real reviews not the ones on there site
Was looking for parts for my older vehicle, everything I googled was saying well over $300 for parts I needed. I called here and they said they had the parts costs me a small fraction of what I was going to pay. Great customer service, great prices!!! Could not ask for better place to buy parts from.
Horrible service! THEY ARE WITHHOLDING MY MONEY! Ive been on the phone with this company for months.They delivered a bad transmission and forgot the torque converter. Now that I have waited since December of last year to get everything straightened out, I told them to forget it and refund my money. They said as soon as they get their transmission they will refund my money. I am out 500 dollars on an install fee that they are refusing to pay. The bad transmission just is sitting at the mechanics for the last month or so waiting and ready to get picked up, and in the meantime THEY ARE WITHHOLDING MY MONEY!
Very disappointing business i have had 2 transmissions from this company and both have failed. i ask for a refund 4 months ago and still have not received it . i have had false statements from this company numerous times( Fake tracking numbers,checks mailed out twice but never show up, never follow up with costumers and numerous delayed shipments. If anyone has any question please respond and i will be glad to answer.
Im driving down the road, my five year old daughter in the back seat..while smoke begins to rise out of my steering column. I take the cover off the column and take apart the wiper and wires and find out the wires connected to the wiper were literally burning. Not only was it Saturday and they were closed, they had me come in and found a replacement i was able to put in. And gave me a great deal on the part too! Thanks guys.-Eric and Ava
From the excellent customer service on the phone, to the in person customer service,some hard to find parts for my older car they had and plenty of newer vehicles. Everyone there was super helpful and kind. Not from the area but I will be returning next time I need parts.
Thanks to a transmissions I couldn’t find a transmissions for my 2005 ram 1500. Everywhere I called wanted over $1800.00 to put it in . Atransmissions picked up my unit and had it back next day for $850.00 and I put it in . It works great Kevin even helped me with technical support since it was my first time thanks Kevin and atransmissions for saving my family big time on this transmission.
Ordered placed the morning of Feb 6, 2019. Told 7-10 business days. On the 12th business day I have to call to inquire about the status as Ive heard nothing from the company. When I called, I was told they had a hard time locating the transmission, may possibly ship at the end of this week or beginning of next. I called AGAIN today and the response was: let me call you back today or tomorrow morning. I am on the 15 business day and I have no transmission or date on when the transmission will shipped.
Made a mistake ordering from these people. Willing to take your money and have no interest in give you the end product. These people have no idea what they are doing. Customer Service is nothing more than them buying time for themselves. Was sent fake bill of lading after complaints which I can prove illegal. If you actually want to buy something off these people use Paypal for when it doesnt come. Expect to get lied to.
Talked to a very friendly gentleman on the phone and then in person, was treated very well. They went right out and found the part I needed in just a couple of minutes. And the price! Couldnt believe it, no one else in town could even get this or find this. Great place, I would highly recommend and I will be back when I need something else. Thanks so much you saved my weekend!!!
Ordered my transmission on the 21rst of last month.... it still hasn’t shipped. Was told by Kevin you could have it here in 4-5 business days. It’s been 9 business days now. You get two negative stars from me. Also, why can’t you keep your phones working? Very hard to contact.
Placed an order for a transmission in March and they keep giving the run a round as to why they did not fulfill my order. Oh, lost the order, waiting on a part, Covid19 got us backed up, Who are you again?, Etc.. So after TWO (2) months of run around I cancelled the order on 6/19/2020 And they bill my debit card $948.99 on 6/24/2020 STILL WAITING on that refund that they promised to issue today date is 7/13/2020 I have been advised by my attorney to proceed with court filings by 7/19/2020 which will be a full 30 days from cancellation.Hopefully I will receive my refund before then and can forgo legal action.
I scheduled a vehicle pickup through peddle and arranged a time to have my truck taken. They never showed up and wasted my entire weekend by not calling and notifying me that they wouldn’t be able to make it out. Will never do business again as they had trouble returning my phone calls the first time around.
Came in looking for seatbelts clips to finish up a project for key hooks. Henry not only had the hooks I was looking for but gave them to me for free to complete my project. Great guys that are there to help not just make a buck. Would definitely recommend and will return for further projects or just for auto parts too.
Henry and his staff came through for me for a rim I was looking for, for months for my car I finally got one from them for a better price than everyone else and the staff helped put the rim in the car and I also got a tire thank you guys so much! I shouldve asked you guys to put the tire on but ran out of time, but wil definitely deal with you guys again!
I dealt with them for a week, trying to arrange them to come and pick up my car for junking. After days of being told I was next on the list and that Id be getting a call soon for pickup, it never came. I finally gave up and have since tried finding somewhere else that wont drag me along by my nose.If I were you, Id try somewhere else to get rid of your car, this place doesnt seem to want it.
I went in to Got All Auto Today because I had no idea what part I needed for my truck... A Gentleman from The Parts Department helped me Immediately, even though he was so busy! He went out of his way to help me! He even put the part in to see if indeed thats what I needed... Unfortunately it wasnt... Lol! But he explained what I needed to do in order to save myself $300-$500!!! I had a horrible experience with another company. I spoke with Amber at got all auto parts and she was fantastic. She kept me up to date as well as everything she told me she would do she did. This has been a great experience and I would recommend got all auto parts to anyone.
I ordered a transmission on February 4th it is now the 14th, they gave me a tracking number or FedEx I punch it in and it comes back not found what the hells going on wheres my transmission. Update I emailed Jeff ard we eemailed back and forth and got it figured out. Transmission is in transit now hopefully itll be here soon. He also sent a couple of big bonus incentives being detected them awhile to get it on the truck . Thanks Jeff and crew
The guys at ATransmissions will go out of their way to give you great customer service. Kevin is very courteous and has obviously been doing this for a long time. If there is even the slightest problem there is no doubt that they will do everything they can to correct the situation. I work with a lot of different companies to get parts for my fleet of tankers and pickups and I can’t say that any of them have or will go out of their way the way ATransmissions will to make sure you have a good experience.

