Place is awesome. I went in expecting to spend an arm and a leg and got everything I needed a lot cheaper. Samuel D did a great job getting me started with vapes. Will definitely return.

After many years of searching I found this place, the staff is AMAZING. Dustin.O has been my guy the last few times Ive been there and he is my absolute favorite! Very friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would recommend going there for any needs.

Did an order for delivery and they had one more slot open for that day. I hadn’t received a call so I decided to call them. Come to find out they were booked for the day and he offered me a FREE cartridge if I could either pick it up or wait until the following day….I waited until the following day. I didn’t get the same blunt as last time like my friend did. He got Sour Tangie with the $15 off coupon and had to pay $6. I got some little pre roll. Didn’t taste very good. Bud tender is very nice. The 1/8 I bought was super good, can’t remember right this second lol 😊
Second time going to this dispo. Was so pleased with my first visit, hooked me up with all the discounts and was very knowledgeable. This time, we got a sales rep who was alright, not terrible, but then neither our sales rep or the person she got to help would honor a promo that I was texted earlier in the day due to an IT issue. This was disappointing.

It’s been quite sometimes since I’ve been to green culture, my medical card had expired. Today was my first time back since they have open for recreational use and I could not have been happier! Thanks Sam for all the help it was nice to see you again.
Customer service wise, they were fantastic. The budtender waiting on me was able to answer any question I had and was very friendly. The product on the other hand, I was VERY disappointed in. Ive had much better product from other dispensaries for less money.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill in a major way since the beginning of this year. It used to be that the staff here was friendly and helpful, willing to work with the customer in order to ensure the best possible experience. Now, they just wanna screw over the people who frequent them. Be aware that they have some terrible delivery schedule that they do not tell you about at all, and if you dont get your orders in on the right day, theyll just cancel your order. Honestly, its sad to see where this place has gone because I know what it used to be. I hope the delivery drivers can find someplace new that appreciates them and their efforts.

Love this place! I started going there when they first opened and its the only place I go now. I tried a couple of other places but you all treated me with respect and have always been very helpful. Van helped me today.
I usually do not have any issues with this place but today there was a gentleman that flat out lied about a live resin cartridge. I am more than aware of what types of cartridges have previously had issues or which to avoid due to word of mouth, as well as reading their numerous reviews. Typically, I keep an open mind and am willing to try different types of carts, today my boyfriend purchased “Fluresh” these in particular .5g carts had crystals, a deep brown line at the top of the resin (I’m well aware of oxidation, this was not it) and tasted very burnt. I was very disappointed in the carts as well as the service. They did give us 2 platinum carts to replace the ones that we had not “opened” (the sticker was ripped), but the budtender was disrespectful and kept telling my boyfriend repeatedly that he was wrong.

I ordered a couple things for delivery and Billy was great! Being the first time Ive ordered for delivery, I was expecting it to take a bit longer. I was plesenlty surprised when Billy got here (all the way to Oxford) in just an hour and a half of the selected time frame.He was very communicative - he tried to call in the AM to explain a product I ordered was likely being confused for something else. I missed it to no fault other than my own but I appreciated that he went out of his way to do so!The deals and pricing are honestly the best Ive seen! Pot was great but the 4 hour wait not so much. But with friendly bud tenders and decent flower, I think I can deal with the wait.

2022-04-24This has become my place to order from. Great staff, great communication, awesome and super friendly delivery staff. The selection is varied so they’ve got everything we’ve needed. It’s pretty great. Kylie was very nice and thorough. She had big smile on her face the whole time, people don’t smile a lot these days so that was nice.

2022-04-16Alexis by far superceded all others. She first asked if it was first time at this store and proceeded to give us a tour and explain how this store works. She listened to our needs and was super helpful. Trying to give us the best value for our dollar. The prices are great, the staff from start to finish are 5 star.They have an awesome paraphernalia wall too!

2022-06-26Nice place. A lil pricey. Sam D helped me out, he was okay but as a first time visitor, he really didnt tell me anything about the store. Nothing regarding specials, deals or the fact that it was my first time there. While I heard another employee greet a newcomer and show them around before trying to complete a sale. Ill be back, Id like to see what else you have to offer, hopefully the second time around is better.

2022-06-17This is my go-to dispensary in Burton. Each time I go there I am always helped more than I was expecting to be. The workers are knowledgeable and kind, they let you change your preferred name and pronouns, which makes it super inclusive. Samuel did a great job explaining different types of waxes and got us his recommendation of gummies! We appreciated his knowledge and recommendations!

2022-06-17First time going today the service was great experience very efficient on getting you checked in and then into the back area, vikki on her training day was super nice knew what she was talking about did a great job, everyone from reception lady to all in the back super welcoming. Choices look good so many thing ti choose from. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I over the entire staff for treating me like family, but more than anything I appreciate the genuine conversations and assistance I am often provided. You dont see many who actually care about the people theyre helping but at Green culture they do. Definitely making everyone a small batch of fudge when Christmas comes around.

2022-06-11Best place around! I’ll drive past 2 or 3 different dispensary’s just to come here. Only place that the entire staff is awesome. Every single bud tender has no issue explaining anything or answering questions. And they won’t B.S. you about something if they aren’t sure. Easily best place in genesee county!
