Comment: GTS was able to provide transportation & a driver to our group on very short notice. Our driver, Adolfo, was fantastic and knew the area really well. Our team appreciated his professionalism and kindness and we had a great experience with them!

Comment: I used GTS for my employee Christmas party last year and let me say the customer service was awesome the office staff was very quick to respond answering all of my questions in a timely manner and whenever I called I was able to to speak to someone. The driver arrived 15min before the pick up time called me to let me know he had arrived, he was well dressed, very courteous and professional and the bus was clean. They have now gained a customer for life.Thank you GTS for making sure our experience was a good one.

One star, because you cant leave zero.When I ran the scenarios through my mind of what could possibly go wrong on our wedding day, terrible shuttle service wasnt even on the nightmare list.GTS Charter so completely dropped the ball, as to foul up our entire day.At the hotels picking up guests, drivers did not properly post signs of what event they were driving for, so guests from some other wedding BUMPED OURS. For a wedding up on mountain roads, this amounted to 45 mins of lost time while we waited for our ceremony readers to arrive.Once we got the wedding going, about an hour behind schedule, one would think we were safe from any more GTS letdowns. Not so.On the return route from the venue to the hotels, their drivers didnt know which hotels they were supposed to stop at. Even better, their “knowledgeable drivers and experienced staff” didn’t have directions or GPS devices. They ASKED TO BORROW OUR GUESTS PHONES TO MAKE IT BACK TO THE HOTEL. You can’t make this up. This wasn’t one bad driver, however. We heard horror stories from family and friends the next day that this happened on three different shuttles. The epitome of unprofessional. Lastly, at the end of the night they miscommunicated with venue staff, and left 10 of our guests alone…in an unlit dirt parking lot in Malibu. Just really impressively bad stuff. Fine and responsive customer service over the phone leading up to our event, but man...what a day. GTS Charter wasn’t even the bargain basement option! They refunded us a percentage of their fee, but I’d have paid double to insure that our wedding went the way we had planned.

Comment: Great service! We had a high profile event that needed well coordinated transportation, and GTS provided just that. Our previous service through another company fell through, so the staff at GTS were able to put together an exemplerary service in a short period of time. Their attention to detail and availability on the phone were outstanding. Their support and presence was felt throughout the service.The drivers were great, especially Walter. They were very knowledgeable, flexible and punctual. Ill certainly use this service again and I cannot thank the staff enough (especially Jamie, the manager). Thank you!

Comment: Stay away! If I could rate them at 0 stars I would! Their service is unprofessional and unreliable. They single handedly caused our wedding to run 45 mins late and were the laughingstock of all the guests due to their unprofessional nature.Just some of the issues we encountered with their service:1. Drivers asking passengers to use their GPS to get them to the location (which they knew ahead of time)2. Drivers driving with the door open, only closing when the passenger alerted them to3. Drivers making lewd comments/jokes to the passengers4. Drivers have no idea where other shuttles contacted in the fleet were at any given time - and no help from dispatch5. Drivers telling guests other shuttles were on their way, when they were NOT. This, plus not checking that the guests on the shuttle were part of the correct party caused major delays in the events

Comment: Super happy with GTS Charter - the drive around Sierra Madre for the wisteria festival was efficient and the bus was well cared for.... but I was super bummed when I returned home and realized somewhere in the day I had lost my wallet. However, someone found it during the bus cleaning and turned it over to management, who found my business card, called me, and then mailed me my wallet (since I live out of town). I had more than $200 in there and was happy to see it was still there. Very friendly and kind of them and speaks to the integrity of the company.