Every business gets customers they cant satisfy regardless, but very importantly It is not because we havent exhausted our resources to do so. Theres a reason we have been doing this for so long.
Call at 12pm with a request knowing that Im an hour and a half a way, the awesome gentlemen on the phone made arrangements with his driver so that I could still pick up the part. I even called a local place and they said no but Got All Auto Parts was able to help me out, cant say enough good things about their customer service going above and beyond...Great work
Horrible place.. look em up on BBB.. we order a transmission for them. While still under warranty it went out on a 4 hours drive while my son was driving home from college. He sat on the side of hwy 75 waiting on a tow truck. It cost 600.00 to get it towed home. We sent the transmission back and was assured wed get a replacement since it was still under warranty. All this happened October 2016, here it is March and still no transmission. We keep getting the run around from them. Oh its in the line, or getting on a truck Monday morning and well call u with a tracking number. Still no transmisson this has been ongoing 5 months now. Dont ever use this company for anything. Horrible horrible... I just want them to make it right. Refund our money at this point Im scared to get another one from them...heed the warnings they have horrible customers service and dont stand behind their work.
Worst customer service Ive ever had.So I wasted 6 weeks on this engine for nothing. May seem like a great price but this is what youre purchase will look like. This place cant tell the difference between a hole in the ground and their butt.This place is a complete joke. Do you checking before you buy. Ordered a engine first one was damaged which I get that happens. So they say if you can wait until next week we will deliver it. Which was great. Then this is where it all goes south. I sit around all day waiting for the delivery. Finally called around 4 they said they didnt have the engine yet. Mind you I had to call them to find this out. So a week goes buy they deliver while Im at work. My fiancé gave them the money. Get home to find out the engine wont interchange. Call and talk to Jeff he proceeds to argue with me saying it will work. Knowing it wont called GM got specs on both engine and interchange report, thats odd they didnt match. So finally they say we will have another Friday. Two weeks go by sitting around waiting for delivery 4:30 comes around I call. They claim the yard truck broke down. Again I had to call them to find this out. So I said fine Ill drive there 6 hours round trip, get there they dont even have a engine for me yet. So I ask for a refund surprisingly they cant find the check book. So I said whatever they claim they would have the engine to my house the following Thursday. Well nothing I finally drove there Tuesday and finally got a check.
Unfortunately they have not delivered as promised. Customer service never returns phone calls when they say. I was told our transmission shipped out yesterday and they would call back with tracking info. I never received the call back with that info. This order was placed 10 business days ago, and we still don’t have any information on how it was shipped and no proof that it actually has shipped. Very disappointed!
Ordered a transmission on June 13, 2019. Called June 20th to see when it would be here, I was told 7 to 10 business days and I should have it the next week. Next week came and went, still no transmission. My husband called on the 25th and was told it was shipping out on the 26th and we should have it by the 28th or 7/1 by the latest. Still not here. Called 7/2 was told someone would call back, never happened. Called this morning and was told theyll call him back with a tracking number. I hate getting the run around! If I dont get it this week we are going to request a refund. This place is horrible! No one gives you any updates, they just tell you the same thing over and over. Im so done with this!
Wrong year trans, didnt return it with speed sensors, 4wd case instead of 2wd case, paid extra for straight cut gears that were not installed. Took it to another trans shop and they said the trans was the biggest piece of $h!+ they have ever seen. Parts installed incorrectly, etc. Kevin, Amber, and Jeff were unprofessional and didnt respond to the issue in a timely manner. I eventually got a refund, took months and probably 50 phone calls. Never once did they call me back. They had 3 guys slapping my trans together at the last minute. Lost tons of time and money dealing with this company. Never again. I have attached a pic of the slap it together job they did while building my trans.
Still waiting for the refund from 2 bad transmissions they sent that i had to pay a company labor fees to install. both were faulty .. Numerous calls to Kevin he stated that the labor will be covered since there transmissions were junk to begin with ...Most likely just cleaned up and painted.... As the company works out of a junk yard...Do your fact checking on this company before sending any money Same scam same common scenario.... Once they have your money your in for some major aggravation
