I made an appointment for Monday for body work on my Equinox. Someone hit and slight body damage. Graff did an estimate on it. After waiting a month and a half later., we took my car in Graff couldnt do it any sooner. Graff couldnt get in any sooner. Appointment day they have my car. Waiting and called on Tuesday. No answer leave a message. I did, no response from Graff. Ok, made a call this morning (Wednesday, ) No one answer, again leave a message. I hung up. Called back and told whoever answered, dont put me th t ought to body shop. Please need to talk to someone. I was put on hold and then was rold No one was available to tall to Mr. Mind you 3 days after my appointment and not hearing anything. Well ok, so hubby took me over to Graff. Was told by Mark that they are short staffed and just pulled it in. I then asked him to bring me my car. My car is now back home and will NEVER go back to Graff. My car is still damaged, but no way in hell would I take it back k to Graff! Just a heads up, listen to the bad reviews, wish I would have!!
Had a purchase all set up. Was given an invoice etc. literally minutes before I was going to start working on sending final paperwork I got told they sold it online at an auction. That is not the way a honest dealership does business that’s how someone trying to screw people does business.
We gave Graff specifics about what we were looking for, including towing capacity. They searched and found exactly what we were looking for and needed. We signed for our new truck the very next day after driving 1.5 hours to their dealership and they stayed after closing time to get us taken care of!
I recently visited Graff Chevrolet just to enquire about a new vehicle. The attention and information I received from Shaneen Vark was outstanding! She really knew her stuff I’m planning on purchasing a vehicle in the next few weeks and for sure I will be back to Graff Chevrolet!!!
Blake was very helpful. Answered every question. Sent pictures and videos as requested. Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. Love the car. Had my truck in for check eng.light.Frist off had to wait two weeks for apt, than was told tech called in sick that day. Someone check codes an said will have to order part. Also had open complain for eng. Harness problem.had to order that part also! My apt. Was 2/5/22. Was told parts will be in about 4 days.Called dealer back on 2/21. Can not get service to answer phone and havent herd anything from them! I have made aptment with different dealer to have service done!!! This dealer has lost my business and will not recommend to anyone else! Totally wasted my time and will never return!!!!
They made my vehicle look as nice as possible on the outside with aftermarket discounted parts, but did not fix what would make my vehicle safe to drive after I was in a (front-end/both driver & passenger side damage) collision with two deer. The Body Shop Manager Mike said my jammed break switch (break lights are on all the time, which is unsafe and can be cited by police) was not related to the accident, as well as my vehicle now pulling to the left when I press the breaks as not related to the accident.The lack of Care and Concern for this insurance paid job is what has me so confused!
I came in unsure of what exactly I wanted. Blake came over and before I knew it I was leaving with my new car. Blake sat me down and we talked about what it was I wanted and needed in a car. He made the whole process very easy! Will definitely be referring him to family and friends in the future!
Nice people. They tried really hard to accommodate me as a customer, and maintained a polite, professional attitude, even when I was getting a bit testy. It took a few tries to figure out and resolve the issue my car was having, but they never wavered in wanting the chance to try to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. I have to hand it to them. POOR SERVICE. Parts for vehicle repairs were to be ordered in February, checked with graff service on 3-7-22 & was told no parts were ordered. They ordered today & says repairs wont get done until June instead of the planned April. Isnt that just great. Dont think so.
I had the absolute best service at Graff Chevrolet on 6/10/21. 3 young gentleman got me checked in and did the oil change on the truck. They were the nicest hard working young men. Such a great interaction for my son to witness too. They helped me find a coupon on my phone and helped me sign into the app to check my rewards points...The baby was crying so I couldn’t focus. I couldn’t find my hood latch, then I opened the door too wide and hit the brick wall🤣. The one guy came up and said “don’t worry I’ve seen a lot worse😇”. They were so good to me there. Very friendly, and efficient service. They explained what they did and what needed to be done. It’s a nice quick drive through oil change for the right price and you don’t even have to get out🥰! Also, it’s a super clean temperature controlled environment. Great for any time of year.
The staff at Graff is amazing especially Lisa, the General Manager. I had to special order my Suburban which took a couple months due to inventory/part issues from Covid. That didnt bother me, I wanted this truck. Lisa kept in touch throughout the entire process from order, to assembly, to on the train, etc... The customer service I received was more than 5 stars. Ive recommended several people to them. Very, very thorough and very accommodating. Great job Graff!!
