Comment: We had a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge! My first piece of advice is to just run past all of the additional activities bird box style and go straight to the water park! Our room was ready when we got our wristbands at 9:30 am. At first I felt a little confined to the few areas my two youngest kids could be, but we made it work and they didnt want to leave those areas anyways! The wave pool was so much fun, and my son went on the kiddie slides over and over for 2 hours straight. I was so impressed with the life guards! They were so attentive, pleasant, and well-trained! You could tell they had a system in place to ensure safety, and they all followed it! I was also impressed with the young adults leading the activities like the bed time stories! Taylor and Elijah (I think) were so enthusiastic and energetic. We appreciated getting free wolf ears for the kids at the store close to the front entrance. Our food at Buckets was so fresh and delicious. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wish we had gotten the breakfast buffet or Dunkin instead of leaving the hotel to get food. I feel like we got our moneys worth since we played all day the day of check-in, and we kept playing even after we checked out the next day. The family water slides were so much fun, I couldnt get enough of them! We will definitely be coming back!

Comment: Very great management. Very accommodating and helpful. Room was very dirty at first and we got moved to a clear room with a nice view. Got bad service at first at the build a bear but the store manager made it right and made the experience amazing for the kids.

Comment: What a great place for families!!I went with my daughter and my 2 grandsons. We all had so much fun! The only bad thing was the price of extra attractions. Next time I would definitely buy the wolf pass (personally I think all attractions should be included with price of room). But we will definitely come back. we came as a family and left as a pack!!

Comment: It’s a cool place and I really wanna leave a good review but my daughter and I got sick the next day both times we visited.Once in March and then again last week and I’m still feeling sick while I’m writing this.In March there was poop on the stairs going up to the main water slide.I was gunna let it go but since we got sick the 2nd time I couldn’t let it go.They cleaned it up but there’s a lot of dirty adults/kids who visit here which makes it not attractive. It’s hard not to notice all the coughing and hand nose wiping everywhere you lookThis last visit just sealed the deal for my family to never return and risk getting sick again.I think it’s a cool place but just be prepared to be surrounded by dirty/grimy people and kids.

Comment: Its a 3 star rating but overall we had a nice time. Would I go back at some point with the family? Probably. Hamburgers in the restaurant were good... pizza was surprisingly really good. Water slides and wave pool were fun. On night 2 some wannabe gangster kids tried to kick our hotel room door in and ran... scared my family so I chased them down... it took everything in me to let them live but other than that we enjoyed ourselves

Comment: The hotel rooms looked nice and clean and looked new. The indoor water park was disgusting, felt slime like on some part of the ground, and disgusting salty bleach water. I felt like I would catch something from this place. I wonder if they clean the water park daily and change the bleach water daily. I expect a cleaner water park for that expensive night in their hotel. Don’t go there if you want a clean water park.

Comment: A great place for children. For dining need to make sure to make a reservation at barn wood restaurant to skip 1-2 hours wait time. The servers are extremely unfriendly and foods are pricey. We are told to wait 1 hour 32 min to get a table so we ordered take out and then one of my order was missing. I told them about it but they told me that servers are busy with unpleasant tone. Later I asked another server if they’re making my missing order and she told me angrily that she doesn’t deal with to go order. What on earth, they had to be so rude and unwilling to help customers. I just wanna know if the order is being prepared because after I said an order was missing they told me the servers are busy. Never going to eat there again. Not worth the stress.

Comment: Absolute horror show. Hotel was completely overbooked. Couldn’t even check in at check in time. Pool was so full it was a safety issue. Not alot of restaurant choices. We paid for the most expensive room and got zero priority. Our room was ready way past 4pm. Guest services were rude. The cherry on top was we called at 10 when we landed from out of town and was told we could check in at 1pm. The excuse for everything going wrong was that they were completely sold out.

Comment: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE WITH THIS RESORT! They claimed we made a $150 purchase at their restaurant that we didn’t make, and I’ve been fighting them for over a week to be refunded. TERRIBE customer service as they just keep passing me off from one call center representative to another.

Comment: No need to bring your own floaties, you cant use them plus they provide life vests for all ages. I came with a friend, her 12 and 2 year old, plus my 5 month old. 5month old was able to put on a vest and go in the wave pool and lazy river with me. The pool outside was ok but we couldnt use our own floaty and it was too hot. Waterslides are fun and family friendly; they have slides for all ages. Thankfully our room was clean but 8 days b4 our visit, someone else commented that they had bed bugs. 🫢 check your room upon arrival to ensure cleanliness.

Comment: My son checked into this location with his son for fun on Fathers Day. I got a call at 6:35 that he was transported to an ER via an Ambulance.I have been on the phone for over 3 hours, trying to find out why he was taken and where he was taken. I am not able to reach anyone other than the reservation center. I attempted to contact customer service on their website, but it goes to Page not found, Page has been moved message. I went to Facebook and tried to contact someone via the Chat module they have and 8:46 their time and Im still waiting for a response (its now 11:05). I sent an email directly to customer service and have yet to receive a response.WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING A PHONE????? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SON??!!?? WHERE IS MY SON??!!?? Yea, Im soooo happy with a company who refuses to have any contact with the public except when they are charging a credit card. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???!!! I am STILL waiting for contact!!!This company should be ASHAMED. They should also be looking for a letter from my attorney..........My son has SEVERE allergies to goose & down. He ALWAYS asks about the bedding and advises them of his allergies. He was told he would be fine. IF he comes in contact with goose or down, there is a HUGE chance he will have an anaphylatic response. His face, tongue, throat, all will swell shut. I am PRAYING this is not what happened, but until I can locate him, I dont know. I am in TN. He is in CA. They better pray hes okay.....

Comment: We checked in on Friday, June 7th and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Here is the list of things Id highly recommend people who is planning to visit there to be aware of:1. When I booked this trip, there was no where to inform me the the room price will be different between Friday and Saturday. All I told was the price varies by the different room types you choose. So be reaerpare to pay approximately $100 more for the weekend stay.2. Additionally charges. Parking is $15 /day which was not clearly communicated. Resort fee for $39.99 on top of the room charge you pay for. Another 12% city occupancy fee, what heck is that? Dont purchase add on package because you will get a all in one add on tax for that. We purchased $300 package and we got tax on that. Over all, it was not worthy it.3. The room is ok, but definitely not worth over $400. The water park has really strong chlorine smell and it stung my eyes when we were in there. You can easily tell the water is not clear and they look green in every single one of the water activity areas.I went to restroom for a couple of times, but I literally seen anyone in there every time I went compared to how many people are inside the water park at the same time.4. My 5 year old got sick at the second day while we stayed there. Belive me, I wiped everything that I could think of with Clorox wipe as soon as we checked in our room. She started with fever, and then she has been coughing. Took her to the pediatrician, and she is still coughing. I got sick shortly after we got back home as well. Scratch throat, body ache and upset stomach. I searched online and saw many people mentioned about Greatwolf lodge mystery flu.5. The water park shouldve a system that the visitors can have a easy access to the water PH level if they wanted to know, or the hotel can have the information on how often they do the examination on water.6. We had dinner at Barnwood the last night we were there. The meat inside our hamburger was cold, feel like they didnt even get warmed up enough. And the waiter who served us was kind rude, he had us passed plate ourselves to the family members who sat out of his reach. But there was an other person who brought our drinks over, he specially walked to another end of the table to sat the drink down.7. We spent almost $1,600 just for a 2 night stay at GWL (without airflight tickets). We wishing the experience was better. However, compared to the total cost and our overall experience, it not worthy it. A day trip will be enough.

Comment: Really is a wonderful spot! Not just for little kids, the water slides are pretty exciting. We spent a lot of time on them, especially in the morning when there was no line. The Sequoia 5 person side was probably the most exciting 5 person one, but it really throws you up against the sides. The other one (river canyon) was a lot more smooth and easy to do. So depends on how exciting you want it.I highly recommend water shoes for walking around the water park. Walking along the main path the ground felt a little slimy in parts. But overall the place felt clean aside from that. I did scrape my back a little bit on the yellow water slide, I should have lifted my spine off of the slide. I didnt try any non-inflatable tubes after that.If you use the outdoor pool, be sure to bring sunglasses and a hat, its very bright outside on a sunny day.One small problem is if you park near the hotel itself, you might get bird poop on your car. Another one is if you go inside the hotel through a side door, you have to pull the handle hard to open the door after scanning your wrist band.We are at buckets the first days lunch, one thing to keep in mind is you dont have as many configuration options through the kiosk or the app. For example, we wanted one meal but two kids milks, which there was no option in the kiosk or app. But there is one person you can order from and we were able to get an extra milk (and found out they also have chocolate milk). We also ordered the salad dressing on the side. One thing they should add are a bunch of level 2 EV chargers. We were able to get here from East Bay and go back without having to charge in my Cybertruck. But would have been handy for cars without as much range or if we were there more than 2 days. The nice thing is you can come when the water park opens on the day you check in, even if youre room isnt ready. So the value of staying at the hotel is great!WiFi was really strong in the water park, so I think it is probably good in the whole hotel. We also paid extra to be on the first floor and it was handy. Still far to walk to from the water park but was easy.We did do one round of the magiquest. It was good, just keep in mind some of the quest items are on the walls and on the ceiling. You also have to stand a few feet away from it. My kid kept wanting to touch the wand to the leaf which doesnt work. You have to point it right at the leaf to activate it. Make sure you wear good shoes as you will do a lot of walking. Some of the items are right outside the magiquest shop (like the lucky horseshoe). It also takes at least 3 hours to complete one game, so be sure you start early enough before you have to leave. There is a Starbucks down the street, easy drive. We also went to McDonalds instead of trying to eat inside for one breakfast.Definitely will go again! We went in and want to try it in winter.