These people are awesome !! They have been super helpful and very willing to help me out with my 2003 park avenue. I have been strapped trying to nickel and dime my way through it! My experience has to be shared. My 2002 S10 2.2 liter engine transmission was rebuilt 3 times in the last year at a transmission shop here in Lexington. The last time they refused to warranty it. I was at a loss. I called Kevin at Atransmissions and he spent over 20 minutes with me on the phone and we spoke about the issues I was having. He explained that I probably had a restricted or plugged cooler .... So I purchased a transmision after some thought with the transmission cooler. Thansk so much to all the gang at Atrans because vehicle is back on the road shifting perfectly and very happy with service.
I ordered a transmission back in June, took 1 month for it to come when it came time for installation the transmission was faulty. Sent it back after CONSTANTLY going back and forth with the service reps. I am yet to receive my refund as of today smh. Don’t do business with them all they do is LIE!
This is a wonderful place to go .I have been to several places to purchase a part for my Envoy .I call Saginaw Auto Recyclers and RPM and they kept me on hold and when I did finally get through they talked kind of rude .So I called Got All and they looked my part up and had it ready for me by the time I got there. The Sale Staff up front where great and I highly recommend this place
The transmission I ordered from this shop was broken when I got it! The shop said the wires were broken Underneath the transmission pan and the torque converter had to be replaced and the transmission pump had to to be replaced! On top of that its supposed to be FREE shipping and they never paid for the shipping, so theyre trying to reverse the shipping charges on to me! This is a HORRIBLE business and do NOT recommend buying from them ever!! Save yourself some money and a headache and look elsewhere. Reporting to the BBB right after this!
My experience.Bought a transmission for my van in June of 2014. The transmission was supposed to be complete but arrived without a torque converter. Was able to sort that out eventually and they sent torque converter, transmission installed toward end of June. Drove van from summer of 2014 to summer of 2015 including about a 3,500 mile road trip for vacation. Van spent most of 2015 in garage and making short trips around town while I searched for a replacement side window. Found window, left in May of 2016 for another road trip. Another 3,500 miles. Van was 60 miles short of making it back home when the transmission crapped out. Hauled van home put it in garage never thought about it having a two year warranty and didnt have the time, money or inclination to mess with it at the time. September I got it into a shop and was told I needed a new transmission. I started looking at my options and noticed gotallautoparts advertising replacements with a 2 year warranty. Checked my old email and sure enough that is where I bought mine. I was bummed that I had not contacted them in June when transmission died. Sent Jeff an email Oct. 3rd explaining that I realized it was past the warranty date but the transmission had not actually lasted the 2 years it was warrantied for. Asked only if he could work with me on a replacement. Oct 3rd Jeff replies asks for invoice. I reply that I only have the transaction number I provided from the original order email. He replied again on the 3rd that he would have someone look into it and get back to me. On the 5th I ask how things are going. On the 7th I ask if we are getting any closer to figuring something out on my transmission. Jeff replies on the 7th that he will warranty the transmission. I will need to pay shipping to and from but they will fix it at not cost. I was stoked and surprised to be dealing with a company that would agree to do more than they had to. We trade a couple of other emails about shipping and he tells me to call when mine is ready to ship and he will have someone call to arrange discounted shipping for me. I email on the 14th that it is ready to ship. He asks for a number so someone can call me. I provide my cell number. On the 18th I provide my cell number again. On the 20th I ask if there is a name I can call. On the 24th he tells me to call Amber. I call Amber only to learn my transmission is out of warranty and they cannot do anything. I explain that I have been emailing Jeff and he said he would warranty it. Amber tells me she will need to talk to Jeff and will call me back. After a week of trying to talk to Amber again without success I finally talk to Kevin who tells me he will figure out what is going on and get back to me. Kevin calls me back to tell me it is a no go on the warranty. I did not contact them within the warranty period so I am out of luck, best he could do would be knock $75 off the price of a replacement. I emailed Jeff to let him know how disappointed I was with that answer. Had he simply told me that at the start I could have been on to plan B and would most likely be driving my van now. I did not appreciate having my chain yanked for a month and then being told sorry no warranty. Jeff responded Nov. 1 that he could sell me a replacement for $400 plus shipping. I asked what the total cost including shipping would be and if I had to send my old one back. He again asked for a number to reach me and said he would get an exact quote on the shipping and get back to me. Still waiting. If you elect to do business with them (and I cannot recommend that based on my experience) try to deal with Kevin as he seemed to be the only one capable of following through on something as simple as returning a phone call.