All I can say is WOW!! This is not my local dealership (drove 2 hours) that I use by my house for sales/service. First time using this dealership and they went above and beyond to make my experience awesome. Marilyn Horstman was my salesperson, and she explained everything in clear detail. She made a major purchase experience very comfortable. They worked around my camping trip even. I pulled my RV Travel trailer to the dealership and swapped out my old truck with my new one in the parking lot. They were able to accommodate my schedule and after we were done we drove off the Campground very satisfied. I will be back for our next purchase. Its worth the drive.
Your service is the worse I have ever taken my vehicle too. I have purchased many vehicles over my 75 years and never have I ever had such a terrible experience. We brought our vehicle in on a Tuesday and was told 2 days , here it is Friday and no response from my 8 calls starting on Thursday. I do not know the status of my vehicle since no one will return my calls. Now we have to postpone a trip this weekend because WE DO NOT HAVE OUR VEHICLE. The common courtesy of letting us know what is happening to our vehicle would have been nice.

Don’t come here is you need any kind of body work l. They will tell you to drop the vehicle off on a certain day and not start working on it until weeks after that. The parts were all in and it was ready to go. I know it’s busy but make an appointment date that you can actually start working on it. Also a couple of family members and friends that dropped off vehicles that are in worse shape then mine and they already got them back. I will never be coming back here again.
There parking lot was getting replaced and they were still moving at a decent pace. I was happy with the work the guy that helped me was nice and courteous. Checked a few extra things for me. Had no problem explaining a few things for me too. All and all a good experience. Had to back out because of the parking lot work but they offered to help and it was easy I didn’t even need help. Very decent. Only thing I don’t like is my salesman isn’t there anymore and I bought two cars from him and really liked him..
Even though this issue is resolved I am leaving my original concern in to demonstrate how quickly this was resolved: I am requesting to speak with the new car manager or the service manager at Graff in Bay City. My 2019 Blazer is 3000 miles out of warranty and needs a new shift column. I drive to Indianapolis and back ( so I use park one to two times a day.). I have Reviewed this issue where other Chevrolet’s have been recalled because you put it in park and it won’t shut off. They want an insane amount of money to fix this —this whole issue is ridiculous. Im going back first thing this morning to figure out why I dont have a new oil filter, why my tires havent been aired up and why my fluids arent topped off. I went in for an oil change this past Friday. I arrived at 5:22pm knowing that this location closed at 6pm. I was greeted by a young man who advised me that, we close at 5:30 today and its 5:23, so........, I replied advising him that Id just repaired my truck which hadnt been on the atroad in almost a year and that I most definitely needed to be taken care of right away. He took a moment to talk to his manager and returned to tell me that they would you off my oil for free and that was all. Well, once I entered the bay, the other young man actually doing the oil changes looked at me confused when I told him what was going on. He then also went to talk with him manager and I overheard arguing about leaving at 530. Ultimately they decided to take care of me, which I paid $52 dollars for, but as I initially mentioned here, I checked once arriving home and found that nothing had been down, maybe besides the oil being changed?? Or maybe just topped off?? I dont really know. So, I will see what they say this morning when I go back. Extremely unhappy to say the least.
Graff helped me get the best price for my lease and the best price when I decided to buy my Equinox. My salesman Cordal was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for a better experience on top of the most professional help when buying my car!!
I’ve been looking for a used vehicle for our daughter for a few weeks. I’ve driven all over the state and been disappointed until I found a listing that Victoria had posted. I messaged her and she replied right away. We drove just over an hour to look at the vehicle and made a deal. We are happy and so is our daughter. Thank you everyone at Graff for their help! I just bought a new van with Victoria, she was amazing! I am rebuilding my credit so she really worked her magic to be able to get me this vehicle I could not be more thankful because it was a struggle and she made it happen!Also Nick helped a ton too. Ive been doing business with Graff for years and Ive never been disappointed. From new cars to used cars the service has always been top notch. I always use the service department for my oil changes and other routine maintenance. Graff is everything that a car dealership should be and more!!!!