Comment: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The park was clean and well kept. The app was not as helpful as anticipated. The ability to see upcoming events was good. The order ahead food was glitchy. For pizza, there was zero notification that the order was ready and no receipt was available to show. For Dunkin Donut, the receipt said to wait to be called, however, the reality was that I needed to approach the counter and let then know I was there to get my order get started.Nothing is open for kids before 930....my kids were up since 630. Even some paper and crayons in the lobby would have been great, but wandering around for 2 plus hours was awful, with only donuts for breakfast. We had not purchased a wand, and because everything was closed, we couldnt purchase to keep them entertained with hunting those things.Check in: I tried to use the kiosk as I booked through the website. However, because I used PayPal, I was unable to use the kiosk, and spent way too long AT the kiosk before figuring this out. The regular line was long and people kept jumping in.Our room was ready an hour early, which was nice. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable, but everything else was fine. No conditioner, so pack a small bottle. No microwave in Room, which was annoying. Its at the end of hall with the ice machine. We did the mine experience and about half the magic things were out of order...save your money on that one.We did not do bowling, golf, ropes course, MagiQuest or use the outdoor pool, so cannot comment on those.Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves, but the adults were definitely overstimulated by the end of our one night stay.

Comment: Awesome place for a weekend or overnight getaway with the kids. The water park has so many different rides and activities for all ages, and the resort has free, kid-friendly activities before the park opens and after it closes. They keep the indoor water park nice and warm, so you never have to apply sunscreen and your kids are never cold running around in their bathing suits.

Comment: My daughter had a great time at Great Wolf lodge ( i think most kids do) but there are some things the Great Wolf Lodge can improve upon.Their wrist bands are used to charge things to the rooms that you buy in the resort however several of their terminals to scan your band do not work, I asked the lady at the gem mining store if it could get deactivated and she told me more often then not it is the scanners they have that do not work. The breakfast buffet first morning was fine we checked in and our name was on their list of pre-paid second morning our name was not on their list same with the folks in front of us and behind us, this slowed the check in process down. Also the second morning there were about 4 buffet bussers sitting in the eating area having a loud conversation about guests trying to get something out of them for nothing. I work in a hotel also and where I can feel their frustration I also know that these are not conversations to be had in the front of the house where all the guests can hear you talking bad about them. The water park itself is very humid and stinks of pool chemicals (this has been mentioned many times in other reviews. The swim park area has giant windows all along the wall but they do not appear to open, if they could get better ventilation or replace the windows with ones that open the park may be more hospitable. My lungs hurt each day after a few hours in there. The life guards are a bunch of 20 somethings who really do not care about their jobs or do not like kids & families you can tell they lack empowerment, care and knowledge about their property and their jobs. The rooms lack amenities, they do not provide conditioner in the rooms it is a body wash shampoo combo, and not very many hooks to hang wet clothes, this seems silly to me given the price they charge to stay there you think they could give up some conditioner to help with all the chemicals that are in your hair from the pool area. The clientele can be less than savory... I saw a lot of thonged butts and breasts that were hanging out... given its a CHILDRENS water park this seemed really odd to me. I am not a prude by any means but I personally wouldnt have all my bits hanging out for a bunch of kids...this gives a very low class vibe to the place.Lines were long mid day for the bigger slides because they weigh every individual and then the group as a whole to get in the 5 person raft slide... feel this can be streamlined a bit. The max for 1 rider is 250lbs and 700lbs total in each raft.... but safety is important. Finally after 3 days staying at the Great Wolf Lodge I have caught a cold which is not surprising given the humid environment and the huge load of people they allow into that water park daily both hotel guests and day passers. Their was no cleaning / sanitizing that I saw during the day when the water park was open. Even with reading the reviews and being diligent in hand washing, sanitizer and multiple showers I still got a cold.

Comment: I think the location of this place is awkward. The hallways are dirty, they dont clean the heavy traffic carpets often, the Waterpark itself is not very big for the number of rooms and guests they allow for. When the wave pool is full its FULL and its tiny. All the attractions cost an arm and a leg. If you want to do activities, get the wolf pass its very worth it compared to their cost individually. The room was clean enough, my handy dandy blacklight cleared the room of anything in that regard so thats nice. I got the birthday package, I wish they could have put a modicum of more effort in because the balloons and such were kinda just tossed on the table not set up nice or anything. This place is wildly expensive for what it is, I dont know if Ill be visiting again. Additionally, I had extra charges on my stay that were unwarranted. It was nearly impossible to get through to anyone via customer service.

Comment: First I want to say we were so impressed with this location and our family had a great time while we were there! The issue I have is right after we left we had a billing problem where we were charged way more and unexpectedly. So I called the main number and was given a reference number and was told I would be followed up with. A few days later no one followed up but the money was taken out of my account. So I proceeded to call back to the one and only main number they have and was on the phone with 4 different people before finally being able to reach the Manteca location. Once I was on the phone with Melanie there. She helped me figure out the issue but when I expressed the slight frustration I had with trying to be proactive and calling as soon as I got home and noticed the mis charge she proceeded to be condescending and rude. Saying that if I would have called the location directly they would have been notified but she also proceeded to tell me there is no direct number for their location and I have to call the main number and ask to get to them. She was very passive aggressive and rude with how she was speaking and her responses. Also Stating if I would have filled out the right form this wouldn’t have happened. My grandma gifted us the stay and I explained isn’t so tech savvy as to how this had happened. Also no one when we checked in caught this mistake and when I called back at the day of check out. Then Multiple times she talked over me and when I asked about how we were allowed to check in and stay and two other people there saw our form and cleared us and explained we were good to go. She stated she was not there and so can’t speak on that. When I asked if I could explain to her the description of who helped me she said well we have 30 people who work the front so I don’t think it will help and I wasn’t there so I can’t speak on it. IAnd repeatedly was rude never once apologized for any inconvenience and their mistake. I asked to speak to her manager and she said there wasn’t anyone else there or that could talk to me. And she wouldn’t give me their email addresses and said there is no other number. So I told her I’d be calling back and filling out the form and she hung up without saying anything else very rudely. Then once we filled out yet another form I had to call back again I waited on the phone for 45 mins to talk to to other representatives who told me then the Manteca location was not answering their phones for some reason and there was no other number I could call and no other district number I could call to make sure my issue is resolved. I also asked how I can file a complaint for the rude customer service I experienced and there was no way except to file a claim that goes directly to that location only. I have never dealt with a customer service so bad when I am trying to resolve peacefully an issue that was overlooked and trying to get my money refunded. It is also very frustrating to have to come here to make a bad review after having such a good time because it seems as though their location only answers the phone when they want and it’s impossible without waiting for 2 hours or more to get through. To get nothing resolved and in hopes that they received it and will take care of it but I won’t know but I can try to call back tomorrow and I might which is the words from the main customer service operaters be able to get through but they aren’t sure. So how is anyone supposed to get issues resolved when none of their departments speak to each other their is only one main line and when the Manteca location clearly has a lot of customer service issues and I won’t know if will get refunded based on their mistakes.

Comment: As part of our vacation, we drove from Eugene, Oregon, to Manteca GWL to meet our daughter and grandson. We paid for 2 nights, giving us plenty of time to visit and have fun. Unfortunately, the rooms were not worth the money. No amenities whatsoever. This place gave you nothing for free, so on top of the cost of a sub-average room, you had to pay for everything else. At least Waterpark was included, or I would have given a 2 star. Will not be staying at a GWL ever again. Save your money 💰 and stay somewhere else.

Comment: A child threw up in the wave pool, (ALOT OF THROW UP) and the mother had throw up n her hands trying to tell the life guard. He was busy counting and doing his checks so he paid her no attention (which was ok).... I got my kids out and told the lady who was at the towel check in/out... she told me her sup name was TESSA and I should tell her. I went to the blonde lady in the visor and asked her was her name Tessa, she replied yea.... I told her what happened and she asked where the kid was and she would TRY to find them.... she never cleared the pool to clean it. The little boy came out of the water with throw up n his moms hands and ALL over the front of his life jacket.... to not clean the pool is disgusting. The other literally had it n her hand/in the life guards face trying to tell him. Nothing was ever done about it

Comment: The pictures online misled me into booking the Wolf Den Suite. The pictures made it look like it was a bigger room but it was really small. The rooms were clean as far as I could tell though. I also booked the $90 birthday package a week before check in. When I arrived they said my room was ready I asked about the decorations and they said somehow it was in the system but it wasn’t inputted correctly so I would have to wait for the decorations to be put in which was fine. When the room was finally ready we went and were a little disappointed in the decorations they were very plain which I will insert pictures as well. It did come with a 8 slice pizza and 2 liter soda and a basic cake and a game card for the arcade. The outside pool was on the warmer side which was nice since there was a breeze outside. The indoor water park was not as big as I expected and it was extremely hot and humid. They had some other activities like a dance party for the kids which my kids enjoyed. I did go on Memorial Day weekend so parking was hard to find.

