I’ve had the best experience I could possibly have at a dentist office. I finally had insurance that could cover my cost and make it affordable for me and because I was a new (first time) patient the front desk gave me an additional $100, Making it really in my budget. EVERYONE in the office is kindhearted and intelligent. They walked me through every single step and why they were doing what they were doing. They care and it truly feels like they do. Thanks so to much everyone who works there and give it their all every time. Gained a forever client. As long as I’m in Michigan; I’m coming here.
Dr Chris and Staff are great people. They run a friendly and comfortable office. I would give 10 stars if I could because Dr Chris does what needs to be done, nothing extra. The ‘plan’ I had from my previous dentist had me looking at 8+ crowns. At GPFD, I’m only looking at 1 or 2 and that’s pretty great news!I’d say that’s worth 10+ stars 👍
Today was a appointment I had with a amazing dentist and my dental hygienist is always great and amazing. The conversation are the greatest. Nevertheless, the staff are truly appreciated by me when I visit. Very professional and a splendid group of friends and family. Always keep up the amazing service and be blessed.
My experience was great. There system was for you to wait in your car and they will call you to come in at your appointment time. Everything worked like clock work. The facility and instruments used were clean. The professionals wear mask, shield and gloves. Air purifier ozone cleaner in the room was a bonus.The staff were Professional as usual. My teeth looked beautifully done after my cleaning.
Fantastic Dentist office!I’ve been going there since I was in elementary school (now 32). They treat you like family and are always very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend trying this dentist office if you want a warm family type atmosphere.
DO NOT GO TO GROSSE POINTE FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!Olga Panagos is rude, because she thinks of her patients as little kids when they are grownups.She thinks of her patients as little kids, because she treats them like little kids.I caught her doing this when she rudely nagged to show her how I floss my teeth as if she was treating me like a little kid, which is exactly what you do with little kids, because they need that kind of help, not adults.Because of that, I will never trust her or see her again.
The staff is professional and caring. I went in for a cleaning and 6 month check-up. They all did a great job!

Staff is wonderful!!!. Its a comfortable, and a clean environment. They take the necessary safety precautions to make sure your protected from the moment you enter into the office and during your services ( in relation to PPE and throughout this covid-19 era ). Everyone is friendly and have impeccable customer service skills, and thats why Ive been a returning client for many years.

Truly one of the worst experiences in customer service. I was not sure if Doc O knew, but when i came in no one would look me in the eye. I came in for a root canal ½ way through I was told I was denied service because I owed a balance from the last time I was there. I was told that we would finish the work and I could pay off the balance. I then got a second infection in my tooth that was half finished with the root canal.

Dr Chris saved me the hassle of getting implants right now. He saved another tooth for a little while anyway. I’ve been to many dentists and most would say there’s nothing we can do and pressure you into high cost implants.I’m an RN who use to specialize in.Oral Maxilla Facial surgery so I know Dr Chris is one of the best. His staff are very caring and dedicated.

2022-01-23These dentists and their staff are exceptional. My Aunt has dementia and I take her twice a year. I could not be more comfortable in the care they provide. They are helpful and respectful. If I lived on the Eastside I would definitely be a patient.

2021-09-02I have been bringing my mother-in-law to see the doctor to have teeth extracted and dentures fit and made for her mouth for the last three months. And every time we’ve come in everybody is very friendly and I love the fact that they wanted to try to bring some comfort to her and make her laugh because it was a very stressful situation that she’s had going on. I really appreciate all that the doctor and staff has done here!!!

2021-11-12First time needing an anaesthetic shot for a filling and was very nervous. They made the whole procedure as easy and as painless as it possibly could be, and answered all my questions so I knew what to expect. Dr. Panagos and his assistant were calm and caring, very deft with tools and suction etc., and very responsive to concerns throughout. This was a good dental experience!

2022-01-31Very dissapointed this morning with the staff. Over booking, at least have the courtesy to call a patient!!!!! Not have them sitting in the chair, waiting!!! Why would you ask, who would you like to see!!! And then over book!! That receptionist, is rude!!!! Where is Bridgette?!!!