I know people that work out of there garages that take more pride and work with higher integrity then Graff. I would never recommend anyone to do bisness at any Graff dealership. I was rear ended and needed bodywork and suspension work. The work was incomplete. My truck drives sideways down the road. They painted my rim so my rim is now blue. Forgot to tighten down all the hardware they removed and put back on. Said they performed a alignment now the truck drives worse. It drove better smashed. Said the work would be done in a week and they would let me know what was going on. It took over 2 weeks and I had to constantly call to get a update.
Had an issue with my vehicle and they found and repaired the car all the same day. Had gone into it thinking they’d need to order parts and I’d have to return later but they had the parts in stock and were able to complete same day. They also communicated with me at regular intervals to provide updates on what they had found and when repairs were done.Being a dealership, it’s often said their prices are higher but I had their prices checked with some local shops and the pricing was comparable.Overall very pleased with Graff. It’s why my last four vehicles have been bought here
I called to make sure that I didnt need any appointment for an oil change the following day.I happen to show up there before they were about to close for a lunch break. Would have been nice to let me know that they even close for lunch.I drive 40 minutes out of my way to get my oil changed by Graff.The permanent closed the Graff express as well, which is the worst news yet.
If I could do zero stars I would have, they had my truck well over a week and kept lying about pulling it into the garage, we agreed on 89 an hour but after the “mechanic” walked outside and looked at it they raised the price to 204 an hour. When I tried to pull my truck out because I couldn’t afford to pay that kind of money they the women and the man I was on speaker phone with started to freak out on me. Don’t take your vehicles there. They are rude and they were caught on recording lying multiple times about my truck. They don’t care about customers it’s all about how they can make as much money as possible. AND after I towed my truck home I had folks from the dealership messaging trying to buy it
Very professional service! From the gentleman who came out the front door to open it and hold it for us. From the finance person, Lisa, who explained all of the paperwork quickly, but thoroughly. She was very professional and a fun person. My salesperson Renee was great as well! She was recommended by a friend, and she is highly regarded in the community as a great salesperson. She showed me everything on my new vehicle and I really appreciated that! The whole process went very quickly and I was happy to get through it fast. It was greatto have the car that I really wanted, there,available, on the lot! I was very happy that I was able to get a very nice, new car, thank you!
Family has been going here for years. Quick, fast, and convenient. The guys are super friendly and down to earth as well. They noticed my tire psi was 60 when it’s supposed to be 30 and let me know about the wear it caused to my tires. (I had no clue they were that high when i bought it) so thanks a lot! I look forward to coming here again.

This was the best experience! Not only did Jeremy Griffis help me find the car I needed in my budget and within the mileage I wanted, he then set it all up for me, including the drop off! All I had to do was sign the papers when they came with the new car, and they handed me the keys! It was like Amazon Prime for a new ride!
Had a decent selection of vehicles in good condition at fair prices. My salesman Adam was eager to help if asked and was not overbearing trying to make the sale. He showed me the various options that were available in my price range and let me look while he waited patiently. They were very good in offering financing and explaining everything. I would recommend to a friend.
You cannot beat the staff at Graff. They are so kind and courteous. When I was there yesterday the young man that serviced my Equinox helped me figure out the best way I could use my coupons and points to get the best deal on my oil change and tire rotation. I just cannot say enough how much I love Graff!
Tori in sales always goes above and beyond for her customers. I have been able to trust her with all vehicle inquiries. It doesn’t matter what time or day it is, she will be there and do all she can to help with anything that is needed! I couldn’t give her a higher recommendation from repeated personal experience. Would NOT recommend. I had an appointment for diagnostics and they did not even get to it until the next day. When found it was something more with the engine (that was under warranty) they said it may take a couple days. Well days turned into about a month during which time they do not have loaner vehicles and were trying to charge me daily for a rental which was ridiculous given how long it took them to get things addressed. When I expressed as much I was offered a discount rate of $10/day which would have ended up being nearly $400 by the time my vehicle was actually done….absolutely horrendous customer service and this is just one of my last 2 issues with them
Renee did a great job while working with me on the vehicle I wanted to buy. I am sure it can’t be easy to sell vehicles when you have so little stock. She worked with me to find the Blazer I loved. I am also aware that I am not the easiest customer. She also assisted me every step of the way to ensure I was able to get the GM discount and with the insurance and registration. This was a great experience and would recommend Graff Chevrolet and Renee Dean to anyone who asks.