Ordered my transmission 11/24/19 charged my credit card right away, and here we are 1/30/2020 and they still don’t know when my transmission, that has been paid for well over 2 months will be shipped out. luckily I have a spare vehicle to drive to work while my truck sits waiting for them to ship my transmission out. Hopefully they didn’t take my money and run.Update: after calling them week after week and getting lied to about when my transmission was going to be shipped out, and after they cussed my wife out I called my credit card company and reported them fraud. Went with another company
The only reason Im giving this company one star is because theres nothing lower. The transmission we ordered took over a month to arrive, was shipped with broken internals causing the vehicle to be inoperable, and we have fought for months to even get them to send a replacement part, which in the end, was completely wrong. DO NOT EVEN SEND THIS COMPANY ANTHRAX BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE ENVELOPE TO PUT IT IN!!
I had called about 5 other places looking for a radiator for my nephew’s girlfriend. I had never even heard of Gotall Auto Parts until another salvage company said they had the part I needed.Kevin and Tiffany were VERY professional, polite, helpful, and just a pleasure to deal with.I will recommend Gotall to friends and family in the future.
No stars worst place ever ordered Transmission March 7,2019 and today is April 30,2019 and no Transmission I can understand if you don’t have them in stock 10 day after the initial 10days to begin with Ive called plenty of times and they always give me a bs excuse they say they will call you back never do I called today and the lady there said she would call me back in 15 min because her computer had to reboot and I’m still waiting for the phone call back don’t ever order from here i still haven’t been reimbursed for my money yet they were quick to charge my card but yet been 2 months and nothing if never will order anything from here very unprofessional and talk about customer service go somewhere else this place sucks and the people there do too
Worst business practices that I have ever experienced. I am currently taking them to small claims court. In March 2015 I have purchased a transmission that wouldnt shift out of park which was discovered upon receiving it. It completely failed in May 2015. It took them several weeks of me calling to get them to honor their warranty. I finally received the transmission but it failed again in October 2015. Since then my vehicle has been out of commission. I have received no calls or written correspondence from this company. When I called I was lied to for months promising that I would receive it as it was said it was shipped but then returned. Then it was said it was shipped half way to my address then returned. Last it I was told it would be on the next shipment Friday. Again after waiting for Months with no follow thru from this company I finally had to file a lawsuit. I am out of business as my small transporting company is not operable without my work truck. Jeff Madison and Pat Green at Powertrain Pros at this rate if you do not improve your business practices you will also be out of business soon.
Ordered and paid upfront for a transmission for a customer $1200 May 21st 2019. Told 10 business days...July rolls around...still want me to wait another week.... Brittany calls me July 23rd and tells me they are ready to ship and I told her I canceled the order Beginning of July and have been waiting for them to refund me since July 3rd....LIARS.... STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...and its July 23rd 2019 - Office staff and owner are BS.
They sold ne a faulty transmission. Then I had t o pay an extra $500 to have the tranny pulled again so got all could fix it. They said it would be 2 days, it took a month! They even called and told me to come pick it up, but when I got there it wasnt done. Jeff the owner said oh my bad it wont be done until Monday now. Monday came and went. Wednesday I finally got it back. Got all, more like God Awful!
Wow! There was a problem with a transmission that was purchased with in the warranty time frame . The phone associate found the recorded sale , responded quickly and made good on the warranty with in 1/2 an hour. THANK YOU The company is good on there word Reverend Jim

