All of your bus driver are good to the kids my kids never come home with a complaint

Supervisor had the worst customer service skills ever! Kids bus driver is rude to kids causing the kids to not want to ride the bus. Driver has missed bus stop when dropping the kids off and had them walk down a busy road to house. When I called the supervisor was not understanding, which makes me understand why this driver is like this. Poor supervision creates poor staff.