Graff got my recall part in quickly. Had a dealership up where I live trying to get the part for over 2 months .I even stopped in a couple of times to see if they had it..they didnt have a clue. Then decided to go where I bought my car which was Graff had the part and fixed in 3 weeks.. they did awesome!
After bringing the car in on a Tuesday afternoon (scheduled appointment date), they didn’t even look at it until two days later, Thursday. On that day, they called to let me know the only issues (car wouldn’t start) were a faulty battery, and dead spark plugs.It then took these guys another entire day to change said battery and spark plugs - 15 minutes of work? So after bringing my (under warranty) car in on Tuesday, for possibly the most simple fix it could be, it took Graff until Friday to do what my buddy could’ve done in a few minutes if he was around.Best part is there was no apology, no reason given why the car sat around for TWO DAYS before even being brought into the garage, and of course no way I’ll be coming back here.
I had some body work done after a deer accident a few years ago, body work was done great. 1 1/2 year later I noticed some bubbling paint where the original body work was done. I took it to Graff and they did not hesitate to fix it at no charge. They did a great job! Even brought back my car, washed and vacuumed!
I took my truck to get serviced because it lost power had to get jumped and had glitched out the onstar part of my truck and had stuck it in demo mode. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday did not get my vehicle back till Tuesday and the problem was still there. I was charged $89 for Diagnostics. I took the vehicle back WednesdayWhich in turn I had to take more timeoff work go there , sit there andwait for them to do the job that they alreadycharged me for. Now this was just a reset ofthe system and they still kept my $89. I do not feel I should have to paid for this computer glitch soevery time your car glitches its gonna cost you. Second, I purchased the extra protection insurance. Real briefly on that. trying to get them to honor this protection plan is a whole another matter and I do not feel it is worth the money at all. Buyer beware when you purchase the protection plan above the factory warranty. I do not feel this business conducted itself in a fair and balanced at all. In their defense they did accept my vehicle on Wednesday put it in the back and fixed it, but never returned me my money... So to sum this up ,if youre looking to buy a vehicle stay away from their protection insurance policies ,they would be, the diamond fusion for the windshield and the ceramic protection for the interior and exterior. I feel that this is just a way to take more money from you at the purchase of your vehicle. This is only my opinion and my experiences in dealing with trying to get the protection plan honored.. edit It is 2022 January January this company still has not fulfilled Theis obligation to their protection protection extended protection plan protection plan if you also have experienced this with the company please contact me I am going to be talking to a lawyer and filing a class action lawsuit against this company and theyre not honoring what they sell and their warranties please feel free to get ahold of me at 989323237455 thank you and have a nice day
Recently we have purchased a work truck from Graff Bay City, MI. The staff, as well as Adam Campbell were very friendly. Spent very few time in the sales facility and walked away with a great vehicle for our commercial fleet. Would recommend Adam Campbell or Graff Bay City to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
Troy was my salesman and he was a joy to work with. Very nice I did not have to barter with him at all. I was previously did my business with Burt Watson but always had to barter with them. It wasn’t the best price guaranteed every time. I did not like that. I met Troy earlier this summer when I was getting an oil change at your facility. We chatted gave him an idea of what I was looking to get and he reached out to me later on for a lease pull ahead. I do my research and know what a good deal is and what isn’t. He came back with the best. I was so happy with it and he will forever have our business from here on out. I will also direct any of my friends and family to him. Awesome job Troy.
I got rear ended in a parking lot and my insurance set me up to go to Graff collision center. They were super nice and walked me through exactly what would happen for repairs, called enterprise to meet me there with a vehicle and gave me an estimated time for repair. My car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back which made me happy with the pandemic and having others in my car doing work. When I picked it up, they also contacted enterprise on my behalf to come get the rental. Everything looked great as far as repairs.
My sales person, Cordal, made for a very pleasant car shopping experience. He listened to the features that I was looking for in a vehicle and was able to recommend a vehicle that I ended up purchasing. He made it easy to get financed on the same day, even though it was the weekend. I would highly recommend Cordal and Graff Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Our sales lady Shaneen was great we completely enjoyed dealing with her! She was very personable and a pleasure doing business with. The dealership on the other hand I feel is ran poorly. The communication between departments is lacking. When I first called to put a deposit on the suburban I purchased I asked if it had the max towing package only to find out that it did not after I have already purchased the car. The response I got was there was nothing they could do because I have already purchased the car and I could pay to have more trailering equipment added. After I left I got a call from Shaneen saying she talked to her manager and got them to add a blue tooth trailer break when they put the ceramic coat and interior protectant on the car. So that leads to yesterday when I picked up my car from getting the ceramic coat an there are bug guts and scratches under the ceramic coating on the front of the car. Was told the guys in back said the bugs wouldn’t come off. So everything out side of dealing with our wonderful sales lady Shaneen has kind of been a disaster. They are quick to take your money then fall short of the service you receive after the deal.