Comment: As with any resort, you are going to experience price increases of just about anything you purchase. Come prepared (with your card, no cash accepted) to spend extra money on the convenience of having restaurants at your fingertips inside the lodge or drive 6 or so miles to other fast food places. The food isnt anything spectacular but it does the trick :) The rooms are spacious, clean and inviting. We arrived early before check in to the water park and our room was ready for us within an hour and 3 hours before actual check in time! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The waterpark itself is a blast and worth the money! Having everything all in one spot allows for you to really relax into your stay and play ! Highly recommend for families of all ages, we made memories we wont soon forget.

Comment: We stayed Thursday to Sunday. I have to say Thursday and Friday were great. The amount of day passes this place sells on Saturday and Sunday is crazy. The park is so packed and the lines are super long. They should actually give us a discount for staying on the weekends. Everything there is expensive but that was expected. My advise is to stay on the weekdays, avoid the weekend

Comment: Very disappointed. The “lifeguards” are clearly very young and lack the necessary skills to ensure safety. They seemed unable to properly detect danger, and their communication with children are poor and unprofessional. It was concerning to see such a lack of competency in a role that is so crucial for the safety of visitors. I would not recommend this water park

Comment: This is an interesting spot. First lets start with the location: its in the middle of nowhere in Manteca. You dont come here to use it as a base of operations to explore the environment. You come here because its a wacky weird wonderful waterpark land full of Interesting attractions like bowling and a ropes course and an arcade and a mirror maze and a engrossing ARG involving the use of a magical wand that will have your children running around the place for hours. my kids enjoy a trip here almost as much as Disney and this is like a quarts of the cost. Its crowded on weekends and a bit messy and the waterpark area is heavily chlorinated but your kids will have a blast and theres booze. The food is not particularly notable nor is there huge variety but the fact that you dont have to go off property at all to go from coffee in the morning to drinks at night is pretty impressive. Theres even a full Dunkin Donuts inside.

Comment: We came here to celebrate my son notary and the Waterpark and the food was good but I did not like not like the fact that they said they would do a birthday set up and the balloons looked horrible and WE HAD TO GO DOWN AND ASK WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. The manager did take off the party package for us. ANOTHER HUGE THING WAS THE MAGIQUEST..THE SECURITY GAURD DANIEL helped us get it and that made the trip complete for my son.. we had a great time for the overall experience they just need to step up the party package! If your going to not bring balloons let us know so we can decorate the rooms ourselves

Comment: The terrible service i received while staying at the Manteca great wolf lodge. To start this when we walked in our room the bathroom have not been cleaned properly the linens had stains on them . The tv did not work properly and when I went down stairs for assistance 3 different times no one help me . To sum everything up my daughter was bit by bed bugs and we actually found one in the room. But for some reason they claim they did a test and the room came back negative for bedbugs. I’m not sure what the issue is but we definitely found a bedbug in the room my daughter had been bit and the service I have experienced with this location was terrible. I’m an so upset that I had to waste almost 800$ for my daughters birthday just for her to be crying the next morning in pain from bed bug bites. Can someone please help me because my baby is traumatized saying she never want to go back there again

Comment: So we had always wanted to check out Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca but had never been; despite it being less than a half hour from home. We decided to get some day passes for Mother’s Day 2024 and are we glad we did! The place was amazing. To start you have an abundance of different types of food available to you in restaurants right inside the lobby. From Dunkin Donuts to burgers and bbq and a bunch in between, it was downright impressive. We had an outdoor cabana that included 2 souvenir cups, 4 large refillable cups, a large one topping pizza, wings, garlic bread, a 2 liter of soda, and 2 complimentary souvenir Great Wolf Lodge towels. Great value for our family of 7 if you ask me and the cabana was amazing; outfitted with a TV, fan, mini-fridge and more towels. So on to the park we go. The outdoor pool was great. It was beach entry style and large enough for huge crowds. The kids loved it. As we transitioned inside, it is definitely hot and a bit humid but not too bad at all. Two toddler areas with small slides make it enjoyable for kids of all ages! There are slides moving up in size for all the kids and let me tell you my wife and I had a blast too! Inside there was a pool with a basketball hoop that our teens loved and we were also able to enjoy a large water slide as a family on the 5 seater raft; what a splash that made with all of us. If you thought it couldn’t get any better, stop by the Watering Hole, a full bar for adults to enjoy a beverage and chill out.We will be returning again to stay for a couple nights during the summer time so I will add some details about the room but boy are we excited.I would say that overall, this may seem a bit on the pricey side but by the time you take into consideration all the money you get nickel and dimes on other day trips, it is completely worth it and absolutely comparable to anything else you would do as a family, not to mention no high gas prices to pay being so close. We are now huge fans and looking forward to our next visit. This place is family friendly and the staff was awesome.

Comment: Kids had a lot of fun, but we concern about the hygiene and safety. Plus, they start to charge $15/night this year which makes us feel they try to take every penny they can. Who goes here to stay a night without driving a car?My foot was stepped on a staple, yet the worker with a first aid kit on the back of chair could not provide a bandage. When I finally got a bandage from the supervisor, she couldn’t care less and turned her back without saying a word. People were walking bare feet, should send someone to check the area for potential danger, at least pretend you care. The food is average as you can expect. Indoor environment is too loud that we had to almost shout to the kids. I got sick right after returning, but that could be me.One compliment to them is that they send messages with links to make food ordering so much easier without downloading apps. I still remember how frustrated it was last time when had to wait so long for our Dunkin’ Donuts order.Don’t forget to grab free wolf ears for kids at the front shop, we didn’t know when the first time visiting. If kids insisted, we may visit again, but with safety concerns, the room fare plus resort fee and parking fee, not my preference for a family vacation.

Comment: Great place to take you kids just make sure to bring your own food the food there is extremely expensive and not that good also have Dexter cash for the activities outside of the waterpark they have an arcade, rock, climbing, adventure area, build a bear and a gift shop the staff is extremely friendly and greets you every day they give you no hassle when you have your wristband on and they just let you walk into the waterpark without a problem to save a lot of money go Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday is more expensive and they do not take the deals that they offer you online on the weekends

Comment: The smell of chlorine in the after park seemed unsafe my eyes were burning and my child was desperate to get out the after park due to the strong smell and humidity which gave him a headache and he felt like he couldn’t breathe. Needless to say I wasted hundreds of dollars because we did not go back into water park which did upset me. It Needs more ventilation or less chlorine. You would think by how expensive it is that they would have been found a way by now to make the smell not be se strong to where it makes you lightheaded and burns your eyes. It was very unpleasant especially for babies. Breakfast buffet was okay but did Lack flavor but it’s breakfast I guess. Staff all over was very nice and welcoming.

Comment: Maybe my expectations were too high but when youre paying $500+ for a hotel room (including taxes and resort fees) for a family of 4 at a hotel that revolves around a water park, I would expect that there wouldnt be very long wait times for the slides.I didnt know that GWL sold day pass access to the water parks which I felt is unfair to hotel guests. They really should limit how many day passes are sold as the place was packed. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, the wait times on Friday (school day) werent bad at all but on Saturday the place was packed. We couldnt find open seats to put down our belongings and had to wait 45 minutes for the slides. We ended up leaving the water park after 2 hours at most.Maybe my expectations were too high, as we had stayed at Disneys hotel in Hawaii (Aulani) which also centered around their water park and they only allowed hotel guests access to their water park. Hotel rooms were more expensive but its Hawaii and their version of the lazy river was 4 times larger than GWL and it never felt crowded there. Aulani was also on the beach. The room was pretty nice but as other reviewers had mentioned the couchs pull out bed was very uncomfortable.Food was the standard fare kid friendly food: burgers, fries, fried chicken. They had one nicer restaurant with better (and healthier) food. Other reviewers had said they ate outside as the food wasnt healthy and on the pricey side and I agree, we ate a couple meals outside. When we were in the MagicQuest store I heard an employee react in shock when he heard the hotel started charging guests a daily fee for parking.Overall the kids had a blast but the wife and I felt it was overpriced. I wouldve given GWL at least 2 more stars if the water park experience was better on Saturday. Hopefully they see this review and start limiting the number of people allowed in.

Comment: My family and I were won over by Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, CA last year. After that experience I made a goal to visit a different one every year. Upon driving up to the Manteca location, we were all very excited as it looked even better from the outside. The thing that impressed us the most with the Garden Grove location was the customer service. This location wasnt terrible but lacked the customer service charm from the other location. At check-in it started off great but the next day I was told by breakfast that I needed vouchers for breakfast and had to go back to the front desk to get my vouchers that were included in my package. It was an inconvenience since I did ask the clerk at check-in about breakfast and was under the impression that I could use my wrist bands to get in. Second issue was the room fridge did not cool our drinks and food, I work at a hotel so I know that sometimes for what ever reason the fridges become unplugged so I pulled the fridge out from the cabinet and it had not been cleaned in years behind there. Changing the outlet plug didnt work so maintenance was called and after some diddling he said it was working even though I did not hear the compressor turn on. After our three night stay it seemed that the fridge needed to be replaced since it did not cool very well at highest setting. The next interaction came at the little connivence store they have in the hotel and after asking the employee a few questions like wheres the ice machine, microwave and what time they close, she gave off an attitude to me. In fact every stop in the hotel from rides to stores I wasnt greeted with an over the top smile. The last impression was at check-out I called for a late check-out and they would only give me 2 hours late check-out for I believe $50. I only needed 30 minutes and they said its policy 2 hours at said fee or no late check-out. Again I found that odd since I work at a hotel, a different brand, and I had received a late check-out no fee at other location. I understand that they do not have to honor me a late check-out but with such a big hotel and I was only asking 30 minutes. I did not knock off any points to the review for the non-late check-out but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Well I will never come back to this location and we have cooled on the idea of visiting a different GWLWP every year. We will be back to a GWLWP in the future but maybe we will do some camping or airbnbs sprinkled in.

