Well I called alot and I dont belive that they are set up to receive calls. Although the gentleman whom has worked there every time I come here is very courteous and polite. He is also very informative. Easy going and friendly to talk to. My bags got left on another bus by me by accident and when I went to ask about them he said that they would be there within 7 days and they were. Thanks 😊

Convenient curbside bus stop. Nice facility, very clean, even the bathrooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lady behind the ticket counter to the driver. However, information online is inaccurate. The building IS open to wait inside and you CAN buy tickets at the counter here (info I found online and talking directly to a greyhound customer service agent said you could not buy tickets here). This is also an Amtrak station if you need to take a train. It was not very busy the few times Ive been here, but Ive never taken a train so it might be busier during those times.

They made my first ever trip alone comfy. I was going out to visit my boyfriend. I was on the road all day, but the wait was absolutely worth it. The buses I took were always nice and clean, and they were pretty quiet, too. There were no avoidable hangups along my route, and there was a lot to see along the way. I look forward to the next time I need a greyhound.

Clean place although its Indian trails so a customer for the first time who dont know. There are no times on the door but are opened from twelve to seven pm. He came to work promptly....

I usually buy my tickets online but when I do go inside and have to communicate with the employees I have a pleasant experience. When I first started riding the bus 11 years ago there was no building to go into because the old building was falling down and I would get there right before it was time for me to leave so I wouldnt have to sit outside and wait especially in the cold. Now when I have to wait for my ride I have a nice warm secure location to go to

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! The buses are NEVER on time!! In fact, I stayed an extra day because the bus going to Detroit was TWO HOURS LATE! And then, the desk help, who complained the entire time admit staying a few minutes over, refused to give me a ticket for the next bus leaving for NYC! When it was noted that I wanted to get home AAO, the next bus was then, SOLD OUT!! SO, SO, so stupid!!! This kind of thinking (or lack thereof....) is completely unacceptable!!

IM NEVER RIDING WITH GREYHOUND AGAIN. I got kicked off the bus because this one guy was smoking in the bathroom well him and his friends said no it was that white boy well if all of you know me, you know i dont smoke anything at all, i quit years ago. And the bus driver even smelled it on the guy..but since she saw 7 other people say it was me she believed them over her own nose, she then proceeded to call the cops and i was given two options get off the bus willingly or be arrested, i got off even tho i knew i didnt do anything wrong then the cop proceeded to tell me to leave the current area right now or hed arrest me for trespassing. Im so sick, hurt, and angry all at the same time that i was treated like a criminal when i did nothing wrong :/. Save the extra money and take a plane or train

Missed my original bus at 4:45. paid a transfer fee for new tickets and had to wait 24 hrs because the next bus was full. When I arrived, I was told I would be kicked off the bus during the layover if it was full because my ticket waa not reserved