The body shop person said Id have my car back in less than a week, but it took about a month. No rentals available. I have to take my car back again, because the parts they replaced dont fit, and theres still damage on my car that needs to be repaired. So, my car needs to go back yet again to be repaired. Service staff was very friendly and helpful when I got there.
Service was timely for an oil change and tire rotation. Only complaint was I leased a new vehicle and they told me I had a free oil change… when I took it in they said it expires after 9,999 miles which I wasn’t informed of when leasing. Maybe something in the very fine print but if you lease just know there is an expiration on the free oil change.
I had a great sales person Jennifer. She did absolutely everything she could to find the perfect vehicle for me. Continued to keep me updated and informed of what they found out for me. When we found the one for me she was able to get bank approval, insurance, and license plate very quickly. They made me feel at home with good conversation. We have purchased and leased a few vehicles at Graff Chevrolet in Bay City. We always deal with Renee Dean. She has become a good friend. We always feel good about dealing with Graff. It’s unfortunate they are short staffed and only one bay was open. But also these 3 workers were not concerned about being quick and getting the line of cars through. While the guy below was doing his job taking the filter off and draining the oil, the other 2 guys disappeared into a back room. The guy from below had to come up to find them and have the guy fill my car back with oil. Then that same guy was using his phone while filling the oil. No one checked the tires, or filled my washer fluid. Worst costumer service. It’s sad they are so desperate for workers that the ones they do have are doing the most bare minimum ever. No urgency and lacks work ethic.
The guys in the oil change area were very nice and answered all of my questions. I also am very happy to find out that they have new people and the old manager is gone. With that being said we will now be back to have our cars serviced at this location when they need work on.
My vehicle was not repaired completely when I was notified it was ready to be picked up. The issue did get resolved after having to wait another 3 days. However, when I did pick up my vehicle, it had been cleaned inside & out as well as polished to a new shine. They went above & beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

From the moment we met him to discuss the Traverse he was friendly, knowledgeable, willingly to inform us on the vehicle, answer all questions that we had and was always available via text or phone to reply back to us. I had a huge concern about the spots on the black molding around the vehicle. Craig explained that the spots were from the spray the guys in prep put on the tires. The day we picked the car up, the first thing I looked for was the spots. I pointed them out to Craig again and he went inside to get Ben, I believe was the sales manager. They both returned back outside and Craig introduced me to Ben and I walked up to the step to Ben and said I have a huge problem with the spots on the molding. I thought Ben showed no concern about this. He did not go around the car to look at it with me to see what I was talking about. He stood on the step listening. Would have been nice to have seen from him a little interest if what I was talking and what I was very concerned about. Craig was not available our last day and Jerry or Gerry stepped in. He was also helpful and showed he cared. He went thru the entire Traverse inside and out , front to back explaining things to us. Craig and Gerry are both great salesmen. We rated a six because Ben showed little concern.
My experience was with the collision team. They provided exceptional customer service and workmanship. They made the entire process painless. Their estimates/pricing were fair and the work was completed on time. Being that I live almost 2 hours away, they set me at ease every step of the way. I’m one very happy and satisfied customer.