Comment: If you come here, and You have any type of Incense ash in your luggage, ash from ciggs or basic Potty air fresheners, They will send security to your room to charge you $250.00 for something that never happened. Even if there is no smoke, no vape or nothing you smoked, if the MAIDS see any ash on your luggage, shirt, shoes or anywhere from your stuff they will tell security to charge you for something you didnt do. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, YOU MIGHT GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENED. This happens to be a poorly managed management. God forbid you have any ash on your shirt or shoes when the maids come in to your room, You will be charged. If you think this a a total kid establishment, thats false, almost every adult is drinking alcohol overwhelmingly while with their kids. P.S. There are big Nats in every room as well, so prepare for Nat bites. Luckily the beds in our room passed the backlight test except for the Toilet that was never cleaned by maids.

Comment: Room was clean and comfy. I had trouble sleeping because of dust in the room, could use a good vacuum. Facility was clean and plenty of bathroom. Check in and out was easy and parking was easy to find though busy. The initial staff that checked us in didnt give us our breakfast voucher, so we went back later to grab that without issue. Review on breakfast is lots of options but quality and flavor was lacking. We went at 8:30am and food was cold, hard, stale. Could use a new rotation or a microwave in the dinning area to reheat food. Staff was friendly and quick to clear our trays. You can re-enter for buffet, just show your receipt to cashier when re-entering. I wouldnt do the breakfast again, especially at regular price. We added on to our online reservations at a discounted price of $17 and still wasnt worth it. Best items were ham, bacon, chicken nuggets, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. I have melon allergy and couldnt eat the cut fruit because there was only one tong to grab all the fruits. I also notice a kid playing with the mini blueberry muffins with the tong, grabbing different ones and putting them back.

Comment: It was pretty fun just very overpriced. I didn’t like the bundles that they had. I feel like I should’ve did more research at booking and not adding on any of the promotions very expensive toward the and I think we paid almost $800 for one night stay that’s not including the arcade money, souvenirs breakfast lunch any other thing that the kids wanted. It is very fun and safe like I said just very overpriced and I don’t feel like you have enough time to get to do everything unless you’re planning on staying there longer more than one day. Also, there was no microwave in our room. They also do a $100 per night charge. Yes, they gave it back to you but none of Disney hotels do that.

Comment: This was our second time here to celebrate my sons birthday. Last time we came here it was great! Super pleasant experience and not too busy. This time around which was only about 5 months later, it seems like this place is overcrowded, many people/kids having tons of throw-up and poop accidents, felt very chaotic and unorganized. You can sense certain things when you go to a place and the second time around just felt dirty, chaotic and unorganized. Of course the kids loved it but they don’t know how dirty everything seemed. I think Great Wolf Lodge should be closed for a week every quarter to clean up and fix necessary repairs in the entire facility then reopen in order to offer the best to paying customers since it’s not cheap. It’s starting to feel like a motel more than a hotel. Would I go back again? 50/50 but sadly this time was not as good an experience as the first. Workers are cool but do think more high standard professionalism would help.

Comment: 8 of us spent 1.5 days and had a very fun time. We spent 7 hours just doing slides, pools, and splash pad activities. I went on all the slides and enjoyed all but the sheer drop, Wolf Trail. Nothing wrong with it per se, just not my cup of tea. I wanted to try everything since it was my first time on water slides like the huge ones here! Staff is pleasant and nice to the kids especially. Prices arent that bad for food and beverage considering you are somewhat isolated in location. There were not many vegan options to speak of at most food spots.

Comment: We arrived and checked in at the new kiosk (kudos for trying to save time in line though!) The kiosk computer distributed bracelets for the lodge. I let my son lead as we went up to the assigned room. My son scanned his bracelet at the door and when it opened we were a bit confused. We saw that the bed was unmade and there were personal items scattered about. I abruptly realized that the room was not vacant and they made a huge mistake. At that point, someone exited the bathroom and screamed. I was still in the doorway trying to figure out what was happening. We left and went to the front desk. The guy at the front desk was confused and he excused himself to talk to the manager. He came out and offered up comp breakfasts and another room. Unfortunately, my son is on the spectrum and requires a specific diet so the vouchers were useless. I could not help to think during the whole stay how safe my things were in the room (no safes) while I was down trying to enjoy the amenities. My son had a hard time sleeping as well as myself. This is my second stay here and my last! I did respond to the email they sent me automatically about my stay. They gave me a short reply with basically whoopsies......... The chlorine was so high it was burning my eyes and I wasnt in the water past my thighs.

Comment: We have gone here many times before and loved it. However, this last trip I took my wife and kids there for 2 days, and now my daughters all have lice. Theyre all in different classes and in separate schools and no other kids have lice. This will cost me 3 days of work and many loads of laundry and cleaning for hours in my own home to make sure WE dont get them here. Lice and bedbugs are UNACCEPTABLE at any hotel that costs 200 bucks a night. Period. We will not return again. Sorry for the bad review but I have a line that doesnt get crossed.

Comment: This was my first time at Great Wolf Lodge with my Family! Beds were very clean. Everything was set up! You can get stuff for free with a pass. You could also get discounts! Shows at night for entertainment and for kids and family fun. Took a lot of pictures. The food was great. They served us about 20 mins after we ordered. Totally understandable! Restrooms were clean. Very clean. The workers are very nice. I recommend going to Barnwood for dinner. Very good food, you can get alcohol too.Wiley’s Waterpark was so fun! Me and my brother went down slides, swam in the Wave Pool, and even went in the Lazy River! By the way, the big slides at the back are dangerous. Parents needed. Recommend to go down the Lazy River.Plans to Return on my birthday!

Comment: BEWARE VERY UNSANITARY ROOMS & Caught Strep Throat after the first night. Stains on couches, dust above beds, dirty vents, used ice buckets, 2 false fire alarms & a HUGE MISTAKE messed up on a PAID RESERVATION where my family was turned away in embarrassment, had to reschedule their whole vacation & Wolf Lodge staff got irritated for having to fix their OWN MISTAKE. I’d shut this one down & investigate management, staff & housekeeping. Disappointing experience will never return.

Comment: Great hotel room. Clean. Safe. Rooms seem sound proof. Water park can get packed, get in early and get a chair for your stuff. Water park can get old because its just small and all rides/events can get completed fairly quickly. You can bring food from outside and take breaks in hotel room. Service is not that great. The employees are probably seasonal and cannot really help with questions, Id say thats their only negative. The ideal age group for park, Id say is 3-13.13+ can get bored pretty quickly.

Comment: I would never recommend it to anyone concerned with their childrens safety. Our vacation was ruined by a serious deep cut and compounded by the hotels inexcusable response. My child suffered a deep cut in the wave pool from a sharp pool ladder with no warning signs present. The poolside staff did a shockingly poor job bandaging the wound. Even worse, the poolside manager was hostile, making accusations towards my child without even examining the cut.We escalated this to the hotel manager, Christina, hoping for some empathy. Instead, we were met with dismissal and told to either leave the hotel or seek medical care on our own. This resort displayed a blatant disregard for safety and lacks any sense of responsibility or customer service. I urge all families to avoid it.

Comment: Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge exceeded our expectations. We stayed during spring break and were initially concerned about the crowds, but we were pleasantly surprised that it wasnt overly crowded. We rarely had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for anything.Despite reading reviews about delayed room availability, we were able to check in two hours early and were promptly given our room. Contrary to negative reviews, we found the accommodations to be very clean. The room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors or dust. Throughout the resort, we noticed how quickly the staff attended to any messes, which was impressive given the number of active and wet children around. The indoor water park, while not the best weve ever been to, was perfect for our family. It was clean, the water was warm, and considering it was indoors, it met our expectations. Our 5-year-old daughter was able to enjoy all the attractions except for the two largest slides, while our 2-year-old son could enjoy the two smallest slides. The toddler area had to be temporarily closed twice for 30 minutes each time to cycle the pool after a child had an accident, but it wasnt a major inconvenience as there were plenty of other activities available.Towels were provided free of charge, but we had to check them out and return them to avoid a $15 charge. Unfortunately, one of the four towels we received was taken by someone within 5 minutes of arriving. However, when we reported the issue, the staff was understanding and replaced the missing towel without charging us. We recommend not leaving your towels nicely folded to avoid confusion and suggest throwing them over your chair to make them appear used. The onsite dining options were convenient but on the expensive side. The quality of the food was decent, nothing exceptional, but it wasnt terrible either. We did find some prices to be outrageous, such as $9.99 for a hot pretzel. If you have a Costco membership, there is a Costco right across her street where you can grab a much cheaper meal like a $10 pizza to save money. The only complaint about GWL we had was that the soda machines seemed to mix the drinks improperly, resulting in watered-down beverages. For those planning to participate in activities like mini-golf, bowling, the ropes course, or the mirror maze, we highly recommend getting the food and fun package. It was $300 and includes $100 towards food, unlimited access to all activities, free drink refills, 2 cups of candy, and discounts for other things. It was well worth the investment. Paying for everything separately can be quite costly. We opted for the paw pass for our 5-year-old, which included the wand and game for MagiQuest, an ice cream treat, and other goodies. The only additional expense we had was for the pay dirt activity to mine for gems, but since we had the package, the discounted price made it reasonable. The live entertainment and mini shows are more geared towards younger children and may not be overly exciting, but our kids still enjoyed them.We were thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service we received. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful, which was surprising considering the resort is often filled with energetic children. The overall friendly vibe was a welcome rarity in todays world.Great Wolf Lodge may be on the expensive side, but considering all aspects, we found the value to be good. We would rate it 8/10 and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Comment: I’ve been here a while back for my birthday and it was so much fun! There’s a shopping mall next to great wolf lodge and you can buy birthday gifts there also. The room is great! The room I stayed in included a bath tub, shower head, two beds, a hair dryer, free necessities, and more. The water park is just amazing! except that the last time I went I was in the wave pool and there was a huge fan above it and a bikini? I’m going back today soon at 11 AM currently it’s raining and it’s going to rain harder later. Great wolf lodge is about 1 hour or more away from me! I definitely recommend going here.