Called a 3 times before cancellation to no avail and only to be told this type of trans takes longer to be delivered, or it should be delivered by end of week. Negative experience. They stated that they had a transmission ready to go; it would only take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. 9 days later I asked for tracking numbers. I was told the unit was being tested and it would be sent out in two days. When I would call I would get the run around. I kept being told it would be sent out in a day or two. Its been 11 business days and still no tracking numbers and still getting the run around. I am now in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card for non-delivery of the transmission.After I started a dispute process via my credit card company the company responded via this google review system (rather than by email directly with me as they had previously), with tracking numbers. I called the carrier and refused shipment. The carrier told me that the transmission is now headed back to IDAHO to a person named VERN. The whole experience was a lie. The person on the phone, Kevin, made it sound like they had a transmission in house, in Bay City, ready to go. Instead, they contracted with someone in Idaho, to rebuild a transmission on demand. Everything about this company is false.

I had talked to Kevin about the reviews and my concerns and he was honest, respectful and helpful, so I gave them a chance and so far Im very glad I did. Joe had just delivered my transmission and he was very friendly and helped give advice on the installation process.They both were awesome to work with. transmission looks great. I just have to get it installed and I will update everyone! But so far a VERY happy customer. here.

2022-01-13I was scammed out of $1000 for a transmission that worked for 2 months and broke on me. Their warranty does not exist. Run away from this business! They start a company than file for bankruptcy and do this all over again to avoid being liable. Scum of the earth is what you get with these people. Unbelievable!

The transmission for my 2003 Chevy Silverado lasted about a year and a half, about 10,000 miles. Spend the few extra with a company that is reputable. I have a lot more negative stuff to say just not the time to type.

2021-05-11Very unprofessional went through 3 transmissions that where supposed to be built for performance in a year nothing but issues with Kevin. 4th transmission was built correctly finally showed up with no torque converter then was told I would get a refund with buying a new torque converter showing proof of purchase and never received it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT . I give them 4 thumbs down. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

2020-10-15Do not buy from this company!!! I repeat do not buy from this company!! Those five star reviews are false! Take this from a real person!! My husband and I ordered a transmission in July. We did not receive our transmission until September. With many phone calls and all the excuses they gave because of Covid the transmission we did receive was the wrong one. When they finally decided to give us another transmission they still did not pick up the one transmission that was wrong. When we got the new Transmission we took it up to a shop they said it was finally the right one but broken!!!! There was parts missing in the new transmission. So not only do we still have the old one that was the wrong one in our living room we have the new one at the shop that is broken. We have been calling spoke to Kevin spoke to Angela or angel call changed her title more than one time one minute she’s a front desk receptionist then she tried to disguise her boys as a manager. They told us the Company manager Jeff was involved never spoke to Imaginary Jeff. They told me I could speak to Jen and was on hold for her for an hour and a half then Angela or Angel got on the phone and said Jen no longer works with this company! They will scam you out of your money!! We were told we will receive our money in 10 days and we still have not got our money back we paid over $1000 for this transmission. it is now October we still don’t have a refund and they still have not came to pick up the two transmissions!! Do not I repeat do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!

After all the lies I decided to go to my bank to get a refund. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! These guys are a SCAM

2020-12-22I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered a transmission in early november. Was told it would ship in 20 days. (Never received an invoice or anything) called after 30 days, still nothing. Called again, was told it could be another 3+ weeks. Asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago and STILL have not been refunded. Now nobody answers the phone. I put a claim in to my bank because they will not refund me and im out $1100 and a transmission for a customer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