We have been dealing with Graff for 5 or 6 years now. Went to lease a 2021 Blazer, they quoted me a price. We even put down $900.00. They had over a week to get a hold of me (due to vacation) and tell me the price difference, but they decided to wait until we got in the dealership to sign paperwork to tell us by the way ur payment went up $25.00. We thought when they quote you a price that’s it. My husband and myself should have just walked away... they didn’t even leave us alone to discuss the price difference... I am very upset about the whole deal... will I deal with Graff in Bay City again ???? Probably not after that scam... if I could return my lease and get my money back today I would...I wouldn’t even give them one star but I did
Not impressed at all. Our insurance company sent us here. My son hit a deer. We needed body work done, and the engine checked out. They DO NOT have loaner cars.. they send you across the street to get a rental with a said discount. Upon calling there was no discount.. Originally Shannon told us the jeep would be fixed in a week. At the end of the week she said they needed to hook it up to a machine and it would be 2 more days tops! So Tuesday at the latest! Tuesday came and she gave us another excuse that I cant even remember. Friday came and we had enough. We ended up picking up the jeep on Saturday morning. She drove the jeep up to us and I went to get in. I could see in the back seat there were all kinds of parts from the jeep. (Old headlights, etc)she apparently didnt notice all of it like I did. We had to get her to remove it. We didnt feel she was honest with us during the repair of the jeep. We will never return there. It was already a traumatic experience. Going there made everything worse. We will stick with the jeep dealership here in Midland!
My vehicle was not repaired and returned when promised. The communication was terrible and when the work was completed, my vehicle was dropped off at the wrong house. They gave me two free oil changes which I probably wont use because the trust with this dealership has been broken. Terrible experience and its not the first time. Chris in body shop was very helpful.
Our salesman Adam was awesome in making sure that we felt welcomed and taken care of. We came in only to buy 1 vehicle and walked out with two. Yvonne in Finance was great as well. Usually dealerships are always trying to rip you off, but this was the honestly the most seamless process. Hands down the best dealership I’ve ever done business with.
We have bought our last three vehicle from Graff, and I must say the service we receive is second to none. Everyone makes you feel so invited. Our salesman Steve Humphrey is the best around. Steve is very patient and very thorough in explaining the process. In down time, Steve makes sure you are comfortable with drinks and snacks. Steve also helped my mother in law purchase her new vehicle last year. Thanks for making the car buying experience less stressful.
I am in 💕 love with my new Dodge Journey! Graff is excellent and I recommend it to any looking for a car. They will give you a quality car for a great price! Customer service is A1! They always get me in super quick ! And the prices are a lot better here compared to other places. Also the guy at my window was super nice and he was trying to give me pointers on what to buy my bf for a new car lol i didn’t catch his name but this was at the graft express oil change.

2022-04-21Ive worked in the detailing department and Gabriel is a very knowledgeable manager. He makes sure that all of his workers pay close attention to detail while also making sure that they know what each cleaning product is and their proper uses. Its worth the money to go through Gabe and his crew! I also bought my 3rd car through Steven in New cars and it ran great! Great guy and I would definitely recommend going through him!

2022-07-07The service was cordial, and the work was done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. We had been traveling to New Orleans for a memorial service for my husband. On the way home we discovered that we had a mouse in our AC fan motor. The AC works great now.

2022-06-22Recently we leased a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox LT from Graff Chevrolet. Our Sales associate Blake Symon made the process so simple and professional. All the options pertaining to our purchase were explained precisely without questions. Even all the bells and whistles on the vehicle were explained in easy to understand terms. 2022-06-20I had an appointment on Monday at 10:00 because my car alarm was going off at random times. I had to call on Tuesday and ask the status of my car. I was told that it hasn’t went off while at the location. I told them it was random and needed to be hooked up. I attempted to call back on Wednesday no return call as to the status of my vehicle. Finally received a call back with an estimate of $325, which I thought wa a high. I advised that if it is anymore than that to reach out to me before they did anything and I would pick up my car and take it elsewhere. My parents had to show up on Thursday and believe it or not my car was done and they tried to charge them $425 or more. They never returned calls either. Wouldn’t take my car back for service.

2022-04-18Well after having a 9:00 am appointment and having my truck for 4.5 hours, nothing was done…I asked for an update, guy was in lunch, I waited 20 more minutes. I asked again after he returned and was told he has had a chance to update it. I asked for a loaner as I have now spent my day waiting and I had to go on with my day, and was told she would have to contact enterprise and that no options were on the lot, which is odd, considering you’re a dealership. Regardless, I was not impressed and wasted a half day only to get a ride to the gym, (he was nice), and had nothing but time spent on this experience only to be back to square one. So, yeah….not impressed with this venture

2022-07-15My wife bought a car here t the guy never mentioned the battery light was on or had a bad tire sensor he test drove the car with 13lbs of air in that tire they will be bearing from me soon. I plan on buying a car but surly not from here. Neverand the mechanic shoved the plastic up in the frame instead of putting a simple zip tie to hold it up pretty dad