Comment: I was at a conference here and was placed in a hallway with absolutely no room to discuss our program as people used hallway to get food and go to the restroom. We were offered lunch which came very late without utensils or napkins. My chicken was tasty but cold. No coffee was available to us and when I asked they brought coffee but no cups. When I asked for napkins and water the service person said they were too busy serving partipants of the conference even though we were apart of the program. Super poor service and poor attitude means I will decline coming here in the future.

Comment: It was a great adventure for the family. The first day we were there, the water was kind of dirty. All of the slides had short lines, the wave pool was really fun, the lazy river was a good place to relax, and everyone was having fun. Besides me. Comment: Expensive! We stayed the night and got the upgraded package. It was over $1000 for a one night stay with 2 day passes. There were no slides for my 2 year old, which would be ok except I had to pay for a full day pass for my 2 year old and myself, but there was nothing for us to do but walk around and look at slides. If I had known this, I would have dropped off my older kids and taken my baby to a park. I couldnt believe the price for a parent and child who can only walk around with their kid. My older kids had fun, but one day was enough for them. The food was not good, and the adult drinks had no alcohol, even though they poured from bottles. It was all for show acting like they were giving you a strong drink for $16. If I go back, I will only do the day pass for the older kids and not spend the money for myself and my baby. Also, I will pack my own food and eat lunch in the car. Overall, Im not very impressed with a place that is supposed to be family oriented.

Comment: We reserved a suite for 6 adults and 5 children. Turns out the suite was merely two connecting rooms. What a joke! The a/c worked in one room, but not the other. Two of the beds were sofa beds...very uncomfortable sofa beds. The TV had no remote control. The food inside the place is mostly bad. The breakfast food was dry and/or cold. The fruit was very aged. We were there when they first opened and the watermelon was as limp as cook lasagna. The bagels were dried out. Thank God we could toast them. The Waterpark itself is hot and humid, but you get used to that soon enough. In the wave pool, a child had thrown up. We told a worker there who looked at it and just shrugged his shoulders. In the small childrens area, several adults and children kept slipping and falling in one spot. We let them know. The worker said mold and/or soap was to blame. She cleaned the spot for several minutes. Within a minute of her leaving, another guest slipped there.I have no plans on returning.

Comment: Stayed there over the weekend and I’m pretty sure my toddler caught hand foot and mouth disease from here! This place is gross. The water is disgusting. You can smell sewerage from the lazy River. You can here the other people in the other rooms being very loud during “quiet hours” we bought a pup pass and a candy cup with it but the person in the candy shop told us “wait a minute” and put her finger up while she was clicking on the computer. the arcade kept eating our points and saying swipe again it didn’t read the card. We did get some points back after talking to the attendant but couldn’t get much for 500 tickets that were won. It was 49$ for 2 alcohol drinks. This place was by far the worst experience I have ever had! Hoping my kids get better soon from whatever bacteria’s they picked up from here.

With me renting a cabana my card was on file, I paid the food bill with another card not knowing they would automatically charge my card on file. It was also of a different amount. Ive tried calling customer care, leaving emails, voicemails etc but no one has gotten back to me. We are now on the 4th month of the year and still no response. There is a small bowling alley, large arcade, climbing adventure, build a bear and dance party to name a few. The food can be a little pricey but we felt it was appropriate for the convenience and that it was delicious!

Comment: We love coming here with our kids. Sign up to get on their email list prior to making a reservation, at least once a week they’ll send you a promo code for 40-50% off. Waterpark passes do come with your reservation and you’ll have access to it from opening the day you check in until closing the day you check out. They do not take cash anywhere within the resort, you can use your mobile wallet or Apple Watch to pay so that you don’t have to have your card with you or you can simply charge to your room. If you choose to DoorDash food, the drivers generally will not come inside with your order, but they will meet you right out front. The rooms are clean and spacious, with everything you need, if you need extra towels, pillows, sheets or anything they have an AI assistant, Willow, I think, you can text and someone will bring it to you. There is a small fridge but if you need a microwave, head over to the ice machine, there’s one or two available to use there. The waterpark is great, just know that upon entering you will be hit with an overwhelming scent of chlorine and humidity, after a little bit you won’t notice the chlorine smell and as soon as you’re in the water, you won’t notice the humidity much. There is a bar for the grown ups and you can get food without leaving or you can bring in your own without a problem. There are a few options for food and activities within the resort. They have different free activities for the kids in the lobby, evening dance parties, arts & crafts time and story time with different characters.

Comment: It was a mixed bag. Double check your billing after your trip! Kids loved the themed room and water park. But in the morning they said the beds were uncomfortable and they did not sleep well. Everyone goes to the water park, it would be nice for the hotel rooms to offer some way to hang up so many bathing suits, but furnishings are just standard with respect to this. The sheets provided were not big enough for the pull out sofa and its definitely a below average pull out sofa for comfort. This is great for kids and honestly not great for adults. There are lots of better food options nearby

Costco is next door, allowing you to pick up all those little things you may need. Some people just go for the day, but I recommend getting a room. While the whole hotel in it self is cool the rules for there water park are so dumb for example if you want to have your kids play in the water you also have to pay to get in even if your not using them so i told them to give me a refund or leave me alone so they got someone to kick me out so i went to the front desk and told them to give my money back because they didnt tell us that when we paid the very nice young lady at the front desk was able to calm the situation and talked to her manager and she got me a wrist band and apologized for the miss understanding That lady is only reason i gave it 3 stars otherwise it would get only 1 if i could it have been 0. The waterpark was very humid but it’s a the good option in winter as it’s an indoor and heated area. Some staff were sweet but others looked miserable and looked like they hated their job. Food was expensive, as well, but the waterpark was smaller than I would have thought it would have been. The pool was warmer in some areas than others, which means it’s not very clean 😏. It’s worth to visit at least one time but with the prices and experience, I would not go there more than 2 times. It’s good for kids around the ages 1-13. If you would want to go to a scary ride there you should go to the wolf tail ride. I warn you, it is way scarier than it looks. If you happen to go on this ride, once you step in the tube I suggest not to look down as you will regret going on it at that very moment. My last opinion on the wolf tail ride is that even though you might regret it at the moment, you should try it anyway because you’re might regret NOT going on it as it might be ur only opportunity.

Comment: Awesome place for the whole family! The rooms are great, all the staff are friendly and have great customer service. I suggest going on the weekdays though since holidays and weekends are super busy. If you want to eat at the Barnwood, make a reservation via Yelp ahead of time. If you get helped by a Ms. Dionne, shell definitely take care of you and your family. Shes awesome.

Comment: 1st time there for 2 nights. Brought the wolf pack with all the activities and dining credit of $200, which is plenty for 1 dinner and 1 lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids. I only recommend the Magi Quest for the kid and the sky walk for adults.Make sure to return towels to the water park and have the receptor to deduct on the computer. Dont just throw the towel in the tray. It is gonna be $15 per towel at the end of the checkout.

Comment: Huge money grab. Rooms are very basic. No microwave . Lightbulb was out in one of our bathrooms. Empty body soap in one of the showers. Beds are cheap, sunk in and uncomfortable...food is way overpriced but to be expected. The wand game is bleh. Maybe 3 and under but you cant even hear it. The place is loud . Full of kids so. Water slide rides are short wait times and fun.. very humid. Strong smell of chlorine but maybe thats good. Very crowded so not many seats. Get down there early. Pass on the busy weekends. Maybe more relaxing during the week. One and done for us. Family of 11

Comment: Not worth $675 per night for a room plus all the extras. Room was modest at best. Staff was very friendly, but the water park is really pretty small. I thought that the lazy river was unsafe. Young kids were swimming under inner tubes . Could easily drown . There is no requirement for life jackets. They seem to want to pack as many people as possible intoThe place. There were not enough chairs or inner tubes. Everything is purchased through a kiosk however the one at the food venue didn’t work . Disneyland is a much better value

Comment: Luckily, we found a deal and were able to make our kids wishes come true. My son kept seeing the advertisements on TV and computer. Get marketing to target kids.We came on a weekday so it wasn’t as packed. Before you read my boring details, the most important part our kids had the BEST time.Firstly, the check in process took some time. We quickly checked into our room and started our experience. We got our wolf ears in the lobby area. Have to start our experience at the resort with those magical ears. I loved the fact, you don’t need key cards here. You can use the band to open bedrooms. Only parents have the feature on their wristbands. They didn’t have any ironing boards, iron and microwave in the bedroom. The room was nice and spacious. We had the bottom floor. I didn’t like the pillows. It was high and not comfortable. We purchased the Wolf Pass which included bowling, mini-golf, mine maze, ropes course can get scary for some kids, each child got to hand pick their own candies at the candy shop and a scoop of ice cream at ice cream shop. We got $5 credit at the arcade. Each kid got their magic wands at the Magiquest area. You can see everyone walking around with fancy magic stick ( regular stick comes with the wolf pass but you can upgrade). We had to figure out how to play since there were no instructions provided. There were little magi’s with experience so they helped us few time’s to navigate. Little instructions to guide first timer’s would be nice. Get ready to spend at least 6 hours completing those activities.Second day, we went to the water park. They open at 9.30am and you can get towels too . It’s great for all ages from toddlers through senior citizens; the lazy river is 2.5 feet deep so even non swimmers can use it with or without the inner tubes and little rafts they offer. They provide life jackets for all ages . There are so many different water rides, fast and medium but a whole range of excitement for everyone. There are so many life guards on the premises so it’s pretty safe. The water temperature is good. It wasn’t that’s cold. They don’t have sauna area. We were cold after the fat rides so the hot pool would have been perfect addition here.Check out was easy. They do it automatically while we revised the rest of the park. They have shower/restrooms in pool area.Fun place for the whole family and best part it’s indoors.

Comment: What an indoor childrens paradise?! The only one in the Bay Area. Indoor waterpark, restaurants, hotel rooms, activities, all under one roof. Parents can feel safe having kids roaming around on their own. Each person can have a good time and regroup at a restaurant or hotel room at the end of the day. The waterpark/building is high-ceiling so we dont feel suffocating. I had concern about water quality but they did a great job filtering and disinfecting. Love to go during winter months, especially when outside weather is howling and wet! The room rates will be lower and you stay toasty indoors having fun!

Comment: The review youll need for parents.1) The waterpark is fun, but can be very crowded on Saturday afternoon. Sunday mornings are a great time to get in there, and get on all the slides/rides. So maybe take it slow Day 1 and return early on Day 2.2) Theres too much chlorine, and the pool room is too humid, even for kids. Theres a water fill station near the bar. Dont buy water. Bring your own water bottles to refill. They will need water, not SODA and SUGAR drinks.3) Food isnt cheap, but not oppressive. Parents and kids should order off kids menu because its cheaper, and you get more food than a la carte. Nachos best bang for buck.4) Dont do the arcade. Its a waste of money, and the money goes fast. Avoid the arcade5) Do the ropes course or the Wand. The wand seems dumb, but its a great souvenir and it KILLS A LOT OF TIME. Surprisingly worth the money for kids under 10. At least after spending $25 the kids get to keep a coolish wand.6) Bring your own snacks or risk buying everything. Granola bars, snacks for the room, chips, things like that. Youre going to spend enough on food. Theres a costco RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Legit, walkable.7) If its a birthday, give them a heads up, because they do some extra stuff. Not sure if thats worth it though.8) If youre doing a birthday, go to Costco and order a cake ahead of time. You can also order a cake ahead of time at Wolf Lodge ice cream shop, but not day of.9) This may seem weird, but in hindsight, a great move woulda been to bring milk and cereal for breakfast. Dunkin Donuts can be a zoo. If you get to Dunkin Donuts early youll be okay, but if you get there after 9am, youll be a waitin.10) We had a room on the 6th floor (top floor). Our friends were on the 4th. They said they heard people making noise above them til late hours.

Comment: We had a blast at the Great Wolf Lodge Manteca. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the water park has a lot of fun activities. We stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 sofa beds, a bunk bed, and 2 bathrooms) for one night. Included in our room cost, was two days at their indoor water park!! (You get access to the water park for the whole day on the day that you check in and on the day that you check out.) In addition to the water park, Great Wolf Lodge also had restaurants, an indoor rope course, bowling, mini golf, and an arcade (though these are an additional fee to the room rate). It was a great place to have a mini vacation! We will be back!!

We stayed on a Monday and we were able to walk right on all the water slides and the water was super clean. It was great to have food, snacks and other activities all in the hotel since it was pouring outside. We will definitely be returning!

Comment: Its close by, fun for the kids with lots to do for them. The inside water park is okay. For kids again, its a blast. Im not a huge fan of chlorine, but I do understand why its needed. But indoors the heat plus the chlorine, it felt about like sitting on a sauna. Once I started down the slides, it got more comfortable. We will be back because its fun for the kids and close enough. The dance part at night for the kids is pretty fun, and the service is good enough. The price is doable but pushing it. The food, for the most part, isnt worth what it cost

Comment: This destination surpasses the misconception that its exclusively for children; its meticulously crafted to cater to every member of a family unit. The water park offers an exquisite and unforgettable experience, though the on-site food is a bit pricey, it proves its worth. Beyond the water park, there are numerous attractions and amenities such as golf, bowling, and harness climbing. The spacious and immaculate rooms provide a comfortable escape, making you feel like youre on vacation far beyond California. The childrens rooms are particularly impressive, featuring bunk beds and artistically decorated spaces. Whether youre with family, solo, or as a couple without children, this place caters to all. Comment: Rooms are newer and clean. The water park is great when its not crowded. The magi quest is a load of fun for the kids. My 6-8 year olds finished it in a day and were super into it. It was a solid 4-5 hours of entertainment. We got a lot of exercise playing since it required exploring different parts of the hotel back and forth. My only two cons are that the food there is expensive. Luckily theres a shopping area right next door so its easy to pick up food and take it back to the hotel. The other con is this place can get really packed on weekends or holidays. If you can, please try to avoid those days and youll enjoy the trip 100x more.

Comment: Only came down for a half day (afternoon) for a company party. The food was good, and the water park is awesome. Definitely recommend! If I recall, getting a room package is cheaper than just a day pass, but I could be wrong. Its definitely cheaper if you go during a weekday, and less crowded, if your able. I very much look forward to coming back, with my kids!Edit 1/20/2024: stayed a night with my kids, the rooms are HUGE, very comfortable. The water park is still amazing, even in the off season its busy! The breakfast buffet was really good, but its quite pricey, I doubt Ill do that again, not really worth it, in my opinion. The pizza we got for lunch was fantastic, better than I expected. Overall, this is yet another great experience, and my kids and I definitely cannot wait to come back!

I LOVE how you have to walk all the way through the hotel & to the very back to reach the water park. It ads an extra sense of security with my kids running around. Comment: This was our first time there. We met our grown kids and grandkids there for 2 days of fun.The Lodge is enormous, clean, and very family friendly. At the back is the Waterpark which has a great selection of waterslides ranging from young kids up to family/adult fun. My son and I love riding rollercoasters together, and the couple of drop zone style and fast moving slides had us hooping and hollering. Great fun! There is a family size ride up to 4 or 5 people (weight limit of 250 pounds per individual is strictly observed, and you have to step on a scale even). A huge tidal pool there was always full from young to old, and a lazy river and water features for all. Plenty to wear out the kids! There is also mini golf, and a climbing/obstacle course that was fun.The food is pricey (like any resort) but the buffet gives a great selection. I was not impressed with the quality of the food (eggs were cold, etc) which is why I give it 4 stars.Lots of other kid activities too.

Comment: This is not my first time here. But this time,Im writing a review about how awful the service is here. There is a confidentiality policy says. they cant get in contact with anyone on the premises. I could see my family in the water park area. They refuse to go and get them and would not let me get them. I called my family member many times. No service They didnt have any missed call. They charge too much for this place to be so filthy. The gloves are from the cleaning service. Theyre dropping the gloves on the floor. The other pics are from the same hallway where they have already passed cleaning the room. And the last time I was here. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the sheet and room. The water park closes too early.

Comment: Great indoor water park for the family, 1 full day is definitely enough time. Hotel rooms still feel new and are well stocked with standard amenities. The additional non-water activities are pricey and can definitely add up. The wand is a frustrating (for parents) but brilliant business idea that is overpriced for what it provides. Comment: Our family stayed here the day after Christmas, and it exceeded our expectations (do not listen to all the negative TikTok reviews).BOOKING/ PRICE- We booked through Groupon and got a great deal; a themed family suite and entrance to the water park for all 6 of us. We loved the fact that you basically get 2 full days of fun when only booking one night!CHECK IN- We arrived early, checked in, and waited for our room to be ready while playing at the water park. Our room was said to be ready after 4pm, so as it approached the 5 oclock hour, I went back up to the front desk to check on things. A little hiccup, but we were given our room right away (the front desk guy was super nice).ROOM- Clean and stocked. The queen size bed gets a 4/5 and I wish it was completely separate from the other beds (the pull out couch was in the same area). Otherwise, the room served its purpose of somewhere to sleep at night and somewhere to get clean after swimming.LOCATION- Costco is right next door! If youre looking to stock your room for your stay, this makes it super easy.STAFF- 5/5 We had a couple situations come up during our stay, that some people would have considered leaving a bad review for. However; after bringing these situations to the attention of management, they MORE than made up for them. We were beyond thankful, and felt like we were heard and valued.FOOD- 5/5 We had an opportunity to eat at Barnwood, amazing flavor! We did breakfast at Dunkin, not overpriced at all. We then had the opportunity to eat at Hungry as a Wolf, and the pizza was delicious.ENTERTAINMENT- Howlers Peak Ropes Course; a little bit of a wait, but SO much fun for the entire family! Ten Paw Alley; the family package we purchased only came with 5 frames (for 6 people), but was still fun.Our stay was short and sweet! Our family had fun, and we will be booking again in the near future.

Comment: This place must have 4,000 reviews because it seemed like everyone in the world was there with us but the water slides were really fantastic so it lived up to its name and got 5 stars from me. Staying overnight got us in early the next morning and we enjoyed an hour or more of very short lines. Many options outside of slides - our kids loved the wave pool and I loved the water basketball hoops, though neither of those were anything special - just solid fun. Food was overpriced so we ate at Costco for a couple meals - its like 0.2 miles away!If you live in the Bay area and have kids like we do then GWL is a must-go-at-least-once experience.

Comment: Overall we had a great time beside one incident. My older daughter had her arm in the door of the elevator trying to hold it open for another family and my son thought he was supposed to get in. She turned around for a second not noticing and the door almost closed on her hand so she pulled it out of the way. My 4 year old was alone on the elevator. There was no room number light above the elevator to tell where he was going. There is no cell phone service in the whole hotel so you have to use their WiFi! I tried calling the hotel to notify them as soon as possible. My phone wouldn’t call out and when it did, it was the 800 number I couldn’t reach an operator. I then walked over to the elevator phone on the wall and tried to contact the front desk and that phone didn’t work! So there was no way for me to contact them quickly so surveillance would be able to find my son, I had to go downstairs and my teenager had to go on the elevator to try to find my four-year-old. Luckily he was sitting with a man and his son on the 4th floor and all was well. The staff was very nice and comped us breakfast but they really need to have the emergency phones working!

So we were stuck eating on site. This time we went off site for food. Lathrop has over 10 food trucks everyday except Mondays, fun fact. The only down side to eating off site was the time it took away from Great Wolf. Food is pricey, but it’s part of the whole experience. Don’t miss the fire pits outside along with another restaurant and bar, left side double doors before you hit the candy store. There is also a basketball court. We missed it the first time. Comment: I am sadly disappointed with Great Wolf Lodge Manteca. I made a reservation in February of 2023 for tomorrow Thanksgiving weekend. With a comp voucher. I applied voucher to the dates to get 1 night off like promised. It comped all 3 nights. Wow, cool. Have been getting updates saying balance is 0 and taken care of. Great.Yesterday at 5 p.m., I got a phone call from Great Wolf Lodge saying the voucher was no good and they wouldnt even honor the 1 night I was owed. I said your calling me, telling me 1 day before we leave. Obviously, this was a computer error on their end. And yes, I didnt question it, I thought they were taking care of it.Why did it almost take a year and 1 day before we leave. Are they overbooked, or did they make a mistake in my voucher? And now our trip with Grandpa is canceled for Thanksgiving. I lost my job 2 months ago, so theres no money to pay to keep the reservation. If I had known back in February that I needed to pay, I could have paid it then when I was employed.Either way, shame on you, Great Wolf Lodge, for waiting till the last minute!!!!Now, there is no holiday and no Thanksgiving plans for my family!I currently feel defeated as a mom.Thanksgiving 2023 is canceled by Great Wolf own computer Lodge Manteca, CAUPDATE: .........Location Staff 5 STARS..We were able to get a last minute reservation to still go with the family.Over the phone management is terrible. But the staff at the actual location are amazing 👏 😍 and they made up for their counterparts on the phone. We were super cramped in our small room. Next morning went down and talked to Nolan. He was able to upgrade us to the Grizzly Bear suite which gave grandpa a quiet space after swimming.Alma from the house cleaning team was absolutely awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 and all of the room staff so friendly.Because of them we will be back!!!!Thank you Nolan and Alma!

Comment: Hector of the pizza place was awesome last 11/22/23! After 3 transactions with not so warm 2 Dunkin Donuts staff and 1 with the supervisor of the pizza place, Hector was the only one who was genuinely feeling bad for the wait and offered help. The others were NOT rude, just didnt ask why you are standing in front of them, no hello, no questions about your order.l, just poker faces. We have visited multiple times already since they have opened Manteca location. With using a promo code, youll be spending way less than a regular 3 star hotel in the Bay Area and it includes Water Park access on the days of check in and out!

Comment: Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in Manteca was so much fun. It had everything on sites, the water park, restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, bowling alley, shopping, arcade with prizes, an ice cream parlor, and many more. We went during Halloween, so the Halloween-themed events added a festive touch to our experience, creating a memorable stay for the kids. The water park itself was phenomenal, with all the slides and pools open for enjoyment. The food was a little pricey, but still affordable considering it is a resort after all.The rooms were great, our group got 3 suites that consisted of 2 rooms each with kids’ bunk beds (see post). The staff were so friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast at the resort, especially the water park. They cant wait to come back! Highly recommended for families seeking a fun staycation!Ps.Try coming here during the week to save $$, instead of the weekends or during Summer which can be expensive.

Comment: Staff and water park are great! The biggest downside is there is only one microwave and ice machine per floor. Our room happened to be on the opposite wing, at the very end of the hall. The cost of the arcade games goes up when the water park is closed.Pizza and Salads were delicious!!Dance party was fun.I do feel the water park could be a bit warmer. We were told it was 84° but honestly, the water was freezing the first day there. The next day, it seemed a smidge warmer, but still cold.Overall, we will definitely be back in the summer, so we can take advantage of the outdoor pool.

Comment: Where do I start?! This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! If you’re looking for something super fun, different, interactive for your family, this is IT. Great for ALL AGES, Great Wolf Lodge Water Park provides not only their HUGE indoor water park but a large variety of other activities for your little ones to participate in throughout the day. There is a huge arcade, a build a bear store, an amazing indoor obstacle course that is super cool. They also have an outdoor pool and private “cabanas” where you and your family can relax in a semi-private setting. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was so much fun. The rooms are big and very accommodating. With a mini fridge and blow dryer also in the room. No microwave which was probably the only bummer oh and also the vending machines were super far from our room (cause this place is MASSIVE) but that would be our only complaints. We got the two bedroom suite which was really nice cause the kids had their own room with a tv and there was a pull out in the living room where we were able to sleep even more family members. Because of this, it made the cost of it all totally worth it. We went around Halloween so it was very much Halloween themed which added to the fun of it all. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Comment: My kids absolutely LOVE it here and prefer it over the Disney parks. The Waterpark is fantastic. Single double and family slides are fun, but not too scary for younger kids. Wait time can be extensive, but the wave pool, basketball water court and river ride are always easily accessible. Rooms are perfect for families. Additional attractions (mining, mini golf) and food are expensive, but also not required. Outside food allowed into hotel, but not water park.Fun family activities available throughout the day, led by staff and included in the stay.Staff are hit or miss. A few were very helpful and polite, others were very cold, unhelpful and unable to explain various aspects.I highly recommend getting a wand for the Magi Quest. Its hours of fun.

Comment: Took my boys to Great Wolf Lodge and had a great time they loved the water park. The room being connected to the wrist bands was pretty cool. Mobile check in did not work. Had to ask for an additional blanket for my son despite them knowing the number of people expected for the room, didnt like the kids singing to the very adult music in the lobby. My kids did not participate. My boys loved the wolf mascots, and the family friendly rooms.

Comment: Geared towards family fun, plenty to do,but can nickel and dime you death if you are not careful. There is plenty to keep the kids occupied without buying the extras, but you have to listen to the kids complaining. The water area was a lot of fun; the only complaint I have is the chlorine smell since it is indoors.Food was of good quality in large servings and not as expensive as I thought it would be, especially if you buy the packages.Dont pay full price, keep checking for specials. The room we had had two large bedrooms with two full bathrooms, and a large in common family room. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean.

Comment: The hotel was unnecessarily cold. The room was super cold, and it wasnt very clean. The guy at the front desk was awesome! The food wasnt the best either. Especially for the price that I paid for the package. The price for the room was great. I used Groupon, so I cant tell you what they cost directly from Great Wolf Lodges site. I would suggest that you check them out before booking directly. The common area was decent. The games were entertaining for the kids. They liked the quest!I didnt like the visit overall. Not at all worth what I spent, but the kids enjoyed it so I can live with that. Sorry to give such a negative review. I just like to be honest.

Comment: This place is freezing cold! The water park is in a separate part of the hotel. The pools are pretty warm, but the cold air conditioners are blowing full blast, so it starts there. Then, when you exit the water park, you will immediately notice how much colder it gets right off the bat, as you are met with a blast of freezing cold air right at the exit! The rooms were also unnecessarily freezing cold! Our room heater didnt work. The towel rack was dirty, and dusty. The bath tub had a ring of dirt on the inside. The shower curtain had some sort of splatter in the inside. Also the toilet was questionable. We had to go to the Walmart and buy cleaning supplies, and our own bedding. I kind of felt as if everything was contaminated. Of course that couldve just been in my head, but due to the lack of cleaning, we didnt want to chance it!We were finessed into renting the cabin suite, but the room was very basic. The mats on the bunk bed, and the extra bed in the cabin for the kids were extremely thin, and uncomfortable for the kids, so beware if you have bigger kids that they wont get a good nights sleep!I got an email from the housekeeping manager offering to call me to discuss our trip, and to get our advice on what they can do to make our next trip better, but when I gave him a time to call me, he never did unfortunately. We dont think we will be returning to this particular location! The water park was fun. Bowling was fun, and the quest is okay if you have smaller kids. We use to frequent the Great wolf lodge in Anaheim, but this location isnt as nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional! Every single one of our five children left the hotel sick due to the cold air!😭I hate to complain, but I always leave truthful reviews in hopes that others will find them helpful, and can properly prepare for the possiblity of an unpleasant experience, and be ready to make the best of their trip.

Comment: First time here rooms were clean and nice although they should be for $200 plus a night but include entry to park. If you are plus size be aware they have a 250lb max weight to go on any slide. Its hot and strong smell of chlorine thats rough on eyes. Food is blah but they dont care if you bring in outside food so thats a plus. Not bad overall but not in a rush to book another trip

Comment: Family had a blast. The water park is heated and very nice. Staff is nice too. Plenty of parking and carts available to move stuff around. The rooms are huge too. Not many dining choices on site. Lines can get long. At one point there was a 35+ ppl line just to get to elevator.

Comment: I get that dealing with the public like they do here is probably a tough job, but I cant help but feel a general lack of enthusiasm and downlook on customers from some of the employees that probably comes from management. Others were great. Fun time was had by all. I love great wolfs business model but they should be careful that they are providing good value to the consumer and not think they are Disneyland with their fees. 45.99 to trick or treat or whatever it was 😅 nah.I dont mind paying well, but Im not going to pay well and have staff be rude or be closing at 4pm.Will stay again probably, my kids had a blast overall. Value with big parties and a room is reasonable.

Comment: People visit this place with their children to have a good time. We booked a one-night stay, and the check-in process was smooth; there wasnt a long line.We requested a late checkout, and they charged us $75 for a few extra hours. It seemed odd to be charged for late checkout.Later, my wife realized she had left her phone charger in the room. When we reached our car, she remembered and went back to the room. However, her room key didnt work. She had to endure a long wait at the front desk. The lady there wouldnt allow her to return to the room to retrieve her charger; instead, she initiated a lost item case, which we found quite amusing. It would have been simpler for her to issue a temporary key or ask housekeeping for assistance. But the saga didnt end there. My wife returned to the car, frustrated about her charger, and I took the opportunity to review the charges. To my surprise, there was an additional $380 charge for food that we had not ordered to our room. This raised a red flag.We braved the long checkout line once again and were directed to the manager. She asked if we were certain that we hadnt eaten at their restaurant. I requested to see the receipt, as it would have to match our room number and my signature. It became apparent that they had made an error, and the manager refunded the charge. Ironically, when I rechecked the charges in the car, that $380 refund for food had mysteriously transformed into an advance room deposit. It was all quite perplexing.I hope others read this and carefully scrutinize their card statements and charges, as it appears this place may not always handle such matters appropriately. It might be a good idea for the district attorney to look into their accounting practices; they might discover some irregularities. Not a pleasant experience, to say the least.

Comment: Very pricey! The kids beds are not full size twins. The mattresses dont sit level with the frame making it difficult to get out of the daybed, especially. We did express check-in, however they gave preference to the people in the check-in line. The restaurant is difficult to get seating. Its easier to go pick up food at Costco (conveniently located right behind the hotel.) The kids loved Magiquest and the water park. There should be kids pricing for the breakfast buffet also.

Comment: Our family has been coming to this location since 2021.We keep coming back during Howl-O-Ween because we love this spooky season, and coming to Great Wolf Lodge puts us into the right mood. The decorations throughout the facility are charming. They have trick or treating that you can do in the evening. Its not going to provide a huge haul, but if your kids like having a reason to get dressed up, this is a great way to get use out of their costumes. Our kids ages range from 3-16. Our younger kids like the Magiquest game. Our oldest likes the arcade. Everyone loves the waterpark. Even though its mid-October, we were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. All of the staff that we have interacted with over the years have been very helpful. You even receive text messages from their guests services team for helpful reminders (like when quiet hours start, how to check out, etc.). There is a prompt to let the team know how the stay is going and if there is anything that can be done to improve your stay. We took advantage of responding to their team this time. Our room had a limited supply of toilet paper. I sent a request to get more, and within 2 minutes I had a response from their team. We received the requested item 7 minutes later. That service was expedient and very appreciated. You get the best deal for rooms when you book 90 days ahead of your arrival date.

Comment: Good place for a day out. The rooms did have a theme to the bunk beds but it was very mild. Kids had no television view from there, single outlet for kids was in the same area and the room felt it was missing the creativity as other theme park rooms. Size of the room was great, as well as the check in service and experience. Food was pricey and the taste was not to my liking! I went to the local Sprouts for a ready dinner and it was more cost effective. The park inside is a good size for a slow day. Any holiday, I will not come. The amount of attractions, space when with a large crowd would be too much to still enjoy for me.

Comment: Had a really great time here with the family. Staff was very friendly, water park is great for the kids and the adults enjoyed it as well! You have to wear a wristband, it is also your room key and you can bill to your room. If you drink they serve and have several bars. We were on the third floor, and there was a group of kids running through the halls screaming and yelling until about 11 pm. After that it calmed down. Overall we had a great time. Will come back.

Comment: Stayed one night. Just came for the water park. Kids had fun and we did every slide and water activity over and over. The room was nice and clean and the perfect size for small family. Nice to have so many food options next door. Novelty of the slides wears out quick but they had some faster slides here than I had experienced at the Wisconsin dells location. Also the wolf tail that drops you down into the water slide was fun to experience for daring riders.

Comment: The water park is great, and the lifeguards are excellent. Clean rooms & water park area, but the mini golf was filthy! They need more bathrooms in the pool area. 8 toilets for 1,000 people is bad math. The food is salt based low quality and high prices. Burgers by the pool is the best food in the place-trust me, we tried them all. The nicer restaurant was garbage. I cant imagine how to make a watery, flavorless cobbler, but they figured it out. Rip off drinks by the pool are mostly water, sugar, flavoring & no alcohol. Go for the clean hotel room and excellent water park

Comment: This place is perfect for family getaway. Its not too far from bay area but just the perfect drive. Its has amazing water riders. The wait times are quick. Not very crowded. Lot of parking spaces. If you book a room they give you resort credit for food which covers your family dining. Good food and lot of activities for kids. Very big pools but not too deep. Rooms are very neat and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend this place for family.

Comment: 0 star! We had the worst experience here. First, they gave us a room that was occupied. Wasted a whole hour waiting for them to find another room. Then the second room had stains on the sheets! Gross! We got locked out of our rooms the second day because they messed up our reservation and booked us only for one night instead of 2! So we had to wait for the manager to open the room! Such a hassle, especially if you have a toddler! And everything was overpriced. If you charge premium better make sure you give your guests a premium experience. Id definitely not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Comment: Our children 15, 13, 11, 10 enjoyed their experience here. It was tight for a family of six in the Wolf Den Suite with older teenagers. But it would be great for younger kids. The staff was great! They immediately checked us into a room when we arrived before 4:00 p.m. They also placed a birthday Sash on our door for our 13 year old birthday, which you can request. The water park was awesome but it was very humid LOL just be aware. There is also a weight limit of 250 lb per person. They have scales to weigh people if they think they are over 250 lb. I think a hotel room and six water bands is great for the price we received. I believe it was a good deal. It worked great for our family. You can finish the water park within a day but we werent able to squeeze the indoor activities in so we went the next day. I think a two day stay is great.

Considering how many children were running around its a miracle. My party are not exactly the easiest customers. Some of us have sensitivities and *some* of us have attitude problems. We were always treated with respect and kindness. There was so much to do, we should have booked this place as a vacation all on its own instead of a place to stay while we did other things. Comment: Place is awesome. Kids are loving it. Best service staff you can ask. My son lost a toy golf club and refused to go sleep without it. Checked with the front desk Night Auditors, Netta, Krystal, Renee and the security guard Daniel. They understood the situation of how kids can be when they don’t have that one toy they treasure. They helped me search for the lost toy. Still didn’t find the toy. But just wanted to say you staff are awesome!!!

Comment: If I had to do it all over again I would not stay here. And if I had to go I would choose the day pass and only go for one day.Pros:* indoor water park with a few slides, lazy river, wave pool, and outdoor pool.* has a few different restaurants to choose from including one in the water park area* indoor gold, maze, arcade, rope obstacle course, and small bowling alley* rooms were spacious and clean* services was good* Water park closes at 8 and everything inside closes at 10. this is a pro for people who like to call it a night early.Cons:* EXTREMELY over priced. I cannot get over the price of this place. The rooms alone were so expensive. 2 nights for regular two queen bed rooms was $850, not including the add ons.* Everything seems crammed. The mini golf, maze and bowling were small.* Water park is small. I looked at the pics online and it seemed so much bigger than it actually was. Wave pool was small and there are only 2 big slides.* $15 parking per night. Doesnt matter if you are staying over night.* location is isolated, although there are places within driving distance. Considering how isolated it was, youd think it would be bigger.* Water park closes at 8 and everything inside closes at 10. this is a con for people who would like to stay up late.* Dunkin closes early. If you have small children who have A LOT of energy and this place is near you, then Id recommend. It was just not worth is for me.
